htc bolt and lousy customer service
My husbands htc bolt went black and we sent it to HTC for repair and they had phone for 2 months and finally sent back and it was missing sim trays. His phone doesnot work. He has missed work because of not having his phone. Now HTC WILL NOT SEND HIM A NEW PHONE. He is very angry and the customer service was unacceptable and he deserves to have a new phone to replace the one that he got back, which is missing something inside to accept sprints signal.
delay in shipment & no response from customer service
On May 27, 2017, I placed an order for "HTC One X9 Dual Sim - 32GB, 3GB RAM, 4G LTE, Carbon Gray" and the order number is [protected]. As the item was provided by HTC UAE the shipment was sent by Aramex to Riyadh. The Aramex shipment number is #[protected].
Since then I'm regularly following with both Souq.com & Aramex regarding my shipment but I did not receive my item till now. Every time I call customer service of Souq KSA they say that the item will be delivered shortly. Aramex clearly asked me to get in touch with Souq.com as they are not able to find my shipment.
Why should I suffer for other's fault? I made the full payment in advance so I asked for a refund as it is almost 2 months now and I don't want the phone now.
battery not charging, after the repair of one time
Dear sir/ madam,
I really sorry to say that your service is not at all good and acceptable for me because I have made a mistake that I bought a mobile from you souq because of the liability but now I really lost the liability and I am very much angry and not satisfied with your service.
You have mentioned above the mobile has been successfully repaired, then your guys dont know how to do the repairing when I bought my mobile from you I have 2 year warranty also and damage protection also. That is why I gave the mobile to you for the rectification but I dont know what type of inspection the inspector did because I am facing the same issue now. When the time of returning the mobile a new charger provided but I want you to repair the mobile and give.
See the attached pictures, when the charger connects to the mobile it is not getting charging and there was a symbol appearing in the battery cell. Due to this problem only I brought the mobile from india and gave to souq and after repair again I sent back to my family. When they opened the mobile 98% charging it is showing but red symbol was inside of the battery cell.
I am not understanding what inspection and repair you peoples are doing. If you cannot do or dont know the process, why you are giving the inspection report. I am attaching the same for your reference. Please check his qualification whether he is eligible or not.
Now again I want to bring the mobile from india and give to you. Now I dont want you guys to repair the mobile, give me the replacement and this mobile if you need - please give to your technicians to study what is the actual issue and let the inspector also study about this.
I really fed up because you know this mobile I gave to my wife as a gift for our wedding anniversary. I need your immediate action on this. If not I
Will move legally to solve this issue.

I bought an HTC 530 Desire and 4 months after purchasing it the phone would get too hot to hold to my ear and was very sluggish. It doesn't follow commands when prompted. My carrier is Verizon who said since the phone is less than a year I should contact HTC directly and they should replace my phone. Not so much. The only option I was given was to send it in for repair. How can I do that without a phone to use in the process? It's not worth the trouble! I'll be going with a different phone, more than likely Samsung.
Very slow and unprofessional service
I have broken my phone screen over 1 month ago and directly took it to the HTC vendor in Lebanon. Since then, every week I call and they tell me that the shipment coming with the spare parts have not been received yet.
I was being understanding for 3 weeks but I think this is too much. If the shipment is delayed doesn't mean as I customer I can wait this long. They should ship the spare parts needed by DHL or FedEx or any fast courier service they work with. As the only registered HTC vendor they represent HTC and each delay is a direct delay by HTC. Is this acceptable?
Sketchy and deceiving
This is a detailed review to show how unprofessional these employees are! You have to go to customer service chat to ask questions and receive a ticket to send your phone. There is an email option, but you will NEVER get a reply. I had to switch between a few representatives because none of them wanted to help - they didn't reply in chat, wouldn't put a ticket in, poor English, or they dared got an attitude. I finally got a rep that cooperated, so I sent my phone in early January. Waiting several weeks later, I get an email of the payment quote in the middle of February. First, they coded my phone in as an M8 when it was in fact an One A9. That seems suspicious to me, how can the repairmen code a phone in wrong when they are going to FIX it? I will not pay $300 for them to repair my phone as something else, which the price is also ridiculous for a motherboard that I can get for $10 online. I sent an email when I received the quote (at 3 AM, chat not available), and asked if my phone could be held because I could not pay at the time. No reply after 3 days, but I receive an email stating that my phone was being send back. (You have two weeks to send the phone in & pay when you receive the quote). I went to chat with another rep about this issue, but she was of no help. Surprisingly, they mailed my phone back fast! Their packaging was just a thin plastic container with tape to secure the phone from moving, no bubble wrap or anything to protect the phone from damaging. Why can they NOT communicate between each other? Why can they NOT be clear with their actions? This company is deceiving and sketchy as h*ll. You pay too much for what their phones are not really worth.

Defective phone
Three months ago I purchased a HTC phone and must say that I was never so disappointed in my life. The most disappointing thing for me is camera. I bought this phone only because of camera and after three months of using it just broke! When I open it all I get is black screen. I tried to fix it and took it to the repair center but they can't do anything about that. They said that it was manufacturers mistake. What a waste of money. I bought HTC because comparing to other companies their phones are cheaper and I actually got what I paid for - junk!

Unethical Behaviour
I have brought HTC one mobile on 04/01/2016. Within 2 weeks time I started facing the issues of speaker was not working. Once I format the mobile for 5mins speaker starts working then again remains the same. Then I understood there is some software issues. I have registered the complaint regarding this problem on 03.02.2016. Executive came to pick the mobile to resolve the issues on 07.02.2016. Then I received the call from the customer care stating that it would be deliver on 15th Feb. The day of 15th I received the call and SMS will be deliver on 15.02.2016 between 6.00PM to 8.00PM. But, they dint come for the delivery. The next day again I got a call stating that would be deliver on 17.02.2016 between 2.00PM to 6.00PM. But, still I have not received my product. I don't understand why this false commitment every time. Don't think that we don't have any other jobs to running behind you guys for this cheep kinda service. Warranty Issue

So after some time my handset was not working properly so i visited to HTC service center but they said this device cannot be repaired in warranty because it has been purchased from ebay.in . Then i started complaining about this matter in HTC & started complaining about this matter on online consumer complaint websites. So finally i got a reply from HTC on 07/10/2015 that we sorry for the inconvience caused but now your device can be repaired in warranty onwards, Then i contacted them & asked what about my 5 months warranty that i didn't get, They said that we cannot provide you fresh warranty . So i asked for a refund but they denied . So i want my refund because it is enough . I had a worst experience with HTC & recommed people don't buy HTC smartphones because their service is worst.I can bet that even a CHINESE COMPANY can provide a better service then you people . new phone broken
I had a new phone for 2 weeks and the battery burst, I had it checked by techs and the saw the acid leaking out and smoke came out when you plugged it in. I sent the phone to the repair department and after more than a month they sent my back a couple pieces back in a bag and said there is nothing wrong with it. The escalation team will not help they said they sent it back to me in perfect condition, but we have pictures of what I received when I opened the box. So now I am out a phone and now see this as a really shady corrupt company, Carlos honehone has lied to me from customer service, and Faith from escalation said she verified the phone was in one piece which was a lie.
Warranty not providing
HTC Desire 820 mobile has purchased on February 2015 and now the mobile not detection the SIM. I check with Haddad warranty and they saying it is broken inside and need to replace the board and need to pay 650 SR. the mobile is still under warranty period and they are not providing the same.

HTC is the worst phone sold in India. Don't ever think about buying a HTC phone. And if you had already made this mistake then never never go to their service centres. HTS authorized service centres are BIG THIEF. I submitted my phone for just software re-installation and they illegally replaced my phone camera and voice receiver. After month long discussions they got ready for a free of cost repair but now they are not even returning my phone back. Its been around a month and they have not repaired my phone. Now they have stopped answering my phone calls. From past 2 days my phone call gets disconnected in between and if by mistake any costumer executive picks up the call, they put me on hold forever. Last 2-3 executives have put me on hold for around 25 minutes each and after that I disconnected the call. Earlier I used to get reply in max 5 minutes but now none of them even tell me the phone status. I am visiting the Delhi, HUDCO PLACE HTC serive Centre from more then 3 months but getting nothing good in return. I am calling the customer care EVERYDAY wasting more than 2 hours per day but no response from their side. I registered complaints on HTC complaint web portal and sent emails too but NO REPLY from them. I have tried everything anyone could do but no use. This company is worth nothing. I believe Indian Consumer board should ban HTC for selling their products in India. I purchased HTC high end mobile HTC One worth Rs.40, 000 and in return I have got this.

I have a M8 and sent it in for repair on 3/24/2015, it is now 4/3/2015 and both the customer service department and the repair department can't tell me where my phone is. They said this happens and the repair department gets backed up. It's a cool phone as long as it never has to be repaired. I am going back to Apple where I can go to the local store or mail it and have it back before 10 days. HTC this has been the WORST experience ever.
MY HTC Desire S is in the repair shop because of HTC's own software upgrade screwing the phone up and now they can't supply any parts. it entered the repair shop 27/09/2011 and there is no time when i will receive it back - T-Mobile boss are apparanty talking to HTC Bosses about their in my own words 'rubbish upgrade' over 20 minutes to receive a text message - what rubbish
I have been trying to set up my mms and gprs settings for my htc touch diamond, for some reason my service provider refered me to leaf. For 2 weeks now I have been phoning them to try to get these setting set up with no results. Today When I phoned them they gave me this attitude and when I asked to speak to someone in charge James put my on hold for 5min!

violating customer right
I am writing to your kind self to raise my complaint HTC Egypt's against your customer service department, booth on the moral, ethical and technical sides. I have submitted by HTC Desire 600 phone to their customer service center office – previously located in Nasr City – on the 7th of February with the following WKN number 4028325, my complain was about a malfunction with the speaker while noting that my mobile was still in its manufacture warranty. There was a scratch on screen which you employee has written in the receipt and I have clearly mentioned to here that I don’t want to change the screen.
I have received a call – almost 3 weeks after submitting the phone – from their service center informing me that they would like to get my approval to change the screen which will cost me around 1200 LE, I told her that o don’t want to change the screen as I only want to repair the speaker only. She has informed me that they will proceed upon my request.
Again with no follow up from your team, I have called their service center inquiring about my phone, they have informed me that the phone has been repaired and ready to picked up from your new store. I have went to the store on Saturday thee 7th of March to pick the phone up and simply it was not repaired. Their staff has claimed that I have refused to have the phone repaired! I told them that I didn’t say that, he then changed his words by telling me that the phone can't be repaired? When I inquired why he told me that I should accept changing the screen first, pay the 1200 LE and then they will repair the speaker. I told him that you are twisting my arm – literally – and that I don’t accept that. He told me that I can take the phone right away and make an official complain at the customer protection agency, but he wants to take the official invoice from me, I told him that I need an original copy from the invoice to process my complain and he told me that he can't do that.
I was very intimidating and offended and have decided to follow your complaints mechanism before starting to move in other direction and have made a phone call with one of your customer service representatives – Rana Mamdouh – at 11.46 am on the same day 7th of March with the above compliant. I have been promised that you will get back to me within 2 working days.
Since then I have received nothing from your end, which is something I don’t accept as it first violate my rights from your company and also your grantee document.
I am hereby raising my case with you expecting to hear back from your side the soonest to act accordingly.

HTC Desire 500 dual - I bought HTC mobile 11 months back. I had problem with charge port. So gave to service center in CHENNAI but the problem has not solved. They took around 1 week to repair it. When I went to collect it, it's not getting switched on . Initially they said, all the internal devices will cover under warrenty ( such as board etc). but now changed their words they want me to pay 70 % of mobile rate though i have a warrenty, i never ever see the worst service like this . The HTC service center which is in chennai is not that good in responding. im so dissapointed with the service center.
