I have been a customer with Just Fab for almost 3 years
I have been a customer with Just Fab for almost 3 years now. I love being with this company. Almost everything that I have purchased from them have been well made items. I also always get compliments on my items (shoes and purses) whenver i wear them out!^_^ When that happens, I always get a really good burst of confidence! Something that all women need.
There were on 2 items, out of the 20+ items that i have purchased from them, that had quality issues. Just Fab though, has always help make up for it when you address the issue to them. Plus, shipping is free both ways!
I feel that most of the complaints Just Fab gets are from people who haven't read the terms and conditions. ALWAYS read them BEFORE putting you credit card info on a website. Even if you get charged because you forgot to skip the month (which is mentioned in the terms and conditions), you get store credit which can be used to buy one of many great items.
It's also great getting free items as well, with their loyalty program. You get points per dollar on each purchase. Once reaching 350 pts, you get to get a free item of your choice! 350 sounds like a lot, but Just Fab always has sales, specials, and promotions that will help you get more bang for your buck!
All in all, I love Just fab, and I'm hoping that more people will give them a chance. Because once you give them a chance, you will never want to leave them!

I've been a member of Fabletics, JustFabs sister brand for a few months. I got an e-mail about JustFab and decided to give it a try. I'm now a VIP member for both sites and I have no problem with remembering to skip the month. I found the VIP member terms and conditions easy to understand and am beyond confused how so many people haven't grasped the concept. If you don't skip, you get a credit. I've never had issues with skipping or using the credit if I forgot to skip. My first order from JustFab had four items, two I liked, two I didn't. I called up customer service and they both helped me with my return as well as an exchange. They made sure I got the same deal that I purchased the items with so I'm not losing out on any savings. Ryan, the customer service representative, was quick, easy to communicate with, and left me feeling great about the service I'm subscribed too.
As far as the items I did keep-
I am amazed at the quality of these clothes/shoes. The denim fits great, is true to size, and feels like real, sturdy denim. The shoes were adorable, comfortable, and well made. Mind you, I examine my items for loose seams, pull at the stitching, look for excess adhesive, etc. These items easily passed the test and I couldn't be happier.
Bottom line: Read the terms and skip the months if you don't want to be charged. The clothing is great and customer service is excellent. I have never had any issues with this service.

JustFabulous which is an online SHOE CLUB offers beautiful shoes, jewelry and handbags at a wonderful price. I have been a member for several months and have purchased 15 pairs of shoes and 2 handbags. The best part is that several of my shoes were chosen FOR ME (I chose to purchase them of course. ;) by my own amazing fashion stylists! I have had to return two pairs of shoes due to sizing issues and I must say that they have amazing customer service with FREE easy hassle free shipping on all returns. All you do is print the return slip and mail, should it be an exchange they ship your exchange the second the post office scans the package in! Unlike with most "clubs" (DVD, music, etc...) where you have to make a commitment to buy and/or they just send you something without notification you simply only click an easy button asking JustFab to "skip this month" to avoid being charged a credit redeemable for a pair of shoes/bag/jewelry and should you never want to purchase again all you have to do is cancel via their customer service link, no real commitment. ALL of this information is available in the Terms of service, customer service reps remind you every time you call in and it is listed in EVERY email they send out. JustFab also reminds you in a special email to click to skip the month should you forget. I am VERY happy with my membership to Just Fabulous and never miss a month! Just be sure to read the terms of service in it's ENTIRETY, make sure to have justfab emails unrestricted so they do't go into spam and you will never have a problem! I've been a JustFab member for 2 years now and I love them. I recently tried to get a friend to join but she said she didn't want to because of the horrible reviews. So I just wanted to put in my experience.
I did start exactly like everyone else, I wanted to buy a pair and didn't realise they automatically sign you up for a membership and take your money every month, so after 3 month of them taking out my money I called and tried to cancel and they said I would lose my credits if I canceled so I should use them first and then cancel. Fast foward 2 years later and I still have a membership.
First: Before you sign up. When you buy your first pair, they start your membership automatically. You have to call immidiately if you dont want to continue with them and to avoid any future charges.
Second: You can skip every month from the 1st to the 5th if you need to, personally they are not the only company that takes out automatic payments so it's not that hard to remember for me.*I skip alot just because you can't combined dicounts and credits and there are sales almost every month*
Third: Don't expect to wear the same size in every shoe it varies depending on the the style. As soon as your order gets to you, try them on. You have 30 days to request an exchange and after putting in the request you have 7 days to print the exchange label and send the shoes by post. If you just want a refund you pay like a fee of $5.95.
Lastly, Customer Service: I've called many times (I have their number saved to my contacts) and always talked to someone from the Philippines. I did have a problem once, the gentleman could not understand what shoe I wanted to exchange and kept saying the wrong one, he was still very nice.
It sucks so many woman have issues with them, they really do have great shoes!

I think JustFab is f*ing great! I could see how most people would think they're getting scammed since they probably didn't take the time to learn how the site works.
So far the quality of the products has exceeded my expectations... Sometimes you do have to wait and browse the site because yeah, the selection of stuff is sometimes bland. But if you're patient enough you will find some super trendy stuff.
This site is NOT a scam it's just a complex system. You do not have to be charged every month if you don't want to.
It is true, they won't tell you upfront that there's a monthly fee, but that entire fee turns into credits which can be used towards products. OR you can "skip" the month meaning you won't get charged.
They also don't tell you that you can't use those credits for any of their sales (which are usually great!). So in that sense it can be annoying. If you choose not to skip the month and you get a credit, AND there's a sale, you have to choose one or the other. The key is: just skip every month!
Then you won't get charged but I believe you can still shop the sales. Also, if you shop the sales BEFORE the day they charge you (the 6th of every month), they won't charge your monthly fee!
It's really only a good deal for those of us who like to shop often, if you just want a one time deal don't shop here. You also have to be diligent enough to keep up with skipping the month or shopping. If you're not, you'll end up being charged monthly and then POed that you can't even use your credits for the sale. This is how JustFab gets a bad wrap.
It's a sales tactic and it works, because you keep going back to their site. In my eyes everybody wins with this site.

Great deals, great customer service
For everyone saying justfab is a scam and they've been charged without knowing, you must be a complete idiot who didn't read the fine print. They clearly state that they are a subscription service but its super easy to skip multiple months or even just cancel the entire service to avoid being charged. I set a reminder in my phone for day one of the 5 days and take a split second out of my day to skip. That being said, the deals are awesome and the merchandise is cute and as good a quality that you would buy at any normal store in the mall. We're not talking hand stitched leather boots here, but really who is willing to shell out that kind of cash for a seasons fashion? The normal prices are comparable to kohls etc. but nothing is ever regular price for long. They repeatedly have 30% off sales along with 2 for $25 and those ten dollar fashion steals. I regularly get 3 pair of shoes/boots and an item of clothes for $50 total and oftentimes less! I always get tons of compliments on the things I buy from them. Their customer service is phenomenal as well. Out of the 9 shoes I have bought from them I did have a problem with the sole separating on one. I called and they immediately offered to replace it at no cost to me. After realizing that they were out of my size I decided to keep the boot and get it fixed and they offered 50% off of my next total purchase Instead. When I called in to make my purchase they even offered on their own to reduce my total even more and my boots ended up costing $9. I have never had such friendly and accommodating customer service reps in my life. I'm used to arguing with people in Pakistan for every little thing! The call center did seem to be in a different country but everyone was very helpful and nice. I will continue to give my business to just fab and I've been telling everyone to give it a try. You won't regret it!

I had been harboring a lot of uncertainty prior to contacting JustFab again.
I had invested a lot of time with agents in recent calls prior as they had done with me and feared I may come across ungrateful given their amazing level of assistance and resolution accepted that calling in again so soon after about something else could be perceived in a negative light and spoke with a couple agents back to back.
I had noted something while reviewing my order history while checking something else when something came to light that I felt was important enough to bring up and called in. It was then that I'd connected with this agent.
Even though I wasn't very clear at first and talked a bit in circles, they managed the call to bring me to the point more directly and proceeded to service every single aspect of every request and question I had had. They additionally saw to addressing even lingering concerns they'd picked up on from within my initial ramblings that saved me the mental effort to clarify myself.
Because the resolution I desired was not immediately available and as expected further investigation was necessary, future follow up was promised following their initiative to forwarded my situation to the appropriate departments & adjusted my expectations accordingly.
In doing so, they saw to it that that all my needs were addressed and left me feeling that I was not unreasonable to bring the matter to JustFabs attention despite not being promised an outcome.
Given the amount of patience, dedication & efforts my agent made during our communication, they rank far above the metrics of scoring available.
I believe they are a member of your team that outperforms the great customer service I have had the good fortune to experience over my years as a consumer and recognize that they stand out as an elite amongst their peers.
What sets them apart is that they not only delivered superb and dutiful service but did so with kindness, sincerity and displayed an emphatic response to my key issues. I am grateful to have connected with them.
A little knowledge and understanding
I am an Elite member of JUSTFAB for almost 3 consecutive years now.
Everybody complaints about a lengthy Terms and Conditions stating that nobody reads it to which in fact it has provided before placing an order a fine print to tell about how VIP Works in a very clear, straightforward and leighman's term manner that there MAY BE a charge or otherwise SKIP if you don't want to make a purchase. It is so sad to read a lot of bad reviews provided by people who does not even care how to read and know about it better and take note they have 24/7 CSR to help you fully understand how it works for those who have low IQ. It's predictable that there are situations that were least to what we expect but nevertheless can be resolved by means of being so cooperative. And oh btw, Justfab is not a membership it's a fashion subscription rather wherein the concept is same to take it or leave it or to buy or not and skip. Let me tell you what, I have been charged but that was not pocketed by Justfab and it was converted into a credit which can be used in your later purchase and if you don't want it for now then you can ask for a refund. Simple as that! No need to argue. CSR (Fashion Consultants as they call it) are superb and is very knowledgeable about the product, they're fantastic and easy to deal with, it's just about a matter of respect and cooperation. Sometimes we are becoming very arrogant unknowingly thought that CSRs have hearts too. Before we end, let me ask you? How can a business continue (Especially here in US) if they are SCAM and there are CELEBRITY NAMES attached to it? Did you ever hear celebrities who are ambassadors of this business complained? I bet none!. Anyway, Justfab was Superb and is truly amazing. I just couldn't thank them for giving us branded shoes at a very affordable price and has been endorsed by a celebrity. How about giving them a try? If it ain't work then leave and go. If you feel dissatisfied about the service? Let them know, they have ears who knows how to listen and might we think they'll try to give us something we never thought.

Hello everyone! I want to come on here and let people know that JustFab is not a Scam, not Thieves, not Cons, Not any of that! JustFab is a subscription service based company! When you go on the site to order you are brought thru a series of questions and you also have to click on the terms and conditions in order to even place your order! In the terms it states, you have between the 1st and the 5th of each and every month, we have 12 of them, to either shop or skip, if you do not shop or skip, THEN you are charged a credit, which goes to your account! It doesn't go to anyone else's account, it goes to your account and you can spend it on whatever you choose! I have been a customer since 2011 and I have never been charged! JustFab has a team of stylists that puts the different boutiques together! So every month, new items are added and you get to see the items first hand between the 1st and the 5th! I know many ladies that are customers, even my best friend, we never get charged, bc we skip! Set a reminder, write it on the calendar! But don't bash a company bc you didn't read the terms and conditions that you have to check off before you can even order! I hear it all the time and it's usually the same scenerio, they did not read! JustFab has excellent customer service, JustFab has excellent ladies and gentlemen working for them, JustFab also has an awesome return/exchange policy set in place! I really and truly love this company and I have been extremely satisfied with my account for 6 1/2 years! Now that is excellent customer service and an excellent business! Lastly, if I have to attach my credit card, debit card, anything that has to do with my money, I am going to read front back and side to side before I just attach it and go! This is the issue, you have to read, you cannot just click click click bc you see a pair of shoes or a purse that you must have! Ladies, please read so that JustFab doesn't keep being bashed as something they are not! It's imperative that one read what they are clicking on! Thank you for your time and please remember to read! They've been great, but
Their plan is something you get stuck in. It's a business model for making money so it's quite brilliant. If you don't opt out each month, you get a charge which banks in your account for credits. Each one is 39.99 towards purchases. If things are more expensive, you have to pay cash in addition to using a credit and for sale things, you still have to use a whole credit even if it's only $10. They claim that the $10 is a sale available with no other offers (which includes VIP's very special price of $39.99-[actually, that is not a cheap price], so you pay the regular price of $39.99 + via one of your banked up credits, or you pay cash and get the special price. Sometimes you cannot return clearance. You do get free shipping with VIP membership. I have never had a problem with making a return or exchange in 7 years except they run out of my size often. It's been just as easy as Amazon returns with the exact same requirements BUT, if you want a refund you will pay restocking fees which may include S&H. The way to avoid that is by having them issue you credits. And this is why after 7 years I can't seem to get out but I am in the habit now of "skipping the month" as to no get any further credits. I don't want more credits, I just want the membership for the great sales. That's the way to do it! Some stuff is super cheap but others are good enough and some are surprisingly good. They have a great selection of stuff that I get compliments on all of the time.
ONe time, my stuff was shipped to the wrong address in my account ( to my daughter's house in California) by my own fault. Worse yet, she didn't live there anymore. 3 pairs of boots were delivered and enjoyed by somebody. Just Fab gave me back all 3 credits which they certainly did not need to do. Website is sooo slow! Phone agents are to rehearsed and annoying, trained to say, "yes ma'am I am sorry to hear that this didn't work out for you, blah blah..."
I was kind of annoyed with them and started reading reviews and I realized that most people just don't understand or aren't cut out for this program. I been treated so well and felt I had to share that I haven't had any of the complaints I have read in this forum. You do need to be responsible as with all online accounts, and reconcile your account on occasion. I don't think they are deliberately trying to rip people off (beyond what their business model intends & we agree to).

I have been a member for years. Over the years a few times I have forgotten to skip the month. I hate having to remember each month to go on and skip and sometimes I forget. Over the years I have used some credits and accrued others. Every time I order items with my credits, they arrive and don't fit, or aren't what I expected from the photos. I have 1 item in all my orders that actually fit and I like. I have been waiting to use my credits so I can cancel my membership and not have to remember to skip the month each month. Every time I go on to find something I think MIGHT fit, it is sold out. When I do find something, and add it to my cart, the total keeps changing. I have 4 items in my cart and somehow I am still paying and only using 2 of my 4 credits. What?!? I reached out to customer service, and she changed one of my credits to in store credit, didn't help me with my cart, and ended the chat! Then I got an email that said she had cancelled my VIP membership! I would like my 4 credits refunded and my membership to remain cancelled.
I've been trying to cancel my VIP membership for a while. I tried back 2 yrs ago they told me I had to use whatever credit I had left before I could cancel my membership. Was never able to cancel. They have been charging me 49.95 for years now and just posted a payment on my card. I haven't used this stupid memebership for years and just want a refund for all the money they have taken out of my account. The phone number doesn't work and I've tried live chat which also is no help. It's a scam all around. Never buy from them.

Everything i have ordered from here is extremely cheap! Shoes fall a part with in 3 wears and the clothes fit soooo off. Im so disappointed. I have tried to call and cancel my VIP membership before, asking for a refund for unused credits.. which never happened. I have 6 unused credits, it's such a hassle to remember to "skip this month" I've been trying to remember to do that for 10+ years and it's getting old. I would like a FULL refund and to just completely cut ties with JF.
Each month, I need to remember to skip my month or be charged for the service. It is infuriating because some months are easy to forget to logon and skip the month. I asked to cancel my membership and they told me if I cancelled I would lose all of my credits. They couldn't refund my credits! What? I paid my money for what? So I've racked up 13 credits which I will never use because I have only ordered a few times. So I haven't cancelled because I still have these credits to use which I will never use and they are sitting there...my money. And 13 credits is a lot. It's a lot of my money that is tied up. It is ridiculous that the company keeps charging every month if you forget to skip and also will not refund the credits. I would like my credits refunded and my membership cancelled.

Just Fab is a SCAM! I got lured in with one of their sales. They have cute things and I felt like I could play their game with the membership and skip months. After about a year of trying to keep up with the skipping months I was charged 3 different times. In all honesty that was my bad. I decided this model didn't work for me so I used up my credits got a great order of shoes (although I didn't really want it they were cute) and cancelled my account, or so I thought. My last purchase was on 09/21. Today I checked my bank statement and after 9 months of no contact or charges I randomly got charged on 06/22. I thought for sure it would be a fixable mistake. I get how things happen and I just need to talk to a representative. Well, that was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I'm someone who stays very positive, works my way through things, and moves on. I focus on leaving good reviews, and speaking with the manager if there's a bad situation. Well this situation is so bad that I was pushed to the frustration point of swearing at them in the chat and leaving this review because they clearly do not care at all and just want to take people's money. After repeatedly saying my experience and wanting a refund they kept telling me how great their monthly membership is and that I should keep it and they'll add credits. After I was very clear I don't want credits I want a refund and to cancel their membership they went ahead and cancelled it but wouldn't refund me. So basically that meant that I still had a $39.95 USD credit, that I was charged for and would need to use, but now I lost access to my discount so I would be forced to "spend" that money and now have a higher price point, total BS! After getting very upset and mentioning what I've seen here on their BBB page, they quickly offered me a refund which seemed very easy for the representative to do. People shouldn't have to be pushed to this level of frustration to get a refund. Do better!
Just trying to get through to someone to cancel a membership is way harder than it should be. Quite ridiculous honestly. I had to cancel because they're now charging for the tariff placed on shipments from China. The quality of the products is sub par as they fall apart easily and don't last. The cancellation process is indeed frustrating as they continue to push you to keep the membership. After 5 years I haven't found anything on their site worth purchasing and yet they continued to push it. After four attempts, I finally got the membership cancelled. It seemed far too easy for the rep to close the account. While I believe their cancellation process is more difficult than it should be and the products are cheaply made, if you only want wear the shoes for one season then toss them, it could be worth the headache of this company.
Justfab has turned into the biggest scam. It started out pretty fair years ago. You would pay *** a month, then you could pick an item for *** and get free shipping. Then they started doing all these "discounts" and making you spend *** to get free shipping. So the item could be priced *** , but it's on sale for *** But credits don't apply towards discounts, so you still owe them money if you want that item. 🤯 No matter what the discount was, I could never checkout without owing money anymore even though I bought in monthly with the membership. I didn't even spend my last credit, I just canceled because there was no item I could buy without giving them more money even though I paid 50 a month and the items cost less than
SCAM ALERT! JustFab has the WORST Customer Service I've ever experienced. For all the people who said they cancelled their membership be warned. I had to call, live chat etc MANY times to get this cancelled. They lie all the time. After I cancelled I kept getting billed. Each person from Live Chat & calling tells you a different story***How unfortunate you have to give them 1 star so you can post a review. They need a button for 0 for all of us who got ripped off.

Was a VIP member for 6 years. It was a good deal over all. Shoes are worth what you end up paying for them after they've been marked down. Overall pretty satisfied. They lost me when i had two back to back orders "delivered" but never received. They were quick to help and offer store credit for the first order. I was super impressed. But when I essentially reordered what I hadn't received and didn't receive it the second time- I talked to 5 different representatives over the course of a week and a half and was told "there's nothing we can do" Had I simply been warned I only was safeguarded for poor delivery on a one time basis- I wouldn't have tried to reorder at my current location. Poor communication. Super disappointed.

IU have just Just Fab many years ago and never, ever had a problem with delivery. I received a message on the 18th of April advising me that my package was delivered. After arriving home there was no package. My daughter-in-law was home and she advised that no one rang the door bell and there was no package when she left to work. After contacting the company they gave me directions on how to look for a package. Seriously how old am I? They told me to contact them in 3 days and if no package they will either rend or give me my money back. When I contacted them they then started giving ways to look for my shoes. Seriously haven't they heard of PORCH PIRATES? I never had a problem with delivery but this is ridiculous. DON'T BOTHER!

Honestly, at first. I had a lot of hope as it's hard to find Women's size 12 shoes that are cute - the sizes are way too small, whether the are wide fit or not and feels like I'm squeezing to size 10's. I also wasn't aware in the beginning that they would continuously charge me for VIP at 39.99 (or $54 Canadian), and now have 12 unused credits that I will be unable to use as their sizing is incorrect. I tried cancelling but basically got stuck in a loop of people just saying "just skip the month, we can do it for you this time, etc etc" and I'm honestly just too busy to deal with that again. All this to say - save your money and your sanity, and don't buy from here
Just like my membership I used to have with Fabletics, I rarely get an email reminding me to skip the month. I don't want to be on the phone with someone again giving me a hard time about getting my money back. I'm always threatened that they won't do it again after this time and "We send out an email every month, did you check spam?" Yes, I check my spam and trash every time and nothing is there. Please make it easier to get money back for not skipping a month. We are in the process of trying to buy a house, I cannot afford the $40 payment as everyone knows the housing market is insane and we need to have every single penny we can to get a house.

So I've been a member for several years. I've forgotten to skip several times so I've been charged and racked up quite a few credits. The problem is, in those several years, the few times I have found something worth buying and using a credit...it sells out and never restocks. Finally, recently I was able to find a few things I liked and spend several of my credits. Awesome...until days after ordering and I get a cancellation on my entire order for no noted reason whatsoever. Now I'm stuck again with credits I can't use and money of mine they are just sitting on. Do not sign up with this company. You will 100% regret doing so and by the time you want to cancel...they will talk you into keeping membership for credits you have that you will lose. Credits I can't spend anyway. Also, they're website isn't functioning so I can't even contact them to resolve this.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes. One of them came in standard instead of wide. So I figured ahh man bummer but super easy fix! Not! I call and explain the situation for the representative only to told me that I have only 2 options none of which made much sense to me. #1 To wait for the shoes to arrive, To call the Customer Service number again for them to take a report on why I'm returning them send me a return label instead of it already being in the shipment for easy issues. That I feel is really incovient for the customers. #2 for me to cancel my order,reorder, then before ordering the order to call them so they can apply the one time new user discount again. Now my thought was well if I have to reorder it anyway would she be able to just do that on her end. As someone who works in retail myself I don't mind doing this at all because it takes me like two seconds because I actually know what I'm doing and hello positive feedback and great customer service. Yet she said no she wouldn't be able to I was all around confused. No a great first impression. I hope the shoes will be great and I'm a size 11 W so its slim pickings for me but this is ridiculous.

Am I really on here? UH, JustFab! I never thought I'd find myself on the BBB forum complaining, about shoes?! Well here I am. A little back side: I've been with JustFab since 2012 and have countless shoes with them. Not only have I been VIP since, I have also ran into their shoddy "skip the month" process with successfully getting my money back a couple of times here and there. I am not here because they have lost sight of their company ( selling shoes for 39.99 ) and have jacked their retail up on lower quality items and credits never really meeting the amounts for new shoes. Nor am I here to get into the fact that I think this company stands on the shoulders of its customers- I am here because I am totally disappointed in my recent brush with their customer service. I saw that JustFab ran a special $15 Summer Styles, problem is I didn't realize I saw them on the last day of the sale. I filled my cart and went to work- forgetting to finalize my purchase. I work 16hr shifts now because of COVID-19, making my shifts and days seem like they run together. Well, needless to say I forgot about my cart. The next day I realized I needed to still buy my cart, so I log on and see the cart price isn't showing the sale. Seriously so bummed I reach out to their Customer Service. Hervey asks what I need help with and I ask if I had missed the sale, he then proceeds to leave the convo only to come back and say it had appeared it was over. I explained I had all intentions to purchase my cart but due to work demands I forgot about it. Awkwardly the convo remained open and quiet after I disclosed that info until I just accepted the feeling of defeat and x'd out of the convo. Really unhelpful. I also got a follow up e-mail about my conversation with Hervey. I said I was displeased. Still haven't heard anything from them. And even if I wanted to delete my account out of spite it would be a nightmare like one of the many people below me state. And to be quite honest- I really don't want to, because F me, I have a soft spot for JustFab even though I am thoroughly upset right now.

I just noticed a $26.25 charge pending on my credit card. So I got on the phone and was on hold 32 mins after the recording kept saying minimum of 4 minutes. As I'm on hold, at min 20, I'm checking my card app and magically the $26.25 is no longer pending. Did anyone ever get on the line to explain what that was or why it was pending? NO! See, when you call and you say to the automated system why you're calling, now they know and without even picking the line up and explaining to you what the issue was they just leave you on hold until you finally hang up. I checked my account and it shows nothing purchased so that's why I called. I believe that's just bad customer service for you never to Explain and just fix the issue as I sit on hold them play a waiting game. Like my time isn't important and I'll just keep waiting bc you made a mistake and now don't want to explain why. So if I had not payed so close attention to my credit card account and not immediately called, would That $26.25 still be charged to me for no reason? The night prior I had to call bc I was trying to skip the month but could never find the "skip month" button. My original reason for coming to the BBB to leave this review was only bc of the $26.25 charge but after all that I figured I'll be 100% honest and tell you about my full experience with JustFab over the past 2 years. I'm not sure if something changed within the company over the past 9-12 months but I didn't have issues with them prior to that. What's with them sending miss matched shoe sizes? 3 times in a row with the same style shoe, only different colors. I over looked the first time bc I was excited to have that particular color, the 2nd was the same and then the 3rd my daughter wanted them so I passed *** to her. It's the waitlist shoes that are the issue. Find a pair of sold out shoes and add them to your waitlist, within a few days the shoes "appear" and are mailed to me. I get them and they are a half size off. It's visible when sat side by side. Although the stamp on the inside says 8.5 on both, it's clear one is a 9. Or even Possible that one is an 8 and The other is an 8.5. What it looks like to me is that they have random shoes laying around with only one to the pair. A waitlist item comes through and now to make a sale or fulfill an order they pair up 2 different sized shoes, hoping the customer doesn't notice. It's a hassle to have to return something and I shouldn't have to deal with it because your company is cutting corners. With as many miss matched pairs I've been sent, I'd waste so much time sending them back and then waiting again for them to arrive. If they had come on the line after keeping me on hold for 32 minutes, I would have canceled right then. Isn't that convenient that the only way to cancel the membership is to actually have to talk to someone. No where on the website can you just cancel like you can sign up.

I was in the same situation, but successfully managed to get back the full amount of ?420. I did this by sending 3 emails. I sent one to Paypal telling them that I did not consent to these fraudulent transactions, and two to Justfab. Please find the emails I sent below and feel free to use them as templates. She also apologised and said they would refund me ?210 but that I would have to accept the rest of the money they had stolen from me in the form of shoes or clothing! The facts are, that I did not agree to these transactions, there was no credit agreement signed or in place, no confirmation that they were going to take the money. No cooling off period. No goods received for the money they have taken. The fact that they have offered to pay half of the money back and the other half in goods is an admission of guilt and I think this company is dishonest and devious. I have spoken to my bank and they have launched an investigation. I have also reported this matter to the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and Trading Standards. I am also considering reporting this issue to the Police and the FSA. Please refund this money ASAP and seriously consider any dealings you may have with this company in the future.

Your whole business model is centred around this underhand and devious sales tactic. If you are indeed striving to be as transparent as possible why is there no mention of this scam on your Home page? It is only mentioned on one page of the checkout procedure, and by this point the shopper has no intention of entering into any kind of long term relationship with you, so they are not interested in reading your extensive list of T&Cs, they just want to pay for their purchase and get on with their lives. But you at JustFab know this, which is why you are turning over so much money. You boast of 1000's of members, but how many of these people know they are members! There are literally 1000's of people on the internet all complaining about your deceptive procedures, and whole forums dedicated to people complaining about JustFab.
So please stop pretending that this situation is born from my inability to grasp your honest and transparent business model, we both know that JustFab is masquerading as another online shoe and clothing retailer, but is really a shoe of the month scheme operating in a devious way to trap people into a long term financial commitment they know nothing about.
I don't think anyone who looks for your website types into google "justfab shoe of the month scheme"!
Any long term financial commitment needs to be covered in the UK by the Consumer Credit Act, you have not adhered to this legislation. I notice that in Germany where consumer protection is more stringent, that your website is indeed honest and transparent, but you probably don't make as much profit over there as a result.
My advice to you is to completely rethink your business ethics and sales strategy. Stop tricking people out of their hard earned cash and start being honest with your customers. If you do this, you will spend less time dealing with angry people asking for refunds and more time taking orders, and repeat orders.

Registration login to shop turns into a VIP membership scam, misleading take advantage of their shopping customers with a false ad by which during registering/login to view catalog of shoes and shop my credit card information is debited for merchandise and again for a VIP membershp. Not practical and considered bad business practice. Never intend to do business with Justfab again. Shoes not best quality. The discount is warranted without tagging on additional scam fees or some kind of membership fees. This process defeats the purpose of discounted shoes.

Vip Membership plus Order Cancellation
I created an order with the company and within 15 mins I called back to cancel the ViP and Order number on 06/13 06 /2021 . The guy on the phone R.V. stated that, it was cancelled . I called back, gave the agent my order number #[protected] and stated I wanted both Vip and order cancelled. The agent stated that the order was cancelled because they could not give me the Vip prices, since I cancelled . I thought everything was ok. Today, I received and email stating my order was processed and will be arriving to me on June the 16th . I checked my account and they charged me $ 53.44 for the items that I cancelled . I received and email stating my ViP was cancelled. This constitutes fraud. I did not authorized the purchase of $53.44 . I called the company agaain and talked to RED . After they begged me for what seemed like forever, I question when I would get my refund. They abruptly ended the chat. So I started a new one and the same exact thing happened with the new agent.

Read to the end to see how they deceive you and are able to charge your credit card $39.95 every month. My daughter found some boots on this site. I gave her my credit card # to make purchase. My husband became ill and was in the hospital for months. Today I was catching up making sure everything looks ok on my statements and noticed I am being charged 39.95 for the last several months when we only made one purchase from them. I called and told them the situation and that my daughter didn't know there was a monthly fee. I was told I could not have a refund but could use the money to purchase other items. To understand how this happened I went on their website to go through the motions of purchasing something. When i got to the checkout the left hand side of the screen was the checkout price and on the right hand side is a section that says VIP membership program. Since a lot of companies have sign up offers like this my daughter didn't pay any attention to it because she wasn't interested in becoming a member, she just wanted to purchase boots! Well, they ALREADY have the VIP Membership Program CHECKED FOR YOU and if you aren't looking and UNCHECK it then it signs you up as member! Crooked!

They charge you monthly. It seems like a fair deal but be careful. When I signed up and read the terms and conditions, it was an introductory 'new members offer' that didn't state that I would be charged monthly. I only realised when I went on the USA website the terms and conditions. Avoid. The shoes I bought already broken. I wore them once. The stitching has come undone. Not worth 75 pounds I've now been charged. Its a scam.

I check, and after researching, i find out that IBI is just fab, and they took money off my card after i cancelled! What is wrong with this company?
