poisoning food
I ordered a egg/sausage/biscuit from Jack in the Box and vomited all night with diarrahea for 3 days. I tried to tell the rep that the sausage was rotten, as I had to through it out, it tasted so bad. But stupid me, I ate the rest of the egg biscuit without the sausage. So the left offers almost killed me. Took me 6 days to feel a little normal but I am still weak. This is the last time I will ever eat at Jack in the Box.
I never received any kind of satisfaction in terms of them really looking at what went wrong. All I got was their standard corporate response which is to ignore the customer and their complaints. In today's world the customer is never right. I told them I was not interested in any refund or other monetary compensation but just to know they have a safe restaurant. I did not get any satisfaction in regards to this even after asking several times.
As far as I am concerned it is back to JUNK IN THE BOX.

Oh look at ALL the Jack In The Box employee comments.
Jack In The Box is filthy.
Don't eat anything there that has not been fried to death.
Food sits around too long.
1. Customer changes their mind so the food goes back.
JACK does not throw that away he resells it.
2. Sick employees come to work. Yep they sure do.
I have never worked for Jack In The Box or any fast food rat hole.
You can report them to your local Health Department or the Centers for Disease Control. When other people who ate there show up in emergency rooms and doctors' offices with the same symptoms, they'll do an inspection and maybe a product recall.
The fact that the sausage tasted funny should be an indicator that it was not cooked well. Just don't eat any meat which looks green or grey either and you won't have this problem again. Then again perhaps this never happened, who knows Louis could be right and they fired you and you are disgrunted.
got sick from the tacos
On 12-14-09, Around 6:00pm
I was late for night school, so my roomate and I stopped by the jack in the box near ATI. We drove thru got tacos 2 for a dollar. And ate them at the parking lot near ATI.
All was fine, until later that night after 12:00PM OR SO. I work up nauseous, and I heard my roomate barfing her guts out all nite.
She had bad diarreah also, but I was too sick to move. So I went back to a fit full sleep. In the morning around 7:00am, I had to vomit and sit on the toliet for about a half an hour.
I barely make it to work and had a fever and was just sitting all day at work, hoping I didnt get sick. If I knew what to do about sueing them, I would gladly do it.

You should've gone to the hospital ER to get checked out for food poisoning, not only for your own health, but also so that the county health department can be notified to investigate if the food in the restaurant is contaminated with something.
theft - double charging for cheese
Jack in the Box restaurant in the Centerville area of Fremont, California, has been stealing from their customers twenty cents each time a #8 meal deal is ordered and the customer chooses to keep the cheese on their meal which already lists that it comes with cheese. DETAILS: On the drive-through menu, meal deal #8 is listed as the Jumbo Jack with Cheese...

I went to jack like 3 weeks ago. With 5 other friends we placed our order but it was not complete the cashier sounded pissed off so I drove to the next window, once their I told the lady which I believe her name was Yolanda that our order was not complete. She replied that's all you ordered and we said no you missed a few things, she replied with and attitude and said no I didn't. She closed the window and came back gave us our food and said bye and I told her our order was not complete she ignored me and tiold her that's not the way to treat a custumer let me speak to your manager and she said oh that's him right here which was next to her. I asked him what's up with your cashier that's no way to treat a custumer and the manager him self, gave me tha middle finger and told me ### you and they closed the window and where back their laughing, in the mean time I was checking my food and they didn't give me my full order so I tried to get their attention but they ignored me so I went around a busted their window. Charges may be filed at me. But I feel like the employees that where their that night should pay some kind of consequences too. I know I did wrong but Jack should do something about this situation because even though I did wrong that's no way to treat a custumer I believe they owe me an apology to better yet drop the charges against me if they do file them.

you should of went back the next day and spoke to the general manager, and two you deserve to have charges presses against you/. It's not fun or easy to do that job, yes those employe's actions were wrong, but your's was worse.
worst place in the world
I went to Jack in The Box on Wurzbach rd in san antonio Texas on Nov 5th 2009 with a friend, we ordered some food to sit in eat at the dinning area. I ordered a simple burger with ketchup that I had to take back 3 times because they could not get it right. We could not sit long for the employees they had working were carrying on as though they were in a circus, very loud, cussing and throwing things around. I complained to the manager on duty that night, Sara was her name, she was very rude acted as if I had no right to complain. Not to mention while talking to me she was scratching her head, no gloves then walked over and picked up frys to put in the box, how disgusting. She could not even give me the correct change from a 5 dollar bill! This is one disgusting place, one of the worst fast food restraunts I have ever seen!

Real Texans speak English.
You should have kept the change since it was her falt.
Welcome to Texas! You no speak spanish, we no like you.
bad customer service
If you value good customer service and the safety of the food you eat, you will not go to this one. On nov 5th 2009 around 9pm I stopped in for a bite to eat. I sat with my friend in the dinning area for 10 minutes before we had to leave, we could not stand watching the immature employees they had working carry on as if they were in a circus! I ordered a simple cheeseburger with only ketchup and I had to take it back 3 times to get it right. The immature manager on duty, a rude manager she was, must say one of the most rudest ones I have ever seen! Not only was she rude but she could not count change from a 5 dollar bill. And she reeked as if she just came from hitting the bong. I will drive 10 miles out of my way to get a dollar burger before I will ever eat at that place, the employees were very unsanitary, the manager girl scratches her head then picks frys up and puts in the box, no gloves. It is disgusting, stay away from this one!

Jack In The Box - customer service 18220 Dallas Pkwy Dallas, TX 75287
I work 3rd shift off of Dallas parkway, I visit this location at least once a week. I am lactose intolerant; I ordered 6 regular tacos and 4 without cheese with extra lettuce. When I got back to work all tacos had cheese, this is the third time this has happen in the last 6 weeks, the last 2 times I just gave the food to someone else. This time I took the food back, but did not have a receipt since I was not given one. Let me be clear it is 4 am in the morning, the attendant refused to replace the product since I did not have a receipt. This was the final blow for me. I will not be doing business with that location ever again.
Sad it was only 2$ worth of tacos
FOOD IS GREAT IF YOU EVER GET IT ORDERED
THEN YOU ARE TOO AGRAVATED TO EAT IT

coffee, cream, & sugar please
I'd love to like Jack in the Box. As far as fast food goes, they have lots of variety and some healthier options. However, I am extremely frustrated by their breakfast service, and lousy management/corporate customer service.
Sorry guys, but putting cream & sugar in someones coffee during drive through service isn't an optional request for most people. It might seem petty, but once you are handed a coffee with lid, removing the lid will always cause dripping due to condensation from the hot coffee. This is the point where I not only burn myself, but I mess up my car, as well.
In addition, there is rarely a place to pull forward at a Jack in the Box restaurant in order to add the ingredients before driving; sugar packets are messy, and cream containers are difficult to open without spilling. My car is a mess after coffee service at Jack in the Box -- every single time! I have made the simple request to have the cream & sugar added at multiple locations and I always get attitude for making the request.
Most of the other fast food restaurants offer to add cream & sugar for you, but Jack in the Box won't even do it if asked. I have complained to both management and corporate customer service with no results. So, I drive a mile out of my way to get coffee and breakfast from McDonald's.

I would add that for your during my shift at my jack in the box, but I live in California. Sorry they are A***holes there where you live. :)
bad service wrong order served
Ordered two sourdough jack meals with diet coke and coke to go... First, the girl tried to serve a larger drink than we ordered. Then, after leaving and getting 10 miles down the road, I opened my sandwich. It consided of two piecec of sour dough bread, a hamburger patty and tomato with the special sauce for this sandwich. Both sandwiches were fixed this way. Neither had cheese, lettucs or bacon like they should have had.
We were in a hurry as we had to be somewhere at a certain time... Thus... The "to go order".
We feel this is totally unacceptable and the owner should get back to us with some type of replacement.
The order was at 2:11:42. There is a name on the ticket. It is mitchell.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
they don't come with lettuce but they do come with bacon, tomatoe, mayo, ketchup and cheese, the sourdough chicken on the other hand does have lettuce, but that is a sourdough Chicken Club not a sourdough Jack also usually when I get something more i am happy. {soda}
discusting food
On 6 October after we had finished work we stopped at the East Bremerton Jack in the Box to grab a bite to eat and we waited and waited for help after ordering it took 35 minutes to receive our Breakfast meal (FAST FOOD?) Then upon receiving it and opening the containers the so called french toast sticks were burnt, as well as the hash browns the oil that dripped from them was older than who know it was brown in color and stained everything it touched the brown color. This was our 1st time at Jack in the Box will we return Don't think so.

commercial disgusting
Jack in the Box advertising and all others involved in your new commercial ...
We have always enjoyed your commercials. They are cute and catchy.
But this new one is so offensive. We are a Christian family and carefully watch what my grandchild watchesand selectives about what we watch. We are not Jesus freaks... just concernd Christiens.
With this new commercial I was totally disgusted when we saw the clothes coming off and men and women in only their underwear.
The last thing that a fast food restaurant needs is smut, nudity and degrading peoples values.
I know that we have enjoyed Jacks food in the past ...BUT WE WILL NEVER EAT AT OR SUPPORT THEM IN ANY WAY. NEITHER WILL MANY MEMEBERS OF OUR CHURCH. WE EVEN REMOVED THE JACK HEAD FROM OUR ANTENNA..
I feel they owe americans an apology for the sexual assault on us and our children in order to sell a product that sells itself.
Please let the advertising gurus know that they went way to far down the wrong path.
Thank you for your time, Rhoda L. Lindeman

My husband and I have a little child. The commercials used to be cute. This one was degrading and very disrespectful. I do not want my child to think her daddy met her mommy at a bar while flashing boobs! What is the point of this commercial but to teach children to have no morals. The commercial with the trashy flashing woman was directed toward Jack's child.
Fart.
It's really not that big of a deal. I'm sure your kids hardly view it as "sexual" at all and it is MOST definitely not a "sexual assault." I see where you're coming from, but it's not like every time you eat a Whopper you endorse people in their underwear in public. It's just a sandwich, and it's just a commercial. They're not cooking your food in their underwear. For all you know the sandwich makers go to work commando.
hmmmnnn...
"WE EVEN REMOVED THE JACK HEAD FROM OUR ANTENNA" ... yeah...that'll teach 'em...
wait. what? ... jack head... that's sexual harassment right?
I'm not going to even comment on how men and women in their underwear could be considered smut, or the fact that if you do believe in God that the view of his creation's bodies should be a beautiful experience. I will say that there is this wonderful part of your television called the "off" switch. If you don't like what you see, change the station.
A LOT OF FOLKS CLAIM TO BE CHRISTIAN, I KNOW. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE COMMERCIAL, DON'T WATCH IT!
Customer Service
First of all I don't like to complain, my wife and me and my 2 grandchildren went to a Jack-in-the-box where we live in Yakima we had to stand at the counter to be waited on the employees kept looking over at us and we got no help for about 15 minutes, customers were waiting also to get their order taken, finally we got some service it took longer to get...

For 3 weeks now one of my favorite shows on tv runs a commercial for jack in the box. No problem Except the commercial is run in spanish only! Are you kidding me. The channel I watch is all in english so why would I want a commercial in spanish or any other language for that fact. I called Jack in the box regional and district and they still have not pulled it or changed it to english Last time I checked this was America, Talk about not reaching your target audience and insulting the generations of Americans aho came to this country and learned english. JAck in the box is boycooted by everyone we know now. Yes its a fact we have a lot of mexicans in this country but why am I having their language shoved down my throat.

I came here specifically because I just had an experience at Jack In The Box. I live in a predominately Black neighborhood. I went to Jack In The Box and noticed through the drive-thru that every worker was Hispanic. Then it dawned on me that every Jack In The Box that I go to in the Los Angeles area has mostly Spanish workers and it seems like they choose the one with the thickest accent to work the drive-thru. It definitely seemed discriminatory so I decided to go online and see if anyone else noticed this. I officially will not be eating at Jack In The Box until they change things.
"Maybe" Jack in the Box is letting people know who their target audience really is. Most of the workers at the Jack in the Box locations that I have gone to are Hispanic, which I think is discriminative, especially when the people who purchase their food are extremely diverse in race. "If" Jack in the Box prefers or favors Hispanics over other races, maybe they should be honest about it and just post it on their website and doors. That way people can take their business/money elsewhere.
This is disgusting; have some respect for America. Stop rejecting what our family member have fought and died for. Bring ur culture add to our melting pot- but, if u don't like our hard work, English, and morals please go back to ur home. I'm tired of these commercials in Spanish for target- not shopping there anymore-
I live in Washington state. My husband and I just watched a jack in the box commercial all in Spanish. I am truly offended. I can understand these conmecials on HISPANIC TELEVISION and some Spanish commercials by the Mexican boarder. But by the CANADIAN BOARDER?! ridiculous.
it needs to be pulled off English only channels and aired only on Hispanic television channels.
I now will not eat at jack in the box and will spread the word to family and friends to boycott eating there as well.
It may not be in the Constitution, nor in any amendments. But, it still doesn't make it right in some peoples opinions does it td577. Guess what I am trying to get at that in some ways if this does not make Americans feel somewhat upset or offeded, then I guess we as Americans have truly lost touch with who we are. Personally, I was born in America therefore I am American and speak the language this country taught me... which is (wait for it) ENGLISH! Lived here all my life. Also, I Speak German and French fluently - so picking up a fourth language such as Spanish is not the issue. Its the morals we have as Americans we need to uphold - If I wanted to watch Spanish commercials - I would move south of the border now wouldn't I?
By the way according to a U.S. English website I stumbled across, the following states have existing official language laws on their books: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming. Look at that... your own state of good ol' North Dakota has the law on their books. Interesting!
Don't get me wrong td577 - I am fully aware America consists of North and South America, and english is just one of the languages spoken on this continent. But come on, this is still our America, that's if you are truly American. The Mexican heritage feels just as strong about this issue and their country... so is it so wrong that we Americans feel so strongly about ours?
Yes, when I too saw this commercial - I was completely discouraged and upset to the fact this is allowed to happen here. After all, this is America right or at least It was the last time I checked. I agree if I wanted to learn a second language, mainly Spanish, I would. But to have to sit through a commercial in our country and have to listen to that is truly UN... AMERICAN!
Who do we need to contact to get this crap off American TV's?
No joke...when reading this complaint, there was a dish network ad on the page in spanish.
thank u for paying for something that you dont &get&
I work for this jack in the box and I just want to say that I wouldnt go to eat to this location and you as coustomer are paying for ingredients that you dont get by manager orders what I mean is all hamburguer come with 2 slices of chesse and some of them come with 3 slices and you just get 1 slice of cheese and 1 dry hamburguer patty and the hamburguer...

I purchased several food items from the Jack in the Box in Page, Arizona on Sunday evening August 9, 2009. The amounts posted on the drive-thru displays and the amounts charged were different on several of the items.
When I asked the drive-thru cashier if a mistake had been made, she replied that the manager charges more than the displays. She stated that there is nothing she can do about it.
It is very concerning that the pricing is misleading and it really amounts to cheating the public.
I appreciate your attentiuon to this matter.
Thank you,

rude employees
My husband and I pull into Jack in the Box where I order 30 tacos. The girl on the intercom says "WHYYYY?" I say, " Because I want 30 tacos". So We pay at the window, where she asks us to pull around to the front, which, we do. When we pulled around front we saw some pictures of some new products that we decide that we also, want to try. My husband walks through the door and is greeted with "It will be a few minutes, some IDIOT just ordered 30 tacos!" My hubby says " That's me" Well, to the Managers credit, he tried to make up for the damage that his employee did, which, at this time. was not going to happen. Let this be a lesson to all, think before you speak! Will we go back there? YES, we like the food and the prices. Will we laugh every time we do? YES! Cost for laughter? PRICELESS! Thanks for letting me vent!

my son and i paid for two meals 2 nights ago. my fault for not checking the back before i left, but when i got home, only one meal and fries were in bag. i called to let them know i was not given what i paid for. I was promised a replacement meal next time i went to their restaurant. they asked for my name so when we came back they would be able to help me. two days later when my son went to get the meal. he was given a really hard time and told they did not have any record of this. he had a hard time getting them to honor this meal replacement. when he got home and told me how difficult they were i decided to call and ask for management so i could let them know of the 2 incidences .when i called the store and asked to speak to a manager, the clerk simply sat the phone down without saying one moment please, or can you hold? about 20 seconds later she picked the phone up and said can she take a message? I nicely said no, i would prefer to wait. she sat the phone down, again without saying one moment or hold please!, i sat on it for 20 minutes . i could hear them talking about personal things, one clerk telling about how she received a nasty text and so on and so on...I finally decided to drive over to their store to let management know about the 2 prior issues and then the 3rd being treated like my phone call and request to speak to management was of no importance or concern to the clerk that answered the phone. what started out to be a simple error in an order turned out to be a major issue due to lack of concern and rudeness of the employees and management. I'm sure my not going back will not phase them one way or the other, but i refuse to give my hard earned money to a resaurant that treats their customers like they are a nuisance.
WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT:
Get whateever verified information you can. Tel number or physical address. Depending on your information use it and inform them not to contact you again. Get a caller id with recording for when you are not at home. Ask them to send you a letter. When they do write back and demad they stop calling. Do not mention anything about a lawsuit. Let think you are stupid. Contact an appropriate attorney specializing in the service the company is involve with that is calling you. The attorney will tell you what to do next. I did this with 2 bill collectors and got $2000.
I went through the dt a few weeks back wasnt sure what to order and a girl named amanda had taken my order she was very friendly and suggested an outlaw burger since its a nenw item and it was great! ill keep going back with excelent service like that:) thanks amanda
Forgot to mention this was on University & the 101 in Tempe, Arizona
I went to Jack in the Box and TRIED to order a hamburger deluxe and the girl was a rude witch. (but you know what she really is)...my son said he wanted cheese and I told the girl just to give him a hamburger deluxe...3 TIMES she screams in a very snotty way-'HE JUST SAID HE WANTS CHEESE'...I once again repeated myself...then I said I wanted a small coke and she said they didn't have coke, sprite or dr. pepper...I asked her what she does have...you guessed it...she repeats 3 TIMES...we don't have coke, sprite and dr. pepper..you want me to list them for you? then she says..go look...i don't know what we have to drink...go look over there, go look over there...I was very polite to her and then I told the boys lets go somewhere else...I asked her name and she sticks her name tag it me like I don't know how to read...then as I am walking out she yells-What do u expect me to do, list them for you> I don't understand how I can tell you what's there...what a witch...disrespectful punk brat that will never amount to anything. she should move over so some of these people with college degrees and class can at least make 7 bucks an hour, instead of some ungratefull lil friggin *itch

employee araceli
On Friday, July 31, 2009 at 10:34:58pm JIB#3332 I went to Jack in the Box drive thru # 192. I've been to this drive thru before & my order has always been fine. Unfortunately, that was not the case this last time. Araceli, the person handing me the food was so rude!
I had ordered curly fries & she handed me regular fries. I told her that I wanted curly fries & that they had got the order wrong. She made an angry face & asked the person taking the order if I asked for curly fries. (I ordered $25 worth of food & she can't believe that I know what I ordered?!) Angrily, she took the fries back & charged me .65 cents for the curly fries. I asked her why she was carging me more if I had already paid $1.99 for medium fries. She didn't except that it was there mistake & still charged me. Upset, I took .65 from my cars change box & threw it on the outer counter for her to reach. She was so 'non- chalant' about it all I never want her to be my server again!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Are you seriously posting a complaint against an employee of a fastfood restaurant? They make minimum wage for a reason. Don't be a ###.
She doesn't know you, how is she supposed to know that you made the right order? She has probably dealt with a million people that day that have made improper orders and just thinks you are another person who has changed their mind at the last minute. Of course she could have been more polite but come on, working all day at a fast food joint has got to be pretty tiresome!
Cut some of these workers some slack sometimes! they have bad days just like the rest of us!
Next time ask for a manager. They get paid handle issues that exceed the normal associates abilities or lack thereof. And I know it's frustrating, but its .65; sure it's the principle of the matter, but happiness over misery is more important, isn't it? Be smarter; again just ask for a manager next time and tell THEM your story.

Jack in the Box, San Rafael, CA.
I went through the drivethru in this particular Jack in the Box and ordered a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with an egg roll and a small drink. When I finally received my order, only the Teriyaki Bowl was present. I asked the cashier if I could have the rest of my order. He informed me in heavily accented broken English that I did not order anything else. Naturally I informed him that I did. This is when he started yelling at me. Yes, YELLING at me in Spanish. He asked for the bag of food back and told me to pull around front.
Now, I thought perhaps he was fixing my order, and was maybe apologetic for completely loosing his cool, but when he came out with a receipt in his hand demanding my debit card, I knew that wasn't the case. He shoved the receipt in my face and said something indecipherable that sounded like "see? I told you, you didn't order anything else!"
At this point my husband goes into the restaurant to speak with the manager, and I follow behind. My husband points out the manager that the person who took the order does not speak or understand english well, and shouldn't be yelling at the customer for his shortcomings. I knew all was lost when the manager opens his mouth and says in a very heavy indian accent that the problem has nothing to do with language.
I asked for the food I had already paid for and told them to forget the rest, I didn't want to bother any more. And beleive it or not, the manager refused, and demanded my debit card once again. In a state of absolute shock, I reached over the counter and just grabbed my bag of food and left the restaurant.
Wow, great service, Jack in the Box!

My kids love their food, so i tend to go there when we are in a rush. It seem like 9 out of 10 times, they ask us to pull to the front and they will bring our food out to us. What is the point of going through the drive thru for fast food if we are still going to have to wait for it. I have heard that they have a time frame to get the food out, but why should we have to pull to the front even when there is no other customer behind us. Errrrr...
This store must be the filtiest fast food restaurant.
I have never seenn a place this filthy especially the outside
They should spend some money cleaning this place.
I was there lsat Sunday 5/23/10
I went into a Jack in the box drive thru one morning last week, the kid tryed to short me my change, when i asked for it, he told me not to get a F_____ing tude, the manager really did not care about it at all, so I guess its ok to try and steel from customers, by the way this was the second time this happened. The food was piss poor, and not really warm. We will not be going back, and I am letting everyone I know about this, I am even thinking about calling the local paper about this poor service.
the employees have become reliant and disconnected from their customer service responsibilities because of the installation of the electronic kioske. I will no longer support a jack in the box with a job robbing machine. I refuse to wait 5 min to get a cup because it was ordered from a computer and not a human.
Apparently Jack's bubble head contains nothing but air which is passed down to his managers! A counterfeit credit card in my name was used to purchase approximately 40.00 worth of food at a Jack in the Box in Bakersfield, CA. When I called "guest services" I was told that Jack's policy is NOT to ask for identification when purchases of any amount are made. The "Senior agent" I talked to was totally rude, asked "...just what do you think Jack in the Box is going to do for you?" I felt like I was the criminal! I was basically told I was SOL until my bank reversed the charge - I was told Jack's policy was to not contest bank reversals because they (JIB) didn't ask for ID. she wouldn't supply me with the store location or phone number. When I explained about filing a police report she told me she would give me a report number to give to the police department. So because of Jack in the Box policy and a crook with an affinity for junk food...my bank and I are stuck with the footwork of trying to get back my money.
I work at jack in the box #514 and ever since the new management took over this place has really go to s**t. First I want to complain about the new manager she has 3 months on the job and so far I have not see improvement she can't make the work schedule for employees she sometimes schedule one person to come in is that one person suppose to run counter, drive thru friers and grill all at once while she sits in her office doing nothing. Then the training manager is no better he suppose to be teaching her how to do thing but it seems like all they do is plot against the workers they don't like. And lastly I want to say is that they lock them self in the office from 30 to 1 hour doing who knows what and then they have the same days off and sometimes leave at the same time.
This was the third time we went for food. Again, the customer service was horrible, long wait. Finally, we decided to go drive-thru with our receipts to claim our food. Not only are they always short staffed, the professionalism is lacking. Employees can't seem to communicate in English, and if they do, they call us "Yeah, man", or throw hands up "C'mon man!" The other issue we noticed there's always problem with their building. One time we noticed the ceiling insulation fell in the dining room. This time, the dining room is flooded. If the store is badly managed, God knows how clean the kitchen is. We'll never go back again.
Jack in the Box JUST opened here and I couldn't be more excited...when I went in to order my food I noticed the assembly like with 4 people preparing food...what bothered me was all 4 people were not wearing gloves, one touch the meat, one the bun and the other the lettuce and tom and then at the end the person grabs the burger and wraps it...4 different people touch my food with there bare hands. When I spoke to the owner she agreed and ask if I would talk to her area manager in which I did. His response to not wearing gloves is that it it slows things down. I told him that I thought it was dirty while I witnessed one lady wiping her hands on her pants and preceeding to wrap food...he told me he makes sure they wash there hands. How can you make sure ALL your employees wash there hands when I clearly seen her wiping her hands and touching people's food? I am calling the health department and reporting them. I would rather wait an extra minute to get my food then 4 different people touching my food.
We were going to go thru the drive thru. In the car was myself, my wife, and my 4 year old grandson. He had to go potty, so I pulled over before we went into drive thru lane. My wife took him in. He has been trainging to not pee his pants, but has to go immediately when he says so. He feels bad, as other kids his age are trained. My wife asked for the key. The counter person said you will have to wait. My wife waited a minute or so, and asked again, She got, cant you see I am busy. WAIT!. my wife said the little boy needs to go to the bathroom quickly. She just looked at my wife and put some whip cream on some drink. By then it was over 3 minutes. My grandson had peed in his pants. He cried because he did it. We had no cloths to change into as he was going to a party. We had to stop at fred meyer and buy new clothes. I have not been this upset at Jack since the day you blew him up. I was going to go in and really tell this rude clerk off. What away to treat customers who have frequented your restaurants FOODMAKER for years. I will not go back again.
I went to the Jack in the box and ordered a #7 combo that is a sourdough steak sandwich with curly fries and drink. I paid for my order in full and started to drive off, I proceded to put my hand in the bag while driving and eat a few fries, when I got home to my amazment the order I received was a Fried Chicken Sandwich. So disapointed I returned to the jack in the box were i purchased it from and walked into the store. I showed the drive thoough lady my order and told her I ordered a #7 and she replyed " Oh ok" then she snatched the bag out of my hand and yelded at the cook. after waiting 5 mins for my order to come back she puts it into a new bag and does not include the fries. I ask her may I get some more fries please. Her response was " You ate them allready - NO" I politely say " I had to eat something driving back and forth from home, because you messed up my order" The manager was standing behind her over hearing this entire conversation, and he did not even help me or say one word. I told the lady to keep that sandwich and left the store very upset.

Lol at Louis, it is your own fault for not checking the name of the restaurant.
On a serious note, sorry this happened to you. I got food poisoning as well from people selling meat in the mall, well not meat "slim jim" kind of sticks. I guess I was not the only victim because the next year after five in a row mall security/management did not grant them permission to sell their product. Not only that one of the people doing the selling was a downright rude ###. I don't care of I get sick. I am expecting a child in June. If my child got sick then there would be trouble.
