guy working the window.
Went through the drive thru at that location and order 6 tacos, I gave him the money for my order when he gave me my change he barely opened the window (just enough to stick his hand through) and when he handed my food he did the same thing- barely opened the window. Was not any napkins in the bag or tacos sauce. Handed the food through the gap of a barely opened window, turned around and left. Was rude.
April 21st at 11:03-is what time I went through the drive thru. Wasn't even busy.

This happened on 4/20/18 at 3:40 A.M at the Jack in the Box in Hazelwood Mo., they told me they could not take my order because all there system shut down at 4:00, I have been there at the same time for the last week and they have always served me, there was a new person there tonight, and all he could do was make excuses, I drove 6 miles to get lunch and got nothing. you can call me at [protected].

My boyfriend and I are regulars at the jack n the box in Antioch CA, just recently my boyfriend got off work orderd us some food, home ordering a burger and me some tacos, then came home we both having a long day were so hungry we started to literally wolf down the food my boyfriend said something about the burger tasting funny and when I opened my tacos they looked pale alone with his burger he was pretty much finished with his food and me refusing to eat the pale taco he took them back, he talked to the manager on shift who was a heavier set women with brown pulled back hair she was the most repulsive person embarrassing my boyfriend because he wanted his money back being he didn't have the burger but had the tacos and receipt she refused to do anything ! I'm so pissed as we go there all the time they know us by face and spend alot of money there she should of handled our complaint much better by a full refund with a smile but because of her lack of ghastly service I now will be calling corporate on her . Thank you for your time .

We came to Jacka to buys some chicken sandwiches. I was feeling dehydrated. I asked them for a cup of water. They said water is not free and denied me water! Unbelievable, after i just bought food from there. The had no care for my thirst. Its i. texas an Texas is a hot place. I will not return to Jack in the box due to their unprofessional service. I was a paying customer an to be denied water makes me really upset.

My name is Ana Karen Lucio and I usually buy coffee from Jack in the box located on 221 Richey St. Pasadena, TX 77506 in the mornings, but this morning around 8AM as I was drinking my iced coffee on my way to work I started choking. I nearly almost had a car accident on 225 freeway due to this! As I was choking I started gagging on what I thought I had swallow a small piece of ice but realized it was a small round metal ball when I was finally able to spit it out! I have no idea why such a small object would end up in an iced coffee! Or why even a small object that's choking hazardous would be near the kitchen area! at 1:55 pm on 4/10 i ordered regular large fries thu the drive thru.. they were way over cooked. i went inside and told the counter the problem- they cooked another batch and i asked the cashier did you try them i could tell 2O feet away that they were way over cooked again! ... she said that she told the maher who had left for the day that the oil won't be changed until tomorrow- she offered no refund... and all of the rest of you customers will have a terrible experience with your french fries today. tonight until the person changes the oil... i come to jack in the box for your fries, and i am a regular customer
nightmare service staff
After throwing my change at me at the drive through, without an apology, and forced me out of my car, then giving me the wrong order I walked in and asked for a manager and this young hispanic woman flipped me off, called me an [censor], and told me to "[censor]ing eat at home". She totally lost her mind! This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I demand her immediate termination and an apology
my food made me sick
I went through the drive thru in gun barrel city Texas, I received my food from a horrible employee who had an attitude the whole time I was trying to order she kept saying "WHAT" and being rude, I ate half of my order and started to feel sick. I woke up through the entire night throwing up. I was told i got food poisoning from the food and will be filing a more serious complaint along with this one.
order being short twice in one night
I walked in and ordered 3 chicken sandwiches 2 tacos 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers. I get my order and I was short a chicken sandwich. The manager threw away the food and told them to redo the whole order. I only needed a chicken sandwich. They git crowded while they were redoing my order and completely forgot about me. The order sat and got cold. I asked for my order and left. Then I get home and I am short my tacos this time. I walked back and they lied about the manager being there. I saw her. Then the guy said she's busy and I can't give you the tacos because you don't have your bag! I go to this particular location (it's next to my house) a lot. Never had a problem. They ended giving me my tacos but I am super disappointed about my experience. Please retrain the night crew!
breakfast sandwich
I drove through a Jack in the Box in Walnut Creek, California and ordered a #26 breakfast sandwich combo w decaf coffee. I was eating the sandwich on my way to my boy's house in Pittsburg, California. I ate half the sandwich and was eating the other half. Suddently, I felt something hard and round in my mouth. I immediatley thought it was some kind of foreign object, should not be in my sandwich. I took a napkin and spit it out. I was trying to find it in the napkin, because i had a mouth full of this sandwich in my mouth. I spotted a round object and was totally disgusted when I realized it was a tooth. I felt sick to my stomach and had to get out of my car and vomit. I got back in and inspected it further, thinking it belong to either a rate or pig. But I then realized it was a human tooth. I goggle your corporate office and called [protected]. I left a message of what I had found. I got sick again and had to get out and vomit some more. I rinsed my mouth with water. I immediately texted my family and my Son said "maybe it is your tooth". I called again the 800 number and left a message that the tooth was mine. Then, I inspected my mouth with my tongue and thought, "oh it might be mine". I got a small mirror and placed it into my mouth to inspect my teeth and I got the found tooth next to my mouth using a napkin. It was not a match and that is when I noticed the tooth had black stains on it. My teeth do not have black stains. I was so disgusted and grossed out, it was someone else tooth. I called a third time to the 800 that further inspection, the tooth did not belong to me, to have someone please call me back. I was so disgusted and grossed out. I went back to the Walnut Creek place and talked to the Manager. He took a picture of it and said he sent it to Corporate. I showed him the number I had called. He said "sorry, and would you like a milkshake". I said "no ta=hank you, I just want my money back". He refunded my money and I left. I have to say he was very professional and was just as shocked as I was. So, now I email you and hope someone will get back to me. You need to find out how this could happen. This tooth has black stains on it, I am getting a little paranoid because I am thinking "suppose this person is sick w Aids or something that I might be exposed to?". I would like this tooth inspected please. I will also call the Enviornmental Dept in Contra Costa County to see how they can help me at lease inspect it for any diseases. I placed an order today and part of it was incorrect, so I went inside to have it corrected. An employee by the name Brianna started saying how I didn't order the sanwhich, until she saw it herself. Brianna remade the burger wrong (for the second time) and then she got loud and started telling the managers (Katrina and Debbie) that they were going to make it, because she wasn't. She was extremely loud, ignorant, and obnoxious. Katrina fixed the order herself and gave me a cheesecake for the inconvenience, she was very helpful. Debbie was also helpful and gave me a refund. Brianna really makes Jack in The Box look bad.

Usually purchase from Collinsville IL, but was in Glen Carbon IL so thought we'd get a sandwich we like. Prime Rib Chz Stk. Bought 3 and drove home. Nice bun, little meat, 1 small red pepper, 1 small green pepper, and could barely see the cheese. Called manager. Rob blamed the morning shift and finally offered 3 replacements. To say my husband was upset is an understatement, It's a bit of a drive and I'm disabled. So unless we're back there for a doctor appointment, it's a extra trip for my husband because your restaurant can't be bothered to make a sandwich that is more than a bun. Is there a way we can get a decent replacement from Collinsville?
wrong order 3 times on the same visit
On March 18, 2018 at around 9:30 I stopped at the restaurant on Huebner and Eckhert in San Antonio Texas. After we received our order, I noticed that our kids pancake platter did not come with the bacon we had asked for. I went back in, the staff apologized and handed us bacon. That part was fine, it was when I was driving down the road that I noticed my loaded breakfast sandwich did not have any sausage on it. I called the store and told them my problem, and the excuse I was given was that there are two sandwiches that are alike, but one has sausage and one doesn't. He thought I wanted the one without sausage. I told him to pay attention to what he was doing and hung up. Then, my fiancé opened his bacon, egg, and cheese crossaint to find, guess what, sausage on it and no egg. At that point I went to look for the receipt, but not to my surprise, my fiancé said they never gave one to us. This brings me to this complaint.
Very very issapointed with the lack of service I received today.

I live in Calexico, California there are 3 Jack In the Box food restaurant's. The ones I have gone to are on 204 East Cole Road and 1071 Birch St. Such disappointing food restuarants.
I have been filling out the surveys online. The major complaint I have is the food is always cold. The meat on the Jumbo Jack tastes like straw, the buns are not fresh they are old, and the french fries are as cold as ice. I constantly tell them to make it fresh they say they do, but it's not. I have made my mind up that I will no longer nor my family go to Jack in the Box. Time and time again the food has been a disappointment. They food mentioned above are not the only foods purchased that are cold. The managers don't do a thing about giving customers old food that is cold. Dissatisfied and disappointed!

I visit store JIB#1105 because of the fact it is next door to my home. However, on 3/16/18 carry out order #404 at 9:17am employee Kelly was not the person that took my order it was the store morning manager who does not wear a name tag and has an extremely bad attitude, is very mouthy, speaks rudely to customers and her staff in front of customers. On 3/16/18 this person was trying to sell make-a-wish stars and making smart comments about how many to sell and the way your company treats its employees. There were 2 other employees playing on their cell phones. It's disgusting.
molded breakfast sandwich
I went to the Jack in Box in Houston on Hillcroft and I discovered that my bread was molded. I was talking to co workers so I had not paid attention and then I look down to find that my bread was blue. This is so sad and pathetic. I have already reported this location to the Houston Health Department. No one should have to experience this. Mold is very damaging to your health. Then your complaint line is not working and that is sad because it shows your lack of concern for the health and safety of your patrons.

I wanted to add something to my order and she told me to go back around and order it. I said what I can't add to my order? She to me no to go back around. I have never been told to go back around. Then I wanted my receipt and she told me there's no paper. I told her again that I need my receipt and she kept saying there's no paper. I said Can't you put paper in it? she told me no. I said I need my receipt then she said for me to give the food back. So I never got a receipt. She was very rude.

I was hired at a local Jack In The Box two weeks ago on 3/1/18, and finished my hiring process within the first four days (had to get my workers permit filed). After I gave her my workers permit, I was then told that I would start work when my uniform came in, and that they would give me a call when my uniform did. A week later (on a Monday), I decided to check up on my "boss" to see if I was starting soon, she told me "yes, this week. I will send the schedule later on"... It's now Wednesday. I texted her AGAIN, today, and am currently being ignored.

being charged too many times
On 3/8/18 at 6:09pm I went to a jack in the box I believe the store# Is 1522 I placed an order which came out to 16.48 I paid for order with my EBT card the cashier swiped my card 2 times because she said it didn't work the first time so she had to do it a second time both times she had me enter my pin .on the second time she said it went through and she only gave me one receipt I order a shake separate from the first order and paid the same way that order went through fine and I got both receipts for that order . While waiting for my food I checked my receipt and realized i hag been charged twice for the first order I called my Ebt card to make sure and I was charged twice .I for with the manager who said she didn't know how to help Me and she took my info down and we both decided to wait till the next day when her manager would be there I did that and have been calling since then it is 3/12/18 today this happened on 3/8/18 It's been four days and every time I call about it I just get the run around I need to be refunded I already spoke to some one through my card and they said jack n box had to reimburse me please help
employees smoking marijuana at work
Hello I purchased a meal last night at my local jack in the box last night and it was gross and messy so I went to complain and they shut the drive thru down around 11pm and I caught them smoking weed! I know the smell!
I've called the manager Susan to complain but I feel you guys should know also!
Another thing happened a few months ago a guy put his hands on me in there store on camera and the cops got involved and they hired the guy anyways! Wtf jack in the box! I will blast this all over social media if it doesn't get fixed the customer service at trinity owes in Stockton ca sucks!
