I was at the restaurant today and ordered the jumbo jack meal and I was watching it being a made I saw a fly land on it. And they still put it in the box and put it in the bag and it was handed to me. Very poor preparation of the meal. I'm very disappointed and never going back. Cuz they didn't redo it and the rest of my order was cold. I am not impressed with it.

We went to the drive-through at Jack-in-the-Box this evening there were two cars in front of us, the guy came on and said I'm sorry but we have a lot of people in the lobby and we won't even be able to take your order for 10 minutes. We backed up and left. This is not the first time something like this is happened to us. Most times you go through and order and then wait 10 minutes and when we get our food it's cold. This time I just felt like if there were only two cars in front of us the wait time should not be 10 minutes. I don't for see that this location will be open very much longer as nobody's going to continue to go here when there are many other choices for fast food in this location.

My name is Kenneth Pressley and this comment concerns the JIB location on Gaffey Street in San Pedro California 90731. My comment is simple; I will never, not now or at any time in the future visit this location and I will explain. I have been a faithful customer for over twenty years and though most visits are at your Western Avenue location of San Pedro/ Rancho Palos Verdes, I do visit the gaffey location frequently but no more. In fact I am so angry this morning that I doubt I will patronize any JIB location. The gaffey location is staffed with employees who seem to think we are doing them a favor by spending our money at this restaurant. The managers are rude, the employees inattentive and the resteraunt is ran like a compound. Any order placed comes with a guarantee of no napkin or spoon/ fork when warranted and asking for these items is met with looks of destain but it gets worse. Even though I may have visited three or four times in a single week, I am still required to purchase something before I can even wash my hands in the restroom. There is always a security guard on duty who insures that No One enters the restroom until money is spent and strill it gets worse. On two separate occasions, I was asked to leave by security because I had been in the booth too long! That is correct. At 58 years of age and with teeth that have seen better days, I am required to engulf my food by stopwatch and still it gets worse. This morning I visited the gaffey location at around 4:30 (am) and ordered a large coffee through the drive in window. Because I wanted to enjoy my coffee in peace and quiet that only the early morning brings but I chose courtesy. Asking the manager on duty for permission to sit in my vehicle out side the establishment because I had hopes for this visit. Before my coffee was half gone, the security guard informed me that I had to leave because there was a ten minute limit! Lets be sure we understand this completely. There were only employee cars in the lot so I prevented no one a parking space yet before my coffee had cooled, I was forced to vacate. This behavior is unacceptable and I won't be back for more. In case you are interested, I write this message from McDonald s parking lot just up the street ... drinking a still warm cup of your coffee.

I went through the drive-through at Jack-in-the-Box tonight and I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, 4 tacos and two sodas I presented the coupon that I got for signing up for text alerts and email alerts to the cashier she showed the manager and the manager said no that I couldn't use it because it needed to be printed out nowhere on the coupon says that it needs to be printed out I even mention that and she said she didn't care, so I told her forget it and left with nothing. She was rude and I had just used the same coupon at a different location the day prior and had no issues . Thought that was the point of signing up and getting text message alerts from you guys is that I'm able to show it off of my phone and not have to go to the hassle of printing out

I was taking out large drinks the girl at the counter around 5 PM made no attempt to proerly secure the lids on the drinks dousing me and my car.Even though thelid had come off sje made no apology just stood there silently. I even had to ask for napkins to clean some up! I would tell you the store but the receipt like everything else was doused. The sore is in Niu Valley which on Oahu. At the Jack in the box at 529 and highway 6 in Houston Texas 6:00AM 11/06/2018 I place my usual order of 2 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of sausage, 1 hash brown and a large diet coke. I have ordered this 3 to 4 times a week for months, and the total is $6.26. When I made my order this morning the cashier told me it was $7.00. Here is my real problem, I asked the cashier if prices went up and she said YES. When I drove up to the pick up window the cashier repeated my order and as usual she had it wrong after we got the order straight my price was $6.26. My problem was that she down right lied about the prices going up. I drove away and when I got to work to eat my breakfast there was no hash brown as I ordered. This women has been working at Jack in the box for about 6 months and every time she takes my order she gets it wrong and I hardly ever get the hash brown when she takes my order.

Oh, I have so much to say. This review is about one employee that keeps ruining my JIB experience every single time. I love the food, I love other locations and everything about JIB. I visit this drive-through very often, like 3-4 times a week often, and leave at least $100/week there. This girl working there is the rudest and most unpleasant person in the staff. She never smiles, NEVER apologizes for 20 minutes wait, wrong food order or cold food.
I wanted to write a review about her for the longest time but would talk myself down and didn't but today I just had enough. She took my order and I drove ahead to the window. No smile, no hello, no reaction at all, she just shoved me my drink. I probably shouldn't blame her, she was on her phone and busy talking. I feel like I shouldn't have interrupted her. When another employee gave me my order (also no smile and no talking whatsoever) I checked the bag. It's a habit I acquired at this location because 3 times out of 5 the order will be wrong or items will be missing. I got classic tacos instead of nacho tacos so I pointed out the mistake and handed the tacos back. They prepared my nacho tacos and gave it to me. Again, NO SMILE, NO SORRY, NO TALKING, complete silence and a lot of attitude. I asked her to write down her name for me and gave her a piece of paper, she snatched it from my hand, wrote the name, gave it back and shut the window. Obviously, no talking.
On multiple occasions, she would yell at me over the speaker WAIT! after she had asked me to tell her the order and she overcharged me once or twice and I'd notice after leaving (wrong order usually). She never offers to try something new and I'd always get a new item if offered.
This location is so close to my house and work and I want to keep coming here but I always end up getting the wrong food and crazy amount of attitude from her.
Every receipt I get has the same employee name on it, marky (yes, lowercase), different days and times, different employees, always the same name. Today when I asked her what was her name she wrote down "Terky".

This is the 3rd time this week I have been to the Jack in the Box on Seminary and Hwy 35 and they have screwed up my order. I am very understanding but this is ridiculous. They did not even try to resolve the issue, just said they were sorry and then gave me a bogus phone number when I asked for a number to file a complaint. I am a regular customer at Jack in the Box and this makes me want to quit eating there.

On the morning of Sep. 24 2018 I step into Jack in the box located 1382 Beltline Rd to purchase a soda and chicken sandwich. While in the restroom, one of the employees threw away my medium drank and my big gulp cup from 7/eleven. I let the employee know that the drank and the other cup was mine, but sed employee prisisted to catch an attitude with me and argue with me about what she had done. So I sat done and waited to order my sandwich, once the manager arrived (Antonio Ibarra) I had the chance to speak with him but he only made the problem worst by trying to justify his employees actions to me instead of moving the situation on. The service and attitude of these two employees was unacceptable and down right distasteful. I will be writing another letter to corporate on this matter. Thank you for your consideration.

I think it is disgusting seeing one of the employees doing this while he is working and customers are around nothing was done he was only suspended he didn't get fired or demoted and I think he should also I think they should look into the other managers if they don't take this seriously that is a shame and it's not going to get done if nobody complains about it
The night manager Damon was in the back with no shirt on and apron a fork stuck in his mouth while serving customers I think it is a disgusting the managers Dawn and Lola and Damian should all be fired for not taking this seriously all he got was suspended I think action should be taken
The night manager is doing this during business hours and he did not get fired or demoted he just got suspended I personally think the manager's Dawn Lola and Damian should get fired this is a a health code gone wrong and he thinks he could get away with it I hope something gets done

I just left Jack in the box in Berkeley number 413 with a bad experience I asked him for the number 24 and when they got to the window I asked the lady does it come with the juice she's says you didn't ask for the combo you just asked for the sandwich I say they usually ask me if it's just a sandwich or the combo and this time the girl didn't so the girl gets an attitude with me and she's like all right I'll charge you .I gave her my card when she returns it she doesn't even say thank you she got she gives me my food she closes the window don't even ask me if I want ketchup up or anything else I'm sitting in my car for like two minutes for her to come back to the window to get two packages of ketchup I am very upset I go to Jack in the box all the time I don't see the need for somebody to have an attitude

The Jack in the Box in my hometown has refused to serve me multiple times according to them because of a daily system update I have never experienced this problem at any other Jack in the Box I've ever been to I'm not sure if this is true or if they all decide to take a smoke break at the same time I've been there at different times of the day mostly after 1 a.m. since that is when I am getting off work and that's when the issue usually takes place anywhere from 1 to 4 in the morning I've experienced this at different time

At approximately 7:19 pm on this day I was in the drive thru at the window and I could not be properly serviced due to the unprofessional behavior of the employees. They were literally cursing each other out due to the shortage of employees. I heard them shouting to each other that they did not have enough employees to work and they were not going to work the lobby and the window. Then manager shouted so close the "mother [censored]ing" lobby.
Keishira and 2 other unidentified employees were told by the manager, who was wearing the gray and white shirt to shut the [censored] up. When my order was incorrect I wanted to go inside but, the lobby was closed. There was also a Police officer trying to go into the lobby but no one was allowed in. My order was not fitting to eat it was old and cold was not fit for human consumption.

I ordered a value fry and told her I need my Free Jumbo Jack, she then tells me that I cannot order of the Jacks deal menu they had to be something else I told her I just looked it up on the internet and it said with the purchase anything. She then tells me her GM told her not to. it was another gentleman waiting to get his food when he told me he got two tacos and a value fry and got his Free Jumbo Jack. I went there on 9/10/2018 at 833am emp Dulce service went great that day. I filled out the survey got a code 3542 I went at 630am 9/14/2018 I waited at the speaker 5mins before she asked what can I order it was only one car at the window then when I got the the window she stated can I wait while she ran outside to take another order for someone and didn't waif for a reply she went out the door came back 4 mins later now I'm watching the clock cause I'm on my way to work then I gave her the receipt from Monday she asked why I gave her that I said bogo she stated she entered 4 times the code and it didn't work by this time I'm gonna be late for work she stated I think you used this already and I haven't this was my second time coming to jib in over 2years I was upset I ask for my receipt and drove off

The imperial Missouri location is a joke at night. Pathetic lazy crew will not serve shakes anytime they don't want to. I have gone by every night for a shake and the same young man claims they aren't serving shakes anymore. It's open 24hrs come on. I have gone back since being denied 2 times in a week to once everyday after 9:00Pm for a shake and was told the machine is broken. We just sold our last shake. Sorry no shakes tonight we are waiting on parts for it. That very next day I went in for breakfast and asked if they managed to fix their shake machine and the manager said "when was it broken?". I said "last night". He replied "that machine hasn't broken down once in the 6yrs I have been here working". I proceeded to inform him of the night crew establishing this idiotic means to really make a customer angry. I have since moved on to White Castle shakes and I am a physical therapist that's works out and I drink a shake everyday and it makes me wonder why jack and the box wouldn't want to take my money everyday because these rude young millennials feel a sense of entitlement to be lazy [censored] and not serve shakes. I want this crew punished and taught a lesson. I have owned my own business for 13 yrs and it's based solely on word of mouth and believe me when I say that I can really pass them word that this location is terrible and lazy at night. So far about 12 people and myself have switched to other vendor shakes because of this stupid issue. And it's not just about getting a shake. It makes you so mad to hear the same [censored] persons voice be a [censored] about when he tells you it's broke, they are serving anymore, the last person got the last one, or better yet...we are out of ice cream!?! Wth!?!?! This is making a lot of people angry and quite frankly turned off and going elsewhere. I truly hope that you remedy this issue by the night crew. There is no way that every night even when I'm driving one of my 4 cars so as to not be remembered as the same person coming through it's the same answer. I think not.

Today my husband and I ordered the teriyaki bowls because we had them before and they were really good. Today not so good, The rice was like mush and neither one of us could eat it. Another couple also had the same order and I asked them about the rice and they also said it was bad. I complained to the girl who took the order and she called the main lead and I showed her how bad the rice was and all she could say is sorry mam that it was a new person and she did not know how to make rice. Again sorry. I would hope they would not serve anyone else that rice. They did not offer my money back or maybe order something else. I paid $14.53 and could only eat the chicken and vegetables. You could tell that the server was not having it today or did not have enough help as she was very stressed out our complaint is we did not get the churro's we ordered or the chocolate overload cake and we got a burnt crispy JoJo Instead of a chicken nugget for the kids in their meal She had also forgot the Apple juices for the kids meal and my water which I asked for and she gave to us. My daughter had a number 25 breakfast and asked for an extra piece of cheese and when she unwrapped it the extra piece of cheese was all over the wrapping The picture below is the jojo that was in that kids meal instead of a chicken leg and
