I contacted you on a matter a few months ago and made a payment to you for what I considered was not a good answer, I now notice you are still taking money out of my account. Please stop taking anymore payments out of my account. If I get anymore payments taken from my account I will have to contact my bank and get anymore requests blocked as I think these payments are dishonest

I had a question regarding a legal matter. I was searching for answers on Google when Justanswer popped up, I typed up my question and it said "Experts are available, $1 to get an answer". Ok, great I put my information in and opted out of the membership.
I just wanted the 1 question answered for $1, like advertised. I got my answer having had a text conversation with the "Expert", then it kept asking me to pay $40 for a voice call. I declined, having my answer already, I declined the membership and the voice call.
Much to my surprise they charged me a day later for the membership fee.
Don't you know stealing is wrong? and after I declined more then once how do you justify charging my account?.
You can't say there's a miscommunication, because I clearly declined the voice call and membership.

They refunded my account, I had to say they didn't answer my question. The ad said $1 for my answer, it was $5 and they charged $46 on the down low for membership. I got $46 back.

This is a SCAM site that tried to defraud a senior citizen in our care by high jacking her search for IRS help and pretended to be and IRS person even taking her credit card info for 'help' only to find out it was justanswer.com who set her up with a monthly 'membership' charging her $82 a month!
All she wanted to do was get the IRS to send her a tax return and suddenly these SCUMBAGS are charging a senior citizen a monthy charge for $82 for nothing...they obviously couldnt assist with her tax return they just stole the money and tried to scam her every month!

This company is such a scam. Went on site August 1 2021 about getting information on a illegal foreclosure and removal. Paid the 5.00 and got emails saying my question had been answered..
Nothing was there. Then they wanted me to pay more $? No way... don't trust law his it is... from personal experience and left the site. Figured lost 5.00 but learned a lesson.

I paid £5 for a few online questions. However, Just Answer took from my bank account £51 in August and £51 in September without my authorisation.
I contacted Just Answer via their chatline and was told I entered a membership! At no point was I told this because I would not have proceeded.
They told me as a one time courtesy they would refund £51. I said no you took £102 without my authority. They terminated the chatline.

I am in several crises and all kinds of emergencies. I wrote out a very long, detailed complaint but due to the oppression, abuse, trauma, persecution I face I cannot post that complaint right now, hopefully later. But I just wanted to say quickly for anyone wondering, this service really sucks. The experts most of the time are clueless and dont know whats going with you or whats going on in general or even in their field. No matter how many symptoms you tell them they dont know and dont care most of the time. Customer service is severely rude and really bad and unhelpful. Its a grift. Beware. Also beware of their phony replies to reviews and complaints all over the internet. Fake! They have turned off Facebook reviews and google reviews to keep the truth from coming out. This is all I can say for now as I'm in a very bad and dangerous situation.

Service using PAYPAL to scam people: I was asked to pay a $5 fee for using the service. I agreed to the $5 but a week later, was charged $46. I thought it was an annual fee, but the next month, I was charged $46. It's a scam. I will let you know if they refund the $92 to me within the next 3-5 business days. This is literally a way to take people's money and they know it. I'm sad it's not an actual service and people are making money off of the disabled. The goal of this business organization is to take money from real, honest people without earning a penny of it. I pray for their souls to choose Jesus and get out of the scamming business. Made a phone call to an internet search result, looking for an online veterinarian. My dog was very sick on the weekend. Found https://dogshealthinfo.com/online-veterinarian and called. I was told there would be a $28 charge to chat with a vet. I agreed and talked with a vet and got my problem resolved. BUT since then the above VETERINARIAN*JUSTANSWR800-240-1371CA has charged my credit card three additional times, each month for $31 for a total of $93. I did NOT agree to any further payments past the initial $28. To me this constitutes fraud and has been reported to my credit card company, who is contacting them and blocking any future charges to my account. Apparently this particular phone number has numerous complaints for fraudulent charges.

I was charged $ 46.00 on the 23rd of July by this company. Called them and was told I had ok'ed a subscription . I did not. Then was told they do not give refunds. Earlier this evening, at 9:34pm on 10/7/2021, I typed a legal question into my search engine when an ad for justanswer.com popped up offering legal advice for a fee of $1. I typed in my question and I clicked on the link and entered my credit card information, only to have my credit card company send me an alert that I had been charged $60. I went back to look at the registration page and while the $60 membership is mentioned, it is written in a very misleading way, making it seem as if I'd be charged $60 after a free trial period had ended. It is clearly designed to dupe people into entering their credit card info assuming they'll be charged $1. They do not clearly explain the difference between a $1 'joining fee' and a membership. I canceled my membership at 9:37pm and I immediately contacted the company asking for a $59 refund. They responded at 9:59pm explaining that this is not possible since I already used the service. I was subscribed for exactly 6 minutes. I clearly did not intend to purchase a monthly membership, and would not have spent that much money if I was fully aware of the situation.

I read that there was a 7 day trial period so I signed up answered my question gave my credit card info but after receiving a response that was exactly what I read on Google I decided to cancel (about 20 min after I enrolled) so I cancel snd still get charged the $47.00 ($46 membership and $1.00 to lure you in).
