I went to the jack in the box in Dayton tx today and the tacos were brown from the grease! The curly fries were also brown and nasty! They looked and tasted like old nasty grease! I also got a jr jumbo jack with cheese and the patty was dry and nasty! It was just a big waste of money and it was disgusting! If I didn't live 15 min from the store I would have taken back for a refund! That's a shame to be served food that I know for a fact the employees would not eat!

Britain Avenue San Carlos, California - 9-26-2019 at 1:10 pm. Waited In the food ordering line for 15 minutes with 2 other customers- no attention from the three employees. Was told the manager was busy fixing a beverage machine and will take your order when she is finished. We all left for another fast food source. Not a customer favored location.

We were asked to pull ahead to wait for our order. The person next to us got their order in about 5 min. The car right behind us got their order right away. Next a big truck sat at the window for 6 min-I timed him because his lights were shining in my eyes-then drove off with 2 big bags of food. Now we had waited 14 min for our food. I called to ask where our order was & was told they'd get It as soon as they could. I said we'd already waited 14 min-she said they'd had some big orders. I said yeah orders after ours. I asked for the manager-she said she was the manager. I said if they couldn't get our order out just give me my money back. She said they'd get it out as soon as they could & hung up on me. I could see her thru the window looking our way & laughing with her co conspirators. After another 5 min which I know was intentional she brought our food. I said it was rediculous that it took 19 minutes to get our order-she said we were the only ones who ordered breakfast sandwiches! Like that was any reason it took so long. One of the bags tore as she handed to me, something fell out of the bag on the ground-I asked what it was. I think she said sauce. She DIDNT OFFER TO GO GET MORE SAUCE OR ANOTHER BAG. I wanted to know the manager's name. She said we are all shift leaders. I said someone told me she was the manager, what is her name. She just stared at me. I said what is your name-she just stared at me. My son said don't worry mom someone will know who was working here that night. No name badges (her name was on the ticket..)This was way beyond BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will NEVER EVER go to that jack in the box again. We hadn't gone there for a few months anyway because of repeated bad service. They either gave the wrong item or didn't give us our whole order-I mean even forgetting to put fries in a kids meal (he cried because they forgot his fries) or not putting cheese on when you pay extra. For God's sake a kids meal has only 2 items in it. How hard is that to get right. Well guess what-we got home & sure enough they didn't put in my eggroll. I' m sure they discovered their mistake & took the phone off the hook, because I put my phone on redial for 1/2 an hour & always the busy signal. Real professional mature customer service.NOT My teriyaki bowl was cold & inedible. The chicken was hard-either not cooked enough or sat around too long. We were almost afraid to eat the other stuff, afraid maybe they spit in or worse. I did the survey on the receipt only to have someone call me-that hadn't happened & probably won't. Not sure about this issue is important to you either. But I plan on putting this complaint on Facebook & any other social media I can because this is a bad bad business environment that has gone unchecked for way too long. There are tons of other places to eat all right there. If serving breakfast sandwiches at night is such an issue why advertise on tv you serve breakfast 24 hours a day? And if everyone working is "shift leader" why not make sure you have at least one mature competent concerned with actual customer service one on shift? I worked in retail for many years & even owned and operated 2 businesses including a restaurant. I NEVER mistreated anyone like this. Is this the new business structure for jack in the box? Because if it is even the largest business concerns can go down the tubes and I've talked to a ton of people who had multiple bad experiences at this particular one. St. Charles Zumbehl location 6330 at approximately at 12:38 pm. I went through the drive through and ordered 10 tacos, and the lady started yelling at me cause there was only 3 people working. She said I would have to wait which was fine, I don't mind waiting but because she was so angry and yelling at me, I left because I thought she would contaminate my food.
food and speed disappointment
Sept 22, 2019 Me and my husband went to jack in the box at 12:28am ordered Curly fry burger munchie meal, 2 tacos and value fry. My tacos and fries where cold and my husband curly fry munchie meal burger didn't have ketup only mustard and he was suppose to curly fries but got mixed fries and they also where cold after waiting in line for 20 mins smh... this isn't the first time our order was not right this is absolutely ridiculous and I am sick of going thru this same problem... so something needs to be done because yall will be losing many customers if this continues with my food...

This regards the promotion for yesterday September 18th: National Cheeseburger Day.My intention was to take advantage of the promotion being: Make a purchase of any menu item and get a free hamburger of 10 different varieties. This would be achieved by using the Jack In The Box app at all participating restaurants. The manager at this restaurant location being El Camino Real at the intersection of Calderon in Mountain View, CA. big chicken sandwich
We went to this Jack in the box tonight and asked for $3.99 big chicken sandwich combo. But cashier said they don't sell $3.99, their price is $4.99? I am attached my receipt for you to review. Also the stranger thing is other location they have adds on the window with $3.99 price but this location their add only with pictures but no price on it...

I order a meal and asked what type of drinks are offered. I was told there are a lot. I asked again what type. I was told there were a lot and then the person yelled "Oh my god!"

We got at the location at 8:30pm on 2727 Wheatland road in Dallas Texas 75237. We were placing our order my husband ordered first than my son then me and last my daughter. Once we were going to sit down we noticed that all the chair were up on top of the tables and we put down the first one so we can sit down and be ready to eat when the order is ready. Then the cashier (Jeniffer) yelled my husband not to put the chairs down because she was going to mop . So my husband asked r u guys still or not open? She answered mad yes but i already start cleaning and we asked at what time you close and she said 9. so what are u complaining if we still have 30 minutes ? She was mad the next time we noticed that our order was served in bags like they do not want us to stay in the dinning room and we asked why was in bags ? Her responded was cause we are saving the trays . This is very stupid responded . I do not recommend this place. Very bad service.
the tacos are never done
I'm a regular customer and me and my husband but the tacos and they are never done at all. I told the manager she does nothing about it.thank you.they should do more about the food in mesa az.there is always homeless people outside the management should walk outside more.we want our money back or new tacos and make sure they are done. And a another they worry about the other customers and that is not right. When I was there first. Thank you.
I am complaining about poor service and quality of food
During our visit to Nashville we decided to go to the Jack in the box on McGavock Pike . The Dining area was already closed when we pulled up so we went thru the drive thru. When we pulled up our order was already sitting on the counter and we continued to wait several minutes until the girl at the window finally made our drinks. At that point everything was already cold and when we got back to the hotel we discovered some of the food was wrong and some was missing.After waiting 40 minutes, not only was our food cold but our order was wrong. I ordered a buttery Jack classic burger with large curly fries and Diet Coke. The burger I received had jalapeños and some kind of orange sauce and I didn't get any curly fries. My wife also ordered the buttery jack classic burger with regular fries but she received a jr. jumbo jack burger. When I called to complain, the girl on the phone said she wasn't there when we went thru and hung up. I will post as many negative reviews as I possibly can to as many reviews sites I can find. Poor quality food, horrible customer service and excessive wait time at the drive thru.

Just went to store number 189 in Pomona, California, I ordered through the drive thru I was told to wait in front of the store and they would take our food. The manager took our food and I told him that he forgot out waters and he said you are going to have to come get them your self I am very busy. About 10:44 pm my girl myself and a friend came throigh the drive through for a late snack. We ordered a large oreo shake anda munchie meal. It was suppose to consist of a stack cheese burger fries drink 2 tacos...shake was fine, soda was good but after 2 miles throjgh town on friday night we realized not only was the sandwitch cold but the two tacos were missing..we drove back to be accused of lying...now im mad...after reviewing the man realized his mistake and rudly only made the order right...we asked for fresh burger and fries and due to tje food had gone cold and he declined rudely th satisfy your customers on his error...we are NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE AT JACK N THE BOX FREMONT BLVD AND WASHINGTON FREMONT CA. On 8/27 around 9 I went into Jack in the Box to place an order I stood in the lobby for 25 minutes no one asked me if they could help me no one waited on me I finally ended up leaving this is uncalled for there was two other people in the lobby also nobody bothered to ask any of us if we could be helped I finally had to get back in my car and go through the drive-through to get waited on something needs to be done or I'm going to take my business someplace else I usually stop by here every night after work I work 12 hours a day this is the only place open this late at night but from now on I'll find it someplace else or just do without

Around 8:00am I went to this jack n the box location just to get a quick bite to eat, I ordered two chicken sandwiches off your value menu. I Then went to the restroom to wash my hands I noticed right when I came out my food was already there ready to go.
I then thought wow that's fast went back to my car grabbed one of the sandwiches, and noticed one it's not hot and two the patty was rock hard as if it's been sitting under a heat lamp since the previous night.
I went back in and politely asked for two fresh ones didn't make a fuss or a scene I just wanted two brand new sandwiches, I noticed as they got done and handed me the bag they all stared at me in a weird way.
As if they hoped i wouldn't notice what they did which was in fact they just taking the Patty's off the bread and dropping them back in the oil, now you may ask how do I know this for a fact .
When I pressed my finger on the patty #1 it wasn't hot at all and #2 grease leaked from the chicken patty as I pressed my finger on it, this is contamination and could have well gotten me sick if I had not spit the first bite out . I went back returned the sandwiches and got my money back now I know reading this and your like fine case closed, no as an employee who works at a fast food chain who's big on cleanliness and food hazards and only serves fresh products.
I'd expect from other fast food chain locations to do the same but I cannot say the same for this one. Something needs to be done about them doing that because that could get someone very sick and potentially cause death and you guys being left witch a huge lawsuit.
On Tuesday 11/5/2019 at 2:38 P.M. I went through the drive-thru at 1115 Airport Park Blvd in Ukiah Ca. [protected] JIB#3469 Employee C. I ordered the chicken strip meal and requested "extra crispy chicken" and also ordered the "curly fries" with the meal.. The receipt shows 1 Crsp Chk 4 #13 small curly fry small Dr. Pepper.
When I received my order the fries and chicken strips were cold.. Not extra crispy or even hot.. What I received were the left over strips and curly fries from the lunch rush. I did not have time to return to complain and had to go without something to eat due to the poor quality of the food I was served at this restaurant.

chicken sandwich
I asked him for a chicken sandwich and it has bacon in it..when I realized it has something else in it.. I asked the guy Cesar about it and he said it's bacon.. and I asked him.. I ordered chicken and why they added bacon in it.. so he said.. this is how it is.. it comes with bacon and didn't even exchange
Or refund me.. he was a kid but not trained.. Will never visit jack in the box again..
I am complaining about the customer service
We were ordering our food and the person taking our order had an attitude from the start. Then when my husband got tired of hearing her yell at him he yelled back and that's when she refused to take our order. We pulled up to the window where she aggressively opened the window and the first things out of her mouth were "you can't talk to me like that!" Then he told her "why not? You were yelling at me first, it's ok for you to yell but I can't?! Then she proceeded to yell at him and told him that she didn't take our order and wouldn't be taking our order. Then she slammed the window and walked away. My husband honked to get her to come back and when she did she yelled at him "what drink do you want?!" Then my husband asked her for her managers number and she ripped up some receipt and gave it to us. The employee name on the recipes says Rochelle but the name that she gave us was Mary! I'm just tired of having this lady have an attitude anytime we pull up to order. If she's rude to us she's obviously rude to other people and I don't understand why she has a job in customer service when she clearly can't handle it. I am really upset because this isn't the first incident with this person and I want something done!
