Humana review: Center well primary senior care / Henderson, NV and the medical staff therein.

On Aug 17,2023 I had an appointment. Even got two confirmation calls. I was almost there I called them as a courtesy to let them know. They saidy appt was cancelled on Aug 3. I didn't cancel it and never received a call from them. They said the slot had been filled and would have to reschedule for September. I said No! Nope! Not happening! They then said they had an appointment for the 24 of Aug. I agreed to that. I went there waited in. The "exam" room for 1 hour and 10 minutes before this person ne Madu came in. He didn't hear a word I said. He said he had to protect himself and license and I had to take care of me! I told him the rx's I needed refilled. Even gave him the bottles to read how to refill them. He didn't care never have been looked at them. Then he said he'd give me ,3 refills on both of my rx's. The dilantin was sent in as generic which I explicitly said it has to be brand name and brand on all capital letters. My lorazepam is 2 mg twice daily as needed for epilepsy /anxiety. Epilepsy.!

When I got my paperwork as I was leaving it said all kinds of crap that wasn't true. I have insomnia that's bunk! Vitamin d deficiency bunk and no proof without blood test which I didn't have never specified what kind of epilepsy bunk! It also said I declined to answer race and ethnicity. Bunk! He wrote the lorazepam as a sleeping pill " take one at nighttime for sleep! Bunk!¡ The dilantin as generic. It has taken me 6 days and with the help of my case worker at Aetna did get BRAND name dilantin but the idiot Will not change the lorazepam as written previously for years ny real Dr's. Until he has proof that it needs changed it is to be written as it was and has been for many years!¿ Until he has Proof from tests that I haven't had he cannot just make up crap like that,! I don't never have had trouble sleeping. It was prescribed for an enhancer for dilantin! He will mot change it ,ego trip I guess he has a license which on his pea brain thinks he can Endanger My Life!

Nope! Talked to case mgr few times office mgr the same and they all back the idiot up! Big bunch of crap!life endangerment. Willful intent endangering the welfare and we'll being of a senior.,! Big bunch of malarkey from center well and their nursery school playing Dr. They are no where near a medical professional.. mgr even told me they go back through all my medical records to put something down that is in the past just to have something there. I never had insomnia Never and that is what he wrote ,1 2mg tablet at night for sleep. Big fat LIE on my medical needs! Quack quack quack nursery school playing Dr is all center well is! Do Not go there ever! Quack quack!the non care I was giving and ignoring me the 5 days it took to get dilantin correctly and the lorazap kot written and dispensed s had been and the irresponsibility of not knowing cannot change rx without proof aka tests which I did Not have. The irresponsible way of pretending to have diagnosed without tests using old medical records to try and finagle their way through a scam or their ignorance.
