Hunter Express service

This e go or hunter xpress are shocking thy just lost a 30 kg carton with pool pump left melb on the 6th to wollongong depot and disappeared despite the fact it was scanned and a pict taken of it, and without my knowledge just taking a x tra surcharge from my credit card. Than giving u the big run around by claiming that after a 4 day search nothing was found. Asking me to describe the parcel so thy could find it when in actual fact because of the according to them incorrect weight thy had a pict of it on file. But in the end never giving u a straight answer on where is it? And where can I pick up from? I had find the local depot myself! I think thy are very cunning in covering there tracks and forget getting any answers from them. There last email was to contact the sender what the hell can he do all he did is box it and we know that it was send properly addressed as thy had all my details of the parcel to scam my credit card

What a write off of a Company!

Got told they service my area on 2 day of the week to call them back the following week to be told by another worker “oh no we don’t service your area and haven’t for years” parcel then gets sent on to yet another company to be delivered to my area to then be told they don’t even have the parcel!

I’ve been waiting on a parcel for two weeks. It has been sitting at my depot since Monday.

No one will give me any answers or allow me to speak to a supervisor

My parcel has not arrive. The tracking just says its sitting in the Brisbane Depot.

ETA for delivery was yesterday 5th October. Tracking number is TPW557970.

I have tried phoning you several times but its just recorded messages, its impossible to speak to anyone.

Where is you customer service?

Parcel delivered on 17/8/2022 at 4:08pm Parcel delivered to wrong address. Parcel was delivered to unit number 9 instead of unit 65

My supplier advised Hunter Express picked up my items for delivery, and your tracking shows the items booked 1/12/2020 then no tracking. We are at the end of the second week and no one knows if or when the items might arrive. The supplier has offered a refund but I would like to know where my items are before I make that decision.

Hi My consignment booked by grace bargain no NI033091 but from 24/10/2019 not change in tracking i am waiting for at least one week. What is your time frame of delivery. I track so many time but status is same. please let me know where is my delivery or when i will receive my delivery where i cN contact by email or phone thanks
