Hungry Jack's Australia review: Bad customer service and over charged for cold food

My name is matt been a long life time customer love HJ over any other fast food outlet however im must say you have Terrible customer service at this outlet waiting over 15min for service once served order was wrong completly long wait for food food was cold when we got it and was over charged for what we got and completely unsatisfied turning me off from returning to this store or any other HJ outlet I was charged as you can see from my receipt $47.95 for just two hunger tamer boxes 1large bacon deluxe and 1 whopper with cheese thats all I ordered I ask for the manager to please refund as I was over charged and all I got back was $13 surely your prices have not gone up that much for 2 large hunger tamer boxes 🤬what a joke I hope you don't treat o rd rip off all your valued long time customer this way
