i do not have and never had acct with this company.they have the 1st name wrong, but have my birthday & ss#/.phone.they are collecting for a dentist. coastal dental group.i did use them.i paid cash for all my visits.i was denied credit from Icare.i do belive that some one in the dentist office falsely appliyed for credit under my information a billed them.i have been called atleast 4 times.looking for ***.with my personal infor.this is fraud and ID theft.

We are due money by iCare (again) that is guaranteed to us. We have been pursuing a remedy to this for weeks. We have been in business with iCare for several years and they have always been slow to pay. We have most recently been pursuing several payments that are due us. We can not get an answer from them about when the money is coming. They do not respond to our e-mails until we have hounded them for a response. Some of the accounts that we have with them are up to 6 months behind.

After 2 years I care calls me and says I owe them 251.00. Fine I can pay that. Next they tell me I owe 1800.00 in late fees. No way I care wants me to pay 1800.00 in late fees. I spoke with a lady there in 2018 and gave my updated info. Now 2 years later they say I owe 1800. In late fees. For whatever reason they didn't debit my card. But wait 2 years to call me. REALLY! I will mot pay 1800 in late fees. I assume this is how they scam people.

I have attempted to contact Irene countless times, with no response. I have even asked if there is someone else she would prefer I deal with, but no response. I don't know how they can stay open with the customer service they offer.

Company did not make good on guaranteed payments for patients who defaulted. We have 2 patients who defaulted on payments and according our agreement with icare they are to cover any and all default payments in a timely manner. We have had one default since 2018 and have sent in all required forms. We cannot get anyone to even call us back to resolve this issue. All of our communication has been ignored. Katy, the CFO, is supposedly the highest person up and she will not return or take calls. This is a breach of contract.

The date of transaction was 2019. I have paid this company off and even received an email from employee Mr. Ron stated I was paid in full. Now 2 years later I am getting harrasing calls from Icare stating I still have a balance due. I have not received any statements or documents from them. Everytime I talk to customer service they stat that they are going to talk to their manager, and don't contact me back until a month after and charge me a late fee again. They stated that my last payment was for $51.00 and now it is $2100. Now they are asking for my employer information.

We have several accounts assigned to iCare for financing however, all are delinquent and iCare does not follow thru with any customer service. Accounts are all delinquent & zero communication from iCare unless we initiate it. Payments are not sent unless we badger them for weeks at a time. Accounts are *** has a $261.40 bal & last payment was 1/20 ..*** has bal of $2427.75 last pay was 5/26.. *** has bal $347.62 last pay 8/10 but prior was 5/26..*** bal $4974.79 last pay 2/17. Rep Irene promises pay but rarely follows thru. They were unable to explain why they did not contact us about accounts or send payments. Most accounts went upwards of a year with no payments & no follow thru from iCare.

I have a bill for my deceased dog
I have a bill for my deceased dog. I used their service and lost my job I have been trying to pay doing gig work. I didnt have enough to pay I was trying my best to find money to pay my bill. I let the rep know that I couldn't pay it on time being I was laid off. They said they would call back later to see if we can do another payment. Instead they took the last 4 dollars out of my account and put me -$180.82 in the hole that I have no way of getting out. I have tried to contact them and at no luck. You hide and dont answer and i have no way to feed my family or get to any work now.you screwed me over real good. I needed every few dimes in my account to be able to get to any jobs that may earn my family some money for food. You are starving my kids and didnt even call to make sure to make a payment.

Can't wet anywhere keep getting the call center and they refuse to give me a manger or their corporate phone number and won't fix my account Upon realising that my bill was passed you for the month of October I called in to eye care to pay my bill and update my credit card information I Recently had my bank card info stolen and had to change everything over but upon calling in I was told my bill amount it was 50 over what I normally pay I asked why it was more and was told I had to pay a 50 late fee when I asked for this to be waived the lady became very hostle and rude and refused when I asked for a manger I was refused when I asked for the corporate office I was given the callcenter number again It went on like this for a good 4-5hr before I gave up and filed this complaint horrible customer service !

I completed my payments in December. In June I received an email from someone in the pre-legal department saying I had a balance owed of over $500 with late fees. I informed the individual that I had completed the payments in December and gave him my financial representatives contact information. He then informed me that he spoke to her and I have no further obligation with regards to that account number. 2 years later they start sending me emails again. In February I replied asking for a statement and never received a response. April I get another email, this time I attach the proof I had from the pre-legal department and they added it to my account. Then in may I get another email. I attach the proof and speak to the representative. After a follow up in June , they claim I missed payment of $18.28 and are now saying I owe $1500 in late fees or a settlement option of 50%.

NOT JANDI GRAVES & I know they hear that when leaving the million voice-mails I've gotten. I've told them to stop contacting me. Stop leaving voice mails. I've tried ignoring and blocking at first but the amount of calls and voice mails have been ridiculous. Im getting *** off with how often I receive these calls and have been told that they're sorry for having the wrong person, but it not sound sincere & then, yet still call me and ask for someone I don't even know. I dont know what else to do to stop this company from calling me. The last lady said she would remove my number but clearly lied to me. She also questioned me again about being/knowing the person theyre looking even after I said who I was and that I don't. Your phone number is wrong for who you're looking for.

In 2017 I had surgery at Smile in the City Dental and financed the work through iCare Financial. The agreement that I had with the dentist (arranged by employee, Emily) was that payments would be processed by them. In October there was an issue with my card which prevented the payments from being processed. Due to the pandemic I did not notice this, I would've handled immediately, but I was not informed of the issue by iCare or the clinic until June, at which point iCare informed me that I would have to pay over $500 in late fees. While I attempted to clarify the situation with the clinic, iCare made multiple harassing calls including to my boyfriend, even after they were instructed to stop. I have paid the full balance on my account ($3800) but am unwilling to pay late fees when I was not informed of an issue for 8 months. ICare says they will waive the fees if the dentist grants permission but the office has been unresponsive and too busy to handle this.

I have called my dental care provider Absolute Dental numerous times regarding this issue they do not answer their phone and all other contact numbers (billing, customer service) have resulted in me getting hung up on by the operators. I went to the location (sunset and sandhill) on June 22nd to resolve the issue in person. They called Icare and they assured me that I would receive a refund within 7-10 buisness days. It is now July 2nd I called Absolute Dental it went straight to voice mail as usual so I called Icare the operator first could not find my account and once she did she tells me no refund was processed and that she would call the Absolute Dental then call me back, which I doubt I will recieve that call ever, they have all claimed they would call me back and never have I'm just being volleyed at this point with no resolution, hopefully this month and after august they dont continue charging me.

The company had my information and was taking my payments after 17 payments were made and the company is now trying to charge me over 1000 late fees The company received a total of 17 payments from me in 2018 their records are not showing a double payment made in June. The company started calling in 2019 saying I owed another payment I asked them to send me proof of that payment not being received they never sent me the proof. Now in 2020 the company is contacting me say I now owe $1000.00 then said they will take it down to $600.00. I am on disability and have a limited income I can afford to send the 1 missing payment but it is not my fault that their company dropped the ball on their end. The representatives that was contacting me were rude one guy at one point bagan yelling in my ear. I don't feel this is my issue. I spoke with my dentist whom I began this contract with iCare and they said I am not their only patient that is having the same issues with iCare. So there are more people out here that iCare is trying to get extra money from.

Instead of telling me my card didn't process they called andsaid Inowowe 56 My puppy got sick so I took him to the vet and didn't have my cash on me. His bill came out to be $39. The vet place told me the best thing to do is apply for this Icare credit which I did. They didn't go over it very well so there weren't a lot of things I knew, like the monthly fees, that's come randomly and not the same day. Sometimes it would overdraft me and the $4 became $34. That's fine it's on me. But I was told 4 months to pay it off and I didn't know they would take it out in Feb and instead of calling me to say my last $6 payment didn't process they called and said I now owe $50. When I asked them to waive the $50 fee the lady was extremely rude and kept cutting me off at which point she informed me they arnt going to do it, I can't pay all 56 or go to collections. All I asked is that the $50 late fee get dropped and I make my payment on 3/6. I've paid well over 70 on this with fees included, for a $39 vet bill I could of grabbed cash for.

I just paid off my balance with them in the last 3 months. Now they are still charging my account without my permission! I just finished paying off a balance with them about 2 to 3 months ago. I spoke to someone in charge off department and he agreed that as long as I paid the balance that was due that day my account would no longer be charged off and he reversed the other charges because there was a misunderstanding with my bank information that prevented my account from being charged. However, I was charged four dollars today and I'm not sure why. I know that my veterinarian claims that there was an add-on back in January that iCare didn't know about because it wasn't sent over to them or something. So because of this, my account is in default!? How is it fair that if I didn't know I owed something, my account be placed in default because I didn't know I had a balance. Icare said they would sort it out with my vet and give me a call back, but I never received a call. That was months again now. I would've been more than willing to set up a payment arrangement if they would've called me and let me know if or what I owed. Last that I heard from iCare, I had a balance of zero. So why are you charging my account without my permission?

I have never left a negative review in my life. They have the most confusing process and the worst billing practices I have ever dealt with in my life I have never left a negative review before in my life but they thoroughly *** me off. My wife and i had dental work done back in 2018. We used icare to finance about $600 worth of work. We gave them our cards for a 12 month PLAN. We have been tossed back and forth from Jefferson Dental to Icare now almost 2 years later still dealing with this account! They charge us for a few months then stop for a month then charge us again then put our account in collections without telling us even though they have had the same working card on file for 2 years. This has been off and on. Then I call myself to check the balance on the account and they tell us we owe over $200 in late fees and our account is in collections. Keeping in mind they have been charging us monthly service fees of $4 every month consistently since the day we started our account so they have our WORKING CARDS ON FILE. No call,no emails or texts. No warning whatsoever! I tried to resolve and they say they couldn't charge the card. The card has never been reported stolen. It is to our main account and always has money in it. I have dealt with their improper billing practices now 6 times! We later entered into a payment arrangement to start the payments back up again. They were supposed to be charge monthly as it was supposed to be in the first place. Then they charged my card $38.96 EVERYDAY for a week! Then i called the lady and asked why and was told because our account was past due for something that was their fault! I told her i would pay the rest when i got my tax return for the last $200 WHICH WAS ALL THE LATE FEES THEY CHARGED US FOR THEM NOT CHARGING THE CARD WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY TAKE THE $200 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND ALMOST COST ME MY HOME CLOSING. THAT $200 WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE END OF IT FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD FROM 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE. THEN THE VERY NEXT DAY THEY CHARGE ANOTHER $38. This is the worst and most frustrating experience I have ever had. Oh and top it off. We then had the exact same issue with my personal account.
