Mymum-madeit.com Review: Abysmal Customer Service and Nightmare Returns Process
Dude, let me tell you about my experience with mymum-madeit.com. It was straight-up nightmarish! First off, I ordered two things from them, paid my hard-earned $25 and waited patiently for my stuff to arrive. But when the package finally landed on my doorstep, I was majorly bummed! One of the items was totally messed up - like, the seams were all raggedy and tore up. So I shot them an email to let them know what was up and to request a return.
And that's when the REAL frustration started. They took FOREVER to get back to me (like, seriously, it was over two whole damn weeks!) and they gave me some major runaround about the return process. They kept saying they needed to "check with their team," even though all the info about damaged returns is spelled out super-clearly on their dang website. It was a major pain to deal with, especially since I was starting to feel like I was getting jacked around.
After wayyy too long of waiting around, I finally got them to agree to send me a new package of stuff (even though all I wanted was my dang money back!). But even then, it took them another week or so to issue me a refund for the original order. And get this - they didn't even fully refund me! I was out $25 for getting a pair of messed-up shorts shipped to me. Not cool, mymum-madeit.com, not cool.
So yeah, long story short, I probably won't be shopping from those guys again anytime soon. The customer service was straight-up abysmal, and I felt like I was pulling my dang hair out trying to get them to acknowledge my issue. If you're thinking of ordering from them, my advice is to think twice, because it's definitely not worth the headache. Do yourself a favor and find a better online retailer, yo!
Mymummadeit.net Review: Terrible Customer Service and Untrustworthy Transactions
Well let me tell you something about my experience with this website mymummadeit.net. I thought I hit the jackpot when I came across their amazing clothing range back in May and I was so eager to place an order. I selected almost $200 worth of goodies and hit the button to order. The transaction went through on my credit card smoothly, but I didn't receive an order number.
I thought, okay, no big deal, maybe it's just a little hiccup. So, I decided to send an email asking about my order number. And guess what? No response. I sent one email, then two, then three, and even after doing that, all my messages went unnoticed. It seemed like they genuinely did not care about the issues I was facing.
I legit felt ignored and that my money had gone down the drain! So, I had to take the drastic step to go to their Instagram page and leave some negative comments. It was only then they managed to see my messages and sent one back letting me know that my order was on its way.
Like seriously, 3 MONTHS LATER they tell me it's on its way? By that time I had moved to another country and couldn't even receive my package. To be honest, I was pretty pissed off! So, I requested a refund simply because I never got my delivery! But they told me it would take 10 days for it to process and appear in my account.
1 month went by and not a single refund was made into my account. This is so frustrating! A company like this is so untrustworthy and an absolute joke. Their customer service skills are seriously terrible. This entire experience just left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone and I certainly won't be ordering from them again. This company is nothing but garbage!
Review of MyMumMadeIt.net: Honest Feedback on Shipping, Products, and Customer Service
Hey guys, guess what? My parcel from mymummadeit.net arrived today! I'm gonna give you the lowdown on what went down:
- SHIPPING: Holy cow, it took 16 whole days from ordering for the supposed 5-10 day shipping (which, to be fair, the website says doesn't include production time). I sent an email to customer service and they got back to me pretty quickly (check out my pics). My package was packed well, but honestly, for the price point, they could've made it look a bit fancier.
- PRODUCTS: I got exactly what I asked for, and they fit like a glove according to the sizing measurements. The materials are high-quality and look juuuust like the photos on the website and their Instagram.
- SUMMARY: In my humble opinion, my mum made it lives up to all the hype. Now, here's the tea: while I was waiting for my package, I saw some people commenting on the mymummadeit.net Instagram saying that most of the reviews here are fake. I'm gonna order from them again in the future and update this review. I have a feeling that they had some issues with their supply chain before, but they've worked to fix it.
Overall, I'm pretty pleased with my experience shopping from this site. Sure, the shipping took a little longer than I expected, but the products were worth the wait. I can tell that these items are made with care and attention to detail, and they're gonna last me a long time. If you're on the fence about trying my mum made it, I say go for it!
Unexpectedly impressed by My Mum Made It - a review of the pink puffer tote
I gotta admit, I was skeptical about giving My Mum Made It (MMMI) a try after reading a bunch of negative reviews online. Folks complained about their purchases not shipping out or arriving, never getting confirmation emails, and customer service being non-existent. But, there was one item that I just absolutely had to have - the pink puffer tote! So, I took a deep breath and hit the "buy" button.
And let me say, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience! First of all, the customer service was top-notch. I reached out to them on Instagram and email, and they got back to me in a jiffy. They even helped me track my package when I was getting a little antsy about it arriving.
To my surprise, my bag arrived earlier than the pre-order ship out date they gave me. And they used DHL for shipping, which is always a good sign. When I opened the package, I was blown away by the quality of the bag. It was worth the wait! Plus, they threw in a free car scent tag, even though the scent wasn't really my jam. But my mom loved it, so it wasn't a total loss.
Now, let's talk about the price. Yeesh, it was expensive, especially when you convert it to my local currency. But after waiting so long for this bag, I was willing to overlook the price tag. It's an investment piece, and I know I'll be using it for years to come.
All in all, I'm glad I took the plunge and ordered from MMMI. They proved the naysayers wrong, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! (But seriously, can we talk about the price tag?)
Disappointing and Misleading: My Mum Made It Review
So, I ordered some black sweatpants with a white stripe going down the leg from My Mum Made It on June 5th. Honestly, I wasn't even sure if I wanted to order them, but when I saw these pants online I fell in love. I didn't receive a tracking number, and I was a bit concerned because I like to know where my packages are at all times. I emailed the company asking about the tracking number and waited for a response... and waited... and waited.
Finally, over a month later on July 6th, I received the package. Imagine my surprise when I opened it up and found out that they weren't even the pants I ordered! The pants I specifically ordered were supposed to be made of a thick cotton material and come with a "MY MUM MADE IT" tag right on the front. But guess what? The pants I got were some cheap, thin chinese garbage that didn't even fit me. To make matters worse, there wasn't even a label or anything related to My Mum Made It on these pants!
I paid $35 for these pants, and they're not even worth the price of admission. The best way to describe the quality is like a costume from Spirit Halloween. If I had known the product was going to be this poor, I would've never even given it a second thought. I'm so infuriated by the experience. I thought about returning them, but it's not even worth the trouble. I'd just have to pay extra money for something I don't even want. I strongly suggest avoiding My Mum Made It because you will end up wasting your time and money. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Mymummadeit.net: Exploitative Practices, Poor Customer Service, and Long Wait Times
So, I stumbled upon this online store, mymummadeit.net, which claims to be an Australian brand. However, I found out that they do their manufacturing and shipping from China to save costs. Nothing wrong with that, but what bothers me is that they're selling items at skyrocketed prices while exploiting their Chinese workers. It just seems wrong, you know?
Now the cherry on top: their customer service sucks big time! Unless you've got tons of followers on social media, they won't give a darn about your concerns. At the earliest, you'll get your item delivered two months after ordering it. And if you dare to inquire about the whereabouts of your purchase, they'll give you the lamest excuses like "we'll check" or "we'll get back to you." Spoiler alert: they never will.
I remember my first time ordering from them; it took around six weeks to get the product, which wasn't the best quality either. And guess what? I ordered from them the second time, and it's been four months, and I'm still waiting for my stuff. They chose to ship it through China Post, the cheapest and most torturous option out there. I mean, what did I expect, right? I should've known it's a gamble ordering from a company that opts for the cheapest services while making you pay like a fortune.
Conclusion? I'd steer clear of mymummadeit.net unless you're cool with paying a high price to a brand that exploits workers and never gets back to you. Oh, and don't even get me started on the wait time. Just save your nerves and order somewhere else; life is too short for bad customer service and long shipping times!
Warning: Terrible Customer Service Experience with MyMum-MadeIt
Man oh man, let me tell you about my experience with these folks at https://mymum-madeit.com (or wait, was it .net? Can't remember now, whoops!) I was all pumped to get some sweet items for over one hundred and thirty bucks on November 28, but guess what? Still waiting on that shipment as of January 12th. Yikes, talk about a long wait!
I tried to reach out to them nicely via email a handful of times, but no dice. Zilch. Nada. Then I slid into their DMs four freaking times on Instagram and still no response. I wasn't even a jerk about it, just mentioned my disappointment, but what do you know? They blocked me! What kind of customer service is that, seriously?
To make matters worse, I shelled out extra for DHL express shipping and didn't even receive my tracking number until mid-December. And even with that handy little code, both UPS and Startrack are clueless when it comes to the whereabouts of my package. I've called 'em up so many times I've practically got 'em on speed dial. All they tell me is that it's "on its way from the depot", which by the way is only thirty-five minutes from my house, yet here I sit, still waiting.
I saw some people say online that https://mymum-madeit.com (or .net, again, my bad if I got it wrong) sometimes messes up addresses, so now I'm freaking out that's what happened here. I'm honestly considering just writing this whole thing off as a total loss.
Don't make the same mistake I did, folks! Stay far, far away from this dodgy company. Their customer service is absolutely the pits, and who knows if they'll even respond to any issues with my order once it finally arrives. Trust me, save yourself the time and money!
Unhappy with My Mum Made It: Hidden Fees, Long Wait Times, and No Return Policy
Hey everyone! So I wanted to give my two cents on my experience shopping with https://mymum-madeit.com (mymummadeit.net). I was super excited to take advantage of their site-wide discount code and ordered a bunch of stuff. I mean, who doesn't love getting a good deal, right?
But then I got hit with a $25 shipping fee. And even though I kept getting emails promising "free global shipping," that was apparently not an option. Kinda frustrating, but I went ahead with the purchase anyway.
Then I waited. And waited. It took two whole weeks for my items to finally ship. I was starting to wonder if they were actually sending things via carrier pigeon.
Finally, the items arrived, and some of them didn't fit right. So I went to the website to request a return. But guess what? That was also the ONLY option. And when I tried to request a return, I was denied right away. Why? Because apparently items marked as "final sale" (which, by the way, was nowhere to be found during checkout) can't be returned or exchanged. Um, what?
To me, that feels pretty shady. Like they're not being honest about what you're buying until it's too late. And on top of that, their customer service is seriously lacking. No phone number to call, just some vague email reply about how they're a small business with expensive global shipping costs.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed. Not only did I waste money on items that don't fit, but I also feel like I got duped into thinking I was getting a better deal than I actually was. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Disappointing experience with My Mum Made It: Delayed delivery, poor communication, and missing items
So I ordered some stuff from this My Mum Made It website back in August and boy oh boy, did I have a bit of a journey with them! Took a whole dang month for my order to arrive, and that was only after I emailed them, called them, and even slid into their DM's on Instagram. Got no response for weeks and was starting to feel neglected, you know what I'm saying?
Eventually, I got so fed up that I demanded a refund. Would you believe that only after I did that, they finally dispatched my clothes? But then it took another whole month for it to arrive! And when it finally did, boy oh boy, it was pure frustration and disappointment. My package was held up in another place for another week cos them My Mum Made It folks didn't print my address right. What kinda shoddy business is that, if you ask me?
And then, would you believe it again, they only sent half of the stuff I ordered! Can you comprehend how angry I was!?!? I told them to send the rest of my items, and they said they did, but it's been two weeks now and still nothing. At this point, I'm about ready to just throw in the towel and call it quits.
It's such a shame, too, cos the stuff they have is actually pretty damn nice. I saved up a buncha money so I could treat myself and my loved ones to some cool gifts, but instead, I ended up getting nothing but a headache and some empty pockets. I found out later that they just buy things from cheap brands in Asia and then charge an arm and a leg for it on their site. Not cool, My Mum Made It, not cool at all. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone, yo.
Avoid mymummadeit.net: Terrible Quality, Bad Customer Service, and False Advertising
So, let me tell you about my experience with mymummadeit.net. I placed an order and was told it would ship in a week. But a few weeks went by and I still hadn't received my order. After sending several emails with no response, I had to resort to contacting them on Instagram just to get their attention. Finally, after complaining a bit, they sent my order. And let me tell you, the quality was not at all what I expected. The rouched cream tank was just awful, with raw edges and cheap-looking fabric that reminded me of a polyester tablecloth. When I tried on the black tank, it was so ill-fitted that the straps sat at the very edge of my armpits. The only reason I'm not returning everything is that two of the items are just okay and I don't want to deal with the hassle.
Honestly, this company is a mess. They don't answer emails, they don't send orders on time, and their clothing is beyond subpar. The Instagram photos look nice, but they're not accurate at all - it's just cheap clothing that's been photographed well. And to make matters worse, there are no labels or tags to even indicate that it's their brand. It's just generic stuff from China. Save your money and buy from a reliable brand that actually cares about quality and design. I'll give them credit for having a good idea, but the execution is horrible. It's clear that the designer may have skills, but they are severely lacking in the business department. I wasted $100, but at least I learned my lesson. So, my advice? Stay far away from mymummadeit.net.

Mymummadeit.net Review: Disappointing Quality and Customer Service
I gotta say, I was pretty excited to try out mymummadeit.net, despite some negative reviews I had seen online. I mean, who doesn't love a good homemade product, right? So, I placed not one, but two orders with them. And boy, do I regret it now.
The first order was actually placed by my boyfriend, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. We waited a whopping 1.5 months for our items to arrive, despite multiple emails to the company asking for updates. Finally, we got a response saying that our order was on its way. When it did arrive, a couple weeks later, the pieces were not even the size we had ordered. Talk about frustrating.
But did I learn my lesson? Nope. I went ahead and placed a second order, this time for three pairs of fluffy slides. I even paid for DHL shipping, thinking it would speed things up. Boy, was I wrong. It took a full two months for my order to arrive, and when it did, I was sorely disappointed. The slides were terribly made, and to add insult to injury, there was an invoice in the package from the Chinese manufacturer stating that each pair of slides was worth only $5USD. Meanwhile, I had paid a whopping $39USD + tax PER PAIR. What a rip-off.
All in all, I would not recommend mymummadeit.net to anyone. The quality of their products is subpar, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Save your money and shop elsewhere, folks.
Disappointing Experience with My Mum Made It: Unprofessional and Untrustworthy
I've been following My Mum Made It on Instagram for a while now, and I have to say, I was really impressed with some of the things they posted. I even saw some famous internet people like @indialove commenting on their posts and expressing interest in their products. So when I saw something I really loved - a kind of corset thing - I decided to take the plunge and buy it for $50.
Unfortunately, it's been over two and a half months now, and I still haven't received anything. I haven't even gotten a confirmation email telling me how long it would take for my order to arrive, or whether it's even been shipped yet. I tried contacting them on Instagram, but their response was really vague and unhelpful.
Thankfully, I paid through PayPal, so I'm currently in the process of trying to get a refund. But I have to say, I'm really disappointed with My Mum Made It. They seem really unprofessional and untrustworthy, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to buy from them.
Disappointing Experience with My Mum Made It: Late Delivery, Wrong Items, and Poor Customer Service
I recently received my order from My Mum Made It and it took a bit longer than the promised 15 days. I had to reach out to them through Instagram to get any assistance, but eventually they emailed me back. Unfortunately, they didn't provide me with a tracking number, but they did refund my $35 shipping payment and told me my package should arrive within a week.
When my package finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that none of the items were what I had ordered, except for a pair of white shorts. I wish I could show a comparison to the pictures I saw on the website, because none of the items were what I wanted. It's a shame because the prices are quite expensive, and it feels like a rip-off. It's like those Asian wholesale websites, but with even higher prices. I definitely do not recommend ordering from here.

My Mum Made It Review: Delayed Shipping & Poor Customer Service
Okay so, let me tell you about my experience with My Mum Made It (or My Mum Made It dot com... or dot net? Not sure, I just know their website is https://mymum-madeit.com).
So, I was super excited to order this item that was on pre-order. I mean, it looked so cute and I had been eyeing it for a while. But then, their shipping got delayed because of the pre-order item. And let me tell you, waiting for something that you really want is super frustrating!
So, the date that the item was supposed to come arrived... and nothing. I was disappointed, but then the brand came out with a new pre-order date for the item. I ordered it in late January and waited and waited... and waited some more.
Then, just when I thought it was never going to arrive, I randomly got a shipping notification on my phone from China. I mean, what?! I never got an official shipping confirmation from the site itself. I was starting to get worried.
That's when I began to realize that this brand might not be as sustainable as I thought it was. And honestly, I'm pretty upset that the TikTok influencers sponsored by them aren't being honest about how poor their customer service is. If only I had read reviews before purchasing...
When the item finally came, everything was vacuum-sealed. It definitely gave me fresh-out-of-the-factory vibes, which was nice. But still, I can't shake the feeling that this brand has some serious issues to work out. Here's hoping they can get it together soon!
MyMumMadeIt.net Review: Terrible Quality, Terrible Customer Service, a Complete Nightmare!
So, I decided to give MyMumMadeIt.net (or is it .com?) a try and boy, was it a mistake... I waited patiently for my order to arrive, but instead of the promised 15-20 days, it took a whopping 75 days to reach me! Yeah, you read that right, 75 days!
When my package finally arrived, I was not impressed at all. The quality of the fabric was subpar and definitely not worth the high price I paid. The product didn't even look like the one in the pictures!
But, that's not the worst part. The customer service was a complete nightmare. I tried reaching out to them via email, but surprise surprise, no response! I had to resort to sliding into their Instagram DMs. And even then, they would leave my messages unread. And when I left a comment under their pictures asking them to check their DMs, they would delete my comments! Can you believe that? And if you repeated it? They'd block you!
I was constantly worried that I'd never receive my order, but alas, it finally came. But, friends, I must give you a word of caution: please do not fall for the influencers and their tempting posts with the clothes from MyMumMadeIt.net. It's all a scam, trust me.
In conclusion, save your money, time, and sanity, and do not shop from MyMumMadeIt.net. You're better off going to your nearest thrift store for a better deal and a far more enjoyable experience.
Stay Away! My Experience with MyMumMadeIt was Awful - Poor Service, Shipping & Possible Scam Alert
So, I gotta tell ya, my experience with https://mymum-madeit.com (mymummadeit.net) was kinda rough. Honestly, the service and shipping were just plain awful. I had to bug them for days on end just to get any kind of update on my order. And even then, I wasn't exactly confident that my stuff was actually on its way. I mean, come on guys, I know we're living in strange times, but this is just ridiculous. Especially considering how much they charge for their stuff. I mean seriously, you're better off shopping on a site like romwe. At least they've got their act together.
To be honest, I'm pretty sure these guys have scammed people in the past. I almost got taken for a ride myself, if it weren't for the fact that I nagged them every single day. Do not, and I repeat DO NOT order from this company. There are so many other quality businesses out there that are much more reliable and reachable.
If you do end up throwing caution to the wind and ordering from them anyway, just be prepared for a loooong wait. And even then, there's a good chance that your stuff will be wrong or just plain low-quality. Trust me, I learned this the hard way.
Disappointing Experience with Mymummadeit.net: Lack of Communication and Delayed Shipping
So, I totally got jazzed about this dope outfit of a sweatshirt and shorts from mymummadeit.net (or was it .com? IDK I forget) on Nov 26. But man, lemme tell ya, I didn't get jack! Like, what the heck, amirite?
So, I'm scrolling through reviews on Dec 15 like "yo, where's my stuff?" and finally get to DM their Insta page and, thank the heavens, my order gets refunded. But like why couldn't they tell me this earlier?
And then, I emailed them on Dec 7 just like "hey, what's the dealio with my order?" and they were like "oh don't worry, it's on it's way" and I'm like "sweet" but then two days goes by and still no outfit. What gives?!
When I finally get a hold of them on IG, they give me the same runaround and I'm like "Yo, I already heard this!" But then they tell me it was their assistant who gave me the deets and I'm like "oh, sorry!" My bad, yo.
But yo, for real, they had my dough of $97 for so long and didn't even give me a tracking number? That's wack, man. Not cool. Like, come on, be professional, you feel me?
My Mum Made It Review: Don't Waste Your Money on this Scummy Website
Yo, let me tell you about this website called My Mum Made It. First of all, it's straight up scummy and I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them. My boyfriend, bless his heart, got me a coat from there for my birthday and I was hyped because it looked amazing in the picture - the quality, cut, and overall fit were on point. But when we finally got the coat (after paying extra for expedited shipping), it was a total disappointment. The sizing was off, the cut was weird, the color was wrong, and don't even get me started on the fabric. It looked nothing like it did in the pic.
So, of course, I tried to return it but no dice. The website only allows returns if the item is damaged or something. What a cheap move, right? This website is trying to act like they're all legit and mid-level fashion but they're really just selling trash. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy anything from here, trust me.
Mymummadeit.net Review: A Warning to Steer Clear and Find Another Shop
Yo, listen up, I gotta spill the tea about my experience with mymummadeit.net. Let me tell ya, it was not a good one. I placed my order back in March (ya know, before corona was really a thing), but I didn't receive any shipping confirmation for weeks, so I had to slide into their DMs and ask what was up. Two MONTHS later, I still hadn't gotten my order and was starting to get pretty peeved. I had to send them email after email to even get a response from them, and when I finally did, they had the audacity to tell me to wait until July! Excuse me, what?! You're seriously gonna make me wait half a year for my stuff that I already paid for? That is NOT cool, my dudes.
I tried asking for my money back a few times, but they were not having it. To be honest, I feel like they straight up stole from me. If I had been smart and read some reviews before making my purchase, I would have seen that I was not the only one with this problem. They seem to have a pattern of taking forever to ship out their products, and corona can't even be blamed for that since it was happening before all the craziness started.
In conclusion, I would not recommend mymummadeit.net to anyone. Steer clear, folks. Save yourself the headache and find a different shop to get your goods from.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with My Mum Made It: Pink Puffer Tote Bag Scam or Myth?
So, I gotta tell you about my experience with this website, My Mum Made It. I was all jazzed up to get this pink puffer tote bag that I saw all over social media, you know what I mean? I bought it through PayPal which gave me a confirmation, but I never got a confirmation from MMMI themselves. Like, what the heck, man? It's been like, over a month now and I'm starting to think that this bag is a myth. I've even tried messaging them through their website twice and no response at all - it says they'll get back to me in 24 hours, but no dice. So, then I decided to try and contact them through the email address that some other customer posted, which was ***@mmmi.clothing. Still no word back. I'm real ticked off about this because I paid over 100 bucks for this bag and now I feel like I'm never gonna see it or my money ever again. I'm pretty hopeful that PayPal will refund my money eventually, but still. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen from an online store - not cool, man.
I believe I might be getting scammed by them at the moment. I also preordered the pink puffer tote in late November, and yet I still have not received any shipping update from MMMI themselves, only an update from DHL saying that the shipment label had been made. I’m concerned because the MMMI website says my order was “fulfilled” when this is [censored]ing [censored] because I’ve never even gotten an update on the package. It’s so unprofessional considering the amount of money they are charging, aswell as the fact that I bought product protection. I’m hoping customer service will respond but I’m thinking I need to just get a refund
We’ve had exactly the same experience with the puffer tote. Six weeks now and nothing, we’ve been fobbed off multiple times. I’m a journalist and interested in investigating this online scam. I’ll be pursuing this further, and sadly will be taking action to retrieve my money. It’s such a shame. There are some real shady operators online and this is one of them. Don’t get burned- avoid!
