I placed order on the website www.jpcycles.com, but after an hour, I noticed that there was another tool, which would be perfect for me. I tried to cancel my order, but the page showed error. I sent 3 messages to live chat agent, who told me that it was impossible to cancel the order. I was surprised and asked, maybe it was possible, but he refused and stopped to reply. So beware and share this info in order to warn other people.
