JPMorgan Chase withholding insurance funds

I had a similar experience as Chase Loss Draft Department Nightmare but it was in two sections. The first one was very similar to the first check. The first was to release 10k out of a 17k claim. The first check was 10, 935 and they would only release 10k until the work has been completed which is fine, I had to pay 8900 for materials but my experience was very similar. Luckily I work at a bank and am also an insurance agent and I am on the phone all day and have access to a fax machine and notaries. When I could not fill out the form correctly, (which by the way I help two older German gentlemen get their citizenship through the INS, worked for a finance company, large bank, a small bank and wrote many insurance policies, so I know how to fill out forms) I did get suspicious about their intentions. It took forever. That was April and May.

After the work was completed I tried to get a inspection, I told the lady who took my information at Chase that I would not be done until next week and she sent out the inspector 3 days before the work was to be done. That was the middle of September. I could not get another one out until the end of October. I have been reading nightmare after nightmare and got really fed up. Today I called a Des Monies law firm and explained about it and they called a out of state law firm and they said it looked promising about a class action law suit. If anyone is interested in this E-mail [protected]@yahoo.com and I will forward that on if they will go forward. By the way I am still waiting for the remainder of the check.

JPMorgan Chase opt out?

After posting our payments as late, even though they were on time/ increasing interest rates, penalty fees for NO penalty/ 30 telephone calls per day from their Cardmember Services, even though we made every attempt to ask/ have them post payments correctly, stop charging us late fees, and lower their outrageous interest rate, they did not work with us. So they sued us, got half of the money they claimed we owed, ruined our credit. TODAY they had the BALLS to send me a letter asking if we still wanted us to do business with them?WTF. We will NEVER do any business with this firm or any of it's affiliates..

JPMorgan Chase atm fraud happened within the chase branch

I used an atm machine to withdraw money. The machine was within the chase branch. I took $200 and came home and checked my account on line and found there were two more transaction at the same time. I could only think that when I completed my withdrawal I did not completely closed the screen. Someone must have been behind seen the password I keyed in and used my screen and withdrew $800 to reach maximum amount allowed per day. I therefore lost $800 within the bank which failed to provide security within their branch.

JPMorgan Chase unfair banking practices

Chase bank over the last year, since the change over from Washington Mutual, has been manipulating my bank account in their favor. The bank is delaying debt transactions on my account and posting them when they see a chance to rip you off. Example on 1/22/10 my wife made three debit charges $0.20, $0.45, $0.65. Three days later on 1/25/10 I made a charge for $5.40. If there was only $5.45 in my account the bank would post the $5.40 charge before the small charges my wife made days before and then collect three overdraft fees to the tune of $99. This is just an example, the real scenario is that I might get dinged for up to 12 overdrafts at the tune of $33 dollars each. This has happened to me at least three times in the last year, and easily charging me over $500. With a lost in income of over $28, 000 a year I can't afford to have this bank rip me off anymore.

Clearly Chase Bank purposely manipulated my charges in their favor to collect money. I will no longer be banking with Chase. And I will also try and move my auto loan as well. Lost of over $500 or more in less then a year for some charges that are no more then $4.00 or less. This is outrageous!

JPMorgan Chase inept processing

I completed, submitted, and paid for the Chase merchant account application. I did not anticipate any problems because I had already been approved by Chase on another merchant account earlier this year for a different web site.
My app was followed by a phone call from Rep 1 of Chase asking me to resign the app. This I did on the 23rd. I then received notice from Rep 1 that Chase underwriting wanted me to add a much longer Terms & Conditions section on my shopping cart for this new web site than had been required on the old. This I did on the 28th. Since I had not heard anything I tried to contact Rep 1 on 4 October and was told he was no longer with Chase and that Rep 2 was now handling my account and so I emailed her on 4 October asking about the status. On 6 October Rep 2 got back to me saying the underwriter apparently was confused between my existing site at indexannuitybook.com and the site at advantagecompendium.com. I took care of that on 6 October. On 12 October I again emailed Rep 2 asking about the status of the merchant account agreement. She did not respond. Today, 13 October, I told Rep 2 I was withdrawing the application. That she immediately responded to.

The process has been ineptly handled and cost me lost business.

During the time I was revamping my business, I temporarily stopped availing their services. They promised me they would renew the contract on the same terms; and wouldn’t charge extra. Well! They believe in “breaking promises.”

JPMorgan Chase stay away from chase bank

Simply cashing two checks and depositing 5 checks with a paper clip on them through the drive thur window. Amanda came back and ask over the load speaker if i wanted to deposit checks and I barely heard her and knew there was deposit slip with a paper clip, so I said, sure please do so. Well she came back and before I could see her mistake she reply thank you. Unfortunately of course I needed to ring the call button and mention to her she deposit the whole thing and there wasn't a deposit slip in with the $66.55. She was Very rude and over riding everything I had to mention on my behalf and thought I was rude to her nd said, " Your being unbelievable and I'm the District Manager and I'm closing your account with us. " I said I needed her name and who do I see for this predicament, and how dare you talk to me in that matter.

Amanda refuse to mention her name and so, I went in the bank and she standing there with a big smile and offer me to her back office. I said, " I just can't understand you being so rude and you won't even let me talk or finish a sentence. Just hand me your business card.

Amanda said, " I'll give you my card and I'm a shutting your account down.!" Later I found out she only the Asst. Manager / Asst. Vice President of the bank, but the Real District Manager called and apologize with me and my husband. Personally I'm not going to be the last one treated in that matter and with a simple transaction with a ASSt. Manager who doesn't keep her mouth clam and just said, she sorry the customer's right you didn't have a deposit slip on those 2 checks. Won't happen with her, her future there at Chase Bank isn't going to be to long of a future, if someone tells her Customer out there are to help. Don't threaten them. Just because she thinks she has power over people with her title. Being threaten on closing my bank account over her mistake is so wrong. NO CUSTOMER CARE THERE AT CHASE BANK AT ALL! What a disappointment. For the Other Chase Bank Customers please help Amanda Contreras understand everybody makes mistakes and Unfortunately the Customer cannot be talk over and just listen. Over a simple transactions threw the Drive thru.

JPMorgan Chase making customer pay for bank mistake

On 9/2/11 I had $420.82 in my account and the next day my account appear to have a negative balance of $340.52 due to a non authorized check in the amount of $711.00 trying to post. Once i noticed this negative balance I immediately called chase and after speaking with numerous of customer service reps I finally called claims department and spoke with a gentleman name Jonathan Okehenda [sp]. He noticed that my account was at a negative balance and why, so he gave me a memo credit of $711.00 back to my account and advised I take the funds out of the account immediately and he was going to freeze my account so no transactions will come OUT of the account. So after he did the memo credit of $711 that left a balance in my account of $371 and i withdrew $360.00. He advised the other charges that are pending on my account will not go through but will be credit back to my account, i said that is fine i will pay the merchants directly, and to this date i have done just that. Now the nightmare begins because chase bank calculated my credits wrong and admits they made an error and decided to just take my money from my direct deposit without notifying me or sending me anything in writing that they were going to make me pay for their mistake. I advised them when my account was frozen i was told to open a new one and the representative took all the money out of my old account and placed it in my new account which was $542.35, the rep did not notice or see my balance at the time was "$198.97" as the bank teller says. I said "that is NOT my fault and why should i have to pay for a mistake chase bank created and you just take my money without letting me know or asking me that is not ethical and they should be held liable for me not being able to cover my bills if they do not go through. I feel chase bank should refund me my money and take the loss on themeselves since they made the mistake and I did NOT withdraw any monies it was the bank tell her who did such when i opened my new account. I feel this is poor customer service and they should compensate me for my troubles. I am very dissatisfied with this bank and will be closing my account soon.

JPMorgan Chase conflict of interest

My home was in contract for sale. The buyers (husband and wife) have breached the contract of sale by refusing to close due to a basement issue that did not exist and was disproven by 3 independednt contractors. Recently I learned that the buyer (husband) is a mortgage consultant for Chase in the same region that I was applying for a loan with Chase. Additionally my current home that he was purchasing is mortgaged through Chase. My concern is that he had access to my Chase financial accounts that may have have an impact on them backing out of the transaction. Should he have told that he is a mortgage consultant when he engaged in the contract and is can this be considered as a conflict of interest. Or, could this be fraud if he did access my accounts without permission or any business involvement in my mortgage process?

JPMorgan Chase took mothers home

My mother Beatrice W. Burton, went into Hospital in June for 2 weeks, Disabled and Retired Professer of Nursing, husband in nursing. Now she has bank account with them, they bought her old banks mortgages, so she opened and account for her retirement to be deposited into and make payment of $6000 balance monthly of $320 to them, of course she went into the bank to make payments. But, she went back in hospital account in July for 3 weeks, and when it was time for her to get out, she went to pay the utility bill, thats who told her she no longer owned her home, but Chase had taken it by default. Excuse me no notice, nothing not a couple months missed, and bank account with them. This is illegal they just got fined by DOJ for $88Million, for the very thing but they are still at it. So, she is staying at a nursing home because she is homeless. This is illegal, a notice of late payment never came, no couple months missed nothing, just a quick deed processed ownership from her to them. She had this home since 1975 of May. Paid for and only got loan to pay off bills, for $10k. This is excusable, I sent copy to DOJ as well, but something must be done ASAP. Homeless 2 days before her 75 birthday, this is outrageous. Please file this for my mother. My name is Ajaye Jackson [protected] send response to email [protected]@yahoo.com please file publically.

JPMorgan Chase bad service

On moving into the property I found

1. Boiler to be broken, yet there was a gas compliance certificate next to bolier. The boiler main switch was held togehter by scotch tape

2.Shower did not work, that was meant to be electrical.

3.Garage was filled with previous tentants and owners furniture and odds and ends. The agency stated that the furniture was on the inventory list, although this was in the garage before we moved in we had no idea that this was there. The space is limited you would be lucky to get smart car in there.

4.The smoke detectors were removed

I have made several calls to the estate agency to resolve the problems highlighted above and still nothing

I am totally frustrated and at my wits end as the agent that rented the property to us keeps refering us to the maintence team that gives us the run around. I have lost valuable time off work and have nothing but heart ache and empty promises by the agency. My impression of an agency was that they are supposed to take care of your best interest as well. Clearly not in this case, it's purely financial for them

We currently do not have a place to stay that has heating or constant hot water and the agent cannot

advise us if we are going to receive at minimum a rent reduction or anything!

JPMorgan Chase twice the work - no results

I was ready to add on a patio addition, so I went to the bank to find out about getting the rest of my home-equity line of credit opened. The person at the bank tried to get me the remaining portion of the credit line, but he found out after attempting to issue the check, that it was blocked because the bank thought that my home decreased in value. He told me if I get it re-appraised, that it should then be available for me, but if the appraisal was low, then I would have to eat the $400 appraisal fee. Appraisal came in about 55, 000 more than purchase price 5 years ago, so I was very pleased. Then, after almost 2 weeks for them to process it, they tell me that I needed to get 70% LtoV, and so they are not issuing me my credit. While in the bank, a very nice man told me that he could help, combine my 1st mortgage, my Home Equilty LoC, and get back the money I needed to do the patio. Well, paid my $400 application fee, and since I just got the appraisal from the only person the bank would allow for the LoC, figured done deal. Well, 1 week later, I get a call, the bank wants to do another appraisal, they won't accept the one they did 3 weeks earlier. So they come out, and totally do a hack job with the appraisal. Comp's are not even in our neighborhood, we had 16 closings in the past 12 months in our neighborhood, that they didn't even use. Chase didn't even look at the Appraisal details, if they did they would have seen this oversight. So now, does not make sense to re-finance because I would not get any of the cash to do the patio.

Now, I'm out $800 dollars, while there was no guarantee, all of the things that I needed were there, smells like they knew what values I needed, and what values would allow them to keep my $800 dollars.

So much for sticking with my bank, thinking since we do all of our banking with them, all credit cards, everything, that they would have our backs.

Guess we start to look for some other options.

JPMorgan Chase stopped receiving alerts, even though there was no reason to stop them

In july, I stopped receiving all alerts on my chase accounts, after I was alerted of fraudulent activity! I find it interested that after that, I no longer receive any alerts, even though I should be receiving daily alerts on all accounts. When I called to ask what was going on, the first person stated several customers stopped receiving alerts in july and they are trying to fix the problem. Still not fixed. They are being sent, per chase website, but I am not receiving them. When I write to them, they ask me for my new email address, on more than 1 occasion. I've told them repeatedly that my computer hasn't changed, my email hasn't changed, but I no longer receive their alerts. So then they told me to un-enroll and re-enroll. I did that and I still don't receive alerts. They they told me to call them. Most of the time, their phone options don't work either, so I have to go through the regular banking line to get connected to the website staff. One person told me the first representative had no business telling me that their problem has affected several customers. She added it was my computer network. I told her nothing's changed and I still get alerts from all other credit card companies. They have still not fixed the problem. I even left a message for the branch manager. It's a hassle to switch banks due to direct deposit changes, but I plan to do just that! Chase's website department can't seem to troubleshoot the problems, nor do they care about customer service. They don't want to accept any responsibility for their inept department.

JPMorgan Chase not helping small business

There you go again ms. Miller, throwing your weight around. I sent my request to someone in chase bank that I thought could help with my problem; and after a very nice, understanding reply, they send me back to you! I have my industrial building with about $500, 000-600, 000 in equity up for sale. I have asked you to defer my monthly payment of around $5, 000 per month for a few months till the building is sold. You, as the mortgage holder, will get your money plus interest and in doing so, will help a small business survive these tough times. But you sent the letter that follows my letter, below. I can not give you $9800 a month and I can not start in september. Unfortunately abc did not read my complaint about chase and specifically you, but there are others. I have said this before but will say it again, one more time. My building is up for sale at $1, 300, 000. I owe you under $800, 000; since you are the mortgage holder (Whether you agree with that decision to get it from washington mutual or not) you will get your money first, come hell or high water. Why don’t you answer my question when I ask "with this in mind, what is your problem?” why don’t you help a small business that is trying to save 13-14 jobs and hopefully hire more? Your employer advertises that it basically loves small business. Is this helping small business? I am a mechanical engineer, not a finance guy, but you do not make sense. Chase has no risk involved in my proposal, none, zero. So why don’t you want to help? I just do not understand chase bank. As you will see, I am going to pursue this matter with your higher ups. By way of this letter, I will ask my us senators and congressmen to help me get an answer as to why are you trying to foreclose on my building when all you have to do is wait until october when I will be able to start paying you the monthly mortgage payment if the building has not been sold by then. As soon as it is sold you will get all your money, including for a few months of non payment on my part, plus interest. As per the attached letter, I put my building up for sale late 2009. The letter indicates that in 2009, $1, 800, 000 asking price was very reasonable. Two weeks ago, I told my new realtor that I will take $1, 300, 000. That is $500, 000 below what it was two years ago, and $600, 000 below 4 years ago. Don’t you have any feelings for what has happened to my small business which has also been clobbered by chinese imports for the past 7 years? Or is this part of a scheme for chase to get a building way below market? Are you instructed to do this? Luckily, and no thanks to any bank, u. S. Manufactured products are becoming in demand again, and our customer base has already increased by 35 % just in the past month due to the fact that all our 49 products are manufactured in usa. We also supply several blind and handicap shops throughout america with our writing instrument components. They, in turn, assemble, package and sell the pens to their respective states and federal government. It’s a way for the disadvantaged people to feel good about themselves by going to work. I am sure they will also be appreciative of your hard nose attitude when they lose their jobs. So if you want to close another small manufacturing company, go ahead. I will just try to find out what your problem is with my proposal, not withstanding your dislike of it.

Mrs. Oroumieh:

Forbearance is considered in situations where there is a short-term solution to the problem. You did not provide any details of your forbearance proposal. Generally in appropriate situations, we consider a three or four month period where the current payment is made as well as an additional amount to cure the delinquency. If this plan is what you contemplated or what you are requesting, this plan would need to start with the september 2011 payment with a minimum of $9, 809.88 per month for 4 months to cure the delinquency (One payment plus & frac14; of the delinquent payment amount). Subject to senior management approval, and your complete performance under the terms of the forbearance, the bank would be willing to waive accrued late charges and default interest which are due.

Should you wish to proceed with a forbearance arrangement described above, please let me know and I will present the proposal to senior management for their review and consideration. The bank continues to fully reserve its rights and remedies under the terms of the loan documents. Again, time is of the essence.

Sincerely,
Catherine miller

JPMorgan Chase deliberate fraud

Dealing with Chase has been the most frustrating experience of my life. 10 Months ago, we received a certified mail letter accelerating our loan because we were "3 months Late"--only problem--we weren't late. Turns out they had put our payments in a suspense file each month since adding a 120 dollar per month "escrow increase" to the payment without notifying us. It took, literally 3 weeks of daily telephone calls and intervention by the Iowa Attorney General's office to get them to deal with us. After all was fixed by our hard work--not even an apology letter. Then in April I lost my job--and we actually DID fall behind--and made modified repayment arrangements-- we were told to expect a written modification agreement that would stop the accelerated foreclosure process--and convinced to make a Large down payment in advance of the document (3 months of payments in one payment). 3 days before the second payment was due on the modified repay agreement, we received a certified mail letter announcing foreclosure was moving forward and no mod was going to be honored. These are despicable, sick people who belong in prison--not behind a banker's desk. They deliberately lied to get a large lump sum payment--and when I sent them a letter of protest certified mail, they simply ignored it. I called to customer service 3 weeks after the certified mail letter of protest was signed for--and was told in no uncertain terms that they did not feel bound by the agreements made at customer service and that as a matter of POLICY they continue foreclosure until you are 100% caught up--even if they make a modification arrangement.

JPMorgan Chase quickpay service is terrible

A Chase customer has to use their QuickPay system to send a person to person payment. They can't do a simple wire transfer or ACH like every other real bank but rather they make the receiver set up an account in their QuickPay system. They ask a million questions and require user names, password and security codes. If you happen to forget either the password or security code and call customer service, you get this lame customer service department that can reset or delete the account you can't log on.

I will never become a Chase customer nor will I ever accept person to person payments from a Chase customer.

While it says people who are not QP customers can use the service, you cannot retrieve your password unless you have an account. Does that make sense?

Tried to set up a new account and after finally getting past all the odd account set up questions, it says my email address was already in use and reset the entire page.

If you really hate your friends, send them money this way!

Chase quakpay took four times my rent, without authorization. It was set up and reviewed by them, and I clearly repeated no automatic. I was told after the first time taking out rent, they would return it and stop. But no, not returned and up to 2.8 k taken! 16 days of calls and rudeness. Criminal. Do not use.

The Chase Quickpay system is very frustrating for users who forget their password and or username (especially if you are not a chase bank member).

Their account recovery for passwords and user ID's is so unnecessarily poor in User Experience Design ( knowing this as I'm User Experience & Visual Design professional ) and I immediately was aware of the frustration when I could not remember my exact username and password.

In my case I couldn't remember both username and password so I could either try and guess the right username to the Custer Service Rep, or my account could be Deleted and start over! Yes, literally play a guessing game while on the phone with an agent that was looking at my exact username. ( I even came within a partial match and they still would not tell me the username)

I didn't hesitate to let them know that process was already a Security RISK! If I wanted to pretend to be someone else and some how knew the account holders email address I could potentially just DELETE HIS OR HER ACCOUNT without their knowledge, without having them even verify my identity. They do not even check for addresses, Social Security Numbers, linked Bank Account information, or anything else. They will gladly let you try and guess a username (without verifying identity) but won't let you have access unless you guess correctly. But they will gladly let you ERASE the account if you can't guess it, no problem at all! Very dangerous!

Very displeased by the service. Do yourself a favor and continue to use something like paypal. Much more secure, hassle free password recovery, and much faster in transferring funds.

Just told my QuickPay sender to cancel and mail me a check. Most unbelievably cumbersome and unpleasant experience trying to re-enable an account which they tell me is 'locked'. The phone number they give doesn't even have any options for a quickpay account recovery. You have to sit through 5 minutes of BS only to discover there's no option for you. So you pound on the zero key for a while until some minimum wage halfwit from halfway around the world who has neither the tools nor the mental capacity to do anything about your situation comes on the line. That's how I want to spend 2 hours of my life. Thanks for completely alienating me, Chase. Good luck getting me to open those 3 unsolicited credit card offers that come in each week.

Chase quickpay is TERRIBLE! It seems to have lost my account because my written down passwords and security codes dont work. It seems to want to force me to use my chase credit card account for quick pay however it says my email address is already in use. HAA like I didn't know that. This system is ###ed and I hope all the banks fail miserably because they can't do anything right.

Chase QuickPay's login is VERY FRUSTRATING! Firstly, the user name has to contain numbers... secondly, if you forget the password, then the only way to reset it is to either have a security code (who the hell remembers a security code if they forget the password?)... or have an account number which isn't available unless you already log in. In short, there is no way to have Chase send an email with a password reset link if you forget your password.

JPMorgan Chase loss draft dept

Don't ever have a fire or loss with Chase as your lender. It took us nearly five months to receive all of our funds escrowed after our loss which was relatively minor. Our insurance company promptly paid with them additonally named on drafts. We had to pay our contractors and some subs out of our own funds because every time we phoned Chase they gave us a totally different story as to what was required to release our funds. Noone would wait for payment that long! They ordered an inspection and the company received the wrong paperwork for another property further delaying the inspection. It was done and a few weeks later we received another letter telling us our inspection was being ordered. We were told this was an error - imagine. They either hire incompetent folks, tell them to lie, or don't have a clue how to run a department.

Chase is completely incompetent at answering phone calls and giving straight advice. I had to hire an attorney and force them to small claims court in order to get them to release an insurance check. The entire process took well over six months!

JPMorgan Chase fools

About a year and a half ago I had a reduction in income and was able to work out payments with all other creditors except Chase Auto Finance. American Honda Finance was nice enough to waive one payment and place it at the end of the loan because I was a good customer and have never been behind before. Chase called after I was ten days late. I explained the situation I would be anywhere from 0 to 30 days late. They insisted on payment immediately. I told them I can't pay but not to worry I would not be anymore late than 30 days. My rep then began to ask my home address I complied. Then she said they have the right to recover their Collateral and that my car was not safe. She then asked me where I work. I stated nothing has changed since the application. She then said they have a right to their collateral. She then asked me the color make and model of the vehicle. I said you should have that already because I have your collateral, you made the loan on the car you should even have the VIN number. At that point I saw this is going nowhere... She then said in a calm voice so I will note the account that you were rude and uncooperative. I started to laugh and said you do what ever you want, come pick the car up if needed (to bad it goes from garage to garage five days a week), as stated I will continue to make payments just on time to 30 days late... at this point she tried to shout / talk over me and I just kept going wished her a good day as she started stammering sir...sir...sir... and click. They have tried to contact me via relatives. On my work, home, and cell phone I have a call block feature so it does not ring and dumps VM's. I can see if I go on-line Chase usually call a few times a day. I'll never borrow money from Chase, but American Honda Finance I will use again for sure. Cheers!

JPMorgan Chase new fees

Just looked at my business account on-line. There is a 'misc debit' of $4.00. The description says 'stop pay renewal fee'. What the heck is this? It already costs $25 to stop payment on a check!

Same $4 fee here and no checks were stopped. I expect better from Chase, as I otherwise find them to be an excellent bank.

They did the same to the business account of the company I work with. Can you imagine a million customer charged of $4.00...It's mean 4, 000, 000.00...?

Hi. I just got the same thing in one of my business accounts. I called and had it removed on principle. Of course, it is a waste of most businesspeople's time, including mine, to spend 15 minutes on the phone dealing with a $4 fee. This is Chase's way of driving up revenues. I would be willing to bet that they and all the other banks pulling this BS will be hit with a class action lawsuit eventually. And then everyone will get their $4 back minus legal fees. Woohoo. Here's a link to a quick post in the New York Times on the subject: http://www.nytimes.com/2010/07/25/your-money/25haggler.html?_r=0

JPMorgan Chase no modification

Like many others I too got nothing but the run around from Chase. My loan was originally with WAMU. I'd been approved for a modification with WAMU right before they were taken over by Chase. I received a letter confirming my loan modification approval and about a month later got a so called welcome letter from Chase stating that they'd be taking over my loan. The letter went as far as to say that there would be NO CHANGES to my loan other than that the payments would now be made to Chase instead of WAMU. About 3 months into making my new mortgage payments I noticed that the payments were not being cashed by Chase so I went into the nearest branch to ask why and was told to call their mortgage department. When I called I was told that the terms of the modification were no longer applicable and that I needed to start over and reapply for a new loan modification. As much as I didn't want to I complied. I submitted all the new/updated documentation. This is where my story is just like everybody elses...I submitted and resubmitted and resubmitted and resent the same stuff over and over and over again. Each time I called in I got a different answer and a different person and 9 modification applications and 2 years and 7 months later I've gotten NOTHING except further behind on my payments because Chase will not allow me to make any payments. During this 2 year 7 month god aweful process I've now lost my job as a result of my company closing the department that I worked in and of course Chase called to tell me that they just needed a paystub and they'd be done with my modification. When I told them that I'd been laid off they told me that they can't use unemployment income to help me qualify. Never mind that they've taken almost three years to do what they didn't need to do to begin with! I'M SO SICK OF THEM. I FEEL LIKE I'VE BEEN ROBBED OF THE ONLY THING I HAD. I OWE CHASE LESS THAN WHAT THE HOME IS WORTH SO THEY WILL GET ALL THEIR MONEY BACK IF THEY FORELCOSE AND I HONESTLY THINK THEY DID THIS ON PURPOSE TO MAKE UP FOR THE LOSES THAT THAY'VE HAD TO TAKE ON THE OTHER HOMES THAT DIDN'T HAVE ANY EQUITY. If anybody knows a way that I can get help and save my home please HELP. I'm a sinlge mom and will never be able to buy a home again. I invested every cent I had to get this home for my son and I with the intention of one day leaving it to my son.

I am looking for individuals to join me in a potential Class Action lawsuit against Chase Bank for violating my home owner rights and failing to follow Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) guidelines. Ifyou were approved for the trial period, made all of your scheduled payments on time live in NYS, andthen you were denied for a modification, please contact me. joejoe1815 gmail

Deadbeats are like cockroaches coming out of the wordwork. I know a way to save your home PAY YOUR BILLS. Accept responsibility for the contract you signed when you first bought the house. Put on your big boy pants.
