I am a jazz customer since 2010 and never faced a problem except now it's the second time in one month since I moved to Islamabad that they have begun stealing my money by not providing me the package that I pay for and also showing that I have insufficient balance within a few hours of making a balance purchase. I spoke to customer services at G6 in Islamabad and they told me that they are unable to return my money. So what should I do now. It is such a shame that they are doing this.

POOR AND EXTREMELY BAD MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDED IN THE AREA BY YOUR COMPANY
Dear Sir/Madam
I'm awfully sorry to bring it under your kind notice that the mobile service your company currently providing in our area (Rizwan Garden, Canal Road, Near Jallo Park, Lahore) is very poor, highly disturbing, extremely bad and not up to the mark. And this unpleasant situation has been going on for the last many months but still no proper attention or solution is given to the subject issue by your company.
The affected area includes Harbanspura, Lahore Medical Society, Jallo Park, Batapur, Ghous Garden, Al-Hafeez Garden AND G.T.Road and Canal Road, Lahore suburbs also.
Since this area is not only residential but also highly commercial, business-oriented and semi-industrial and due to bad and technically defective network / coverage provided by your company to its customers is clearly not only the meaning of irresponsible behavior but also unprofessional attitude in public-circles and today highly competitive-world.
Due to facing such continuous and prolonged ugly situation, people are not only missing to receive important inter personal and business calls/talks with each other that definitely meant to complete loss of money, time, engagements, pre-arrangements, social services, business schedules and lot more at customer end but also causing declining business trend at your end because people are changing their network and not accepting Warid / Mobilink Sims in the affected area.
The main problem includes poor signaling in the house/indoors and the customers are forced to come out of their homes or go to open areas / roofs or go upstairs to make or receive the call and while staying in the room there are no or very poor signal problems due to absence / lack of full-length or satisfactory network coverage in the aforesaid affected area. And other problems are repeated call breaking, taking too long dialing process time, identifying valid number as invalid number by your system, recognizing desired correctly dialed number as closed / inactive number by your system and so on.
Keeping in view above, I am hopeful and optimistic that you will take immediate remedial steps to improve the situation at a satisfactory and qualitative level for the entire satisfaction of your customers in these affected areas under intimation to us (or through public notice) because the customers are very upset and sick of this horrible situation which are causing them mentally and financially disturbed.

Refund my whole amount which is charged wrongly. on Data bucket I m charged data consuming. Again chargrd calling at 321 help I line. Twice I have borrowed balance both time finished calling at 321. Hope u will not give any reason to disconnect your family Warid to other network
Package not activated despite deduction of charges by mobilink
I got my cell # [protected] charged with Rs.200 on April 10, 8:37am and then proceeded to get a all weekly package. The package used was *747# that informed of getting 1000 jazz-warid mins, 250MBs, 50 off net mins and 1000 sms, was promptly made along with a message received that package was activated but on making a call it was found that my remaining balance got consumed and the package had not bee used at all.
I would ask the customer care department to kindly look into the matter, for this anomaly and restore the package options so that I can it as soon as possible. the package deadline is April 16, and today is April 10.

I am in London and was using warid with roaming on. But now it seems like not working at all. I receive messages but cannot call. I have enough balance but something is wrong. 2. Net package got disconnected without any request. Request was forwarded to renew the package not to turn it off (in November).
3. Outgoing calls facility got disconnected on 11 and bill was 2900 approx (which was unjustified). After a day the bill surged to 3900, although there was no outgoing call facility and net was off.
4. Please look into this matter and rectify it.

Unable to load balance via scratch card
I have been trying to load balance via scratch card but getting no response, when I input *163*CARDNUMBER# initial message appears which says request received wait for confirmation message, but afterwards no message appears. I have already called to support at 321, filed a complaint and later on was told that work is being done against my request. I am not sure how long its going to take. Can you please let me know.

It is inform you that your tajpura lahore franchise is not providing a good services to your priority customers. I am using you connection since 11 eleven years ago.. yesterday, i visited your branch and discus my issue regarding existing packages. One of female was continuously engaged in her personal calls while there was a line/number of customer there. She was just saying them system is not working properly, while next to her a lady was doing all her task and handling all customer's complaint. When i asked her why not you giving us attention we issues with service she relied you can leave the branch right now i can't serve you one of boy with her from the branch who was giving her favour on her faults. Manager name ibrar or abrar who was not on duty at that time. Kindly take a strict action on it and i want to meet one of your representative of said branch physically to tell you this incident on spot.
