I I called customer service last week 9/4/2023 when I got an email my package has been delivered on 9/1/2023 to the wrong address. When I calle d the first person I talked to did not understand so could not really help me when I ask to speak to someone else he put me on hold and the phone hung up I called back and got someone different I ask for a supervisor she said I can see that you just called I went explain how my package was sent the wrong address she I needed to call UPS and have them to track package. While talking to the supervisor on the he was very rude and unhelpful he was telling me it was delivered to 11735 105th PL SE Renton H 205, Wa 98055, I am telling him no it wasn't that is the correct address it was delivered to 4605 S 164th St Tukwila, Wash 98188 not my address I traced it. He kept telling me their nothing JCPenny can do about the wrong address. You sent it the wrong address. I need some one to contact me about this ASAP. Their 2 items in that order I was able to stop delivery of the second package that was due for delivery on the n9/5/2023 with the help of UPS Date of 8/28/2023 order # #[protected]
