First I wanted a bill sent to my home versus charging my credit card, no problem you can do that. Second I wanted to select my own password, No problem, you can do that, we can help you. Asked for a paper contract, no problme, we can do that. Installer came out, he cut away branches from some of our shrubs and hide them under the bushes, really. I asked for a paper copy of the contract he couldn't provide me with one. Asked if he would help set up a new password he can't do that. Called customer service for paper billing, they will charge etra for paper billing. For rebate, had to wait two full payment cycles to submit. Submitted what I could from billing on their site for September/October, I've submitted three times just received another email saying theIy need more. I believe the rebates were done fraudulently because everything I submitted from my billing was complete. If I don't hear back by December I'm filing a complaint with our attorney generals office. We don't have high speed internet so we are limited, so we decided to try Hughes Net - their service sucks, I was better off with a modem that was used in early 2000 than with Hughes Net. Customer support isn't any help you see something that is incorrect and you're looking what at it and they said everything is good.
Unless things turn around we are done after August 2024. They can't provide good quality service and this rebate issue has really been a nightmare.
Desired outcome: give me a rebate and see why our service is slow Rebates have all the documentation you need to review.
