SCAM SCAM SCAM
DO NOT PURCHASE TRIAL
I was under the impression this was a $5 trial. They charge you $99 14 days after you order the trial (for the trial) and then $99 every month after that. They WON'T except unopened product back. They tell you that you agreed to their auto shop program when you purchased the trial BECAUSE it's in the fine print of their website.
I'm going to try to report it to my credit card company, but I think they have screwed us here. TERRIBLE.
do not trial this product
Ordered the trial sample on my Samsung for my girlfriend and subsequently received the sample. Then started receiving orders that i did not authorize. Their terms and conditions are situated on their website bu they did not convey them on my phone so i was unaware that i would be subscribing to auto ship. This is subterfuge and misrepresentation. Hence i have had to cancel my visa. When i called customer support i was told i should have gone to to the website. No refund. Also they went ahead and charged me in US funds & 36%. MFers.
hydroluxe beauty
I signed up for a trial for $4.95 for the anti aging and lotion and have since been charged twice for $99.95 USD and $89.95 USD for products I haven't received nor did I sign up for them! This is a scam as I made sure to click for the trial and not for the monthly subscription! I hadn't even received notice of these payments being taken from my account only noticed them on my statement. I would like a refund!
double billing credit card
July 29 but on online banking shows it as July 31/17
Carol Lassell
On July 29 Called your office asking for the money to be returned of the amount of $128 and change because it was the 20 or 21 of July that the product was received. That's less then the 14 day trail your sales agent Avon Bubble[censored] 543543 who claimed he was a manager, said I had before being billed 30days worth because I only had 14 days to try it. It was maybe 7 days of trial and I got billed. My daughter recalled and hit number one to cancel this product and then got another $115 taken out of my account. So in total $244 was taken from my account under your terms and conditions stating 14 days trail and being billed for the shipping and handling fee of 5.65 on July 7/17. So it was less then 14 days and took as much as they could from my account. I was asking for money to be refunded back to my account.

I was on a website in my phone and this product came up stating that the Dragon's on Dragon's Den were impressed.I clicked on it and it asked if I wanted to try a free sample. I clicked on it and then it asked me if I wanted months supply which I clicked NO.
I then get a call later that day from my credit card company that I was charged 193.00 Canadian for this product that I said no to.
I was prepared to pay the shipping on the sample .
I emailed the company as I could not get through on the phone.
They said :
On top of the trial offer I also placed a onetime order of 5 months supply
for 149.95USD. Please be advised that any order placed under onetime discounted rate in NON REFUNDABLE and can no longer be returned.

I filled out something online and this option came up to get a product for free and only pay 3.95 for shipping and it did not state that I was obligated for any other purchases and it was very misleading to say the least because there was never any such agreement or any information provided that stated that I would receive ongoing charges especially in The amount of over $128.00 USD nor did it state any cancellation within 14 days. They offered me a refund of half and not the full amount and I am on disability where I can barely afford to survive as it is and they still are greedy for a dollar rather than have any compassion or sense of moral obligation to correct their fraudulent activity by taking money from my account that was not authorized and was never authorized. And to do this after I explain to them that I am also having to pay court costs for a beating heart that was wrongfully stolen from me...my support/companion animal for my disabilities. They callously denied me a full refund knowing that now I cannot pay certain court costs to fight and that's leaving me more traumatized and even more suicidal than I have already been over this battle for THEIR GREED AND CRUEL DESIRE FOR MONEY OVER AN ACTUAL LIFE!
I ordered via Facebook and this option came up to get a product for free and only pay 3.95 for shipping and it did not state that I was obligated for any other purchases and it was very misleading to say the least because there was never any such agreement or any information provided that stated that I would receive ongoing charges especially in The amount of over $128.00 USD nor did it state any cancellation within 14 days. I never received any type of communication email or letter confirming this policy. I only received an instruction sheet with my sample size. When I called the customer service centre and complained, Two. Ustomr servive reps hung up on me when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. The third rep I spoke with offered me a $50 refund and refused return of merchandise. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

This hydroluxe beauty are thieves, they are Internet scammers. I have been robbed the sum of $391.72 Canadian dollars. They charged my account three times without delivering any product. My attempt to contact them has met with rebuffed. They neither provided explanation for taking my money nor planned for a refund. I am shocked that this kind of people would be allowed to get away with such crime. I got an offer from prime amazon offering a trial and requested for postage fee. I applied for it and my account was charged two times On 12th of June for the sum of 6.87and 5.48 dollars. The same amount was charged on the 14th of June. Subsequently, 120.28 Canadian dollars was charged twice; first on 26th of June and July 5th. And on 4th of July the sum of 133.33 dollars was charged from my account within 3 weeks without delivering the product.
and you didnt do any thing about it? you didnt reporte them

I was on my yahoo email when a pop up for shaw communications survey came up I buy my internet from shaw and had recently changed my service so thought it was legit so I did the survey was offered a free gift value of 120.00 for wrinkle cream so I checked the box it asked for 3.95 shipping for free gift at no time did I go to your site a ask for a trial now I get charged 99.00 us for gift that was suppose to be free and another 99.00 us because your company says I signed up for a trial which I did not and when I called all they could offer was 50.00 us back but when I further emailed asking to speak with some one in authority and asking for legal department saying that I believed I was scammed all they kept saying was the same old story I signed up for a trial which I did not and that because I complained they would take away the 50.00 us refund. I then emailed Hydroluxe direct and am now emailing on the complaint site. I have no client number because I did not sign up for a trial as well I took a screen shot of the pop up survey and sent to [protected]@chantelstclaire.com I want to know how to proceed as I received a the second bottle of wrinkle cream should I mail back the first girl who gave me 50.00 refund said don't bother wouldn't make a difference. As I did bot sign up for a trial I should be reimbursed for both bottles at 99.00 us for a total of 198.00 us.
misleading customers
On June 6, 2017 I agreed to try a sample of this product through their website for $4.99 plus shipping. Like many other people I did not go through the agreement with a fine tooth comb. I just wanted to try the product. On June 6, 2017 my credit card was charged for $5.37 and then again for $6.73. I assumed this was a conversion issue and trusted my credit card company to adjust it.
3 days later with many Canada Post emails as to delivery I received 1 box in the mail with 2 products in it and no receipt and no cancellation information. I received a 1 oz jar of Hyrdroluxe Ultimate Moisture and a 0.5 oz tube of Hydroluxe Instant Wrinkle Control.
On July 6, 2017 my credit card was charged for a "subscription service" for $119.96. On July 7, 2017 my credit card was charged for "purchase from a retail store" for $133.23.
After contacting my credit card company (PC MasterCard) who would do nothing about the charges but give me a contact number to call Hyrodrolyxe I was credited $100.00.
So I have been duped for $165.29 (product charges + shipping = $265.29)
hydroluxe instant wrinkle control and moisturizer cream
When I ordered these products I was u Der the impression they were samples and I was only obligated to pay the shipping. During checkout when you were offering the products at "discounted" prices I said NO to all of them I'm not going to spend 100's of dollars on products I haven't tried yet I'm a single mom of 3 children so I'm extremely picky about what products I use I don't like wasting money n I especially don't like when your being offered a samples and then all of a sudden the company is charging ur card over $120 for each product I went to the website and canceled my "subscription " that I never chose to be apart of in the first place after that it said I was gonna be charged $38 for the products I already recieved wich was the samples so that doesn't make any sense and even after I canceled your still trying to charge my credit card the full hundred and whatever
So I'd like you to remove my name from any billing lists I don't want your products I want to be able to go pay my credit card without you stealing almost 300 dollars of my money

I can't believe these ppl scam like this. I really hope someone takes legal action against them. Whenever I get a chance I will give nothing but horrible reviews for this [censor] company. I piss on you and your [censor] company.
I don't think they even care that they are scamming ppl. Customer service ppl ate trined to talk over you and repeat "have you read the terms and conditions."
Scam artists
unauthorized credit card charges
Upon opening my recent credit card statement, I found two unauthorized charges for Hydroluxe Instant Rapid Wrinkle Control Hydroluxe Hydrating Day @ Night Cream.
On June 12, 2017 I ordered two free samples of these products with the understanding that I would only be charged for shipping and handling.
My bank statement of July 8, 2017 reflects charges of $250.00 for items I never ordered or received.
Furthermore, even though it was not requested, Hydroluxe wants to send me monthly shipments!
As of July 17, 2017 I have cancelled all further shipments from Hydroluxe through their phone system and cancelled the bank credit card they used. A credit for the unauthorized charges is being requested in the full amount. As of this date, I have not been able to speak with anyone at Hydroluxe and am sending notice via email photo attached.
This product has been advertised nationally and has appeared on Dragons Den. An on line review reflects that this company had been the subject of numerous complains identical in nature.
unauthorized charges
I had got a one time offer of just paying for shipping, I actually had two different names charge me for shipping and then they took out 137.67 out of my account. I never signed up for anything it was advertised as a one time offer that's it. They are a total rip off. And they are a Canadian company ripping off there own I'm VERY ANGRY I'm a single mother that gets no child support. I could NOT afford to spend 140.00 on myself. I could afford the 5something it was supposed to be! I called them for a refund thinking it was just a mistake but they absolutely refused. They are scam artists!
wrinkle cream
Not the product itself although it looks very crappy the package. Never would dare apply that stuff on my face. This cheat is using "Amazon Prime" as the sender's ID, and sending out scam email with "free sample + delivery fee" offer to trap everyone who is an Amazon prime member... well, maybe 50% of Americans are. Anyway I informed my bank and also reported Amazon. They should be put into prison.

hydroluxe creams
When filling out a survey for pc superstore - I was offered a free trial sample of a product called hydroluxe cream, so I filled in their form (Big mistake) if I paid for shipping, would receive two samples of their creams. 15 days later the samples where delivered... Then I was billed $130.00 - I am furious! How could pc superstore allow this to be on their customer survey! Now I have to try and retrieve my money and not be continually billed for this crap product!
no product received and complaint about service
Email sent July 11/17 to [protected]@hydroluxebeauty.com
(reply received but could not reply back for further info)
I am completed confused and extremely frustrated with my customer experience including issues with charges to my account, the product I have received (and haven’t received but are charged) and the product/company policy. Below are the charges to my credit card that seem to be related to your product (Hydroluxe).
Transactions:
Mar 26 – MajesticLookToday.com (USD 3.95) = $5.41
Mar 26 – NewAgeSkinFormula.com (USD 99.95) = $137.07
Mar 26 – 12504837667SkinLabs (USD 29.68) = $40.70
Mar 26 – HealthyAppli7029604681 (USD 4.95) = $6.78
April 13 – HealthyAppli7029604681 (USD 89.95) = $122.39
May 9 - MajesticLookToday.com (USD 99.95) = $140.68
May 13 - HealthyAppli7029604681 (USD 89.95) = $126.69
April 20 – Attempted to contact the customer service #. System kept cutting me off – could not talk to representative or leave message.
May 16 – I called your customer service (Toronto #) and talked to a representative.
May 17 – I received a call from your customer service (I assume a different department) enquiring about my satisfaction with the product.
The various issues that I have regarding your product, advertising and customer service include:
- Website didn’t mention that this product would have US charges. The website indicated a Canadian contact # and address. Google search shows “HydroluxeSerumCanada.com”. Plus your product information sheet included in your shipping packages and on the website only provides a Toronto, Canada customer service phone number.
- Various company names (not Hydroluxe) are shown on my credit card – This was not indicated in your advertising anywhere. This very confusing and deceiving.
- 4 transaction are charged on March 26 yet the terms and conditions state “after the trial period (14 days) you will be charged $99.95/$89.95”. I was charged the same day I ordered your product.
- Furthermore, I didn’t received the product until the end of April (not sure why it took so long in the mail). It is impossible to try a product in 14 day if I don’t receive it until well after this time frame.
- In addition, referring to the product information sheet included in your package it states “… commit yourself to using the product for at least 60 to 90 days … to deliver the intended results.” This indicated that it is not reasonable to expect someone to make a decision on your product within the 14 day trial.
- Why was the full amount of $89.95/99.95 charged for the initial product shipment and not reduced by the trial offer amount of $3.95/4.95? The terms and condition do not state that you will be charged the full price in addition to the initial upfront charge.
- Also your terms and conditions identify that a monthly shipment program would commence after the first product. The terms and conditions state “credit card will be charged an additional $99.95 approximately 45 days after you placed the order for you trial shipment.” Yet I was charged for the next shipment of the product within 18 days (April 13), then May 9 and then May 13. This is not acceptable.
- Reading the box that the products came in, it identifies to use “no more than a pea size amount once a day”. Similarly for the moisturizer. I have faithfully been following these instructions. Yet there is far more in the bottles than required for a monthly amount. So why would regular monthly shipments be needed? This will create a surplus especially over a period of time.
- As far as product shipment I have not received all the product as charged to me and it is now July (many weeks after the last charges to my account). Note that I do not want any shipments and have cancelled this product.
- I attempted to contact your customer service number in late April with no success. On May 16 (after a second charge and no product received) I talked to a customer service rep. We had a very detailed discussion about my frustration with the process, lack/poor shipment, charges to my card (including US exchange), etc. I cancelled any further product. But not after having a frustrating conversation with your representative including his lack of respect, cutting off my conversation multiple times, not addressing my concerns, refusing to forwarding me to his supervisor, etc. Overall a very poor customer service experience.
- And I have been charged for product that I couldn’t trial within the 14 days since I didn’t receive the product until after that time. Plus I have been charged for product that I haven’t received which the customer service rep would not credit to my account. In your terms and conditions it states ”our customer service representative may offer a discounted price or partial refund if you call to cancel your account”. I was told this could not be done.
- When your customer service rep called me the next day and asked how I was liking the product, I assume that she didn’t have access to my file since she wasn’t aware of my previous conversation the day before (or nothing was recorded to my file about by dissatisfaction). She couldn’t offer anything further and just referred me to the same Toronto phone number that I had called the day before.
- To top it off, I am not impressed by the product. It has not delivered the results that I had hoped for… and I have now reached the ‘60 - 90 days period’ as identified in your product information sheet.
Bottom line: I am completely dissatisfied with the product and especially frustrated with the poor and deceptive marketing and disrespectful customer service. I would like a reply to this issue and in particular a refund in a timely fashion.
Very disappointed,
Patricia Isnor

hydroluxe beauty
I was watching a Canadian show Marilyn Denis
She ranted and raved about this amazing product Hydroluxe Beauty
I trusted and believed in her
I was deceived by her claims and reported her to Bell Media
I too was charged by 2 different companies $122.19 and $135.97
During her live demonstration she never mentioned the terms and conditions of receiving this free product
I brought this to the attention of J Ganoza at Hydroluxe only to receive a form letter
hydroluxe beauty face cream #1444235 & night cream # 1394472
The company placed an ad on the Internet stating Ellen Degeneres is stepping down from her show to endorse or sell this product. Called Hydroluxe . The info stated for a limited time you can get this product for free if you only pay $ 3.98 . And $5.98 shipping and handling if you get both products. But wait for a 80% discount you can purchase 5 for $ 149.99. Then they also want you to purchase the night cream for $ 199.99 for 2free. I placed the order today Sat June 24/2017. Not realizing it is a scam. Until after I placed my order. I tried going back in to delete my name, address, phone number, and credit card. But it would not let me go back . Then I tried to see if I can cancel on the place to cancel your shipping and payments but they are closed. An other site a lady stated she tried calling and canceling the order and the continued payments but John Lawrence Ganzoa said that the. Company will not stop the monthly payment s or give back all the money. I am hoping that I can help other innocent people from being scammed out of their money. Plus I also would like to have my order taken off from monthly payments and off completely. Thank you. !
