I tried to order food for my family last night at 11 pm at the oxnard location, victoria and 5th st, and was not able to because of an employee with a terrible attitude and unprofessional behavior.
David refused to take my order and refused to get the manager, then changed his lie to say that he was "in charge" and that I could only talk to him.
David lectured me that I was wrong and he was right and then wouldn't take my order. He used 4 letter words that I will not repeat and threatened me at the drive through window.
Today I called to speak to a manager at the location, and david answered the phone and would not let me speak to the manager, would not take a message and would not tell me when the manager would be there. This guy is mentally unstable and delusional, and he has the worst attitude I have ever experienced. I have been a regular customer of this location for 10+ years and never had a problem until having to deal with this [censor]. I am sorry to say that if he is going to be a regular employee, I will not be able to continue being a customer.
Also, two nights ago, when I ordered my regular number 7, the burger was upside down in the container and just a complete mess, and the fries were dumped in the bag. The fry container was empty. Again, this is due to the employee named david who does not give a care about customers or serving food and if someone tries to bring up the problem, he gets serious attitude, swears at you, refuses to take your order, and threatens you.

I pulled up to the late night drive though at approximately 1:00am. The store is posted that closing is 2:00am. I waited at the drive through ordering for nearly 5 minutes. After, I pulled up to the window. I saw a worker cleaning. I knocked on the window and was completely ignored. After 2 more knocks, I left the drive through and went to the IHOP across the street.
Was I wrong in assuming that if the drive through is open until 2am that I could get service at 1 am?

My husband, daughter and myself got food poisoning from Jack in the box and it also caused me to suffer a miscarriage. I tried calling the location but no answer of course. I don't want anyone else to suffer like us. But most of all we deserve justice for the little angel who we were soo thrilled to have that is gone now because of someone's negligence. Makinna screamed out wheres the counterfeit pen I look surprised since I make very very good money and would never think of doing such a horrible thing she marks the bill and of course it passes then comes back over and said wow didn't think that was going to pass I think she needs to learn some serious customer service before they let her work with the public I was insulted at why she kept saying she was surprised it passed very rude lady I will not be going back to that location ever again very bad customer service

I was at a Jack-in-the-Box drive-through and then I frequent very often to get something to eat for my son he has autism so he's very particular and the things that he wants I asked the woman that was taking my order a bout a question about one of the meals and she said well I don't know so she gave me attitude since the moment we got there like who else can I ask about a meal at Jack-in-the-Box if not her we get to the window didn't even greet us just stood there I have her a 20 since I didn't even know the total amount she wasn't speaking almost nothing I hand her the money she gives it back with a crumbled receipt and slams it hard in my hand to the point I felt her fingers and finger nails through the Receipt that was given to me by her then proceeded to grab the things to give to me and grab the bag like she was all mad and just handed it to me like when someone is chubing it to you hurry up and get it out there face I didn't even want to ask her what was the problem because I was afraid for her to do something to my food before giving it to me she was then kind of going back and forth a bit with another male worker guess he was complaining of her falling behind on the orders they had about 6 cars behind me and there were 2 in front of me before I got to the window that was taking them a while to give orders to so guess she was already mad and taking it out on me and my daughter we then got our food and my daughter proceeded to tell her thank you she didn't reply she didn't smile Didn't greet us gave us attitude since the moment we got there all the way to the moment we left I called and called and no one answered the store finally today I think it was heard and answered it I'm not sure it sounded just like her and I think it was her I asked for a manager and she said well there's no one here after I said I wanted to make a complaint and I said well when were a manager be available she said not for another two weeks are you kidding me because of her I would never ever go back to that jack-in-the-Box on Long Beach Blvd. I frequent that Jack-in-the-Box a lot due to my son's autism he loves your food and now I won't I will have to go out my way to another location because of that attitude that I got that day I don't want her taking my orders or enteracting with that type of person you guys really need to look into this because she will cause you to loose a lot of customers like myself I do have my receipt but in my receipt I think she was using that other guys register because it says Michael and I know that that's most likely not her name because it's a males name but I have my receipt and my order number that time that I was there so you guys could check thank you
milk shake machine broke down and terrible counter service
i went to a jack in the box restaurant in the week of feb 1st 2018 to get two peppermint vanilla special shakes to only be told machine is broke down went back a week later its still broke down they say in lakeport calif. And I walked in to the counter thee was only one person doing the drive thru and the counter so I had to stand there for five mins before I got help at the counter because there was five cars in the drive thru. there should have been more than one person at 11:30 a.m. working both drive thru and the counter. so today feb 14th 2018 I went to another jack in the box restaurant in clearlake calif but in same county as the lakeport location and they told me the same thing the milkshake machine was broke down too. I think that's terrible and too coincidental that two different jack in the box locations both had milkshake machines broke down in different weeks.
charging to much cheese
Ok so I order curly fries with cheese and bacon they charge a dollar and ten cents for cheese and they dont even put enough cheese to cover my goddamn fries I don't think it fair cause why i'm I paying so much for cheese if you guys won't put enough for what i'm paying and then what if I ask for extra if most probably you'll charge me more I just want enough cheese to cover my fries

I just spoke with the district manager about a week ago in regards to these triflin [censor] employees that work for jack in the box and he did tell me to be patient and that they are working on straightening out some things with jack in the box and order of business well I just left jack-in-the-box about 30 minutes ago and the cashier said her name was stephanie I don't know if that was true she could be lying but she said that that was her name and I asked her for extra napkin and she come handle me for napkins and I asked her for more napkins and she gave me one more napping and I asked her do you have a problem I asked you for extra napkins when somebody ask you for extra napkins you ask them is this enough or do you need a few more you don't just give them four to five napkins and then tell them that that's how you can give them you are there to serve the customers and if it wasn't for the customers you would not be there she was rude from the time she took my order and she was a white female very nasty-looking and look like she have been on the streets all night using drugs and i'm being honest about it and on top of that the drive-thru area was a mess trash all on the ground so it looks like no one has been out there to pick up trash and that is something that needs to be done on a regular basis and this jack in the box has been for a long time and I am a customer that spends a lot of money there and i'm going to keep complaining until they do something about these savage [censor] workers they have there and i'm going to keep it real and call a spade a spade that's exactly what they are savages. I have another complaint about the one on south freeway the one my mother goes to all the time she went there the other day because we spend a lot of money at jack in the box because there are certain foods at this restaurant that we like and she ordered a bowl of rice and they told her that they couldn't sell her a bowl of rice she had to order the whole teriyaki bowl and that is a lie because I just ordered a bowl of rice at the one on henderson street not even 6 days ago and they charged me a dollar and thirty something since for it which was okay with me but when my mother goes to the one off of south freeway in fort worth texas right by john peter smith hospital she has to buy the whole teriyaki bowl they can just sell her a bowl of rice and that is just ridiculous if a customer wants to buy a bowl of rice with egg rolls and they don't want the whole entire teriyaki bowl they should be charged only for the bowl of rice which should be about a dollar and something no more than $2 something that's not really need to happen at the restaurant because what's going on right now is really just pathetic and ridiculous and for however long it takes every time my mother and I go to one of these restaurant and have a problem I will be sending in a complaint

I want to tell you about my experience today at your store 2021 N Towne Ave, Pomona, CA 91767. I was driving to LA today and on my way we stopped at the store and went through the drive thru. I ordered the Asian Chicken sandwich and added a piece of Pork Belly to it for $1.49. I was charged for both. I left the drive thru and got back on the freeway and went to eat my sandwich. My order was wrong. It had no chicken. I called the store. It rang for a long time then someone picked it up and hung up. I called again and a young woman answered. I explained why I was calling and she asked me if I could come back today or tomorrow? I said no but I can come next week. I wasn't even mad as I understand mistakes happen. She acknowledges that there was no chicken after she spoke to someone. She then tells me I need to bring the sandwich back with me! I said what? You made the mistake, I can not come back, I went through he drive thru because I was hungry and now I have to not eat and bring the mistake back to you a week later? She got the store manager on. The manager tells me the same thing, she proceeds to tell me that because of the cost of food being so high that they would need the sandwich back. I said I would like to speak to the district manager. She tells me that the district manager is the one who says that... I am so angry... It is unreasonable to ask for a sandwich back a week later when it was your mistake. And they where aware there was no chicken as the admitted to knowing it. I will not be coming back to that store ever... And I would like compensation for the $4.99 sandwich plus the $1.49 pork belly. I expect for someone to contact me...
wrong menu item
At the drive thru window 11:02 AM. Location Kahului, Maui 96732.
First I believe that a drive thru should not take 13/14 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of you. And the lead car already has place an order and is moving away from the menu board. So it was not placing the orders that was a hold up it was a wait fro the guests to get their orders.
I order the new Truck Stop Chicken Sandwich and a med. coke. Took it back to my desk at my office. They gave me the Truck Stop Philly Steak Sandwich! And no receipt with my order! So I did not have a number to call back to correct the mistake. Cost was $9.04 I gave her the 4 cents in change and put the rest on a company debit card. Now I am not sure if I was even charged correctly ?
Because of the things I have mention, my theory is: ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL!

I went in on 1/30 to discuss my son's work schedule and give medical release saying was allowed to return back work with the store manager, after my son and I were already in the car backing out a woman I knew and is a current employee came out of the store out to the parking lot just to tell me that she has been sleeping with my husband she has been in a relationship with him about 3 weeks. This was a ripping out my heart kind of shock . This in my eyes the most trashest of all trash if I must say. Where is her class? Because that was so not the place or time to do that to anyone😡
teriyaki chicken bowl, egg rolls, teriyaki sauce and replacement hamburger and fries
My neices visited the jitb on tacoma mall blvd in tacoma wa. I sent them wiyh a list the read igg the list yo the person taking the order. Well I wanted a tcb combo and an xtraorder of eggrolls, my list called for extra teriyaki sauce for my meal. My neices ordered for themselves and meals for 2 more adults and the total of the bill was $42.75... They came home with a tcb combo there eas no teriyaki sauce in the bowl 2 cold eggrolls no extrateriyaki sauce. Necause they didnt want to drop the xtra eggroll order so they sistituted the exyra order of eggrolls with a buttery jack and curley fries. I had to walk back to jitb and took the meal with me. I calmly asked for a replacement of my fill meal beong I had yo walk iy back up there it was all cold. The lady behind the counter proceeded to take the teriyaki bowl back behind the counter took half the chicken out of the bowl, mind you, I was watching the whole time, she took half the meat out put some warm teriyaki sauce on the half order if chicken nd replaced the lid. She comes back to the counter and tells me she is not responsible for the eggrolls. And the substitute hamburger and curly fries ere something she could do nothing about. I picked my things up of the counter and left. Not sayisfied 'to say the least. The woman was very flippant with me treated me like I was a liar and offered no apology or even try to make my order right. I think the mngr was there. But never identified themselves. I left very angry and frankly dissappointed. Everytime I go this one particular syore I am dealt a blow each time either with my food or getting the right change. Please do something about this syore. I know I am not the only person who gets this mind of sloppy treatment. Something has got to be done or you are going to let this one particular store go to crap and that would be a shame. Do something or aomething will fall with this store. Frankly I think you need a new crew there with simple customer service skills. I spent to much mpney there yonighy to have to walk back and be treated like [censor].

I went to the drive through today 2/2/18 of Jack in the box in Houston, Tx store 142 on the corner of Navigation and Wayside. I ordered a Breakfast platter but they where out of hash browns so I asked if they could compensate me with fries but I was told that would be an additional charge. I asked to speak with the manager (Eva) but she refused to come talk to me. Ultimately Sandra did take care of the matter. I think that was unprofessional on her behalf.

Wow just went thru the drive theu to order the 2 for $4 crossiants which are still posted on menu and outside windows. And the girl was so absolutely rude and said we don't have that anymore... I stated it is right here on the menu and she just went on to say I know that but we don't offer it anymore.. I said well can you ask a manager to grant it because it's on the menu and windows for goodness sakes! She said no she won't.

I stopped by Jack in the box in Oakdale ca. I got that late night snack box thing and an order if 3 eggrolls. It took like 15 min to make so I assumed it was fresh. Upon sitting in my car the staff was playing around, acting silly and not really doing anything. Finally my food was brought to the window basically thrown at me and the window closed. I was tired from working as an RN at the local hospital so I just left. I got home opened the bag, I asked for wedges got cold curly fries, my burger not sure what it was and I got Jalapeño poppers instead of eggrolls. I have a throat condition and can not eat spicy anything so, I threw it out and went to bed. I just thought maybe you would like to know that attention to anything was not a priority at all. Thanks

Let me start with that I am 62 years old. I been going to Jack In The Box every since I can remember, and will most likely continue to go. This is the first time I have voiced myself.
I really don't think the problem I will reveal can be fixed, why? Because all the years I have gone to the restaurant the customer service starting from my order to when I receive it is horrible. Not friendly and courteous. order is 90% wrong every time. Especially if you request to leave something off a burger or make a change to what you request.
Don't worry too much because all of the other fast food chains have the same problem. Even with the read back on the screen and if you go inside and the person who takes your order repeats the order, your order will be wrong or missing part of the order. Its just a fact. Today I ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich to go form inside the store. The employee repeated it back. I then was handed a bag from a different employee saying here is your order. I left the store and made it to my destination to find out I had a hamburger and fries. I ate it in anger as usual. Only this time I asked myself why do I continue to eat at all of these places. So bottom line is, I am 62 years and now will retire from eating at all of the fast food chains I have spent who knows what amount of money on myself and family. The only place I have received my order correctly 100% of the time is at Chick Fillet, which is amazing since the line to get food there is non stop all during their hours of operation. For what its worth, my suggestion is FOCUS. It works!

Before ordering the egg rolls at the Jack In the Box drive through, i asked to clarify whether they were Vegetarian. The woman insisted they were. My sister who is allergic to meat took a bite and had an allergic reaction to it. Please inform your staff what foods are vegetarian because this cant happen again. Id like to request a full refund, ill provide my card info once i get a reply.

This location is on Sunset & Cahuenga. Today's date is 1/23/2018. Every morning I come here the food is cold. There are a lot of Jack In The Boxes that I go to and the food is pipping hot. I don't know who is working in this facility, but you need to go there through the drive thru one morning and see for yourself. I am talking to you corporate folks and surprise them. Then you will see exactly what I am talking about. Someone needs to do something. It's not fair!

My elderly mother and I went through drive-thru and part of our order were seasoned curly fries. Needless to say, getting our order was a fiasco, but, when we finally got it, I was furious. Our fries weren't just warm, they were COLD. They had been sitting far to long and should have been tossed into the garbage. We were not given our receipt or I would have fired a salvo on JACK'S survey. This Jack in The Box is on La Palma Ave in Buena Park CA. The woman at drive-thru was beyond inept and we had to ask for someone else who spoke better English. I'm thinking that the nasty fries were her way of retaliation. Monday I intend to follow this up with a call to the corporate office. Jack had better work on customer service.
horrible food quality/cold as hell and dry
Sorry to say that when fast food restaurants are in poor class areas the food really is bad. At location 9501 Imperial Hwy., Downey CA the food is always cold, dried and poor poor quality. It such a sad situation when you can go to Anaheim, Buena Park, Century City just to name a few places where the quality of the food is better. You get hot fresh food and the taste is even different. We consumers need to STOP buying all these fast food restaurants nasty quality food to show that we too deserve to eat hot fresh food just like the middle and upper class Americans.
