Duplicate sim issue
Staff have no sence... have not much knowledge. Bad behaviour. When I say I camplained about you. They said do every thing as you wish. No one here to accept your complain. You are a multinational company. Please ask them to be polite with customers.
I liked your network services but I am very much disapointed.
Please took some action. Your action should shown when next time I visit that frenchise.

Today i was trying to get waird advance of rupees 30 but later i got sms that my current balance is 16.86 and when it lower to 15 then my account will get automatically 30 rs avdance paymet.later on after 1 hour i came to knw that i gt avdance of 30 rupees. But i didn't use any data or call or sms service to deduct my balance they automatically cut down my balance to 11 rupees and transfered advance 30 rupees ... i called to 321 they said abhi 2 hours nai huay ap baad main call karain...then i called after 2 n half hour and the representative said very rudely that i used internet service 1mb for 5 rupess... but i didnt activate the data service from my phone's menu and also my data counter showing that i didn't use any Internet...

Worst Internet I had ever seen.
Iam using jazz since 2 years ago Internet was good on 3G but when they have updated their system on jazz 4G it results worst slow internet, I have two sim cards both related to same family jazz and mobilink but iam facing too much worst Internet everywhere.
At night after 7pm to Al night the Internet is too much slow even you can not surf YouTube or other social applications.
I do complaint here please find the issue solw it soon or we will decrease the rate of your registration here.

Balance is being deducted from my wifes number [protected] from last night even I have the call package on one number which is super dosti number and last night I received the message of renewal of package still my balance is deducted why?
You coustemer services are too much poor that you they dont answer the calls even after 10 to 15 minutes are we always free to call you if you can not handle the services kindly change them and please I want my issue to be resolved I have wasted more then 200 rupees due to you.

Hope you're well. Am extremely worried about warid ordinary notification. I don't have friends plus package but i don't know why it shows me(you have 50 mb remaining) when switch my data 3g to 4g with in a second this notification appears nd my network switch 4g to 3g automatically. Stealing balance from my account
AOA I m warid mobile network company customer and a civlized citizen. Warid company is a larceny company. Company stealing my balance even I complain two times. My warid #[protected]. Yesterday there was 27 rupees when check my account balance. There warid 0.99 paisa net offer. It provides 300mbs. I submit *1300# when my account balance was. 24 rupees. I use my net pacakage. When I it 03-09-2019 in the morning time my balance was 15 rupees. If company granting their 0.99 paisa offer he should stay on. Whey company stealing balance slowly.in when check mbs, mbs were also avail. I surprised how my deducted. And day time there is 7 ripees left. At the evening on 03-09-2019 when check my balance there was 7.0 rupees avail in my account. When I *1300# then replid you have insufficient account balance. I again checked my balance even there was 7.0 rupees avail. When I again submit *1300# then replied you have insufficient balance. When I check balance. Network reply you have insufficient balance. I think company totally play farad, they deceiving us. I cotact twice on helpline operator instead of guiding and clarifying about balance they dropped the line. Mr Umer dropped my line. Why? M I not your customer? Even as per mr Umer any other package or alerts active. I m surpising. Plz clarify issue. If not then I shall go Court. If company daily deduct 2 rupees from one custmer they save milloins rupees daily. Whey they play such farad.

For 4 months the above-mentioned issue has been occurring frequently. I recharge my device in hope to be able to work but I don't receive any signals in my area. I am a resident of Pink City Village Society, opp Amroha Society, near Saadi Town, Karachi, Pakistan. Please, Inform me about the reception details for this area. warid free 50mb internet service transferred and then charged from my account
Last evening I received SMS from Jazz / Warid at my cell # [protected] :
Muaziz Sarif, 50 MUFT JAZZ/Warid Mins, SMS, aur 3G/4G MB ap k number pe muntakil ki gaye hain. Expiry aaj raat 12 baje tak.(at 4:40pm).
So I used it keeping data cap of 50mb. I had just used 42mb that I received messaged from your end that I had about Rs9 balance in my account. So I called the helpline about 10:39pm.
I told the customer rep my ordeal that I had almost Rs200 in my account balance which have been deducted and this is a fraud. He on the other hand says I should have called helpline to verify.
This is not the first time I have received free 50mb free internet. Every time I do easy load I receive free 5mb internet. This time I loaded Rs250 easy load . I wanted to load monthly internet worth Rs210 but unfortunately because of tax deductions could not.
I received the SMS of free 50mb free internet like always so I used. I could have used one day package or weekly package instead if I knew I would have been defrauded.
If I have been defrauded you definitely be doing this with other customers as well.
I want full refund. The problem is from your end . the SMS was sent by you or your server.

I'm in a big problem due to inefficiency of your Customer care representative. I'm in Norway right now. Before coming to Norway i confirmed from Warid helpline that my international roaming for Norway is working fine or not. They enabled my roaming on my number [protected]. But here in Norway i didn't get signals. I manually selected the network operators. but nothing is working. I'm facing problem of email verification and i also need to connect whatsapp on my new mobile but due to non-availability of signals i am unable to use whatsapp. Kindly provide the solution of this problem or allow sim to my brother on his name or may be a new sim on my name. I am resident of Chak No 150 TDA layyah.i have issue here regarding 3G+4G services on Jazz internet. 4G signal totally not appeaing on device and On 3G i have no browsing etc..
