I called and the woman that answered the phone was super friendly and helpful. This company is professional and efficient. I needed a structural inspection on my garage for a refinance and they came out the very next day and I had my report the day after that. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Corey and Stone were wonderful! They were so thorough and made sure to cover everything! After being burned with an inspector on the last house we purchased and dealing with a major roof leak 2 weeks after closing these guys were a breath of fresh air!

InsideOut did a great job inspecting our condo. They pointed out details that other inspectors would probably overlook. The digital inspection report was provided on the same day, which is great since we wanted to wrap-up the condo purchase negotiation quickly. I've known Alex professionally for a few years and elected to give him a shot personally when I needed an insect inspection for my refi. He came out the next day and knocked out the inspection. I had the finalized report to my lender within 30 hours of the inspection. I would certainly use him again personally and I feel comfortable with the past referrals I've given him.

InsideOut Inspection performed an inspection on the home I am currently purchasing. They were thorough and very professional. Korey took the time to explain everything he was looking at, what he was finding and what that meant for me in the future as the home owner. He also did a sewer scope and had me watch the whole thing so I could see there were no issues with the sewer line. I will definitely be using them again for all of my inspection needs!

I'm a first time buyer and just had an inspection done today. It was scheduled for 3pm and they were there we're earlyðŸ‘ðŸ‘. Very quick and thorough. When done they explained their major findings and honest opinions. Also had radon test done and they did it before the inspection so i could have all the reports at once. The reports were very thorough and having the pictures was awesome and I received the reports in about 4-5 hours which was awesome. I was VERY satisfied and happy I was recommend to them.

Very worth the "Fair" pricing! I called Inside Out Inspections LLC out of temperance Michigan, because my Son-in-Law recommended them. Taylor, at Inside Out was able to get me a Home inspection including "sewer scope" the very next day. The gentleman that came out, [Name1] and [Name2], were very punctual, polite and thorough. I was able to get my inspection report within a half hour after the completion. The inspection report and pictures, gave me much peace of mind about Minor things to major things of importance. Thank you for your professionalism. I recommend them to anyone!? worth the money.

Though I hope I don't have to keep paying for inspections, if I have to InsideOut will be my go to and who I recommend to anyone who needs one!
