I had moved to Florida and had a new direct express card sent to me. On the 1st of October 2022 first thing in the morning I checked my balance and noticed an almost $400 charge taken off my balance. I called direct express, and they told me that Ipsy doubled charged me the previous month not only once but twice. I gave direct express all the info I could to try and get this back, and I was denied for lack of evidence. I was on the phone daily trying to fix this. I sent emails I had sent to ipsy and force stopped their app immediately. And was denied this because of lack of evidence. I was so upset and had to just give it to God and go without that month.
Claimed loss: 368$
Desired outcome: My 368$ back

Losing $400 due to double charges is unacceptable and frustrating. Here's what you need to do: don't let this slide. Gather all your evidence, including emails and screenshots, and escalate your case with Ipsy directly. Demand a refund and compensation for the inconvenience. If they don't cooperate, consider disputing the charge again with Direct Express and providing additional documentation. Use social media to highlight the issue and pressure them into action. Your money and peace of mind are worth fighting for. Stand firm and make sure they know you're not backing down until this is resolved.
