I went to beldon hungry jacks and ordered a double sausage and egg meal I waited in the drive through for 14 minutes and when I got my food I told the staff member it's a joke and I got attitude I drive away and when I opened the wrapper from my breakfast it looked like it had been kicked round the kitchen there was 2 sausage burgers side by side And the eggs wasn't poking out 1 either side the cheese was all over the place and it was stone cold and no hash brown and coffee with no suger after asking for 2 wasn't going back there as I would of kicked of I will never ever you a hungry jacks again food out if 10 ill give it a 0 service out of 10 ill give it 0 I should of known something was wrong with hungry jacks Beldon as McDonald's in same shoppi g centre had a que of traffic out in to the car park and hungry jacks had 0 customrs in drive through or in the restaurant no wonder with food like I got never again
printed receipt not showing any number amounts on right side of docket
For the last three fridays in a row we have purchased Hungry jacks Feast bundle and have received our receipt . the problem is we cannot see any numbers in regards to price as the whole right hand side of the docket is so faint you can not read it. we have mentioned this each time but they dont seem to give a hoot. whats the point of asking if you want your receipt if you can not see how much you paid for it.

Cleanliness of restaurant
When arriving into the restaurant the floors had rubbish floating around and the floor was sticky in spots. When choosing a spot for my family to sit at a table to eat, the cleanliness was far from clean. There was sauce and food over most tables, bins are over flowing and sauce was on the foot stool side of the booths. Disgusting is an understatement, my son also visited the bathroom where he replied "yuk" coming back, as I ask him to go wash his hands to eat. He said "there is pee on the floor and didn't look like it's been cleaned in a while". COVID has hit and cleanliness should be the top priority. Disgusting. We will not be visiting again.

Drive through
The store in Baldivis is constantly badly managed. I visit daily and have to wait in the drive through anywhere between 10 and 20 minutes. This is unacceptable only to be greeted with " apologies for the wait" I have been forced to visit McDonald's which is infinitely quicker and far better organised.

I understand the food loses it's temperature but the food was ICE COLD!

Gympie Qld store
Gympie, Qld store Friday 9/7/21 8.00pm - Purchased 2 bacon deluxe burgers and two coffee's.
Disgusting on both counts. The meat in the burger was not cooked thoroughly it looked almost raw in the middle and barely warm. The coffee luke warm, cold within minutes and a cappuccino was ordered but was not what we received. If we had not been in the car driving south to Brisbane I would have taken both back into store and requested refund.
Desired outcome: Pick up their act this is not the first time the food has been very ordinary and will not be partaking again.
Dry buns and wrong receipt
At 4.20pm on a Friday Mum went to our local Hungry Jacks in Joondalup. The order was 4 whoppers with cheese in a large meal, 2 Junior whoppers on there own and 1 cheese burger. The order was right just that my mum had to ask for the receipt. The actually Manger gave the wrong receipt to her. When we all had our whoppers the buns were dry like they were from yesterday's buns. Not good service at all from a Hungry Jacks that Ive known since I was a kid. Things have to change cutting people to go to the next order to not give the right Receipt is just bad service and comeing from a manger just makes it worser very disappointing. My mum didn't pay $73.00 for dry whoppers not very professional at all.😔

Cold and incorrect order
We attended the drive through at 5pm on the 22nd may 2021 we ordered 2 small whopper meals both with sprite one with no onion and tomato and add cheese to both the whoppers plus 6 nuggets and sauce and a small serve of chips the food was cold and both burgers had onion and tomato on them I have allergies to both these items so couldnt eat the burger because of it the chips were old and cold the nuggets there were only 4 not 6 of them and to top it off the service was really crap here so over coming to this hungry jacks getting really crap food and [censored] service I would like a replacement of the meals or my money back thanks turns me off wanting to come to this hungry jacks its the worst run hungry jacks here in ipswich australia

bugs in food and 0 care factor
I got some food at Helensvale Hungry Jack's tonight. I walked in and waited 30 min to get the food then when I got home and opened it found a bug in my burger, rang up to complain and got told sorry we can't give out a manager phone number or email same for state manager and same for Australian manager, this is a joke. so I went online to complain at the website you cant it has an infinite loop that never allows you to complain. so in other words you don't care. your company is a joke. I will never eat here again. I also eat one burger before I looked at it and I am feeling really sick now in the stomach so it has given me food poisoning. expect that I will be taking this matter further and to court for compensation. learn to have a clean restaurant and one without bugs in the food. there wasn't enough staff there and the staff that were there were more interested in taalking thaan doing there job.
TV advertising
We are very upset at your TV advertising of your Big Burger. We find it repulsive, the size is totally ridiculous and impractical and you are encouraging obesity. We do not consume fast food and cannot see the need to pad out this complaint as we feel in most fields bigger is not better.
Desired outcome: Scrap this burger and the advertising, settle for a practical burger.
Dirty habits, place never cleaned, lazy management and staff require training
We had a meal in the above on Thursday about 7Pm and found every table
dirty, floor not clean, had to clean table and chairs ourselves.
Complained to Manager and was told :-" We are closing soon"!
The same filth was there the week before at 1PM the week before as we had the same problem.
We eat at many Hungry Jacks as I prefer it as the leading burger house in town, have eaten in BurgerKing in the USA and am disgusted with this Spearwood effort as was a machinery supplier to Comgroup in Perth in the past.
Considering we have Covid19 Serious action must be taken now!

Drive through
Tonight at 6:41pm we went to the rowville hungry jacks and we were kept waiting 45 minutes in the drive through. We had no apology or explanation as to why it took so long and then to be then laughed at when we complained about the wait to the lady at the windows. and to top it off once we FINALLY got home the whole order was completely wrong. Not one item we ordered was in the bag not even the correct size chips. Its not that hard to put 4 burgers and chips in a bag, actually the worst experience I have ever had with any fast food outlet and will be telling all my family friends and my whole rowville clientele to never go to this place again with such disgusting behaved and undertrained staff. Absolute joke.

Place a order through Uber Eats at your Algester in Queensland around 930pm 10/3/2021. the order was cancelled and the money taken from my account. I rang the the Algester store and said l would have to go through Uber Eats. Uber eats has no contact number or any way to complain about their theft from my bank account. hoping you Hungry Jacks may be able to do something about?

Your ad referencing 'a customer by the name of Jessie, ' whom you claim calls your coffee "puddle water" - a phrase I have never heard in my life - is seriously off-target to the point where I feel the need to write you. I actually enjoy the burger at HJ, and agree with your slogan that they are better. I don't feel the need to go there for the coffee. Are you endeavouring to "make a silk purse out of a sow's ear"? The actor chosen to represent your company's feelings on the quality of your coffee quite fails to promote your brand for the better; rather, he comes across as smug, insincere, and exceedingly passive aggressive. Not of his own accord, but in your stead. How can this ad have made it past the first take? In attempting to humiliate the complainant, you have created an attitude of hostile resentment. Who do you imagine the customer is going to support in this case? I'm sure you can agree that the quality of the coffee is as much about the operator as the given product. What will you say about that aspect? It actually seems like you're admitting that you had a bad product in the first place - but still resent the feedback despite your 'gratitude'. It's never wise to badmouth your customers, under any guise or circumstances. Negative or constructive feedback is indeed a gift given to you by disappointed but willing-to-communicate customers and should be highly valued as a free tool for improvement. This ad fails me significantly, and leaves me less inclined to visit you store any time soon. Macca's - though the burgers are worse - is lookin' finger-lickin better.

I purchased an order on the 3rd of october at 2:40pm from the store in st marys, nsw. After it had arrived, I gave my kids their food only to find a finger nail at the bottom of the chop box. I do not have false nails on and never have. Neither does my 11 year old son or 8 year old daughter. During a covid crisis you think they would be a little more clean. The hygiene is low and the service is poor.

Cold burger for the third time
The last three times I've been through a drive through hungry jacks I've found my burger to be completely cold, I find this particularly odd as I custom order my burger, are they just scrapping the pickles off old burgers?
