At the Yosemite Blvd. location in Modesto CA I just ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit at the drive through, got home and opened it and there was NO biscuit but a CROISSANT. A soggy one at that. Tried to call their number multiple times with NO answer, after 12 rings. Also the Grilled breakfast sandwich which I ordered has been changed for the WORSE. It was on soft and not even toasted properly bread and not near as good as the original version. Really ticks you off when you work. Igbo shift and have limited time and can't even get what you ordered because someone was probably too lazy to make the biscuits and then too lazy to answer the phone also. They are on my way home from work and just lost my business.

If there where a way to upload my picture I certainly would. I ordered the jacks munchie meal and omg it was nasty!
The combo fries (curly and regular) where cold and old! The tacos where nothing like the picture. They where bland with little to no very soggy lettuce and cheese? What cheese? The burger was ok but that is giving a fair statement on the burger.
I also want to say that half the time when I go to the store location late at night the place is not open because employees don't show up.

Attention jack I was on my way to work love to eat jack do I orderd a bowlit was very over cooked tasted gross lile ot had been froze and unfroze a 100 times mush I fould not eat it no time to turn around and get it remade horrible morning. Stor #7225 employee elijah 5:52. This has happened before but it was able to be fixed im fustrated and hungry thanks to jack in the box

I'd love to just once be able to try them. I have ordered them numerous visits and have yet to be able to buy them. They are constantly out. We eat out a lot and JIB is the worst on not having what is on the menu compared to other fast food. Can't get a rice bowl, no cheesecake unfrozen and now these fries seem to be popular. SO can't the store order more? They look great but can't even begin to find out. My JIB # today was 8397 at the Ferndale JIB.

Online Order was made dec 20 and upon checking bank account there was 2 jack in the box charges. Charges should not be made because we didn't get that order amount.

Service was inefficient as well upon taking our order. Please help to rectify the problem and refund back the double charges $5.50. Your assistance will be very much appreciated

I called late evening on Christmas Day asking what time they would be closed because when you checked google it said Christmas Day might affect these hours well when the employee answered I asked what time are you closing tonight he said you could find that information where you found this number and hanged up with out saying anything else. I recalled and asked to speak to the manager which he said it was him which I knew it wasn't him because a manager wouldn't treat its customers like that. I told him the reason why I asked what time they where closing was because it's a holiday and it says it might affect these hours and he still didn't answer my question instead he went of cussing at me and calling me a [censored] wich I told him I was going to file a complaint and that he didn't have to answer like that but yet he kept calling me a [censored] and yes I did tell him he didn't have to be an [censored] by answering like that he refused to give me his name or his store manager name when I called him asking him for his name he treated to called the police if I didn't stop calling. I am personally going in to the store tomorrow and asking to speak to the store manager as I'm sure the person I spoke to was not. The store number I don't have I only have its phone number and its located in Beaverton Oregon on TV Highway the phone number to this store is [protected] and I called around 7:50PM on 12/25. You should really consider checking into what kind of people you have working for you since this person has really bad customer service. I am hopeing something will be done about this. Someone with this kind of customer services makes you think twice if they really appreciate their job.

My husband and I just left The Jack in the box drive through #143. We ordered the panido sandwiches only to find out the deli trio was missing pickles, and the turkey bacon cheddar was missing bacon. We are on the road and did not have the time to go back. Not to mention, we had to wait in line for a long period of time before we could even order. We love jack in the box, but this was one of the worst experiences ever.

It was after 10:00 and I went to Jack in the box to use the bathroom and when they let me in I smelled a strong aroma of marijuana and they had music on like they were at a concert, how can they take orders in that fashion and they are very unprofessional, I don't know what type of action the company will take but I am going higher than this complaint service, the food we as a public eats comes out of there, now I see that the Jack in the box on Harding is not trustworthy...

I went to jack in box on gattis school rd in round rock tx. Today around 12.00. This was the worst experience I had at jack in box. I eat everyday at the one in skyridge plaza round rock tx. I went thur drive thur I ordered 2 jumbo jacks reg ff's 1 sweet tea 1 sprite along with a kids cz burger with bacon. For some reason I had to scream out my order for he the guy taken it could not get it right. I asked if they had big red or fruit punch n was told no had apple juice so got kids sprite. Pull up to first window to pay ask girl if they have big red or fruit punch she says yes ok change drink again to sprite inform that I need a drink carrier. Pull up to 2 window to get order handed kids order I ask again for drink carrier the girl ask me do I have drinks my reply is yes 1 sweet tea 1 sprite 1 kids fruit punch I ask if kids don't come with a toy I am told no. I thought last time it did ok no toy how about that drink carrier for 3rd time. Girl brings my food to the window barley reaches out side with my food n bag rips all the way down the side food now all on ground. I get the stupid stare from employee. I open my door get out pick up food n bag that was to small to out 2 jumbo jack's n fries in. So now I got to wait another 15. Mins for my order to be remade. I yell into open window to put food in big enough bags this time. I get hm grandson up set cause he got a burger no bacon no toy granddaughter had the sweet tea which was not sweet at all. Oh did forget for all my troubled the girl tells me she gave me a piece of cz cake. Not what I should of got was my whole order free. I am in the food business my self n understand things happen but not the whole ordeal. Told didnt have drink flavor when did food dropped all on the ground and order messed up when arrived hm along with asking for a drink carrier 3 times. This business was not busy at all there was me n the car that pulled up behind me n then watched as my food fell on ground. Worst experience there.

I went to the jack in the box on j and 20th st in lancaster ca more than one occasion for the jalapeño poppers and every time I tell them fresh poppers I always get the poppers and the cheese is clumpy it's not fresh I get burgers that's burnt nd dry with bread that isn't fresh I always say fresh bacon and they give me old [censored] bacon. I always spend more than 30$ because I have 5 kids instead of them replacing my order they tell me I have to bring in the food and receipt after I told them it was dinner for my kids because I have to work they want me to bring my food as well as receipt after I spent 30 mins in the lobby remind you I stay on the opposite side of jack n the box and I have to be at work so she wants me to waste gas again just to come up there and wait while I have to be at work in a hour. This isn't the first time I always go spend money there and this is what they do it isn't fair I have kids and this is ridiculous
