Leaving this delivery outside the property boundary, on the road verge in the rain, is not considered by me to leaving the delivery in a save place?

They have had a mattress I ordered for a couple of weeks and every time I call they say it will be delivered the next day and it has still not been delivered. I am going around in circles calling every day to ask why it wasn't delivered. They just appologise and say the next day. I asked to speak to a manager today and was told they can't give out that information. I am at a loss what to do next. Completely frustrating.
Desired outcome: I want the mattress I ordered and paid for delivered.

Good afternoon my delivery has been @ the e-go couriers depot in Unanderra since the 23rd of October, 2021 I have emailed the company 3 times they aren't responding I've contacted the seller they advised they were going to escalate the delivery yet still I haven't heard anything the ETA date was 29/10/21 now I don't know who to contact other then the ACC complaints department.

Bike never arrived
Bike never arrived and lack of response. Logged multiple tickets, emails and no adequate info as to where bike went after pickup. No feedback from driver who collected it. No interest from company of having one person to follow though the outstanding problem and resolve it. New email and ticket requests sent to me to repeat the process with new people. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Completely unsatisfactory and I will be going to police. No answering phone calls. Just hold messages for ages then cuts you off.

Wrong delivery address
I am writing to let you know that I didn't received my order tracking number DET179282 as it was sent to the wrong address.
It was sent to 5, Lionel Street, Ingleburn instead of 5A, Lionel Street, Ingleburn. I am afraid that I will not get my order back as the neighbour is keeping it.
Delivery person should be responsible enough to check that they have delivered orders to the right address.
Please advise me how I can get my order back as I spend a fortune on it.

I received a delivery by you company today
I was home at the time but nobody rang my doorbell instead leaving my package at the road end of the carport. Not only was this unsafe as it could be easily taken by anyone that went by but on collecting it from out the front the package was damaged quite extensively. I'm not to know whether my goods are damaged or complete. This is a gift for my son for Xmas so I'm not going to know till then what state the goods will be in. This is very unsatisfactory as I would not have accepted this delivery if it was brought to my front door

I cannot believe how rude and unhelpful your customer service staff are.
My order has been redirected 4 times already because your drivers are too lazy to deliver it. They scan in the items then leave it at the warehouse and I'm waiting all day for the delivery to arrive only to be told it's not coming again!
Your last customer service call… hopefully you can find out who it was.. called on the 20th October at 2.10pm following up my late delivery hung up on me.. disgraceful service! I have sent a formal complaint to the sender requesting a refund and that they should change their courier!

Driver recklessness
On my way to work just now, one of your drivers was driving in a dangerous and life threatening manner.
I was on the inside lane alongside your truck with the number plate WHQ 306. I was not pulling up to his truck - I was driving at a steady speed near his left cabin side door. He had a truck in front of him and he proceeded to pull into my lane with me still there. I would have had to speed up and break the speed limit or, as I did, I swerved into the service lane and slammed on my brakes. He could have killed me if he had pushed me into the wall.
Thankfully another car saw him and started to take photos of his number plate and the van. I hope he sends them to you or to the police or puts them on social media as this man is a menace.
He was heading east on the Western Ring Road and turned north on Sydney Road.

what the stuff are the delivery trucks being used for at the fyshwick depot I must ask because I. still waiting for a delivery and I ordered it months back it's been sitting in your depot the updates state and has been for weeks and weeks so what the stuff is wrong with your canberra staff. I have made contact many times I have had your staff emailed and asked over and over but still no service please get the goods to me now thankyou absolutely absurd disservice to the hunter express company and Def don't live up to the company name or what they say they represent

Attempted delivery on Friday and then Monday 21 September to wrong address. I sent an email with correct address and the driver had my mobile phone number. He didn't try to call me yesterday and now I'm told by Hunter that the package has gone back to "the centre". Where is the centre; I want my package. You have the correct address

Undelivered goods
I have a package worth $800 AUD one month overdue. At least 20+ calls and emails to Hunter, with ambiguous and evasive answers every time from the call line ladies. Most solid answer I received was the driver did take the package out on the delivery date but "ran out of time" and took it back to depot. They would not give me a new delivery date or even declare the package lost (which I am sure it is) so they can refund the sender who in turn, would refund me, and we can move on. I offered to collect it myself from the Casula depot with no hard feelings but they refused to allow me access due to "COVID restrictions". Then they attempt to tell me to get the seller to re despatch a new package. Who is going to pay for this new $800 package?
I can deal with delays, but I can't deal with lack of communication. Hunter Express have not attempted to contact me once this past month, I've done all the chasing myself via email and phone calls. I've raised the issue to Fair Trading, the seller has raised it with eBay, and I have notified local Police. Their refusal to acknowledge the package as lost or to deliver it essentially means they are withholding it from me, which constitutes theft. Avoid this company at all costs. Revolting.
Desired outcome: I just want my goods delivered I don't care about taking this company for all they are worth, however they are forcing my hand due to total dismissal and negligence of their customer base
Overall service
To any companies using this company they do not listen to instructions. Do you want your reputation to be the same as this company as that is what happens when you hire them to represent you. Do you want people to avoid you because you use this company (i now check and any place using these guys I won't touch), if so then go ahead hire them for deliveries, your loss not mine!

I ordered via mydeal.com.au a bed frame and mattress. So I understand covid is happening but that is no excuse for poor service. So my boyfriend was at the new apartment and heard the bell ring he went out to check and a package was left out. No calls or messages to ensure we were home nothing. And this aparenly was only 1 the bedhead the rest came much later.
I tried calling but spent most of the day on hold for hours untill it cut out. I tried the Facebook page and got to talk to someone however they blocked me. I spoke to mydeals who say to contact the delivery company and it appeared to go back and forth. Online it said it was delivered.
As this was taking so long I ordered a sofabed as a backup from fantastic furniture but again it's with these guys with the same timeframes. I asked for that to be cancelled and they asked me to call the delivery company so I explained why I wouldn't. I was told someone spoke to them and cancelled the order.
So it was bought here and left. My boyfirend tried to tell the delivery person this and they yelled at him saying they were parked on the road had other deliveries. This was a night of anxiety as we had to keep it outside and wrap it in a tarpolen untill I was chasing fantastic funiture the next day. This was a terrible experience and I will from now on not use businesses who have hunter express as the delivery company.

Disgraceful - AVOID!
I purchased a bed frame from Catch of the Day (fantastic company) who advised that I would receive my delivery a few days after. I paid $140 shipping fee. It was due to arrive on the 4th of August 2021 and was waiting over one month for it. As I had zero correspondence from hunter express I phoned them and was hung up on numerous times in a row after waiting on hold for 30 mins each. Eventually got through to some rude and arrogance female who said it would be delivered the next day. Still did not arrive. Phone a few more times and after a lot of frustrated discussion it eventually showed up, separately mind you. If I had not of chased it up I doubt my delivery would have been delivered. Disgusting service.

Waiting over 1 month for delivery. Phoned multiple times, very rude customer service. Finally was able to pick 3 of the 4 boxes up from the depot but they could not find the 4 th box told me they would deliver the following day but that did not happen. continued to ring customer service every few days and been sent multiple emails saying delivery will be made but date passes customer service are useless and rude and should find another job where they don't have to speak with customers

Lack of delivery and rude customer service
I received one out of two parcels ordered., delivered through hunter express. Had to phone four times to try and track and receive an eta. After repeatativly recieving no outcome and rude customer service, I was told they had no idea and as it had been so long I should contact the supplier and ask them to send out the product again. No apologies or accountability taken there end. If you are a business on the end of a supply chain, I would avoid hunter express at all cost, not a good look for your company.

Hunter Express have had my item for a week now, provided a "tracking number" on the 1st call on hold for almost 2 hours!, which shows absolutely nothing! Phoned them again and on hold for over an hour, to be told they have no idea where my packages are! They have it "somewhere" it just hasn't been scanned in yet anywhere! Absolutely useless! Where the f*** is my package!
