I last requested for my relocation to new address as a simultaneous request dated 5th May. I follow up everyday through messenger and every representative just apologize and say they are escalating the issue to higher authorities but no action has been taken till now. I shifted my house on 3rd May and I am still paying to PLDT due to simultaneous transfer with no internet service.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] Name correction

The Jr at the end of my name did not take when I made my reservation and despite numerous attempts to correct it over the phone, in the ticket office, online, and through email; the correction was not made. As a result I was told I could not accompany my family on our flight to Busunaga and I had to purchase a very expensive one way ticket through Cebu to reach them. I am now concerned about my return leg, as the correction has still not been made. The latest response from PAL was to provide two more email addresses to send a copy of my ID… I have already sent my ID, the reservation number, and my request to the four other email addresses I was given. Over the phone I was told it would be corrected and it never was… I was told I need to go back to the Ticket Office to get it corrected, I did and they referred me to another email address…. I was told they could fix it at the ticket counter since all the other information matches, such as the dob, address, payment info, etc and the fact that I am traveling with my family on the same ticket, but they refused to fix it at the counter and referred me back to customer service on the phone. Working with PAL to make a simple correction has been a nightmare and the problem remains unresolved.

Desired outcome: Correct the name on the Return leg and refund the first leg.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] Customer service / internet service / no compensation

Account Information:

landline number - [protected]

account owner - Jenifer Felipe

Outage happened on our area (Cavite) last November 6 through November 8. On November 8, I called your hotline (171) to follow as to what what’s the status or progress of the repair, the agent I spoke with keep on interrupting me and keep on talking over me and he intentionally dropped the call. So I called back again to file a complaint against the agent and asking to waive my bill due on November 14 to compensate my 3 days absents at work due to no service since I work from home. Yea, I appreciate the adjustment made on my bill, however it doesn’t compensate the 3 days unpaid at work because of n lo service. I just talked to one of the Supervisor named Mark but insisting that PLDT don’t do that kind of request (waiving the whole bill). This causes a lot of inconvenience for me. I even ask my friends about this kind of situation and told me that Globe does this kind of request.. This proves that PLDT has a very poor customer service and don’t care about their customer’s side.. This is not acceptable for me. you can even check my payment history. I always paymon or before my due date but you guys gave me trouble on my work for 3 days.. I lose a client because of what happened and you just gave me prorated adjustments? waive the bill this is not acceptable.

Desired outcome: waive teh whole bill

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] Cignal Cable with Pldt

I called Pldt customer serve because there's something wrong with the cignal cable and can't watch TV like I normally watch it. Customer service opened a repaired ticket no and promised me everyday that a technician will come to the house to fix the problem. This is the worst company as far as I'm concerned since they were supposed to give service to the community. I have neer been remiss in my account. paying every month for the past 2 years even though it's pandemic but when I needed the service, they just opened a repair ticket and close it 4 days later as I follow up every day. Supervisors cannot be contacted as we are just mere customers and they are "supervisor"

Desired outcome: I would like a technician to come to the house to fix the problem

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] Disconnection request that led to demand letter

ACCOUNT NO.[protected]

TEL NO.[protected]

Sir/Ma'am:

I have explained in my previous emails that my daughter vacated the condominium unit along DLSU Manila when the pandemic began in 2020 but I continuously paid the monthly telephone bill thinking the pandemic will be over. However I asked for DISCONNECTION when we got the news that the pandemic will still continue. We vacated the condo unit and turned it over to the owner in Q1 2021.

In March 2021 the HOME RETENTION MANAGEMENT gave me 6-Months HOLIDAY DISCONNECTION after I asked for permanent disconnection. I even attached PROOF OF PAYMENT. This was the last payment during the pandemic to show my sincerity that I paid whatever amount at that time before PLDT finally closes my account.

I emailed PLDT Home Retention Ops on 26 October 2021 to DISCONNECT THIS LINE PERMANENTLY.

BUT TODAY I WAS SURPRISE for this DEMAND LETTER from Balmas Law Office.

WHY PLDT DID NOT CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AFTER 6MONTHS HOLIDAY DISCONNECTION? The person I talked with before said that after 6 months I have to email PLDT for DISCONNECTION which I did.

Desired outcome: Permanent Disconnection and closure of my account. Clear my obligations.

my name is Eugenio F. Etcubanez from Baler Aurora an own of coconut farm on Brgy. Pingit. email address [protected]@outlook.com.

the PLDT cable or wires sandwich my coconut trees that are suppose to be cut to give way for road which I gave a road right of way permit to my property. I would like your line man to move the line or cable wires to align or the same place where Aurelco electric company line is, on one side of the trees. for your information Aurelco was the first one to layout their electric cable therefore your lineman should have done the same way to avoid sandwiching my trees and it will avoid future interruption of your services.

I hope you my do this ASAP which will show how your service can be graded accordingly. You may contact me on my cell No. 0949 xxx 8097 I hope you use your company number which identify as PLDT being not on directory

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] No phone and internet service for a month

I need help regarding my phone and internet service with PLDT. I've been a loyal customer of PLDT for more than 4 years, but I'm not sure how I'm valued by them.
My problem started after the typhoon "Odette". I don't have service until today. At first, I understand them because everyone's affected by it. Until the services of my neighboring houses with same box supply is working. I tried to escalate the issue so many times almost everyday but no resolution provided. They will just say issue has been escalated and ongoing outage is happening. It's been a month of floating with no definite answer but alibis. Well in fact the only problem I have here is the line outside was cut and they can't dispatch a technician ASAP. So here I am today with nothing. I hope that will go further to the highest department and see the struggle of their customers. Please help as I'm using internet for a living. Totally disappointed.

Desired outcome: Send technician and get this fixed ASAP

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] Request to move pldt metal on meralco post

I initially dialed hotline 171 to raise concern about their metal on the Meralco post and was advised to contact hotline 164 as appropriate hotline number to dial. Dialed in 164, there is someone who took my phone call named Patrick and sounded very rude even if I politely raised my concern. He's very arrogant. They don't have exact solution on the problem when you ask for a timeframe as to when the concern will be actioned even if the request is urgent. Their reason is always "we forwarded your email to the division without doing any follow even if the subscriber is begging for an assistance to certain matter. He seems he doesn't know how to handle customers' concerns. They don't even respond on the emails even if you're continuously following up on the ticket begging to expedite the process based on the explanation both by phone calls and email. They seem like they don't care at all. I thought the 164 hotline is created to assist the urgent matter that needs action but I was wrong. I suggest to put the right people to handle this hotline who can handle concerns more than he does; who can really assist customers seeking for urgent assistance. In short, the experience was a very huge dissatisfaction.

Desired outcome: Request

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] Home phone

I got a demand letter today for not paying my bills through their collecting law firm.

My Pldt line is not working since July 2019 and have been calling for repairs. I was paying my bills just the same until January 2020. I am away from hone most of the time. I came home in January 2020, still without phone service. I reported it just the same but asked also for a rebate of my payment since July 2019. Just the same, it was not fixed.

I emailed the Pldt as follows which was never answered.

Pldt

PLDT
Pasig City

Dear Sir / Madam:

My telephone is not working since July 2019. Account number [protected] with telephone number [protected] at 25 Osmena St. Life Homes Rosario, Pasig. I failed to get the reference number last July 2019 when I called for you to check. When I came back last January 2020 from the province, it was still not working. I called you up with Pldt reference 1-5-20
[protected]. I also asked for a rebate of my payment at that time because I was paying from July 2019 to January 2020 even without service.

In this regard therefore, I would like to ask your kind office for the following :
1. please shift my PLDT line to fiber with good internet connection.
2. Rebate for my payment from July 2019 to January 2020 to be credited to my new account.

Hoping for your favorable response.

Thank you.

My Pldt line was never been restored and now giving me demand letter outright for paying bills which I don't know the details about.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] Billing, t-loss and customer service

Due to many inconvenience happen and pldt did not provide any compensation despite of everything theyve done.
I lose my job because pldt failed to install the service to the new address on time. And I waited for almost 2 months however because of those issue, I lose my job. Now oct 13 someone from pldt promised me for a balance restructure yet that agent never did it. I called last saturday and spoke to one of the representative and promised me that she will restructure the acct and I need to pay 5200+ so I asked to pay 2000 because I just got have a job. The lady told me that its okay as long as I will pay the remaining balance before the end of NoV. But again, nov 16 pldt restricted my service adn I call again, first person I talked to is Mr. Forones advising me to wait and mute me for almost 20 mins. However mr. Forones blind transfer the call with the same department of customer service. I talk again to Ms. Jenifer one of pldt customer service and im asking for a manager. Again, she drop the call and never do a callback. Now I may lose my job again for multiple absences because of what pldt did to me. And I think its my right to demand a compensation specially for almost 2 months that I dont have internet because of the relocation delay you cause. No advised, email and anything coming from you. They cant even lift the service now and alot of broken promised was made

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] Fibr 3099 double billing and los

On July 23, 2020, we requested for a plan upgrade from PLDT Fibr 1995 to Plan 3099 with mesh. However, since then, we have not received the mesh AND we have been DOUBLE BILLED for BOTH PLANS until present. We have been paying a total of 5, 049.00 monthly for the past 3 months albeit reluctantly, going to our 4th month because our bill for November is the same amount. We were even advised that this will continue until PLDT has delivered the mesh, which we do not have control over.

We do not appreciate this error as more than an aggregate amount of Php8, 000.00 have been technically advanced by us because of said double billing. And by fear of our line being cut if we do not pay the whole BILLED amount, we continuously pay for the Php5, 049.00. All of us in our household have a work-from-home scheme, and we cannot afford loss of internet (which we are experiencing since November 4, by the way, for some unknown reason) if we do not pay the incorrectly billed amount.

We have been calling about the delivery of the mesh AND the DOUBLE BILLING since July. Until now, both issues have not been resolved. Worse, NO PAYMENT REVERSAL/REBATE has been made since then.

Also, we have contested having loss of internet for 1 whole month, particularly on February 21 to March 20, 2020, which we have called about repeated times if you will see our records. We have requested for it via phone, but we were told that we need to e-mail about this because the 3-month period which they can adjust via phone call has elapsed already (despite calling about it months earlier, and the non-action was on PLDT's part). What was rebated was for the later months when we had merely days of no internet.

On Nov. 4, 2020, we lost our internet connection (blinking red light in LOS). We have been calling for repair everyday since then. But until now, 6 days later, no one has contacted us about a scheduled repair.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] Internet not working several days now with no adjustment in bill

The internet isnt working, and the landline isnt working. Nothing has been resolved despite the supposed "repair." The worst part is, they know it hasn't been working but they don't adjust the bill. Constant payment with no service, we're giving PLDT free money then. On top of that, they make it difficult to close or downgrade the account. People here wait in line at 6 in the morning to get a number from their office for their complaints. By 7AM there are no more numbers available.

Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] Intermittent to no connection for both fbr and phone line for 2 months

July 2020 - called 171 to complain WIFI SSID and PW reverting to old username and PW.
Sept 2020 - with constant follow up and threats to file formal complaints to NTC, they conduct a visit and changed the modem, but not the same model, (previous one is with 4 antennae but was replaced by modem with only two antennae). Called for a replacement again as the new modem have weak signal.
Oct 2020 - with constant follow up with PLDT, they still did not replace the old modem, at 2nd week the internet and phone connection became intermittent and after Oct 9, 2020 the connection became non-existent. Even with daily follow up, no concrete action coming from PLDT. We have an updated billing with no arrears. We followed up with their hotline, even went to their business office but still no support from their company.

We need this repaired and be compensated for missed and lost opportunities due to the problem.
