I am reaching out to you today regarding a disappointing experience I had with a book titled Fated to the Alpha by Jessica Hall on Joyread.
As an avid reader and a Joyread VIP account holder, I recently came across Fated to the Alpha and was instantly captivated by its intriguing premise. Eager to delve into the story, I utilized my hard-earned coins and pearls to unlock the chapters one by one, spending approximately $130 throughout October 2023.
To my dismay, after investing both my time and resources, I discovered that the author had decided to withdraw her works from Joyread, rendering Fated to the Alpha inaccessible for me to complete. With a total of 775 chapters in the book, I reached chapter 330, when the book vanished.
Recognizing that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I reached out to Joyread’s customer service team multiple times between 11/10/23 and 11/17/23, seeking assistance and inquiring about a possible refund. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response.
I understand that issues may arise and that customer service teams can become overwhelmed, but I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. It would mean a great deal to me if we could find a solution that leaves both parties satisfied.
I have been a loyal user of Joyread, and I genuinely appreciate the platform and the wide range of books it offers. However, as a customer, it is disheartening to encounter such a situation without any resolution.
I kindly ask if you could look into this matter and provide me with an update or a potential solution.
