I had a mcdonalds breakfast delivered just after 10am today 21 august 2023, when the driver arrived the hot chocolate that was with the order has spilled over and soaked not just the bag with hot chocolates but also the food that was ordered, I sent over the details and attached images to the email they sent as requested but still I receive an email to state that they are sorry etc but won't be able to refund on this occasion. Its not the first time this has happened, I've had wrong orders sent and missing items from orders and each time I get the same email stating they will not refund on this occasion. I'm actually stunned at how bad a company they have became! I won't be ordering through them again that's for sure. It becomes theft when something you've paid for doesn't arrive and money isn't returned. Its also theft when a problem like the above happens and no money is returned despite proof of what happened sent to them. Very poor business practice and really bad customer service.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund and an apology for having to take more time out my day to deal with this when I really shouldn't have too!
