I couldn't re-book in time as I'm still unable to fly anywhere at that moment. I sent 2 emails to get an update from you with no response so far. I tried the NSW number which was not very helpful. I hope to be able to reach a representative through this complain website.
I know the airline automatically extended the possibility of re-booking until the end of 2023. However, I haven't received any updates from you regarding this.
I understand we are in the same covid boat and it is tough for everybody. I just don't expect to lose my money and be able to extend of refund.

was one of the many million people who had my flights cancelled as a result of Covid19. I have booked my tickets in March 2020. I've rescheduled my flights couple of times, but it's been cancelled by the Airlines. I've requested refund with Jetabroad in May 2021 and been told I will receive my money within the next 3 months time. Have emailed to Jetabroad but they cannot tell why I haven't received my refund.

No Way to Contact to Change Flights
Flight has been canceled by weather but I've received no communication from Jetabroad on how to get alternative flights. Also, there is absolutely no phone number to call, only a "schedule change form" which is unresponsive. Seriously? No Phone number? How am I supposed to get this resolved? Flight is on Sunday. Getting no help whatsover. Please get me a new flight!

Misinformation about luggage
I booked my tickets with Jerabroad from UK to Istunbul by looking at the ticket information which mentioned 30KG each and now on the Jetabroad website it is mentioned to contact Airline directly regarding luggage however on the airline website its showing no luggage allowed, which I believe I have to by before boarding at additional cost. Thats clear scam and against the trading standard. When I tried to book a new ticket it is still showing as 30KG per person.
There's no any contact number of Jetabroad in UK and the form on the website doesn't work for luggage issues.
Desired outcome: Sorting out the luggage issue with Pegagsus Airline or they will refund the additional money.

Jetabroad declining to provide a refund for the service that can't be provided
I booked a flight to Belgrade last year which needed to be canceled due to Covid (the flight was with Etihad Airways which was operated by Virgin Australia on the route Melbourne - Belgrade)
I had held off from sending a request for a refund for as long as I could, as I understood the complexity of the situation we were all in. However, my circumstances have changed and I had no choice but to ask for a refund of my canceled ticket. Jetabroad would not issue a refund. They eventually proposed the option of a partial refund which was less than 50% of the full value, which is not acceptable on so many levels especially during these challenging times when many of us experienced financial hardship due to the previous Covid outbreak.
Further, I have been advised that Virgin Australia no longer operates on the route Melbourne-Belgrade. Having said that, I have spoken to Virgin Australia who has advised me that my ticket could be eligible for a full refund?! Also, in order to take this further Virgin has advised that Jetabroad needs to get in contact with Virgin Australia industry support so they can process a refund for my flight.
However, Jetaboard refused to get in contact with Virgin Australia industry support and they advised me that the ticket is non-refundable but can be held in credit which is ridiculous as the flight route I had originally booked had been canceled. So even if I wanted to accept the credit option, I wouldn't be able to use it for the same route due to the inability of providing the service that I have paid for!
Another big problem is that Jetabroad doesn't have a contact number. Also, this is an agency without an office so you can't visit Jetabroad and talk to their agents.
As I feel that I've exhausted all my options I'm kindly asking you to assist me to get my full refund ASAP!

Yes, that is correct. I can confirm that there have been many emails between myself and your customer service. However, what I meant is that it would be much easier if you had a local store to come to and/or a phone number to call.
Anyway, my complaint refers to your decision to decline my request for a full refund for the service that can no longer be provided.
You have to understand that I don't intend on traveling to any other destination but Serbia Belgrade. I won't be able to use the credit for the same route as Virgin Australia no longer operates on the route Melbourne-Belgrade. Having said that, please provide a refund ASAP due to your lack of competence to provide the service I have originally paid for!

I was one of the many million people who had my flights cancelled as a result of Covid19. My flights were booked for April 2020 from New Zealand to Australia. Finally after 21 months I have received an email stating I can either retain a credit with the airline or have a refund.
The email gave me the two options, which is nice, however, there is no further information available as to why the refund amount is less that 50% of the credit value. I have exhausted every possible combination of their fees and it doesn't appear to add up. The biggest problem is that I have tried to contact Jetabroad with some general questions to ascertain the following:
1. A breakdown or reason for the substantial difference between the refund and credit values.
2. If there is an expiry date on the credit
3. Any other conditions related to the credit, such as a particular airline, domestic vs international,
When I tried emailing the customer support, I get the following response:
"Unfortunately we will not be able to handle your request via this email address. Please use the online help request forms here:"
When using the link provided, there is no means to ask any questions, just applications to change the booking details.
Jetabroad does not provide a customer service email, a phone number or any other modern means to get in touch. I can't be the only one going through this process with them and hope that by some means I will eventually be able to be in contact with them or have them respond to an email.

Refund of flights
Dear Sirs,
On the 16th December 2020 I booked flights to the USA with Jetabroad - Reference number J4268TB. The flights are London to San Francisco on the 30th October 2021. At the time of booking their were no restrictions to the USA from the UK.
In March 2021 the US Government decided to deny UK citizens (unless exempt under exceptional circumstances) to fly to the US.
On the 20th September 2021 the US Government announced that flights from the UK would resume for those who are double vaccinated. There is not exact date. However, they have indicated "early November". Regardless when the flights resume. My flight is 30th October 2021.
We will not be able to fly on our given date. Flying on a different date is not feasible as 1. There is no date we can fly. 2. We are also going on a cruise which will have debarked.
I contact Jetabroad by email. There are no numbers to ring in the UK.

An exchange of flight
I was going to fly to London on the 28th August but alas had to cancel that flight as Crete Greece went into amber so I would have to quarantine for 10 days. My flight BCQEQE with KLM which was leave London to Johannesburg on the 4th of September has just disappeared! I got hold of Jetabroad to try exchange ticket to earlier flight tried with KLM too and boy what a nightmare! Jetabroad offered me another flight with Air France which I had to pay for, same price as getting a one way from Johannesburg to London! I paid it as it was quite stressful one of the ladies at Jetabroad said there will not be a refund but waiting for KLM to reply for me to get a credit for flight BCQEQE. Nothing was done I was told that was an exchange and therefore I do not get a credit! How does Jetabroad charge a full one way ticket flight and call that an exchange for a flight already paid for! I am dissatisfied will never fly KLM or use Jetabroad again that is for sure! I understand they dealing with a lot but to take money like that from people and just have the attitude of well sorry we can't help you is unbelievable!

Yes agreed Nikki assisted me in finding a flight as I was so stressed and this was my first time doing this. To me this was a new ticket not an exchange I had to pay R6708 and I got a credit of R1052.32
This is paying for a new ticket I would understand if I had to pay R1000 maybe R2000 for an exchange but R 5656 for an exchange is ridiculous that is a one way from Johannesburg to Greece. I find that very unfair! All I wanted was to move original ticket that was paid to an earlier date and as I said if I had to pay a fee of 1 or 2k to exchange I would to understand not the money I paid totally unfair. I was scared of losing the flight and was grateful that Nikki had helped me greatly! I basically paid for a new ticket ! So with that amount of money paid I thought my KLM flight was still available for the 4th of September and I could use for December, very disappointing for me.
Customer service
I booked tickets with Jetabroad January 5, 2021 for travel to Europe departing September 30, 2021 and returning October 28 [most recent booking reference number SEJHHP; original number J4769LK]. Their almost non-existent customer service has made a difficult trip impossible, only exacerbating the problems of planning a trip during a pandemic, consistently hindering and finally disappearing on me. I must now cancel the entire trip due to Covid, complicated by the lack of service from Jetabroad. When one agrees to a company's terms and conditions, which call for fees in the event of cancellation, one expects a basic level of customer service, which simply doesn't exist here.
The problems started in March, when LOT airline cancelled the Warsaw-Odessa flight; there was a delay in handling the rebooking of a flight but it was eventually resolved. Then the Helsinki-Warsaw flight was cancelled; Jetabroad's clumsy solution was to first offer me another flight arriving in Warsaw too late to catch the connecting flight; then to offer a flight [LO735, October 13] that landed in Odessa at 1:25 a.m. I was forced to come up with my own solution.
Issues due to Covid prompted my most recent July 28 and August 16 emails to Jetabroad, which never responded to either one despite assurances they would get around to it. I have attempted to contact the various airlines but they all insist I go through Jetabroad. I feel any attempt by Jetabroad to charge any cancellation fees on their end is completely unwarranted due to their appalling lack of customer service [[protected]@jetabroad.com].

Part of airline reservation cancelled with no notification by Jetabroad
Jetabroad made air reservation on 20 July for two passengers with eTicket (their rereference FLJZEQ) for flights Austin-Prague, Prague-Dubai, and Dubai -Austin with connections on each of the three, with a depature of 18 September. When I entered the British Airways site to reserve seats, I found the first three of the flight segments not showing, but Jetabroad did not advise me of this. I contacted BA, who told me only the travel agent can address this. I contacted Jetabroad, telling them flight segments were missing, and they replied by email with URGENT in the subject telling me flight segments had been cancelled (telling me what I had just told them). They proposed an alternate flight with an additional flight segment. I responded that one of the travelers cannot reach Austin for the proposed earlier departure time. I asked for an alternate time or schedule. After 5 emails to Jetabroad, requesting a phone call, I finally received an email response four days later stating "We are working in departure date order and your flights will be actioned shortly. Please be patient and we will be in touch." When I check online travel sites for itinerary options, I receive a response that no flights are available. This trip is to receive a lifetime achievement award, and I am concerned that by the time my 18 September departure date is addressed for action, there may be no flight options.

Part of reservation cancelled by airline with no notification from jetabroad
I booked a multi-city reservation with Jetabroad on June 15th for my planned travel (August 11-August 19). My reservation includes 3 different one-way flights with 3 separate airlines. I spent over $1K on these flights.
The final leg of my trip was with Alitalia Airlines. For a flight on August 19 from Nice France to Florence Italy (w/ a layover in Rome). I went to the airline website today to confirm my reservation and got an "error" that my trip was not found.
Since the other flights in my Jetabroad reservation were confirmed on the other airline sights (British Airways and Iberia) I assumed this was an issue with the airline. I called Alitalia customer service and after waiting on hold for over an hour to speak with a customer service representative - they told me that this leg of my trip had been cancelled back on June 22. I have not received ANY communications from Jetabroad regarding this cancellation and I never would have known this flight was cancelled had I not checked the airline website and called the airline's customer service. The airline representative said funds have been released back to Jetabroad, but I have not received any refund for my now cancelled flight.
When I go to the Jetabroad website to check my booking- it still looks as though the reservation is fully confirmed for my upcoming trip including the flight cancelled by Alitalia. Had I not looked into this on my own with the airline I would have been stranded in a foreign country and expected to pay out of pocket for the mistake.
Since I received ZERO communication from Jetabroad - I have ZERO instructions on how to proceed. There are little instructions for how to request a refund for a cancelled flight by the airline. My only option is to use "manage my booking" on their website- which is not user friendly in any way. Any change I make could potentially jeopardize the other part of my reservation and I very much want to keep those flights in tact.
Can someone PLEASE reach out to me to correct this ASAP.

I just received a call. I appreciate the hastiness. Although my issue has not been resolved, I have been contacted back Jetabroad.
I am not able to request a refund for baggage insurance fees that I did not make.
I am not allowed to bring checked in bags for my flight and the website had an extra baggage insurance fee per person checked off $5/person- $20 total that I did not request. There is no option to request a refund for that charge I did not authorize. There is no phone number, chat service or even an email in the United States to contact customer service. This is a an unfair company if you can't even email someone about your issue. My confirmation # is J5L33J4.

Above flight was booked and within 2 hours a request was made to cancel flights due to UK-US restrictions. They informed we could cancel 1/3 flights but the other 2/3 couldn't be cancelled. We contacted the airlines direct which proved this wasn't true. We want cancellation of all flights, even for credit.

Reservation code DJCWAM-Airline Reservation Code-RE5412 for Lufthansa and for Turkish Airlines= Reservation Code-FHPS, Airline Reservation Code-TFUQZW with Jetabroad has not been refunded. Cancelled weeks ahead and gave more than the 48 hours required by company for cancellation. They requested that I show them my medical record showing that I am sick so I can get a refund. That is against HIPPA law. I work at a hospital so I understand that this request is illegal. They refuse to give me any money back and only allowing a flight voucher and extra fees added to use voucher. Almost 2000 stolen by this company. This is not allowed by any terms for them to keep all of my money. My brother cancelled through another 3rd party and it went smoothly. They kept a small portion for doing the work. This company appears to be a scam. How do I get my money? I may have to contact a lawyer.

Complete lack of service or contactability
Promised to hold funds from cancelled flight as credit for a future ticket but was then uncontactable to be able to use said credit. Infuriatingly hard to work with. Still haven't been able to contact in any way and have now missed my flight. Any form of contact would have been enough to resolve but it is now too late. I just want my money back and to never have anything to do with this company again

Still Waiting For My Refund from Airlines Flight Cancellation Due to Covid-19
On Nov 19, 2019, I booked multiple destination flights via Jetabroad (Order Confirmation JYY49Y3). Due to Covid-19, Vietjet Airlines had cancelled my flight (Booking # [protected]). On Jan 1, 2021, Vietjet had informed me via an email that they've processed & issued a refund back to Jetabroad on Dec 18, 2020. I've tried to contact Jetabroad multiple times via emails for the refund but they didn't respond so please help. Thank you
