Terrible services, customer services half the time have no clue what they are doing. I have been calling humana every other week since june of this year! i have changed my plan at least four different times with them. I have changed my primary at least five or six different times! i'm on the phone with them now switching my primary because the last doctor, dr. Saria mohammed of conviva care center of winter haven was more worried about my isurance, what kind of insurance i have, how much it cost me each time i went to the er! no referral for a kidney specialist, no referrals of any kind with all my ailments i have going on. Knowing i just explained how i was in the er twice in one week and it's my third trip to the er in the last three months for the same issues and he did nothing so here i am calling humana again! the first primary doctor they referred me to was out-of-network but i did not find out until i went into my account and saw that i had a 'share' for $310.00. Called humana and everybody was clueless. No straight answers from the five people i spoke to! still pending today and that was from september 28th appointment!

Humana is horrible ! The commerical on tv is a joke do not believe anything they tell you over the telephone.
My husband retired and now getting Medicare Advantage plan thru Humana. He was been on the plan for less then a year and already Humana raised his prescription for his COPD inhaler from 45.00 to 142.00.
My husband called Humana and they told him because his plan is out of money and he had to pay 25% of 800.00. He was never told about a gap amount when he signed up for Humana, he would have never applied for this horrible coverage.

So many problems handling my mom's hospital trying to get approvals back and forth from Humana to cover transition and coverage for skilled nursing facility. Mom was so sick. it was only 5 days after going into the next place that she died. Humana's departments did not even speak to each other through their systems that she was deceased. I was still getting calls from salespeople trying to offer her other benefits.
