I would like to raise concerns in your Cannon HHill store, Bribane, Qld on 10/12/2019 for an order places at 8.09pm #876.We waited 30 minutes for this order, many customers were waiting.
My specific complaint refers to Caitlin (?) who as I now understand was the duty manager. She appeared to be at the back of the store talking on the phone and walking around idly. She then appeared to pretend to be busy looking at some papaerwork. Front counter staff seemd disorganised and very busy, and perhaps very young. Anyway I had to call one of the staff to call the manager with whom I then asked to get to work and help with customer service.She seemed sheepish and started to help. My concern is that this sort of attitiude is wrong and Hungry Jacks needs to mentor their staff. I am not blaming Caltlin direcrtly but Hungry jacks. I also have concerns the staff were underaged .
