JPMorgan Chase chase not being responsible for their properties.

I am the Mayor of the Village of Dresden, Ohio and there are numerous properties that are tied up in the Chase Bank system that we have to mow and maintain as Chase refuses to move forward with repossessing the property and taking responsibility for their property. Some of these properties my staff has been mowing for 4+ years. It is not fair to the taxpayers of our village to have to bear the costs and man hours associated with these properties, not to mention having them deteriorate before our eyes with residents interested in buying the properties and bringing them back to habitable conditions. Please feel free to contact me with any help you can provide to take responsibility for these problems.

Sincerely,
Mayor David A. Mathew

JPMorgan Chase branch management

I have been a customer of Chase for over 5 years. I have a personal account, and two business accounts (my information is below). I have been trying to contact the bank for months and all I get is an answering machine. No call backs no answer. Customer service is very poor at this branch.
Last week Wednesday August 3rd I had to walk into the bank and wait to speak to my representative. He asked I send him an email or text message as sometimes he is with customers. I sent him an email on Thursday and didn't get a response. I drove to the bank and he was out for the day. I again tried calling on Friday and was able to speak to the Manager who apologized and told me they were understaffed. I told him I wanted to upgrade my check deposit machine as mine is old and giving me issues. I also wanted to inquire about a business loan. I also wanted to open a third bank account for a third business. He told me "David" handled those things and he would call me.
Today Monday August 7th I get a voicemail from Friday after hours from David who left a cell phone number (without any voicemail)...
My name: Alexa M Boothman
Business: Caxa Group Inc., d/b/a Hollywood Office Suites
Branch: 4223 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, FL 33021
Banker: Dennis Feliciano
Manager" "Matthew"
Resolution: You need to hire more people because the service you are providing is very poor. Unfortunately I do not have any proof of this since none of my emails have been responded. Please feel free to call the bank and see for yourself the kind of service you get. Phone:[protected]
I need to upgrade my check deposit machine.
I already got a loan from Sun Credit Union so no worries about this.
I wanted to open a bank account but changed my mind, no worries.

JPMorgan Chase customer service

We wanted to open up a student checking account for our daughter since my husband and I already hold a joint checking account with Chase. We went to our local branch (Windward Rd, Alpharetta, GA) last weekend at about 1pm to open the account. After waiting about 20 minutes, we were told that opening an account takes close to 45 minutes so they told us to come back another day. We came back this weekend about 10. After waiting for an hour with no service, we left to open up the account at our local credit union since my husband was able to complete our banking with them today while we were still waiting in Chase's line. I will also be inquiring about moving our checking account to our credit union as well since they seem to have a better ability to service us.

JPMorgan Chase personal checking - fraud

I had a fraud claim in June 2017 for four odd deductions from my personal banking account to which, the fraud department contacted me about. I absolutely denied these claims and told them that I didn't make these purchases. They reversed my charges placing the unlawful deductions back in my account. I obtained a new chip debit card but didn't close down my account with Chase since have been a customer for over 10 years and didn't see anymore deductions after changing my debit card. Fast forward to Aug 2017 and the fraud department RE-REVERSED the fraudulent deductions because the merchant was able to give them my name and address and gave them back my money!
So basically my information was Phished, money was taken from me and my bank said it was legit. I closed down the account -but less my money.
I spoke to a manager at the Fraud Dept and the branch manager at my bank-both were rude and didn't care that I have been a customer with them for that amount of time and would not take any actions on my behalf to correct this issue.
DO NOT bank with Chase

JPMorgan Chase credit card

I disputed a charge from a vet because they were supposed to give ANY and ALL tests and shots to my cat and kittens that could be done. In order to have those tests/shots, you have to pay for an office visit and physical. I was charged for both but the vet didn't give any tests or shots. 8 days later, when one kitten seemed "off", I went to a vet further away and got 3 shots (including Rabies that legally has to be given to the adult cat every year), 2 tests, and flea treatment for the adult cat. All items I had verbally and in writing as the "reason for the visit" asked for of the first vet. Since tests/shots can't be given without paying for an office visit and physical from the new vet, I had to pay for that 2nd office visit/physical. Therefore I disputed in writing (on Chase's site and by letter) and in at least 4 phone calls to Chase. The Chase reps repeatedly assured me they were "on my side" and even if the vet refused to cancel the charge, Chase would honor it. Instead, in a check up call, I was told that they reviewed twice and the vet refused to cancel the charge and they found the charge to be legitimate. Even after I sent a copy of the 2nd vet's bill showing all the tests and shots he administered that should have been done at the first vet/ office visit and physical. So I will no longer use their credit card. All over $160 bill. Great business decision, Chase.

JPMorgan Chase auto lease end charges

Don't lease any car that finances their leases through Chase Auto Finance. Months after returning the car you get a bill for "excess wear and tear". They supply no evidence to substantiate their claim. The car is no longer available for inspection. They will give you a runaround...bouncing you from rep to rep..."please wait until we pull up your records"...They lie, they cheat, they steal...AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

JPMorgan Chase customer service

I do not have an account with Chase. And after what happened, I'll never get an account with Chase and all my friends and family who had a Chase account. Closed it. I went to Chase Bank off highway 360 and Post And Paddock in Arlington, Texas. It was last Thursday at about 5:30pm. I went thru the pull up window. I had a personal check from my job that I needed to cash to pay my car note. They have a Chase account and I've never had a problem cashing my checks there. Never been a fee because they had an account. Well last Thursday the lady said there would be a $8 fee. I asked her why because there has never been a fee, I've been cashing these checks every week for a couple months now. She got an attitude with me so I was like just go ahead and cash it, the fee is fine. I was on the phone with my uncle, who is a lawyer, and he started recording at this point. So I have everything recorded. She comes back to the window and says she won't cash my check because the signature doesn't match. I asked what signature didn't match what, I didn't understand. She gets even more upset and starts talking to me like I'm stupid, again this is all recorded. So I pulled around and went inside to talk to the manager. He's standing there as soon as I walk in. I asked politely to speak to the manager, his response was, that's me. I explained to him what had just happened in the drive thru, as the lady from behind the glass stares me down watching. He says that since I'm not an account holder there that there wasn't anything he can do for me. I called my boss, the one who wrote the check and owns half the company. Your manager replied with, I refuse to talk to her on your phone. So I called my uncle again to continue recording everything. The manager goes in his office with my check so I followed him. He turns around and tells me I can get out of his office and to go outside. My uncle told me not to leave my check in there and go outside. So I didn't. They manager then got even more upset and said there wasn't anything he was going to do that he wasn't going to over turn the cancelled endorsement. I left that bank in tears. My car note was due that day. I almost lost my car. Your guys at the bank were treating me like I was trying to fraud them or something. I was in my uniform, covered in paint from head to toe. I was racially profiled at this location. Both employees that dealt with me and treated me like I was a criminal were black. I am considering going with my uncle's best judgement and filing a lawsuit. I have everything recorded. I am requesting a call from someone above your manager at that location. This type of service is uncalled for. A customer should never arrive some place in a good mood and leave in tears over a $200 check.

JPMorgan Chase my account being overdrafted do to chase error.

On July third I deposited a department of board of education check into my account Chase cleared it and 3 to 2 Days Later they said the check has been returned and I asked do they have any reason why the check was returned they didn't have an answer for me they keep telling me to check with their maker. Anyhow I tried to get them to put the account on hold or close it until I can get further information on the account so that the account will not continue to be charged as of today I see that they are charging me $245 and I guess back fees which I don't have to pay. so I'm asking someone to look further into this account issue and hopefully we can get this resolved soon as possible. I've been a Chase customer for over the last 5 years I would say and I would like to continue being the Chase customer if we can get this issue resolved.

Thank you
Taneya Nixon

JPMorgan Chase drive thru @hampton bays ny

On thursday july 20th I went to the drive thru as I normally do with my antiguan drivers license to transfer money using my debit card to another account to be told by 3 representative that I cannot use it as an id because they cant enter the number, which I debated that I am usually at the drive thru with this said id and never had an issue. 20 minutes after the bank manager came to me saying she is sorry but she has no worker at the deive thru to hand me the card device so that the transaction can run smoothly! Now with my sick 1year old in my car am to park and join the line in bank where I wont need to use my id. This is so ridiculous that an international id that was used to open the same account cant be used. Chase customer service needs to improve with the first 3 rep saying they cant use the id to the manager saying she has no one at the drive thru today all seems like someone is lying and making excuse. If chase had the same security when it comes to debit card or credit cards it would be great 1 month ago $750 came off out my account in romania and now to transfer $150 is trouble and your holding my id which verifies me and my account. The customer service needs to be improved.

JPMorgan Chase wrong financial information given to me about my account.

On 7/14/17 in deposited a money order of $989. I was told I can take out $200 right now and the rest of the money will be cleared to use after 24 hrs. I rejected to take $200 on the spot and insisted to wait until all of the money is available to use. So on 7/15/17 to 7/17/17 I checked online and it showed I had balance about over $1000. Thinking my money order is cleared that's why all that money is there. I used all that money and later on 7/17/17 I recived notification about negative balance on my account. When called the online banking they said the money order was returned and payment was declined. How the he'll is that even possible that money comes back after so many days and money that was cleared for 2 days and it there to use get lost all of sudden and my account goes in negative.
OK I got scammed but chase Bank had given me wrong information and it's the bank who told me to its okay to use that money.
Now I am screwed and left alone without any help from bank.

JPMorgan Chase disputed charge

01/13/2017 disputed charges from Directv due to breach of contract. Informed Chase card member services before charge came through. Chase informed me to wait until the charge showed up. I had to dispute charge twice with proof. Was told we did not return equipment. We proved all equipment was returned that was requested by DTV. Chase would not reverse charge. Just received dispute finding which went against me because they say it has been to long and they can't make DTV issue a credit because of this even after all the proof. Chase is the reason it went on this long not me. I will make sure social media, friends and family hear about Chase bank credit card services. I will be changing credit card company and never use J.P. Morgan or any associates.

JPMorgan Chase closing an ira account without notifying the customer

In Jan 0f 2017 I went to Chase to open an IRA as I would be receiving a large sum of money from the City of San Bernardino/PARS retirement. The City took much longer than anticipated and I did not get the check until July. Upon receiving the check. I took it to the bank to deposit it in my IRA. Upon arrival I learned my account had been closed. I was never informed there was a time limit on the deposit of money nor was I ever informed the account was being closed. This is just wrong not to communicate with the customer. Now I have to send the check back, and have it reissued to another bank. Gosh I never thought banks would turn away money.

JPMorgan Chase service and bank manager attitude

I open a Checking account and a student account on May 4th, 2017. I was promise $500 on condition we would open a savings account and monthly direct deposit of wages into checking account. As of July 6th, my promised by the Bank officer that he needs approval of his Bank Manager.
When I spoke with the Bank Manager, her answer was possibly a no, without looking into my account and questioning the Officer who opens my account.
Visited the Bank on July 6th to open a savings account, I was first in line with 6 other customers, two others informed the customer service rep and Manager, that they are trying to open a business account.
We waited for more than 20 minutes and was informed that only 2 Officers cannot open new accounts. Only one was busy with a customer. This was not my first visit to this Bank. I have been there 5 times, twice of which I was informed that the computers was done and I have to come back later. The other was that I need to be there 3 hours before closing.
At this time, I witness 2 other customers left, when they were informed by the Bank Manager that their count could not be opened that morning due to lack of Staff. I think the Bank Manager display an attitude that was unprofessional, with her arms folded. She did not even try to explain to the potential of 2 new business customers.
I am a 17 years business owner with a great Banking business relationship with Citibank. I would not hesitate to change Banking business if the Bank Manager would behave in this way.
I would appreciate someone in Corporate would analyze the customer service or a customer service survey at this Bank.

Thank you.

JPMorgan Chase stood in lobby for 10 mins

Stood in the lobby for 10 mins before I made contact with a teller. That was after a banker walked passed me and said nothing and failed to ask if I needed anything. Another banker sitting in office directly facing where I was standing and said nothing. When I asked if I could get some assistance I was told it would he 20 mins and there was nothing they could do for me until then.

Plus I might close my account. Take my money somewhere else too. Because the claim department is supposed protect us. Well not in this situation at all. Never give chase a good recommendation at all.

JPMorgan Chase customer abuse

On November 13, 2016 our dad, Terry Lindquist, died. This was a huge loss to our family. Within the first month after his death, our mom experienced increased confusion and difficulty managing every day activities. Unpaid bills began to accumulate and I offered to help her sort out her finances.

The first thing I found while sorting through their mail was debt, which our mom hadn’t been aware of, including a Chase Bank line of credit and credit cards, which were paid off immediately. Our parents are of a generation that follows division of labor by gender. Our dad had handled the money, and our mom did everything else, so she hadn’t been sure what the status of their finances were, but she knew that they had saved conscientiously for retirement.

When the debt was discovered, I ran a credit check to ensure that nothing else was outstanding, like a lost gas card. We found significant, additional debt, and discovered that our dad had been the victim of an inheritance scam.

Recovered emails showed that he had been told that a long lost relative had left him $62 million dollars, which he needed to pay fees to recover. While looking for a checkbook, I found wads of wire transfer receipts from Chase Bank. A review of our dad’s personal checking account showed suspicious activity dating back to May 2011.

In April 2011, our dad had a total of $361 in non-check transactions out of his checking account. In May of that year, the total was $5, 630 in non-check transactions for the month. For June it was $17, 452. For November it was $164, 677. This continued for five years, until the month of his death. In total, more than $800, 000 was lost through this scam.

Our parents worked in public education, so our dad didn’t have access to large amounts of money. His bank statements after April 2011 reveal transactions in and out of his personal checking account to accommodate the wire transfers, including hundreds of thousands of dollars in checks he wrote to himself from our parents’ retirement savings account, and from their joint savings and checking accounts.

Other funds were obtained through loans, including Chase Bank lines of credit he opened independently of our mother. Without her knowledge or consent, he reactivated a paid off Chase Bank loan against their home for just under $90, 000. This money was wired overseas, and is now our mother’s responsibility.

Money was transferred across the globe, to Nigeria, Malaysia, China, and Ghana. Each wire transfer was made in person, with the help of Chase Bank staff. In fact, our dad kept the business cards of the Chase Bank staff he repeatedly visited, and when my mother and I went to close his account, we were told that the staff were very familiar with our dad, and had seen him several times every week. He had told our mom that he had errands to run every afternoon during the week.

Our dad was a 79 year old from rural Montana, who looked like an 89 year old. He could barely walk and couldn’t open one hand. He wore orthopedic shoes with ankle braces to help him stay upright, and his hearing and thinking were compromised. He met every definition of a vulnerable senior.

He spoke no languages other than English. The names and locations of the places to which the money was wired would have been completely foreign to him. In his coat and pants pockets, we found hand written and printed out instructions he had taken with him to the bank.

In addition to the money lost through the wire transfers were tens of thousands of dollars in Chase Bank fees, including wire transfer fees, late fees, overdraft fees, and accumulated interest.

Our mother is devastated. In addition to the loss of her companion of 60 years and much her retirement savings, she has been aggressively pursued by Chase Bank regarding the line of credit against her only asset – her home. She now lives in constant, financial fear.

I am certain that, if our parents had banked at a credit union, this activity would have been stopped. The transactions associated with this scam were easily identifiable, ridiculously large, regular and continuous for more than five years. Conscientious and ethical staff would have addressed the situation.

Chase Bank not only perpetuated the financial victimization of vulnerable customers, but also profited directly from it.

JPMorgan Chase banking system offline nationwide

I went online to check my balance and the system is offline. Not for maintenance, but completely unavailable with no known reason. The automated phone service is also shut down except for reporting lost or stolen debit cards. I called my personal branch, which is open because it's a regular banking day, and the bank rep told me she couldn't access any banking information including balances. She confirmed that even if I walk into the bank, they are unable to perform any transactions due to the entire system being down nationwide! One of the largest banking corporations in the world and the entire system offline on the 1st banking day of the week; a Monday! Are you KIDDING me? Maybe they should spend a little bit of those billions of dollars and employ a reliable system with some system backup...you think? I would expect this from a small company but not a major bank. It's unacceptable. My rent is due and fortunately my landlord and wife are the coolest couple ever and will understand if it takes another day or 2 but that's not the point. What if I absolutely had to have it today? What about people who are in dire need of their cash and need to cash a check from a job? Or have to access cash for a payment that's due immediately? The online system shows yesterday's balance and won't allow transfers, QuickPay, BillPay, or any type of transaction except reporting lost or stolen cards. All I can say is, there's going to be some really p__sed off people calling and walking into individual branches today and to make matters worse? They have NO IDEA when it will be fixed! She told me to just keep calling back. How embarrassing for a major bank like Chase to allow this to happen. This mishap is also costing investors on Wall Street and all across the nation millions of dollars as we speak. I'm sure that somewhere in the fine print Chase isn't liable for the system going down but I certainly wouldn't want to be an employee on the receiving end of today's calls and walk-ins. Not pleasant to say the least!
