My appointment was scheduled today between 8am - 12noon and I received notifications by text and calls assuring me that I was still on schedule. The tech Zack N called to verify he was on his way and would get to me in about 20 minutes, which he did. He was very polite and was able to explain what had to be done and he answered all of my questions adequately. He was prepared with booties to cover his shoes and a mask. He was very knowledgeable about his job. I would love him to return whenever I need service for my HVAC system.

Signing up for a technician on line was a breeze. He was prompt, explained what was not working, and listened to questions. I was already planning to replace my ancient system, so the tech immediately called a representative who appeared at the appointed hour and spent all the time I wanted to consider what level of efficiency I wanted. She was patient, informative, and never pushy for me to make a choice. I felt comfortable with her as if she was a friend guiding me through the choices. Always have had good relationship with Sobiesky employees.

Very professional. On time. Our tech, Emmanuel, was great. He checked all the HVAC functions and took the time to discuss possible options for a smart thermostat.

Dave and Jenna did a magnificent job. They are good communicators and very efficient as to how they carry out their responsibilities. The organization as a whole should be happy to have them on the front lines. We are very pleased with the service that we have received from Sobieski today starting with her originally called today and early this morning reading up to technician showing up and making the necessary repairs. Ours was a complete replacement of indoor and outdoor HVAC plus adding a humidifier and retaining an existing electrostatic air cleaner. They did an excellent job of installation, installers were courteous, cleaned up the entire worksite and the unit is running nicely as expected. A really good job! Thanks
Appreciate the heads up before coming, and the willingness to look at the Costco purchase prior to installation (though could not be installed due to lack of nearby electrical outlet)

From their thorough inspection, evaluation and analysis of our house's 16 year old HVAC system (it was shot!) to their comprehensive recommendations to install one that is correctly matched to our needs and work correctly considering newer technologies available and sized for proper air flow. I want to share with everyone how quickly and professionally the Sobieski team responded our air conditioning failure. It was during the heat wave in late July when our cooling failed. Emanuel came out on Friday and he tried everything to jump start the system. In the end, we needed to replace the air. We both spoke to the manager and we got the ball rolling. On early Monday morning I received a call from Sylinea with the paper work and saying that new system would be installed that very morning. By the afternoon, the house was cooling. The tech has been here a few times and is very conscientious and considerate. He gives a full explanation of all that was done and explains any recommendations for better efficiency. My major complaint was that he did not come into the house with gloves and a mask on. When I asked him about that , he said they have them on the truck but only put it on if a customer requests. I told him that if this is the company policy then it is a very bad one especially during this pandemic phase . I put a mask on and cleaned wherever he walked after he left. I hope both the company and the tech have changed their policy since my service date .

Wonderful experience! Our A/C broke in the peak of summer. We called 4 different companies and Sobieski was the one who responded immediately. Next day morning, a service technician was on site. He advised us on the costs and alternatives (on our 25 year old equipment!), However we decided to replace. So by evening the representative was at our home and went thru the pricing. We signed the contract and next day the system was replaced. The installers were very professional, friendly, courteous, and very clean. They left home very neat clean. Installation was very nicely done. We were happy with service and would recommend to everyone.

Well let me start with the Customer Service. Sylinea was absolutely the best representative and my first contact with the company. She was professional and very responsive to email and phone calls. She responded with care and knowledge about the company and the business. I wish there were more like her. Our service technicians were led by Nate and my husband stated that he was professional and did an excellent job installing our heating and cooling unit. He was kind and made improvements to our overall airflow which will make our entire house more efficient. Overall I am more than satisfied with the service provided and will refer them in the future. Well done!

I am very happy with William's and Jenna's service. Jenna was friendly and helpful when I called for a service appointment. She listened to all of my description of my problem and set me up with a Technician (William G) who could readily solve my problem. William arrived early for my appointment. He made preliminary tests and then advised me of the cost of farther test as the preliminary tests fail to show any faults. I really appreciate being informed and given the choice of proceeding with more in depth tests. Upon the completion of these test William gave me an in-depth report on his findings and the actions needed to be taken to prevent this issue again. All of which I will follow. William is an excellent representative for Sobieski. I will request William for any future service requests.
TERRIBLE!
TERRIBLE! We paid over $300 to fix a code on a hot water heater that came back the next day. After getting the run-around, a technician finally comes out and attempts to charge us another $300 plus! The worst part s when I called and spoke to Jenna, the extremely unprofessional customer service rep. Who with no plumbing experience proceeds to try and understand what WE did wrong. I literally had to ask her to let the technician answer our questions. You are better off becoming a plumber than using Sobieski. I wonder if they treat everyone so poorly. And to add insult to injury, I told the tech that I'm not well, I was just in the hospital and we have children in the house. Over two weeks no hot water. Thank you Sobieski. Thank you for nothing. I can't wait until the whole world knows you're frauds and racists.
William was my Service Tech
William was my Service Tech. He has been to my house before on yearly service check-ups, so I have confidence in his skill and appreciate all his advice. Today was no different. My 9-year old air conditioner was not working, and William was able to pinpoint the issue immediately. We discussed several options--to include immediate actions, as well as, things I may want to consider in the not too distant future (i.e., coil replacement and/or new compressor). Right now, because of personal health issues, I opted to go the quick and least expensive route. So, William was able to just add refrigerant to the compressor. I'll keep an eye on the system in the house to see if there are any further issues. But, bottom line, William was focused on immediate repairs and longer term options to consider. I have lots of trust in him and his skills. Would recommend him to anyone!

The Tech arrived (right 0n time) as I opened the door the man was already putting on his shoe covers. He immediately asked if we had any problems. I explained that Sobieski had replaced our heater, a/c & humidifier, all within the last 2-3 years and they all seemed to be working fine. I told him that Zack had replaced our humidifier but our humidity was too high he smiled and said "my name is Zack also". He then proceeded to check our unit & found that it had not yet been turned to Summer settings, which he then showed me & explained how to do so. I told him that being handicapped I rarely go in our basement & that my wife actually changes our filters and probably did not realize that there were summer/winter settings. Zack was a great representative, for Sobieski, taking the time to explain the entire system, which is very complicated. He answered all my questions, then finished his outside inspections of our a/c unit.

Sobieski installed all pumbing, heating and cooling in our Ryan home which was completed in June . On Sunday 7/11 the AC failed. Called them on Monday, said I thought it was a compressor issue and they had a tech out late afternoon. After about 45 mins he confirmed the compressor has failed and charged us $89 rather than the $49 they had quoted on the phone for service call. I know he did replace capacitor and that might be the reason but it was not necessary. Tech was very polite and told us that they needed to have parts dept check on availability of new compressors and would quote us the following day. He said it would be $1,747.81 if covered by warranty or $2239.89 if not covered but that would be clarified in quote. He also forwarned us that the part might not be readily available and that it might be weeks. He also warned us that if we had not registered when we bought the house the warranty would not be honored. Did not hear from them Tuesday and started to look into other alternatives. Found complete replacement condenser available on line for $1134 including delivery within 7 days. Contacted Sobieski again on Wednesday and was told they had quoted but we never received anything. The lady then repeated the pricing given by the tech and I then questioned the pricing having obtained the price for a complete unit, not just compressor. Asked to speak with someone to explain the pricing. She tried to find someone and then said her manager would call me. That is the last I heard. Have now purchased new unit which is sitting here and will be installed next week. In the meantime, because of the heatwave I had to buy a portable AC unit wo at least keep temps in one room tolerable in the heatwave. I also looked back at all the data given to us by Ryan when we purchased. Amongst that we a page from Sobieski that had the following statement "head over to www.sobieskiservices.com/new-home warranty to download your e-guide." I did not do that back then but did look at it this week and could not see anything about registering for a warranty but there was a lot of "up-selling" for service etc. My conclusion is that Sobieski is not remotely concerned about the customer and 100% focused on selling new items rather than correcting things. Also received a lot of input from others in this community. Only one had a slight good word about Sobieski but also added that they were "pricey". Most others recommended other contractors and mentioned experiences not unlike mine. Tech would visit and then find something else not quite perfect and recommend something over the top to fix it. When another contractor was called they inevitable said it was un-necessary and did the repair for pennies on the dollar complete with a warranty. One had been in his new home for a little over a year and because of a water heater failure he has to go to the club house to get a warm shower. This has been going on for several months. Sobieski says everything was installed per the manufacturers recommendations and that they have fulfilled all their obligations, i.e. they are doing nothing and trying to get him to buy a new unit. I believe Sobieski bears some liability for what I and others have gone through and will be looking into that. Sobieski needs to rethink their whole strategy and think about developing relationships, customer support and empathy to their customers, and stop just looking for ways to empty their customers wallets.

The scheduling and the actual service for my heating/AC system went great! I have the Golden Maintenance Plan and plan to get it again when my renewal comes up. The notification of when to expect the technician is very helpful, in spite of a 4 hour window.
