My wife invested $31,000 Canadian into a bond with this company in 2011. The last we heard from them was about a restructuring in 2018. Since then there has been no contact, the company does not respond to requests by phone, mail or email to us nor to our Trust Company. We suspect that the principals have simply pocketed our funds and have no intention of paying out the loan. We would like to know what is happening with this company and if there is any hope of recovering all or some of our money.
I have heard that the principals are now in Florida
If someone is starting a class action lawsuit we will participate
Claimed loss: $31,000 plus interest
Desired outcome: Repayment of our investment preferably with interest

You gave it a good shot in sharing your experience. Jaymor Group seems to have vanished like Houdini, taking your investment along for the ride. If they’ve relocated to Florida, maybe they’re planning a sunny retirement — with your money. If a class action pops up, sounds like you’re ready to jump in.
