wrinkle control
I too thought I was only paying for shipping of $3.95 and now find I was charged for the original and another bottle. According to them if I had cancelled within the 14 day trial (which I did not know about) I would not have been charged. So now its too late? What difference does the timing make. Can a class action suit be filed against them? They are scammers and underhanded the way they do business.

free trial... that is no such thing!
I ordered the free online sample of the above product, to see if it was as good as they said. I was very careful to say no to all the subsequent offers that they tried to get me to agree to and eventually reached the checkout and put in my credit card details to pay for the shipping costs. Job done, or so I thought. What a surprise I got, when a few weeks later a payment for $130 was taken from my credit card! I immediately rang them and had, it has to be said, heated discussion with a representative of the company. I tried to explain how disgusted I was at the underhand way in which they obviously get people to sign up for something, when they don't realize they were doing it! I especially feel sorry for those people who would have thought they were... As the website said... Getting a free sample, only to be signed up for a lot more! I was extremely diligent when I was on the webpage and even had my husband checking with me and we were both scammed. $130 would put food on the table for many families and I think this company should be ashamed of itself. Also, customer service isn't great. Representative put the phone down on me... Nice job lady, should get employee of the month, not! I personally am not letting this go and want to warn everybody out there... Dont do it. Keep your credit card in your wallet and choose a different product/company to try. So far I have been credited back $30, so only another $100 to go before they've heard the last from me.

I have ordered one product on Aug 03, 2017, which came as a advertisement online saying that a big deal in the history of Dragon Den, Hydroluxe serum for flawless skin. I have ordered only one product but my credit card charged for the two items. I thought I might have done something wrong when submitted the ordered. But when I checked my credit card two days back they have charged $116 and $130 without my knowledge. When they sent receipt to my e-mail id for 6 or 8 CAD intially, why they can not send any receipt for these $116 and $130 charges. When I called and talked to them, they behave like I was wrong that I have agreed the terms and conditions when I submitted my orders. But I do not remember anything to agree for charging to my credit card without my knowledge. These people are really know how to make money by cheating people. I really do not have time to deal with this otherwise I would have filed the complaint to RCMP. These people still surviving because no body is serious about this SCAM. There are many people around who were lost money for no reason. But what I have learnt is do not buy any thing online from any websites which are not so well known. I will remember this forever and pass this information to everyone I know because I don't want anyone to be victim. Hydroluxebeauty is a big scammer and liar, be ware do not buy anything.
You also took two payments from my credit card when I had only allowed one. Please send address so I can return both orders to you along with the $50. gas coupon. Shame on you for ripping people off.
I recently ordered this product. When I put it on my face it felt like what I imagine cement would feel. I thought the recommended lotion would help or smooth out the way the first stuff felt. however it seemed that the lotion was old as it is very thick and smelled awful. I tried to return it but there is no return address. WTF?
scam
They are liars! They say that you can try it for a month just have to pay shipping fee but they start charging your credit card automatically for refills. They also lie about the price of a the product. How you know you want to continue using it when you don't get a chance to try the product! The skin cream SUCKS and is not worth the price. I am very disappointed with the product and the way I was treated. I hope this company changes their way of doing business. you can buy cheaper stuff with the same effects. Save your money !
unauthorized credit card charges
I would like to cancel any further orders of any of your products. Was offered to me as a free trial just paying shipping and handling for less that $10. Now not even a month later your company already try to charge $89 to my credit card. Order # 1566355 Ref # 5064688
I want my name remove from your system. I do not have any business with Hydroluxe Beauty
free sample with shipping and handling
Wow for a disgusting product it smells like semen, could not use it at all.
If you don`t respond with 14 days you pay for the product for me it was $130 and then automatic shipment monthly. There is now information with the box as to who to contact when you get your first shipment so you have to go looking for that information. STAY AWAY from this free sample not worth the money
two samples that were offered on facebook for postage only.
I saw the ad on Facebook for a free 14 day trial with only postage charged. I then authorized the purchase on my credit card. However I was quite dismayed when I looked at my credit card and I have been charged $130 plus $119.00 for these products which I did not authorize. I've since called the customer service number and was put on hold for five minutes while they checked and they offered me $100 rebate. I took that as I wanted some sort of compensation but I'm still have over $150.00worth of charges that I did not authorize. Is there anything I can do. Thank you in advance for your kind assistance in this matter !
wrinkle control formula, moisturizer day and night cream
I saw an ad on FACEBOOK for a wrinkle control product (JUNE 2017). The ad said I coud get a free sample if I agreed to pay for the shipping. In the process of providing my credit card information the site offered me multiple deals on discounted product if I agreed to buy at this point in time. I did not as I was only interested in the sample.
When the sample arrived there was another product in with it (June 2017) . I had been sent two products. I thought this was a mistake. Then (July 2017) I received another two packages in the mail. I did not open these packages as I did not want them.
THEN ON MY VISA STATEMENT I SAW I HAD BEEN BILLED FOR OVER $100 FOR EACH OF THE TWO PRODUCTS AND THEN SAW ON THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT (Aug 2017) I HAD BEEN BILLED YET AGAIN.
In total I have now been billed over $400 for what I thought was $4 sample. When I tried to speak with the company they informed me that I had agreed to their terms and conditions and that included paying full price for the samples and signing up for a subcription for the two products.
When I complained I did not and wanted a refund they offered to cancel the subscription and offered a $100 refund but would not refund me in full for the product even when I said I would be returning packages that had not been opened. I photographed the packages. Then they sent another email from another person saying they would no longer be offering a refund.
When I asked the company to send me a copy of the agreement I supposedly agreed to I got a typed description of what they said I agreed to and not the actual agreement itself.
When I spoke with the resolution department of my credit card company they said these cases can be difficult to resolve because of these agreements. The did say to ask for an RMA # and to return the product and provide a tracking number to the company so you could prove the product had been returned.
After 15 days If I don't see a refund I can go back to the credit card company and have them persue the return. I communicated mostly by email to maintain a paper trail record of the conversations and agreements that were made. I will be continuing with this in as many avenues and ways to pursue a full refund because I can't afford these charges and because I believe this company and their process is wrong, sneaky and fraudulent.

they charged me $120.00 very disappointed!
I had bought some sample cream from your Company, and it was suppose to be $6.00 or a bit more. You charged me over $120.00 dollars plus more. For crappie cream. Hydroluxe is suppose to help with eye puffy. It won't come out now. Plus all kinds of witnesses when I pumped it out first, and put it around my eyes. It looked like White dried cream. It is terrible that you are scamming people. I would like a reply back, cause this is very serious matter. Lawyers said you can get sued, for a lot of money. [protected]@yahoo.com
unethical behaviour
I did not proceed with my order on-line, went out of the site before hitting confirm order but they processed my cc anyway...had 2nd thoughts so Googled this company & too many scam alerts. I did phone immediately to cancel my order & requested an e-mail cancellation # which I did receive & contacted my cc company to issue me a new card. Beware! Also they did indicate they would send a free trial & had the free trial showing available but not when you try & order, the free trial is NOT available & they are just after your cc information.
wrinkle control
Hi. I once ordered from you guys the free trial you guys had on sale for the wrinkle control and the ultimate moisture that was back in June 21 I got charge for: webskincarenow: $52.84, new skin formula: $ 5.39 and face care wellness: $ 6.75 that was what I was supposed to pay ONCE not 3 times as I already been charge for more products that i have not got yet. You guys charge me again on July 5th not even a month after for New Age skin formula $133.30 and once again on July 7th $119.20 for Face care wellness and the last charge I got it on August 4 for New Age skin formula $129.76 once again when I order place an order 1TIME not 3 or 4 times. I haven't got any of these products beside the ones i got in my first order which i believed I was getting charge for the free trial you guys had. I need to know how can I get the money back for the products I haven't got or if I need to start a legal process to fix this problem. I'd appreciate your respond ASAP . THANKS
hydroluxe
I found your trial order on line and called to order the trial of the wrinkle cream. The guy asked me if I wanted the moisture cream I said no. He proceeded with the order. No one told me that I will be charged $99.95US after 14 days if I do not cancel. Last week I got 2 shipments in the mail. After trying to dispute it they will not take back the product shipped and give me a full refund. They have charged me 5.48 and 6.48 for shipment because the rep shipped me both products. NOW they have charged my credit card a total for $504.80. When I called they insist I was aware of the agreement prior to ordering the trial.
wrinkle cream
I signed up for a trial cream for US $3.95 on July 23rd. I said "no" to all the follow up orders. I have been charged $129.76 on August 7th . Called them asking them to fevers the charge and they have refused stating this is on the terms & conditions! This is a scam. I asked to talk to the manager or the finance department but the person would not pass me on and hung up on me. This company needs to be investigated because they do not mention that the trial offer will be charged the full price in 14 days if we do not cancel the order.
unauthorized credit card charge-no returns and allowances permitted
I was also a victim of this company and their scam. The pop up that I saw indicated that this company had been on Dragons Den, which indicated to me that the company was legit. I placed an order for a trial sample for $3.95 US (although the company indicates that they are Canadian, all funds are in US dollars). I received the sample and then 14 days later my account was charged for a further $99.95. I did speak to a customer service rep and had the subscription that I had apparently signed up for, cancelled. When I indicated that I did not sign up for a subscription that rep said that it was part of the terms and conditions. I mentioned that there was no pop up for any terms and conditions and I believe now that this is automatically checked and therefore unless you know to go look for it, it is not something anyone sees when they place the order for the sample. I have noted that many have had to cancel their credit cards to avoid being charged for any more product. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. Do NOT order anything from this company. The website is under construction.
I was cheated on a poll
I did not want to take the subscription, so you charged me $ 128.09 on my credit card I would like to be refunded. Cancel the subscription I did not request. I just completed a survey that was not true in the end. I have not subscribed to any of these products. I am a very honest person and I am very saddened by this transaction which happened on my Master Card without my consent
Thank you . I hope to have a good service from you.
unauthorized credit card charges
I order a free trial sample that could be returned within 14 days from the order date. I received the product after the 14 days expired and then they charged me Aug 03, 2017 MAJESTICLOOKTODAY.COM [protected] WA
Foreign Currency $124.93
I phoned them and they said they could not refund the amount as I didn't cancel within 14 days. I told them I am going to my credit card company and taking this further as its fraud.
They then said they would refund $50 in the next 4 business day but that all they could do. I have now contacted my credit card company. This is a wrinkle cream and lots of seniors like myself are being scammed.
scam scam scam
I like everyone else say a free sample and thought hey want can I loose... I filled out the info and when it asked for the credit card information I decided not to go through with it. I think free should be free. So I closed the window without giving any financial information. Within 5 minutes they had called me twice trying to get my credit card information.
I had my coworker answer and ask for a number to call back and they got very angry and hung up.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS "FREE" PRODUCT!
eye cream, moisturizer
Ordered over my iPhone, was billed for additional product after 15 days.
To get a refund of $50 USD per item ordered, call the company [protected] and press zero to speak to a rep) and tell them the terms and conditions of the contract were not provided to you at the time you enrolled therefore the contract is invalid. They will say they are on the website. Insist that the contract is invalid because the terms were not provided at the time you enrolled. After about 20 minutes of insisting, they'll offer the refund.
Cancel your account and get the reference number. Also get reference numbers for each $50 refund.
Good grief, what an expensive lesson learned.
Exact same thing happened to me. I will put a stop on my credit card but they say I signed the terms and conditions somehow, ...I mean this is a ridiculous scam.
