This place is terrible, I would give it a negative star if I could. The service department needs serious retraining because nobody there knows what they're doing. Every time they fix something, they forget to put parts back on and I have to go back to get them reinstalled. And half the time, they don't even put them on correctly. On top of that, every time I get my car back, something else goes wrong. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone, and when they finally call you back, they're no help at all. They claim to fix things when the check engine light is on, but all they do is clear the codes and say it just needed an update. But as soon as I drive away, the light comes back on. I'm still having issues with my new 2018 Journey. I would never buy from or recommend this place to anyone.

They boast about their maintenance for life deal. Well! I have a brand new Dodge Ram with a defect from the factory that I brought in to the dealership to get fixed 3 times. Not once or even twice. But three times. Only on the third time for them to tell me that I will need a new windshield, and they gave me a number to call because they don’t deal with that type of thing and was told that they would notify them of the issue. After calling this place MULTIPLE times, I finally got through to someone who then claimed that they couldn’t help me and referred me BACK TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! So I call the service department, yet again and left a message. No word back. So, I call AGAIN and notify them to please contact the windshield service to inform them of the issue. Once contacting the windshield service AGAIN I was notified that they didn’t have any appointments and it couldn’t get fixed. So here I am, STILL WITH THE ISSUE and no fixes in sight. So, save yourself. Bill Luke Dodge in Phoenix is the way to go!

I recently went to Jim Click Chrysler Dodge to check out their selection of cars. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with what they had to offer. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience a lot easier.
I was in the market for a new truck, and they had a great variety to choose from. The salesperson I worked with was really knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. They even let me take a test drive to see how the truck handled on the road.
The dealership itself was clean and well-maintained. It had a comfortable waiting area with free coffee, which was a nice touch. The whole place had a welcoming atmosphere, and I didn't feel pressured or rushed into making a decision.
When it came time to negotiate the price, the staff was upfront and honest. They worked with me to find a deal that fit my budget, and I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me get the best possible price. I appreciated their transparency and willingness to work with me.
Overall, my experience at Jim Click Chrysler Dodge was great. The staff was friendly, the selection was impressive, and the prices were fair. If you're in the market for a new car or truck, I would definitely recommend checking them out. You won't be disappointed!

I was told by the service manager, ***, that I would be getting a credit for a repair that was unnecessary. We had agreed upon a refund of $545.00. I was informed about this on 8/18. However, I still haven't received the refund. I sent an email to Mr. on 9/2 to ask about it, but I haven't received a response.

License/Registration Fee Issue. I bought a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership on March 19. When I asked about my registration credit for my trade-in, they told me I needed to submit a "sold notice" online and request a refund. That night, I submitted a sold notice but couldn't request a refund (the button was grayed out). I contacted ADOT and they said I couldn't do it because the dealer was handling it, and the registration refund/credit should be $106 from them. After a few weeks, I got a check from Jim Click Dodge for $68. I called BOTH finance managers (a week apart) and left messages asking about the difference. Neither called me back. I still don't know why my license fee refund is $38 less than what ADOT said I should expect because nobody will talk to me about it.

I went to Jim Click Chrysler Dodge in Tucson, Arizona today (9/8) to get my Ram 1500 Built to Serve truck. I had already put a deposit on it. But guess what? The price of the truck went up! I had agreed with *** at Jim Click on August 21st to pay $45,572.82 for the truck. We were supposed to pick it up between 9/8 and 9/10. We knew about this delivery time when we made the deal in August, and the price was set accordingly. But on 9/8, the Sales Managers *** and *** told me that the rebates had changed and now I had to pay an extra $1,000.00 for the truck. I really want to buy the truck and I'm willing to pay the agreed price of $45,572.82. I'm serious about this purchase and ready to take the truck home. But it seems like the Sales Managers just want to play games and make more money. I've had a deposit on this truck for over 2 weeks, and now that it's at the dealership, they're raising the price.

Based on your customer status, Jim Click Dodge has a special savings opportunity just for you. You can trade up to a new vehicle while keeping the same payment or even lowering it! I called the Dealership and made an appointment on Friday, November 27, with a salesman named Josue at 8:00am while my vehicle was getting an oil change with my Service advisor Chris Sapp. I looked at two new vehicles like mine (2019 Ram Rebel) and wanted to buy one as advertised above: The same payment or lower. The salesman said my payment would be over $900.00 or double $1400.00 my current payment of $700.00. He tried to switch me to a different vehicle, the old "Bait and Switch Routine". The dealer's goal is to bring customers to the dealership at any cost before they go to another dealership and buy a car from someone else. They assume that once customers are at the store, they can get them into any car. This is part of the sales process. This is illegal advertisement! On that day, I called Jim Click's Assistant and filed a verbal complaint. She said she would email General Manager, ***, and to this day I have not received a response!

I had my dodge for many years and my check engine light kept turning on. I took my truck to the dealership for regular maintenance and every time the light came on. This started happening at 60000 miles. Every time I brought my truck for the check light, they would say it's fine and turn off the light. But as soon as I got my truck back, the light would come back on almost immediately. So, I would call the dealership and take my truck back, and the cycle would repeat. My biggest problem is that I think I got scammed because this went on for years until my 100k warranty ended (this year). When the light turned on and I took it in, all of a sudden they told me my truck needed a new transmission. I have a little over 100k miles on my truck, so I was shocked that I needed a new transmission. They charged me a little over 10k for it and said I shouldn't have any more issues. But when I got my truck back, the check engine light turned on again. Now they're telling me there's ANOTHER issue with my truck and I have to pay 2k to fix it. I honestly believe this is not just poor business practice, but fraudulent business practice. I want some of my money back and I want them to fix this new issue because they just rebuilt my engine and now they're saying there's another problem. The company should have my entire service history and the multiple complaints I made about my check engine light.

I'm an 18 year old college student who just bought my first car, a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta from Jim Click Chrysler Dodge Ram on Oct. 30th, 2021. The night I bought the car, I tried to start it and it wouldn't start. I turned the key and it revved, but didn't start. I got a jump from someone nearby and took it into Jim Click that day since I had a 30 day warranty. They kept my car for a few days and said they fixed it. When I finally got it back the next day, I was driving on a busy road (Nov. 1st) when my gas pedal and steering wheel froze, and the car stopped in the middle of the road. I was scared for my safety, so I called for help as my $2,000 warranty covers tows. They didn't offer any assistance and told me to have the car towed to Jim Click using my own AAA (which they asked me to do every time). They then said there was an electronic issue with the car and kept it for another week or so. Since I'm under 21, I couldn't rent a car from Enterprise car rentals, so my Mom had to inconvenience herself and get a rental while I used her car. When I finally got the car back, it wouldn't start again within 2 days, and I had to tow it back to Jim Click on November 8th. This time, they said they sent it to Volkswagen for a diagnosis, and they were able to replicate the problem. They said it was the fuel pump and claimed to have replaced it. Once again, I was left without transportation for about 2 weeks. Towards the end of those two weeks, my parents went to the dealership to find out why it was taking so long, why my car wasn't working, and what they were doing to help me or give me a refund. My parents explained that we had given them many chances to fix the problem and that this was a ticking time bomb and a disaster waiting to happen. There's more, but I'm out of characters.
