I Saw It First Refusing to Refund

i purchased items form ISAW IT FIRST, upon receiving the items, the quality was extremely poor and l request for a label on the 18/06/2021 as i could not find the email .

This was sent via a link and l packaged the items and they were collected by Royal Mail from my work place.

To this day i have been enquiring when my refund will be done and i keep getting informed that the warehouse has not received it.

This company does not have a number to call and its just constant back and forth via email. l have returned items via royal mail which are always collected from my work place and have never had an issue.

This is becoming very frustrating and cannot believe they are refusing to refund me . Why would l request for a return label .

l am willing to take this further (legal) if nothing is to be resolved.

I am also having the same issue with them now too! It's really frustrating and the fact was I didn't buy the item that got sent, it was done while my phone was in my pocket, Its now affecting me as the money that got used was for my childrens school uniform

I Saw It First Returned item

Hello, I returned a dress back to you almost a week ago now and i have not heard back saying that you have received this item. I have deleted my email with my order number on it and checked out as a guest on your website. Can you please tell me if you have received this dress back?

I Saw It First No Refund Recived

I still have not recieved my refund of £35
3 different members of staff have told me my refund was processed on 25th May... Well where the hell is it then? they provided me with an arn number to give my bank which is useless how can my bank look for something that isn't there? No REFUND HAS BEEN PUT IN MULY ACCOUNT AND NO REFUND IS PENDING EITHER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE THE CLOTHES ARE TERRIBLE QUALITY AND THEY RIP YOU OFF AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I have emailed this company many times and they are failing to return me my money for the returns I have sent back to them. I want my money back! They have stopped responding to me now.

I Saw It First Refund

On 18/2/2021 i returned 2 parcels at my local post office[tenyson rd rm3-7ph] to be sent back for a refund to i sawitfirst, only 1 refund has been issued, i have messaged there css dept, with no reply. I looked at my account wich states, i have no more refunds.The parcel refunded on 25/02/2021 was id no [#[protected]] and the parcel that has not been refunded is[#[protected]] . It contained a red puffer jacket £18.75, purchased on 28/01/2021, my name is sandra skilbeck. And my email is [protected]@gmail.Com, i checked with the post office who confirmed both parcels were returned, but there is no record of a second parcel on my account and there css does not reply to me so i have no way to take things further with the company, sandra skilbeck

I Saw It First not reciving the right amount of clothes

I ordered 130 pound worth of clothes from I saw it first on 23/02/21 3 items came and the rest still haven't came however the bag was open when delivered by the delivery man I have emailed I saw it first multiple times and have still received nothing back from them. I would request a refund if my order can not be sent back to my address. i9 also have tried the phone number for I saw it first that is labelled on the website and still can not get in touch with them. when the delivery did come only 3 items came and the bag was not ripped it had just not been sealed so i imagine the clothes would of fallen out in the delivery van.

I Saw It First Lack of help

Paid for a yearly delivery pass and it has not been added to my account sent absolutely loads of emails but no response absolutely terrible customer service, I have sent lots of emails to complain but not getting any response back and unable to Order again as I would have to pay for delivery even though I have a yearly pass

I Saw It First Missing over half the items i paid for.

I paid for 11 items totaling £154. This is the first time i have ever ordered off ISIF and im soo disappointed. I received only 5 items out of the 11 and have had no response from customer service. Over £70 of my money is not out the window, with no response from customer service or any contact numbers.

So obviously this has worried me as we are in a pandemic, thought i would treat myself to something nice but essentially you've just stolen my money.

I Saw It First Refund

I ordered my purchase the 15th of January. I didn't get an items that I wanted instead I got size 16 jeans. I've been waiting for them to resolve my issue and nothings been done about my problem, support message me and give my instructions to follow and I followed them. They would just leave, and I'd have to start a issue with another staff and they'd do the same thing. It's been nearly a month since I ordered my purchase, and nothing has been done about it

I Saw It First Product not delivered. No response to emails.

I ordered an item from I saw it first and paid for next day delivery. Four days later it still hasn't arrived. I have had no response to two emails other than they will contact me within 48 hours. They haven't contacted me. They haven't given me any information as to when the item will arrive. I have asked to cancel order and get a full refund but am not hopeful they will respond.

I Saw It First Have not received the correct refund

Hi I placed and order [protected] I stuff I order was poor quality so I sent back which they did not process my return and I'm still missing an item from this order to be refunded I have sent multiple emails Insta messages fb messages with nothing being resolved 40 pounds to me is a weekly food shop and I think it's disgusting that I'm being ignored it says to wait 48hra for a reply I'm waiting a week with still nothing being resolved

I Saw It First Order not received

I placed next day delivery order on the 3rd of January 2021 but didn't receive it on the 4th. My tracking have not been updated since yesterday afternoon because it said delay. I waited today waiting for an update on my tracking but it's still the same as yesterday. I have contacted I saw it first online but they seem to be active online and managed to respond to my initial enquiries for further assistance but have been ignoring me all day long.
I am really worried as there is no secured system in place and I am a new first time buyer which had no clue a lot of people were also complaining about the same thing. They dont have a contact number to call them. I also called my courier but it was an automated service which wasn't really helpful. Can you please provide me with further assistance if you can. I want my refund and I dont know how I am going to claim it as they are very unprofessional non trusting clothing site.

I Saw It First Parcel never arrived. They say it did

On 28/08/20 I made a purchase of 4 items on [I saw it first, com ], with next day delivery. The cost was £39.49. The payment was deducted from my account at 6, 21pm, order number//4870037 and tracking number //[protected], the delivery did not arrive the next day. I went on isawitfirst site and there was no longer any record of me ever making the purchase, I sent there desk a massage that evening, in it I included. Above numbers, time of purchase and cost, and all my details, I did the same for 3 days, without any reply, on 1/9/20 I did recieve an email telling me my message had been recieved and they would be in touch in a few days, I made a second purchase, on 29/08/20 on next day delivery, the following day at 11am my neigbour found a parcel for myself on the path between our front doors, we have no front gardens on my estate, on the tracking site it claimed parcel was delivered and sighned for, booth were untrue, I am now worried my 1st parcel had been delivered the same way, and gone missing, as I have had no more contact from any one despite me sending manymessages, and ion the tracking site there conclusion was my items had been delivered, were delivered, all I know is I held my part of the contract by paying the amount asked, it is down to your end where the items are, and who lost them, I would like a response as soon as possible and would like my cash put back into my account, if I dont hear from you this time I will get legal advise, sandra skilbeck, my email [[protected]@gmail.com ]

I Saw It First Refund

After receiving my items They had to be swiftly returned the following day due to the terrible quality and items covered in dirt. The return was received and no email or refund given by the company. I have emailed 3 times, sent a DM on Instagram, tweet and private message on Twitter, all with no avail. Please give me my money back this is totally unfair.

I Saw It First Refund of money incorrect order 12/06/2020

I've sent so many emails about the return of my £104 they said 21 days absolutely no response. They sent an incorrect order I sent it back 2 days upon receipt with a note in. Unacceptable they say they respond to the emails within 24 hours and don't get back.

I Saw It First Bad customer services about my return goods on 20.5.20

this was order twice because the delivery company Hermes could not deliver to me as I had the wrong postcode. I contacted your Customer Support about it who advised that as Hermes was sending the goods back as undelivered I would have to reorder. I did this at the same time I amended my post code with you. I received the order but then 2 weeks later the order that your Customer Services said I would not be able to get arrived. I sent it back via the Post Office Royal Mail in the box it came in and the return slips on 20th May 2020. Reading your returns policy and also contacting your Customer Services I followed all the requirements. I returned 11 items

I Saw It First Non delivery of order

I ordered multiple items from you, payed next day delivery, came home on day of delivery, courier had put a note through door to say they had left my order by bin - checked all around that area - no parcel. Checked with my neighbors they had not got my parcel either, I have emailed countless times to advise this, got 2 emails back asking me to check the area again, I responded to emails with I would like this order sending out again as I don't have the goods I payed for. I have sent 4 emails and had no response to any of them. All I want is my goods I payed for. This is appalling customer services, if I do not get a resolution to my issue by the end of today then I will be going to Trading standards to report you.

I Saw It First Not refunding me my money and not responding at all.

I have bought an item from I saw it first on the 5th of july next day delivery.
On the 6th I have never received anything. I have patiently waiting but nothing was coming. I have contacted customer service where they have replied only after me sending more emails which was after 3 or more days. They have said that they are going to refund me as the item which was still showing online is not available anymore therefore they have to refund me. They have not apologise or anything at all and yet what is more that they have not refund me my money in full. I have paid for the item £27.99 and they have rudely refunded me only £24.00 I am so desperate and do not know what to do anymore. They services are very bad. I tried to contact them via email numerous times but they are not responding at all. Can someone please help me to get my money back as this is unexpectable to take my money for something that I have never received nor any apology.
