Service was installed on 6/16 and I've had nothing but constant problems. Cell service is not strong enough to work in the house. My phone and internet are out most of the time. I've not had one day of without having issues. Please see attached

Intermountain cable boosted 25 meg for free to 50meg
Intermountain cable boosted 25 meg for free to 50meg. The other packages got no upgrades. Intermountain cable upgraded all 25 meg customers to 50 megs for free! the rest of the packages received no upgrades or discounts. So the 25 meg package is as cheap as the 50 meg package that I have.

The company shows nothing towards resolving my issue. I pay 149.99 a month for a service that barely works. Everytime i contact them about issues all they do is say "we have no idea" or "We arent sure whats going on" They have a monopoly in my area I am unable to get any other service around. They make no attempt toi assist me with my bill. They charge me more for internet then anyone in a third world country they make it so that i have to constantly have to worry if the service will be on or it will not

I have tv, internet and tv service with inter mountain cable co. For the last few months our service is out more than it works. Last week I exchanged my cable modem with hopes it would help but the lady at the off said she would exchange but it wouldn't help because they have their system all messed up trying to upgrade. Im still paying top dollar for my services but and getting spotty service. The lady also said she had 150 service tickets waiting for service techs to look into the problems. Hopefully someone can look into this as my complaints fall on deaf ears.

We recently had technician come out to our church (***) because we were having trouble with the upload to do our service live. When we do test on the internet speed it is very low. We were told that there was an issue with the line from Penny Road light up to Johnson Industries (others were having the same issue). He said he was going to check it and Sunday (April 10) still having same issue. Can someone let me know if this is being resolved. I think if we don't get the service we are paying for that there should be some kind of discount monthly. Waiting to hear what is being done to fix the problem.

Phone and internet service don't work more than it does work. Have contacted the company multiple times since September regarding phone and internet issues. Always told there is an update or to reboot the router. Neither of which fix the issue. Recently told by employee that there is a problem with the main lines and they need to be replaced but the company won't pay for them. I am currently looking into other phone options but unfortunately don't have any other options for tv and internet service. It is a shame that this company has a monopoly on the service and charge such high prices for such poor service. I am not the only person with these issues.

I was suspended for non payment
I was suspended for non payment. This part I understand completely because I was past due. I called on the 1/11/22 the day I was suspended and asked the minimum needed to get connected due to this being the only service in the area period I have to have it for my kids school work for when they call school off. I was told $428 and some change said I had to get my account below $200. I save up as much as I can and come in to pay $430 today 1/20/22 before leaving town so My wife will be able to contact someone if something happens. Now I'm told I owe $509+ a deposit. Every time I call I'm told something different. I would just like for them to stand by what they say and tell their customers. Again I understand I owe them and I want to try and correct it and now I'm set back again due to what the person inside told me.

I'm really disappointed with the service I have gotten from the company and all the issues I have had. In a month my bill jumped from $190 to $780. They had failed to inform us that the plans had changed and we could have almost the same plan for half the price when we went in when they had cut our internet off. I'm the middle of the pandemic as well, when our children had to have the internet for school as all school was mandatory online. It would have been nice to know that we could have been saving money on the same plan instead of finding this out when our services got disconnected. Not to mention the internet doesn't work half the time anyway. While I've been trying to submit this on this site it has taken me 45 mins because the internet has been out. Really disappointed with the fact no one let us know about a plan that could save us more money. And I still don't understand how our bill jumped from $190 In June to $780$ in one month (July)
