Hello, I got scammed by someone claiming his an expert in e-commerce designing websites for Dropshipping. He made me buy a plan from Spocket. I bought the Empire plan 2 times. I had to close my first store then opened another one and closed that one too. He was manually putting sales/orders and customers to scam me. I did not have both of the stores for a month and I paid 2 times 100$ US. There were other fees too from spocket. Like 2$ US.

For the past few months, this company has been deducting $9 from my husband's credit card. He just told me about the charges yesterday when we were going over our finances, which have been greatly affected by the virus. We bought a website from ***, and then we purchased Spocket's service/app from ***'s app store. We closed the website with ***, but Spocket continued to charge my husband's credit card for almost a year. Yesterday, I spoke to a representative from *** who informed me that once we closed our account with them, Spocket's app should have been disabled and we should not have been charged. Spocket could clearly see that the account was not being used as there was no activity. I am requesting a full refund of every penny that was taken from our account. I am extremely angry about this situation. We never received a bill via email to the email address on file, they were just charging us without our knowledge. My advice is to never do business with a company that only allows you to contact them via email. It's a red flag.
I signed up for a free trial and cancelled my subscription that same day. They told me that there has been no requests for cancellations before the 14 day trial period was over. I don't know what happened but I know for %100 fact I cancelled for I received the confirmation email and everything. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of emails I receive daily, my emails are automatically deleted after 30 days and I no longer have that email. Im completely devastated...*** For some reason, spocket took $198 from me the night I received my $300 and have been in tears since one of their employees told me they cannot do anything about it... They kept my card information and continued to charge me, they LIED and said I never cancelled and that they won't refund me. THIS COMPANY IS A *** AND *** $200 FROM ME. *** It's sickening. This *** needs to go out of business.
This business shouldn't even be allowed to run as an eCommerce anymore. For one, they make it very difficult to cancel after the trial. Once you cancel, even one day late, they downgrade you to a free account and keep the fee that puts you at the premium level. When ask, they say it's their policy. I have never heard of this type of business practice before. Most businesses would tell you that they will not charge you again in one month (which I would be fine with) but they downgraded the membership and kept the fee. Make that make sense. I honestly don't even care for the hundred dollars anymore. I just want to make sure no one else gets ripped off the way I did. Shut them down or else I'll just let my affiliates know never to use this business as an eCommerce partner at all. Thanks. If they plan on keeping the $99 they charged me, at least keep my account at Premium until the 14th of April or whenever it was that I signed up for. Not tell me they cannot refund me, downgraded the account, and basically gave me the middle finger.

When attempting to rectify with a refund, as I am not intending to use the site, I was denied even when explaining the struggles to spare this $24.99 at this time for a website I will not be using. I’ve never heard of a company not refunding an unwanted subscription. I see others are having this same problem and the best they can do is request proof with screenshots of attempting to cancel. Why would anyone take a screenshot for proof of cancellation in the moment if they expected their account to be canceled and didn’t foresee future issues? I think this business can be a little more lenient with customers, especially during these trying times. When canceling my subscription this second time around, I made sure to delete my credit card so I wouldn’t be charged again.

Spocket customer support has refused to offer support in regards to an exchanged product for a different size. I have been in communication with 5+ different members in their customer service department who have given me the run around and not following up with me on my issue.
Deceptive cancellation practices make it seem like the consumer has no way to cancel. Instructions in FAQ are not the same language as on the page. No actual cancellation button only a "Downgrade" option which does not indicate also acts as cancellation, requires a 100 count text field to be completed, and provides no confirmation of account cancelation. I was charged for their deception and they have refused to assist even though I never even used their application outside of the trial period and did not implement their content on my final site.
I was charged $99 for Spocket as a reoccurring service. I’ve never actually gotten a chance to use the free trial as ***. I went to cancel and was already charged. That caused my bank account to go into the negatives. When I tried to solve it with the company they refused to refund me.

I was paying monthly for this service for their most expensive EMPIRE PLAN for my ecommerce store. After several months I've determined it was poor return on investment and I removed my payment method and removed the app and all products from my store in which I was using from this service. Two days after deleting and removing everything including my card on file, they charged me $99 USD for services I have cancelled. Their website practices are unethical because they trap their members into their subscriptions with no way out on the website whether you delete it or not. I sent a message to their support team the night i cancelled and need help removing everything properly and it took two days for a response. In which this is when they decided to charge my card that i had previously already removed. They are not cooperating in the refund process and this is bad business practice. I simply want my $99 Dollars back.
