Hello my name is Sherry Chandley, i've visited your store last night at 10:56 PM I was the six person in the drive-through line I was in the drive-through line for 40 minutes before even getting to place my order. While sitting in line we watched three different employees enter and exit The restaurant through the back door to go out side to talk to people in your parking lot in their cars. When I got to the order board to place my order I was told you do not have shakes so I ordered a sweet tea instead. 20 minutes later when I get to the window your drive-through employee is on his phone texting or playing a game with his back turned towards us. He finally sees this gives us our food we asked for soy sauce and taco sauce in my tea. I was then told they were out of tea and he didn't charge me for it anyway. As we started to drive off I open the sack where I had 50 soy sauce and no taco sauce .Open the food it was not even our order. Bye now the line is all the way around the building so I knocked on your lobby and made them open the door and do my surprise they did. I asked to speak to a manager and I was mad and loud and an employee from your back or your store close up Open the food it was not even our order. I would really like to have a phone call back about this my number is [protected] somebody's going to get killed or robbed and I hope it's not one of my children that work at a fast food place making mistakes like your si I told him that was his first mistake he is also one of the employees they went out the back door. My husband and I drive up at the drive thru and no one is answering us..I drive on around to the window..and there is not one person in sight. While driving out of the drive thru I see a girl in uniform coming across the street.(must have gone to Taco Bell..as I pull around I see another girl out on the side walk talking on her phone..I ask are yall open? She replies uh uh uh I'm on break and I'm not taking orders till I'm off my break. Still holding her cell phone to her ear.. So I called And the phone was busy...called again the phone was busy...either someone was on the phone or they took the receiver off the phone so no one could call in... This is not the first time I have had issuse with the 16th store. One time I drove up and they told me they where not taking any orders right now...
I just didn't know that was an option.
The manager just might want to check the servalance cameras to find out what these two ladies have NOT BEEN DOING!
I just don't believe who ever owns this store would be pleased! Not a wat to conduct business!

I was visiting the Jack in the box store address 9424 I. Houston tx. I ordered food and asked a lady wearing grey attire if she had a key to the restroom. She had just stated the restroom was out of order. So her daughter and son-in-law walked in and she gave him the key to the restroom. So I stated to her that he said it was an emergency. So I told her that im a paying customer and I shouldn't have to articulate that it is an emergency. She then started to become hostile and belligerent. Then she stated that her district or regional manager didn't want them to let ppl use the restroom bc they be inside taking showers and doing drugs. I stated well I don't do those things. I then asked for a refund of my money and felt skeptical as far as it being returned to my card. Then her and my sister became involved in a shouting match threatening each other. My wife escorted her out of the store. And I proceeded to move forward with my refund and the way I was being dealt with continued to deteriorate. I will ask that you please review the store cameras and make sure I receive my refund and speak with someone professionally. All the while my 14yr old son is witnessing this blatant disrespect. When the whole 14hr drive from GA. I'm bragging about Jack in the box food
homestyle chicken ranch club
Hello, i'd like to report a problem I had with my homestyle ranch chicken sandwich. The chicken breast wasn't cooked properly, there wasn't only a brown crust on half of the breast. It also tasted a bit gummy. Honestly, it almost made me throw up. I just thought it was necessary to report this. Although every other time I had the sandwich it was pretty good. Thanks for reading!
missing items and quality of tacos
I had 7 hungry teenagers after a game yesterday so quick and easy I ran to jack in the box and ordered two separate orders one for the kids and one for my wife and I. Five of the boys wanted Jumbo's w cheese fries and drinks and I ordered 4 monster tacos and 4 reg tacos. When I got home the boys siad there were 2 Jumbo's missing which I verified counting the wraps and then realized we there was no receipt and our tacos (reg) were so old tasting we threw them away. I did call the restaraunts but they said they couldn't help me w out a receipt I even explained I wasn't given one. To make things worse I ended up having to go to Whataburger for the other two boys missing theirs because I couldn't bring myself to spend more at Jack's when I already did. Please fix as I love Jack's but am gun-shy now to go back. Thank you

At the time of 2:01 am Sunday morning on Feb. 2nd 2019 my friend and I had ordered 2 double Jack burgers and a side of onion rings and we paid for our order and while waiting I noticed that the woman that had taken our order was really slow and seemed very tired and also had her hair down and no hairnet nor did she wear any gloves as she handed us the bag of food we ordered there was not any courtesy of any thank you or is there anything else I can help you with,.. We waited to open and eat our food until we got home, just only 2 -3 blocks away and as the pics show it is not what we expected, no lettuce, tomato or onion and one burger had no cheese and the onion rings were so over cooked they was hard as ever and couldn't eat them.. I was eating at your 4715 university Ave locatation I had the curly Fry's and and cheddar cheese and I just so happens to be displaced at the moment, I'm not ashamed of it as your staff seems to be . As I was eating and putting together a puzzle I was informed that I was not allowed to enjoy my meal and put together my puzzle in your establishment of confortable dinning .and even tho my belonging we're stowed out of the way of everyone I wasn't allowed to bring them in to your eating establishment. Even thoe it's all I own in the world and is a small rolling suite case . Any way your manager belted out so all the the place could know I was being repermanded . Quite the show . I don't know if she is poorly schooled or is just a mean person but her behavior was not suited for your image . Also I have in the last week observed your employees locking the bathrooms and turning people away telling them they were out of order and laughing about it as a group afterward . As they did know I could here or they thought I would also be amused . They were wrong . So my wife and I were coming home after 12 hour shift a while ago and decided to grab a couple of bacon cheeseburgers and try the bacon cheddar curly fries. I had visited Jack-in-the-Box earlier today in about 1:30 at Phoenix Arizona store on 40th Street and Bell I ordered a fajita pita what's a grilled chicken patty which was $2 extra I opened it in Dakar and it was gelatinous fat it was disgusting anyhow I went back in the store so they can either fix it or just give me a refund either or so she told me that she couldn't give me a refund and that they would have to make the order again so I said fine all the time I was waiting for my food I thought they were actually buying time for the GM manager to come there when she got there she barged in would an attitude and said I'm not giving you money back you can only get your food redone so I said that's fine that's what I'm waiting for my food and then she says well that's BS telling me that she is replaced my food in the past like years ago and that I always do this which is not true but I have been attending the same Jack in the Box for over 15 years anyhow she would not replace my order or give me back my existing order she threw me out call the police on me lied and said that I was threatening her and trying to hit her or whatever which is no such thing was a complete lie there is cameras to prove it I'd like to speak to somebody ASAP regarding the situation she embarrassed me I was so embarrassed I was yelling cuz she was yelling because of her attitude I mean it was a really ugly situation I feel that I should sue the company because of how she treated me with disrespect and I thought this customer was always right especially when there is gelatinous fat coming out of your sandwich it's right in front of them it's common sense I paid for a grilled chicken breast Patty not to have gelatinous fat in my sandwich or beat the pita pita I feel discriminated against she made me feel terrible and after all that she still call the police and lied on me that I did all of those bad things and I haven't again cameras don't lie and if I have to get a lawyer to get the film I will do so I expect a call back at (602)832÷8919
