Hungry Jack's Australia review: Product/food quality.

Went to the Hungry Jack's store by the Ampol Petrol Station off of Parker Street.

Ordered a Cheeseburger meal with Onion Rings, a Cheeseburger with Extra pickles and Onions, and a Plant Base Whopper meal. All in total 30 dollars.

Long behold the Onion Rings were forgotten, the chips were stone cold and no salt, the burgers were cold, the buns looked like they were wiped on the very little remains of sauce left in the sauce guns, 2 pickles and 4 Onion pieces, patty tasty like it was left on a metal service for days and reheated in a microwave

I love hungry Jack's, but now it's not the burgers are better at Hunry Jack's, it's now the burgers are cold at hungry Jack's. Even worse, the orders are forgotten at Hungry Jack's. Let alone I had to wait 30 minutes to get my order while others ahead of me from the drive thru got their food early while a family of 8 got their last supper sized meal first.

Improve the staff quality and improve the cooking and common sense. Orders must be repeated at the windows and double checked before hand. Instead of dropping off the food and walking back inside, get the customers to relook the food. A customer would be more appreciative correcting it there and then without walking back inside or driving home to find they couldn't resolve the issues. Lousy professionalism.
