Jagex review: Stolen runescape account 55

My account always gets locked because of people thinking it woruld be funny (when its not) to report stolen accounts over and over again.
im sick off it.

I also agree with the 3k trade limit it should go.
because if you ever leave runescape the are people that could have your stuff.

I shouldn't have to be angry this was my fault but my character of 5 years has been hacked. I'm trying desperately to get her back but I cannot fine the appeal site again. I need help the account name is Jennelli. Tell me what to do!

my account is switch265 lvl 76..well used to be, as of 2 days ago but it has been stolen. idk how but it has. they changed the email somehow, my recovery questions..and in about 2 days they will most likely change the pin number. idk how they got my pass cause no one knows it and i always memorize it, think im lien, my girlfriend was on and saw the f***ers log on to my account for 5min..she asked if it was me n i said no..i was pissed..cause that just proves someone has stolen my account. i have sent many recovery forms but jagex keeps denying me. idk how i am suppose to get it back if they changed everythin, and its so dumb cause im askin them to atleast lock the account till everythin gets settled out, i can even give them all my previous passwords and the exact month n year when i created it n everythin..but still nothin. i have answered all my recovery questions n i put my email to wut it was but im still denied..so only conclusion is they changed everythin. idk how they took it but they have..i have not logged on to any "forumns sites usin my pass or anythin, just the official runescape website..how the f**k does someone hack MY account? i cant get it back, someone please help.

well i gave my pass away to one of my girl friends now it dont work no more. she`s telling me she did`t change it but after 4 years i never got hacked and after this i do its oviosly her that did it. dont give ur passwords out

My account a lvl 135 is getting hacked like every week this has been going on for almost a yr and its the same guy i don't give out my password or any sht like that i don't know how this guy gets my passwords but he just won't GTFO i swear man i don't got any spy wares/key loggers i've gotten 2 new comps over this year in which he's been hacking me non-stop luckily for me i had a bank pin so whatever was in my bank was safe and i would recover my account immediately. But i left to go on vacation for a couple of weeks i come back and find that i was hacked again... Obviously he's gotten to my bank now changed all my account information. i made like 100 recoveries which were all denied. So than one day while i was on my pure i see the hacker playing on my main... This really pissed me off, like really? but this also ensured that my items were safe the fact that he was using em, so than i raged and made a sht load of more recoveries after another 2-3 weeks i recovered my account and i reset all my account info (recoveries/set e-mail) and i go to sleep. I wake up next morning and my password was invalid... at that point i'm like wow...So than i immediately i start making recoveries again and now its been 3 weeks and all my recoveries were denied... This is really pissing me off the results on the recoveries tell me that either the "passwords" or the "creation" details were wrong when i stated the exact place it was created and the first ever password on this account the result i get was "denied. You did not provide enough information to prove your ownership of this account." Comon man what is there left to be provided?

Jagex tell you that their recovery system is human handled but its not its all automated, So are the report/ban system its all automated, if they were human they would obviously be able to tell that the IP address is not from the usual IP and when you send recoveries they get the form and your IP address so if your IP has been playing with that account for over 4 years how is a human gonna say that your not the owner? Its all automated unless jagex employee's have no sense of logic at all, and if they don't have a sense of logic it worries me why were they hired in the first place, maybe jagex itself has no logic as well.

I forgot to password to my account and i appeal to get it back and they keep sayingg denied, fml!

[censored]! I have never once been hacked and now, not one, but TWO of my hard earned accounts have been Hacked [censored]... One was completely overtaken and i'll never get it back, and the other was just flat out robbed of 3 [censor]ing mil...It may not be much but i earned it and its all i had...So what the [censor] am i supposed to do now!I cant even afford to be a mem anymore.. I am tired of this [censor] and not once in my life have i ever given out my username or pass so how the [censor] did this happen! sorry about my language but i just spent so much [censor]ing time on these accounts and im sick of this... plus whoever stole my money was dumb enough to leave me in their clan chat... Sooo what do i do? I report the [censor]ing [censor]! His [censor]ing name is spelled out across my screen and its evident that he stole my 3 mil through clan loot share, but WHAT DO YOU KNOW...Here is jagex's reply to my report.."For that rule you can only report players who have spoken or traded recently." What the hell! Even when i appeal i get nothing!Do you want hackers on the loose, stealing from hard earned accounts that accually EARNED the money they have?! What the [censor] Jagex! The [censor] that hacked me i'll have you ALL know happens to go by the name of "Skardex" and is a god damn avid-playing member with several [censor]ing 99's ! What the hell! I will have you know that the only remaining and recently robbed account that I have is a lvl 78 with her highest skill lvl at a 78 for woodcutting! while i'm at it i'll just say my username and display name so you can all [censor]ing look me up to see im telling the truth! Username- divingarrow1 Displayname(hiscores)- Live-41-Life (photos attached) This was MY account... MY hard work... And now it's just fuel for some rich [censor]'s gold mine.. I have to agree with part of it. The idiots at runescape are totally worthless. Its as if they are on a major power trip. After fighting with them to get into my account (I verified and received information at my email they have on file, confirmed passwords, dates, etc) I finally realized...WHY...they are so OLD NEWS...
