JustFlowers.com has proven to be a reliable choice for those seeking beautiful floral arrangements delivered promptly. One customer shared their experience of receiving a stunning bouquet exactly as pictured on the website, complete with a surprise Teddy Bear delivery later in the day. The recipient was overjoyed, highlighting the attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction shown by JustFlowers.com. This heartwarming tale is a testament to the care and quality that JustFlowers.com brings to each order, making them a top choice for floral needs.
Just lies and just scams
I ordered flowers for my wife on Mother's Day and was told that if I ordered them within the delivery window that I would receive them the same which I did and right before 5pm I got a text message stating that unfortunately my flowers won't be delivered today but will be rescheduled for next day, but I didn't want them next so I canceled the order and I have called them to confirm my cancelation and refund process but haven't spoken to anyone yet.
If you haven't already, try reaching out to JustFlowers.com through their social media channels, as sometimes companies respond quicker there. Keep a record of all your communications, including the text message and any attempts to contact them. If you still don't get a response, consider disputing the charge with your credit card company. Sharing your experience on review sites can also help bring more attention to your issue. Hopefully, you'll get your refund sorted soon.
JustFlowers lies to customers
I ordered 2 arrangements for Mother's Day specifically because their site CLEARLY stated that Saturday delivery was still available. Then on Saturday I received text messages saying delivery wouldn't be until Sunday. On Sunday, they said Monday. Mother's Day ruined, all because they lied on their website to get my business. At the time that I ordered, FTD was no longer taking orders they couldn't fulfill — because they are ethical. Not JustFlowers — they intentionally misled consumers and prevented us from finding an alternate way of celebrating our mothers. Please don't reward them with your business in the future.
Recommendation: Use FTD, 1-800-Flowers, or call a florist directly.
Have you received a refund or have you spoken to anyone about your refund?
Consider reaching out to JustFlowers.com's customer service to request a refund or some form of compensation for the delayed delivery. Share your experience on social media and review sites to inform others and potentially prompt the company to improve its practices. In the future, to avoid similar issues, you might want to order from a local florist directly or choose companies with a strong track record of reliable deliveries.

JustFlowers: A Scammy Company That Doesn't Deliver What They Promise
I gotta say, I'm not impressed with JustFlowers. I ordered flowers for my wife on Mother's Day, but they never showed up. I got an email on Sunday saying they were "scheduled for redelivery" on Monday, but that didn't happen either. And let me tell you, trying to get in touch with customer service is a nightmare. I've called multiple times and just get put on hold with some smooth jazz playing in the background. I've left messages and sent emails, but no one ever gets back to me. And when they finally did respond to my email, they claimed the flowers had been delivered, which is a total lie. I have cameras set up at my house and there was no attempt to deliver anything. It's like they're just stalling and hoping I'll give up.
I've seen other people online saying the same thing - that JustFlowers is a scammy company that doesn't deliver what they promise. I don't know if they're just incompetent or if they're actively trying to rip people off, but either way, it's not cool. I paid over $100 for these flowers and got nothing in return.
I've filed a complaint with the BBB and I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank if I don't get a refund soon. And you know what? Next time I want to send flowers, I'm going to go straight to a local florist. At least then I know I'll be supporting a small business and not some faceless corporation that doesn't care about its customers.
Just Flowers: Terrible Service and Failed Promises for Mother's Day Orders
I had a really bad experience with Just Flowers. I ordered 6 different arrangements on May 7th, 2020 for over $600. That same evening, two representatives called me within five minutes of each other to clarify my address and payment information. They both promised to send me a confirmation email and assured me that my delivery would arrive on May 9th, even though I had requested delivery on May 10th.
However, on the morning of May 10th, I still hadn't received any confirmation emails for my 6 orders. I went to their website to check the status of my orders, but there was no update available. At around 6pm on May 10th, I received a recorded message saying that my orders were delayed but would still arrive. I was surprised that all 6 of my orders were delayed, especially since they were going to different locations like Pennsylvania, the Bronx, Harlem, and Staten Island.
The next day, May 11th, I went back to the website to check for updates on my orders, but there was still no information available. I tried calling multiple times to speak to someone and get an explanation, but I couldn't get through to anyone. Finally, I called back the number that had called me on Thursday evening and spoke to a representative. She asked for all of my order numbers and then told me that one of the orders for Pennsylvania had trouble processing and asked if I wanted it delivered on Tuesday. I declined and demanded a full refund.
The representative then told me that I had received a call on Sunday at 6pm about a delay, but I only received one call about the address where two arrangements were going. She said she would send a message to the florist and that I would get a call back, but I never received one. On Monday evening, I received a call from a 323 number saying that the order for the Bronx had issues processing and asked if I wanted it delivered. I declined and they said they would process my refund.
As of today, Tuesday, only one of the two arrangements going to the same address had been delivered, and both the one to Harlem and the one to the same address were delivered wilted. I called the main number, but there was no representative available, so I called the first number again. The representative told me that only one of the two arrangements had been delivered on the 9th and arrived today. She then asked for a picture of the wilted flowers, but said there was nothing she could do. I asked for a supervisor three times before she finally said okay. After waiting on hold for half an hour, a supervisor came on and confirmed that three orders had been delivered. I told her that I couldn't trust the florist's word because the one out of two delivered to the same address said it was delivered on the 9th and arrived today. She said she had to investigate but could only offer a partial refund for the delivered ones. I said they were wilted and out of my control, but she persisted that one order was still pending.
I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service, the long wait on the phone, the promise for a manager to call back, and still waiting for that to happen. I spent an entire hour trying to get help, and I know the sender was also very frustrated. I understand that it's Mother's Day week and Covid-19 has created manpower issues, but the lack of communication and promises to address the issue have failed miserably. This is no way to treat a customer, especially when they paid for something and didn't receive it. We will never do business with Just Flowers again, and we called and spoke with their representatives, but they still haven't called us back.
JustFlowers: Terrible Service and False Advertising for Same-Day Delivery
I was searching for a florist near my sister's place and found JustFlowers on Google. They were on top of the search results, so I thought they must be good. I was wrong. They are almost 400 miles away from my sister's place, and their service is terrible. I chose them because their website showed same-day delivery, and I spent almost $65.00 on flowers and balloons.
I emailed them to express my disgust with their service. I ordered online on June 9, 2015, and received an email confirmation stating same-day delivery. I contacted their customer service the next day, and they kept giving me excuses about why the flowers and balloons were not delivered. They said their policy did not guarantee same-day delivery, and I did not order until 2:45 pm. I knew when I ordered, and I would not have submitted the order if I knew they would not deliver. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but they just kept repeating the policy.
My sister is ill, and I wanted to send her flowers on the same day. I researched companies for same-day delivery, and JustFlowers was one of them. Their staff just kept fobbing me off with excuses, and I wonder how many people read their policies. I usually order flowers from Amazon, which is an amazing company. I should have read all the negative reviews before ordering from JustFlowers.
I told the manager to cancel the order, but she did not know if that could be done. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. JustFlowers is a dreadful company, and I have no desire to deal with them now or in the future.
Later, I received a call from the same manager who informed me that the flowers had been delivered to my sister at noon. She then asked me at what time the florist should pick up the arrangement from my sister. I was frustrated and angry. I found out that the florist was not far away from my sister's place, and the manager lied to me.
I read their policy and found out that they provide an inconvenience fee of $10.00. With the treatment I received from their company, they should credit all my money. I am warning other customers to stay away from JustFlowers. Stick to Amazon, which is reputable and never gives any hassle.
Just Flowers Review: Terrible Service and Unhelpful Customer Support
I gotta say, I'm not one to leave reviews, but I had to let y'all know about my experience with Just Flowers. Let me tell you, negative stars is what they deserve. I mean, I should've known better, right? Look at the reviews before you use a company. But did I do that? Nope. And now I'm paying for it.
So, I ordered some flowers for a family member's funeral. I couldn't be there in person, so I thought this was the least I could do. I paid extra for next day delivery and everything. But when the day came, no flowers. I called the company and was put on hold for what felt like forever. When I finally got through, the customer service rep was so robotic, it was like talking to a machine. All I got was "We apologize for the inconvenience" over and over again. I mean, come on, give me something else to work with here.
I told them this was unacceptable and asked for a reimbursement. They took off $5, which only covered the express fee I'd already been charged. When I asked to speak to a manager, he was just as unhelpful. He kept reminding me that somewhere on the website it explains that delivery when requested may not happen. Like, thanks for trying to blame me for this mess. If they'd just told me beforehand, we could've avoided all of this.
After going back and forth with them for what felt like forever, I finally got $15 off and the express fee. But then the manager tried to overcharge me for a deluxe version of the flowers that should've already been there. I told him to just take off the $20 and be done with it.
I emailed customer service and got a call from the General Manager the next day. But he was just as unhelpful as everyone else. I told him all I wanted was to get the flowers there. But then they called me later that day and told me they'd changed my order. I asked to speak to a manager again, but got hung up on. When I finally got through, the person I spoke to was just as unhelpful as everyone else. I demanded my money back and told her I'd be letting everyone know about the terrible service this company provides.
So, yeah, never use Just Flowers. They're the worst.
JustFlowers Review: Complete Disaster and Rip-Off with Terrible Customer Service
This company, JustFlowers, is a complete disaster. I don't even know where to begin with my experience. My husband ordered a bouquet of two dozen long stem premium yellow roses for me as a surprise. He paid an arm and a leg for same day delivery, which was supposed to be a surprise for me. The cost was $152.97, which is ridiculous. If he had ordered the same flowers to be shipped via JustFlowers normal delivery method, the cost would have been $67.99.
The flowers did not arrive on the day they were supposed to arrive. JustFlowers accepted my husband's order and charged him their exorbitant premium, but the flowers didn't show up. My husband spent hours trying to reach people at JustFlowers to find out what had happened to his order. JustFlowers was apparently available to speak to him to place new orders but did not have anyone available to speak to him about his existing order.
The day after the flowers were supposed to be delivered, they finally arrived. The woman who delivered them was in such a hurry to get away from our home, it was suspicious. When I opened the door, she pushed the vase towards me and said "Here." She didn't even wait for me to respond before she was off our front steps and away from our home immediately. When I looked at the flowers, I noticed that they were not what my husband had ordered. The delivered flowers contained 16 roses (none of which were yellow and none were premium three of them were dying or close to dead), numerous daises, and a tremendous amount of green brush matter. It appears that the arrangement had been in the vase and water for several days prior to the date of delivery. The arrangement was what you would find available at the local grocery store, probably put together days earlier. The value would be, at best, $50.00. There was no printed materials that this was coming from JustFlowers or from a local florist, no printed material of flower care information or of the JustFlowers guarantee, no floral preservative or foam was provided, and there was no covering of the floral arrangement. The only thing that came with the flowers was the card (without any floral company name or information) that had my name and address on it. There was no way to reach the florist as we did not know who put the flowers together or who had delivered the flowers.
We tried to get a refund, but JustFlowers refused. They said that my husband could not receive a refund because I had accepted the flowers. Apparently, based upon the statement of a manager named Cara at the JustFlowers escalation department, my husband should have grabbed the flowers from me, and run after the woman who had delivered them, and told her the flowers were unacceptable, but because he did not do that, we had accepted delivery and were supposedly satisfied with the flowers. Another manager, Reggie, suggested that in the following week they (JustFlowers) would speak with the local florist to discuss our situation and that it was possible that the local florist might re-do the order. When we said we wanted a refund, we were told that JustFlowers will not provide ANY refund to any customer. Apparently, the JustFlowers 100% guarantee, where the customer must contact them within 7 days of receiving their order, is that JustFlowers can replace an order with another one.
In conclusion, I would not recommend JustFlowers to anyone. They are a complete rip-off and their customer service is terrible. They take advantage of people who want or need flowers for an occasion and expect JustFlowers to have integrity and honor their guarantee to provide quality flowers arrangements when they are supposed to be delivered. It seems clear from the other reviews here, and at different sites online, that what occurred in our situation is the norm for this company. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Justflowers.com Review: Terrible Customer Service and Failed Delivery
I recently ordered some flowers for my sister-in-law for Mother's Day from justflowers.com. I was excited to surprise her with a beautiful bouquet, but unfortunately, things did not go as planned. Three days after placing my order, I received a strange email from the company stating that there was a delay in delivery and that my order had been rescheduled. I was confused and frustrated, as I had not been notified of any delay until now.
I decided to call justflowers.com to inquire about the delay and to see what was going on. However, I was put on hold for what felt like an eternity and was subjected to some terrible hold music. When I finally spoke to a customer service representative, I could barely understand her as she was reading from a script. She apologized for the delay and offered to refund me $7, which was not great, but I accepted it.
Two days later, I received yet another strange email about the "possible redelivery" of my flowers. I called justflowers.com again, but was put on hold once more. When I finally spoke to another representative, she informed me that they could not get the flowers I had ordered and asked if a substitute arrangement would be okay. I was not thrilled about this, but I didn't have much choice. She put me on hold to see if they could deliver the flowers that day, but after 10 minutes, the line went dead. I called back, but was met with more hold music and a recording that they were experiencing high call volume. I was frustrated and angry at this point, and demanded that they cancel my order and refund my money.
After several more attempts to contact justflowers.com, I finally spoke to a representative who assured me that my flowers would be delivered that day or the next morning at the latest, and that it would be the arrangement I had originally ordered. I was too tired to argue any further, so I believed him and hung up.
Two days later, I received the same form email about "possible redelivery." By this point, I was beyond angry and frustrated. I called justflowers.com again, but my rage had cooled somewhat. When I spoke to the representative, I gave her my order number and endured the same script apology once more. I then told her that I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. She offered to personally apologize and to deliver the flowers the next day, but I was not interested. I calmly explained that I no longer believed that they could deliver the flowers, and that I wanted my money back.
After some back-and-forth, the representative finally agreed to refund my money within 4-10 business days. I hung up and decided to order from another company, Proflowers, which delivered my bouquet without any issues. I was grateful for their excellent service and affordable prices.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from justflowers.com. My experience with them was the worst online ordering experience I have ever had. The customer service was terrible, and the company was unable to deliver the flowers I had ordered. I hope that my review will help others avoid the same frustration and disappointment that I experienced.
Justflowers.com Review: A Fraudulent Company That Steals Your Money and Delivers Cheap Flowers
On Mother's Day, my wife and I decided to send my stepmother some flowers as she lives far away. We spent a good hour trying to find a florist that would deliver on the same day, but we had no luck. That's when we stumbled upon Justflowers.com. They claimed to be able to deliver on Mother's Day, so we decided to give them a try. We found a beautiful arrangement called Walking on Sunshine, which was filled with violet and blue wildflowers and yellow tulips in a lovely glass vase. We placed our order and assumed that the flowers had been delivered since we couldn't get hold of my stepmother that day.
The next day, my stepmother called me back and told me that she hadn't received any flowers. I was shocked and immediately started to investigate. I read some online reviews and found out that many people had similar experiences with Justflowers.com. I tried to cancel my order, but it was too late. My wife tried to contact them through their online chat, but it kept disconnecting. She also tried calling them, but she got looped around in their phone system and hung up on. I even tried calling my credit card company to cancel the order, but they couldn't do it because Justflowers.com had already taken the money.
I finally managed to leave a voicemail for Justflowers.com, explaining my situation and asking them to cancel the order. I was frustrated and angry that I had wasted so much time and money on this company. I read more reviews online and realized that Justflowers.com was a fraudulent company that stole people's money. I felt sick to my stomach.
Later that day, my stepmother called me back and told me that she had received the flowers. She said they were beautiful, but I didn't believe her. I asked her to tell the truth, and she admitted that they were not nice at all. She described them as something you would find at a cheap gas station. I asked her to take a picture and send it to me, and I was shocked at what I saw. The flowers were nothing like what we had ordered. We had ordered tulips and got carnations. We had ordered blue and violet and yellow and got white, peach, and purple with red carnations and a bunch of green filler scraps. We had purchased a nice glass vase, but they came in a budget shipping pot.
I was so disappointed and angry that I didn't even want a refund. I knew that it wouldn't make things right. I felt sorry for all the other people who had been scammed by this company. They claimed to deliver a product, but it was nothing like what we had ordered. They fell back on the fact that beauty is subjective and that they had delivered a product. They didn't care about the timing or the quality of the product. They just wanted to make money.
I urge anyone who is thinking of using Justflowers.com to stay away. Don't waste your time and money on this fraudulent company. They don't care about their customers or the quality of their products. They only care about making money. If I can help one person avoid this scam, then my experience will have been worth it. If you're that person, please send me an email to let me know. I can also send you a picture of what we ordered and what we got. It's a sad and disturbing experience, but I hope that my review will help someone avoid it.
JustFlowers.com Review: Terrible Experience, DO NOT Order Anything from Them!
DO NOT order ANYTHING from JustFlowers.com! I had a terrible experience with this company and I want to warn others about it. I ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day, one for my mother-in-law and one for my mom. I chose the "Same day" delivery option for the first bouquet and "Next day" for the second one. However, I received an email saying that the "Same day" delivery wasn't possible and the next available day was scheduled. I received the same email for the second bouquet as well.
I was disappointed and tried to call the company, but I couldn't get through to a real person. I also emailed them expressing my disappointment. After several attempts, I finally cancelled my orders. However, I kept receiving emails saying that the deliveries were not able to be delivered and the next available day was scheduled.
To make matters worse, the bouquet that was finally delivered was NOTHING like the picture. I ordered a tall and colorful mixed flower bouquet in a clear vase for Mother's Day, but what was received was a short all-white rose bouquet in a white lace-covered vase. It looked like a wedding centerpiece and was arranged/delivered by a floral company that according to their website, "a full-service, event production company that has long-standing associations with some of the most talented visionaries in the bridal industry."
Their guarantee states that if you are not completely satisfied, you can contact them within 7 days of delivery and they will gladly exchange your item to rectify the issue. However, I wasn't even offered this option. When I called to complain, I finally connected with a person to explain ALL my issues (that continued after cancelling) and requested a full reimbursement. However, I was told NO and asked to speak with someone else. I then spoke with a manager "Jill" who also told me NO to full reimbursement. She did offer me $5 refund for the late delivery, then increased it to $15 for inconvenience. I asked to speak with someone above her and she explained there wasn't anyone. I then asked to speak with the owner and she said he doesn't take or make phone calls and doesn't have a contact number.
I plan on sharing my horrible experience to the Better Business Bureau and other sites to warn people. From ordering, to flower arrangement designed, to the delivery, to the customer service, this company is appalling AWFUL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Just Flowers Review: Terrible Experience, Wilted Flowers, and Poor Customer Service
I recently ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday from Just Flowers, and it was a complete disaster. I thought I had picked out a beautiful bouquet, but it was supposed to be delivered on December 6th, 2013, and when I called my girlfriend to ask if she had received anything, she said no. I was really disappointed because I wanted the flowers to be a nice surprise for her.
I decided to use Just Flowers' online chat to find out what happened, and the person I spoke to, Arienne, said she didn't see anything indicating there was a problem with the delivery. She promised to follow up and make sure the flowers were delivered. The next morning, I called Just Flowers again, and Marco told me the flowers had been delivered but they couldn't make out the signature. I knew that was impossible because my friend hadn't received anything. Marco said they would have to investigate further, and I was frustrated because I just wanted to know what happened.
I called Just Flowers again and spoke to James, who apologized and said the flowers had not been delivered. He promised to send the order to another flower service and upgrade my order because of the inconvenience. He said the flowers would be delivered on Saturday, but they weren't. When my friend finally received the flowers at 7:20pm that night, most of the roses were wilted. I was really disappointed, and my friend sent me pictures of the flowers, which I forwarded to Just Flowers' customer service.
The agent, John or James, agreed that the flowers looked wilted and said they would have to call the florist on Sunday to find out what happened. They apologized again and said they would issue a partial refund. When I called Just Flowers the next day, a woman there said she couldn't get in touch with the florist, but I called the florist myself and was told they were open on Sunday and no one from Just Flowers had called them. I called Just Flowers back and told them what I had found out, and they promised to look into it.
When I called back later, a manager told me that based on the pictures, they thought the flowers were fresh and nothing would be done. I was really upset because I knew the flowers were wilted, and my girlfriend had even said so. I felt like Just Flowers was just trying to get my money and didn't care about customer service. I eventually got a refund of $10, but it was a hassle.
Overall, my experience with Just Flowers was terrible. The customer service agents were polite, but it seemed like they didn't really care about fixing the problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
JustFlowers Review: Don't Order from Them, Especially for Funerals
I gotta say, I'm giving JustFlowers a one-star rating because I can't give them zero stars. Seriously, if you need flowers for a special occasion, DO NOT order from this company. And if you're ordering for a funeral, you better listen up because I got some advice for you.
So, here's the deal. JustFlowers is what they call a "middleman" company. That means they take your order and then pass it on to a local florist to fulfill. But here's the catch: they gotta make money, right? So they might offer the florist less than what you paid for the arrangement. And then the florist has to make the arrangement based on what they're getting paid. That's why sometimes you get a wimpy arrangement that doesn't look like what you ordered. You're getting what the service paid for, not what you paid for. And if you're ordering for a funeral, you want to make sure you're getting what you paid for, right? So here's what you do: call the funeral home and ask them to refer you to a local florist. That way you know you're getting what you paid for.
Now, let me tell you about my experience with JustFlowers. I ordered flowers for a funeral on a Saturday, and paid extra to have them delivered in time for the viewing on Tuesday. On Sunday, I called to confirm the delivery and asked for a picture of the arrangement. The rep told me the person who approves picture requests wasn't in on Sundays, so I had to call back on Monday. When I called back on Monday, the rep said she could put in a request for a picture, but it was up to the florist whether they wanted to send one. I asked for the florist's contact information, but the rep said she couldn't give it to me. So I asked her to call the florist and ask for a picture. She put me on hold for a few minutes and then came back and said the florist was aware of the request. I also confirmed that the arrangement would be delivered by 1pm the next day.
On Tuesday, I called to confirm the delivery and ask for a picture again. The rep said my order was scheduled to be delivered the next day. I was like, "What?! No, it's supposed to be delivered today!" The rep put me on hold to call the florist and then came back and said the florist couldn't deliver it that day and it would have to be delivered the next day. I was so mad and asked what they were going to do to make it right. The rep said I would get a refund for the expedited delivery plus 10%. I didn't care about the refund, I just wanted the arrangement to be delivered. Later that day, I called back to confirm delivery for the next day. The rep said they had already been in touch with the florist and the arrangement would be delivered on time. I asked for a picture again and the rep said the florist was aware of the request.
On Wednesday, I called to confirm delivery again. The rep said the arrangement wouldn't be delivered because the delivery location was outside of the florist's delivery radius. I was so embarrassed because I had to tell my friends at the last minute that the arrangement wouldn't be delivered. And I had been calling JustFlowers for days to confirm the delivery! The rep said the florist had accepted the order but didn't notify them until the day of the funeral that the address was outside of their delivery radius.
So, yeah. JustFlowers is a huge risk. I did get a full refund, but I would have much rather had the arrangement delivered. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Floral delivery
Consider this a cautionary tale for anyone considering Just Flowers for their floral needs. I'm utterly dismayed by the abysmal service I received when ordering a funeral arrangement from them. Despite assurances, the flowers arrived late on 2/17/24 and looked nothing like the $250 arrangement I ordered. Adding insult to injury, the accompanying note wa...

They refuse to let you unsubscribe from their SPAM. I never signed up for their junk in the first place. Half their emails doesn't even include the unsubscribe link.
I've also filed a complaint to FCC on two occasions now, and about to start a 3rd.

Delivery, did not get what I ordered it was a was not aware of that until 3 weeks later, unauthorized charges
placed a order on July 21st I paid $60 for the plant, express delivery 4.99, a handling fee of 5.99 and a shipping fee that I was told absolutely nothing about of 25.99 nor was it anywhere on the website that I would be charged an extra $25.99. What was sent was a crap Poor Pitiful Peace Lily that came nowhere even close to what I had ordered. It did not...

I was promised same day delivery on Sunday 7/9/2023. Order was not delivered and no update from customer service.
I called on Monday 7/10 and was told they could not make the delivery on Sunday and have rescheduled for Monday delivery before 4 pm.
At 6 pm I was called and told they were unable to make the delivery, but for an additional $26 they could guaranty the delivery for Tuesday 7/11/2023.
When I asked to cancel my order and refund my account, I was offered a $7 discount but would still need the additional $26 for delivery.
I'm absolutely disgusted with the lack of care this company has for customers.
Never again will I do business with justflowers.com

JustFlowers Review: Don't Waste Your Time or Money Sending Flowers to Canada
If you're looking to send flowers to Canada, I'd advise you to steer clear of JustFlowers. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews on their website and ended up regretting it.
I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday and was promised they would be delivered the next day between 9am and 6pm. However, I received a call after 6pm the following day saying that they couldn't deliver the flowers because of the specific type of flower I had chosen. They promised to deliver the next day and include an apology note for the delay. I was annoyed that they hadn't contacted me earlier so I could make alternative arrangements, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.
The next day, I received another call after 6pm saying that the address was too remote for their delivery and asking if there was another address they could deliver to. I was frustrated that we were having this conversation two days after the promised delivery date. When I asked where they suggested delivering the flowers, they suggested a city that was 35 minutes away from the original address. I pointed out that it was ridiculous to expect a 73-year-old senior in a seniors' home to travel that far to pick up her birthday flowers. The customer service representative said she was just trying to find a solution, but I was fed up by this point. I asked for a refund and cancelled the order.
To make matters worse, the prices on the website were misleading. I chose the deluxe package, which was supposed to cost $59.95, but I was charged $69.99 plus a $5.49 handling fee and a $17.98 shipping and service fee, all in US dollars. I didn't even realize this until later because the confirmation email was unclear.
Overall, I would not recommend JustFlowers. They're one of those shady companies that give online businesses a bad name. It's worth paying a little extra to use a local florist instead.
JustFlowers Review: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service
I recently ordered some flowers for my daughter's best friend who was having surgery. I placed the order on Sunday, July 21st and requested that the delivery be made after 2 pm on Monday, July 22nd. However, when I called JustFlowers on the 22nd at around 5 pm to check on the status of the delivery, I was told that the order was with the florist and ready for delivery, but they had until 6 pm to deliver them. Unfortunately, the flowers did not arrive by 6 pm, so I called JustFlowers again and was put on hold for over 30 minutes while they checked on the status of the order.
I spoke with several people, and I can't remember who told me what, but I was eventually told that the flowers would not be delivered as promised on the 22nd and that they would call me first thing on Tuesday, July 23rd. I was not happy about this and immediately sent an email to express my disappointment and frustration.
The next morning, I called JustFlowers again to inquire about the status of my order, and I was put on hold once again. Eventually, I spoke with a supervisor named Dean, who told me that they would cancel the order with the first florist and push it to another local florist. He offered me a $10 credit for my troubles and said they would apologize to my daughter's friend for the delay.
I called back later that day to check on the status of the delivery, and I spoke with a corporate manager named Jason. He explained that the first florist couldn't fulfill the order, so they had to switch to another florist. He assured me that the flowers would be delivered that day and gave me his direct number in case I wanted to check on the status.
At 4 pm, the flowers still had not been delivered, so I called Jason's number and asked to speak with him. The person who answered was not very friendly and only said that she would give Jason my number and he would have to call me back. Eventually, Jason did call me back to confirm that the flowers had been delivered at 3:45 pm.
While I was glad that the flowers were finally delivered, it was frustrating to deal with all the hassle and stress. In the end, I learned my lesson and will probably order directly from my local florist in the future to avoid any similar issues.
JustFlowers.com: Terrible Service, Do Not Use!
I just put in an order with JustFlowers for a bouquet to be delivered today for a family member's passing. I didn't check any reviews before placing my order, but their website and email confirmation said that the flowers would be delivered today. However, just 30 minutes later, I received another email saying that they couldn't deliver today due to a delay, but they would try to deliver it tomorrow. I was really upset because the delivery had to be today, and they still charged my credit card even though they had to call two other shops to fill my order, and both said they couldn't do it until tomorrow. I asked why they couldn't cancel the order, but they said it was their policy. I thought that if they couldn't deliver, they would refund my money, but apparently not. I won't be using this company again, and I'll be telling everyone I know to stay away from them too. They don't even deserve one star, let alone zero! DO NOT USE JUSTFLOWERS.COM!
Since I posted my review, they called me hours later to go over their "cancellation policy" and see if I agreed that I saw the information on their website and email about cancellation. The email I received said that they couldn't cancel an order once it had already been sent out to a florist delivery, but my order had only been placed 30 minutes prior, so it was still possible to cancel. I asked for a cancellation and refund multiple times, but they said that the area where my delivery was going was a remote area of 25 miles away, and they didn't just make deliveries like that. They said they would deliver it the next day when they had deliveries going in that direction. To me, that sounded like they might not deliver it until five days later, depending on their delivery schedule. They said it wasn't like "ordering a pizza online." I was really frustrated because they charged me a delivery fee, but they were holding my delivery until it was good for them, even though I had requested and paid for it to be delivered today. The person who called me even demanded to know if my delivery was for a service, which was none of their business, so I hung up. Later, I received an email offering me a $10 credit on my credit card, but I didn't respond. Then, I got another email saying that a manager was going to look into it. It was already 10 PM on the East Coast, and the delivery had to go to the West Coast, so there was no way it was going to be delivered tonight. Nothing is going to make it right except a refund. I called American Express, and they said that companies can't charge a card and then not deliver on the contracted date. I saw in other reviews that this has happened before, so I think the Better Business Bureau needs to know about this company.
JustFlowers Review: False Advertising and Terrible Customer Service
My experience with JustFlowers was absolutely terrible. I ordered a bouquet for my sister's special occasion, and what she received was nothing like what was advertised on their website. The bouquet was supposed to have over 7 roses and multiple other flowers, but my sister received only THREE old, fully opened roses. I was extremely disappointed and contacted the company immediately, sending them a photo of what my sister received. FOUR people, including a manager, kept apologizing, but they didn't do anything to rectify the situation. They contacted the local florist and told me that the bouquet was "filled to value," but that was a blatant lie. If you advertise a $60 bouquet on sale for $40, you should send something that is worth that amount, not something with only THREE roses and a few mums and carnations, not even in the same colors.
I have been ordering flowers for 30 years from many other florists, and I have never had such a terrible experience as this. I have used several florists in the area and had lovely, full bouquets for the same amount of money, even for less. I thought JustFlowers would at least have another bouquet sent or offer a full refund, but they only offered me $5 toward my next order. Why would I order again after this experience? When I told them I was going to write a review, they offered me a $10 refund, like they were trying to pay me not to write a negative review. After a few phone calls, emails, and sending them the photo of the bouquet hours after it arrived, I was done. As far as I'm concerned, they practiced false advertising. They advertised a sale item "as shown" and sent half of that item and then said it was "filled to value." Yeah, to a $20 value...
It took too much time out of my day to end up nowhere. After my experience, I would be willing to pay to spare someone else from spending their hard-earned money on a skimpy, embarrassing arrangement. You send flowers for special occasions, and they are already overpriced. But when you have to explain and explain why these two photos do not match, why it's false advertising, why 3 old fully bloomed roses and 6 small mums or carnations do not equal a $60 bouquet, especially not in Small Town, America, to the managers, etc., who can see with their own eyes how different the arrangements were, then it costs a lot more than wasted money and an embarrassing bouquet.
I spent a lot of time trying to place the order, and the website wasn't working, so I had to call. The representative was nonchalant about it, but I wasted time trying to get it to work, only to find out that it just wasn't working. Then, it took a long time to place the order, and they never gave me my final cost. The whole thing took way longer than I anticipated, so I just wanted to get off the phone and get on with my day.
In conclusion, I would not recommend JustFlowers to anyone. Their false advertising and terrible customer service are not worth the money or the time. Save yourself the trouble and go to a local florist instead.
Unethical Business Practices: Flowerdelivery.com/Justflowers.com Review
I'm giving this company a ONE star rating because they don't even have the option for ZERO stars! Let me tell you, this company operates under multiple names and will contact you under different entities. I ordered from flowerdelivery.com, but when I complained, I was contacted by justflowers.com for customer service.
The arrangement that was delivered was a complete misrepresentation of what I ordered. It was so small, it looked like a basket you would put on your dining table for Thanksgiving. It wasn't even as big as the "Standard" option for the arrangement I paid for! I understand substitutions, but this was ridiculous. I could count the individual flowers in the arrangement, and none of them were the flowers listed for the arrangement I ordered. I was supposed to get orange snapdragons and carnations, bright yellow spider mums and daisy pompons, but instead, I got a sad little arrangement with barely any flowers.
When I contacted customer service, they gave me the runaround about their policy allowing substitutions. But seriously, all of the flowers? I went to the florist they used and found out they had carnations in many colors. When the company called me back, a manager tried to say that the arrangement I ordered only had blooms in the front. She even asked me to get a picture of the back of the arrangement to prove her point! What kind of tacky, classless request is that? These were funeral flowers, and I wasn't going to ask the grieving widow to take a picture of the back.
What I can tell you is that the standard version of the arrangement I ordered had 48 blooms, and the premium version was supposed to have even more. But what I got was a measly 7 blooms on the front and sides. I'm sure there were only 2 or 3 in the back. These are the facts, people!
I think this company tries to underbid other companies and then uses the substitution clause to make the arrangement more economical for the florist. And to add insult to injury, they only offered me a $10 credit. That's just ridiculous.
So, if you're thinking of ordering from this company, beware of their unethical business practices.
Just Flowers: The Worst Floral Company in America - A Review
Just Flowers is the worst floral company in America, hands down. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I certainly won't be using it again. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on Thursday, September 7th, and my order was confirmed via email. However, later that evening, I received another email stating that the delivery couldn't be made and that it would be made the following day. Needless to say, I was not pleased.
The people at Just Flowers are completely unqualified and inept. When I called to complain, they told me that they would call the recipient and explain the situation. Why would they do that when 99% of flowers are sent as a surprise gift? It's unbelievable. They offered me a $7 discount for my inconvenience, which was insulting.
After speaking with several people who were completely clueless about customer relations, I finally spoke with a supervisor named Jill. She was just as bad as her subordinates and offered me a $10 discount, which was already supposed to be applied to my order according to the website. The shipping and handling charges were also outrageous, but apparently, I didn't ask about them. The order taker was more interested in selling me chocolates and upgrading my order.
Today is Friday, September 8th, and I called to see if the flowers had been delivered. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes before hanging up and calling another number. I spoke with Jill again, and she kept me on the phone for another 10 minutes while she called the store. She finally informed me that the flowers would be delivered between 3 and 6:00 p.m. Why not first thing in the morning? Who knows. All I know is that I've heard the word "apology" more times than I can count.
I have no idea if and when the flowers will ever arrive, and I almost don't care anymore. My intention was to surprise the recipient who just returned home from surgery, but that's clearly not going to happen. If Just Flowers management is even remotely concerned about customer relations (which they clearly aren't based on all the negative comments I've read), they should resign immediately. In my experience running companies, I've learned that if an employee is inept, the problem is with their boss. Either they weren't properly trained, they weren't qualified, or they weren't motivated. Just Flowers gets absolutely NO STARS from me, and I hope it goes out of business before it frustrates any more potential customers.
JustFlowers Review: Disappointing Service, Poor Quality Flowers, and Lacking Customer Support
I recently had an experience with JustFlowers that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I wanted to surprise my wife with a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to her office on a military base. I did my due diligence and confirmed with a JustFlowers representative via online chat and phone call that they could deliver to the base. I even provided the address, which listed the base's name, and specified that they would have to go through security. Both representatives assured me that they could make the delivery. I also found a site specifically for the base on JustFlowers.com.
However, when the end of the day came, I had heard nothing from my wife. When I got home from work, I found the flowers outside my door. It turns out that JustFlowers had called my wife before attempting to deliver the flowers and said they couldn't get on base, so they got our home address instead. When I complained to JustFlowers, they apologized but only offered me $5 off the delivery fee for the inconvenience. I told them that $5 was insufficient, but they didn't check with the florist first.
After a week of waiting, I emailed again, but every email was met with a generic response informing me that my concern had been sent to a manager. They even called and hung up before I could answer. When they finally emailed me back, they said they were unable to get a hold of me, even though I had not received a single voicemail or text message at that number from anyone at JustFlowers. I finally spoke to a manager, but he was unable to pronounce my name and insisted that the best he could do was $10, then $15. I settled on $15 because he swore up and down he could do no more. I still have a PayPal claim pending, and I hope that it makes a difference.
To make matters worse, the flowers looked terrible. I understand that sometimes flowers don't look exactly like the picture online, but these were far from it. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from JustFlowers. I would have spent an extra $5 or $10 somewhere else.
In conclusion, I do not recommend ordering from JustFlowers. They promise on-base delivery but fail to deliver, and their customer service is lacking. The flowers also looked terrible, so it's not worth the risk. Spend a little extra money somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
JustFlowers: A Disappointing Experience for Funeral Flowers
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with JustFlowers. I ordered some flowers for a friend's funeral and visitation, but on the day of delivery, I got a call saying they couldn't fulfill my order and offered me a green plant instead. I wasn't too thrilled with the options they gave me, so I asked them to cancel my order. But then they told me they couldn't refund my money, and offered me some small discounts instead. I was so frustrated, I just wanted my money back and the flowers delivered. After a lot of back and forth with people I could barely understand, I finally got to speak to a supervisor who agreed to cancel my order and refund me.
But then, later that day, I got a call saying my flowers had been delivered from JustFlowers. What?! I had cancelled my order! Turns out they found another florist who could fulfill my order, but I had already ordered from a local florist by then. And to make matters worse, I was charged by both florists! When I called JustFlowers to complain, they said there was nothing they could do since the order had already gone out for delivery. But that was their mistake, not mine! I demanded my money back, but all they could offer me was a 50% refund. I was so angry, I wrote a bad review on BBB and told them I would never use them again.
It's just so frustrating when a company doesn't communicate properly and doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes. I spent a lot of money on this order and the next one, but I won't be using JustFlowers again. And I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to use them either. I'm still waiting for my refund, but I hope they learn from their mistakes and improve their customer service in the future.
Just Flowers Review: Overpriced and Underdelivered Christmas Centerpiece
I recently ordered a centerpiece called "Very Merry Christmas" from Just Flowers as a gift for my friend. I chose this website because it had a high review rate. The flowers were delivered on Friday, December 20th, but I had to fight with the company to send the exact order until Friday, December 27th. The order was $89.00, plus $6 and something for taxes, plus $17.98 for Shipping/Service fee which added up to a grand total of $114.00! However, the arrangement my friend and her husband received was not worth the price I paid. It may have added up to between $30 - $40.00.
When I saw the picture of what my friend received, I was angry and called Just Flowers to complain. The representative told me to send a picture of what we received and we would get called right back. However, we did not get called back, so I called them again. The other representative looked at what I sent and told me that the arrangement "looks nothing like" what I had ordered.
The next day, the local florist who filled the order called us. We were told that there were no red lilies to be found in that State at the time, their suppliers did not have the candles needed to fill the order, and Just Flowers did not pay them the $17 service/delivery fee. So, they took it out of the $89.00 and filled the order to the $72.00 price. The representative did not understand why we were so upset and said, "Everybody loves our flowers."
After talking with this representative, I emailed Just Flowers and told them what had been said. Just Flowers called us and said they would talk to the florist. The florist told Just Flowers they did fill the order to the full $89.00, but they could not get the right flowers or the right candles, so they filled it to "the best of their ability." So, Just Flowers told me that the florist filled the order and everything was fine.
After yelling at them for two days (one day being on Christmas), my husband and I were offered a $30 credit to be used on our next order. However, I told them, "forget it! We will never use your company again!"
The Friday after Christmas, my friend and I were Skyping to talk about each other's Christmas experiences when my friend received a phone call. She did not know the number, so she let it go to voice mail. Leaving a message was the local florist who had "filled" the order. The representative was telling my friend that I had received a $20 credit and all was good and was laughing saying the floral company could not get red flowers or the right candles! I told my friend she was lying, and I will never do business with that florist.
People who live out of state from friends or family really depend on sites like Just Flowers to make their special occasions memorable. In my opinion, it was Just Flowers' responsibility to see that the arrangement was done right. If that florist could not fill it, they should have contacted another florist or told us they could not fill the order, and we would have gladly ordered something else!
Also, in my opinion, if a local florist wants to do business with a bigger franchise, then that florist takes on the responsibility to fill the orders as close as they possibly can. If not, tell the franchise they need help in filling it or they cannot fill that particular order.
The only reason I clicked on one star is that I had to rate this site, but there is no rating for zero.
JustFlowers: Terrible Service, Disappointing Bouquet, and Unhelpful Manager
I gotta say, the folks who answer the phones at JustFlowers are real sweethearts. I feel bad for 'em, havin' to deal with this terrible company. My daughter had surgery on January 6th, and that same night I ordered the "fashionista chic" bouquet for her. But she didn't get the flowers for a whole five days! All they did was send me emails, and when I called 'em up they'd say the flowers would be delivered the next day, but they never were. And that's not even the worst part. One of the last emails I got said that they couldn't get the flowers I wanted, so they were gonna try to put in some pink and yellow roses and white chrysanthemums, and the balloon I paid extra for wasn't available so they gave me a refund. But it was too late to cancel the order by then, 'cause they never bothered to call me and the flowers were already on their way. They didn't even think about the time difference between my state and hers, so they kept callin' too late and all the florists were closed. The phone folks told me that someone forgot about the time difference at the company. Long story short, my daughter finally sent me a picture of what she got, and it was basically a $25-$30 bouquet that I coulda bought at the grocery store. I paid $60 for a premium bouquet that they said they'd upgrade for my trouble, but they didn't. The vase was different, the ribbon was different, and most of the flowers were different. There were only 3 red roses and a couple yellow ones, and the rest was all green filler. I coulda just picked this up at the grocery store and mailed it to her, or had someone in Indiana go get one and put it in a crappy vase. When I complained and showed 'em the picture, they only reimbursed me $10 for the balloon and the inconvenience. I spent $83 total, and they only gave me $10 back! I'm so disappointed, I can't even... My daughter got flowers from everyone else with no problem, but her own mother couldn't get her flowers after her surgery. I even talked to the manager, and he was just combative and wouldn't listen to me. He kept talkin' over me and tellin' me it was my fault for not cancelin' the order. But they never even tried to call me, even though they had my phone number. They just kept emailin' me, like I check my email 24/7. By the time I called 'em back, it was too late to cancel. If you want someone else to pick out flowers for you and charge you whatever they want, and deliver 'em whenever they want, then go ahead and call these folks. But if you want to get what you paid for and get it to your loved one on time, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Completely incompetent & DID NOT deliver on time!
Ordered 2 arrangements to be sent to my mom and my husbands mom on Mothers day. Neither were delivered on Mother's day. How embarrassing and our mothers were very hurt when they didn't receive anything! We didn't know they hadn't received anything so they just went without. Justflower is completely incompetent and they never rushed to rectify the issue nor was the arrangement(s) that were delivered days late look ANYTHING like what we ordered/payed for. No offer to refund some or all of the money we paid for a service we did not received on the delivery date ordered or the arrangements in the photos. NEVER USE JUSTFLOWERS. Now I'm getting calls from people over seas with an accent I can't understand and the connection is bad. I'm so over the whole experience and I will never ever use JustFlowers ever again! Extremely poor customer service!
Desired outcome: Full REFUND!

Delivery
An order for my wife placed with Justflowers.com, on 5/9/23 for delivery on 5/11/23
The display as prepared by Shaw's Canton was fantastic. The problem is the delivery service, as required by Justflowers.com is called 'Roadie'. I believe its a unit of UPS.In any case the driver delivered my wifes order some 15 miles away in a different town, & street addres not even close. I will note here that the flourist warned the driver that there were 2 "Barbara" orders anf to be careful. Well he botched it. The 1st stop was my wife and he delivered the wrong order, about noon an 5/11/23
The store called the delivery service and they promissed to fix the issue that day. (The store was called by 1 pm on 5/11/23.)
I guess the driver refused. I had to spend an hour and a half doing the exchange at an elderly housing facility the next day. JustFlowers.com declares that this was considered a good delivery and will not compensate for the screw up.In addition they are telling Shaw's that its all their fault. For days I have numerous texts and calls with JustFlowers.com, including managers. Their policy is that the situation meets their delivery policy and they would only provide a $7 credit on a $87 order.
Desired outcome: Everyone should stop using JustFlowers.com

Floral arrangement for Valentines day
I ordered flowers and balloon to be delivered to my daughter who is away at college for February 14, 2023. I wanted to do something special for her because she suffered a major loss a few months ago. The flowers never arrived. Call Customer Service was initially told florist said flowers were not delivered, when asked for a refund was told she was having difficulty hearing florist when call
and in the same breath the customer service rep told me unable to reach florist. So many lies not sure what to believe, but the fact remains flowers were never delivered. Asked if I wanted a Valentine Day arrangement delivered 4 days later. Really. Unprofessional on so many levels. Was never called or emailed about flowers issue with delivering flowers. Now being told someone will call me regarding refund.
Desired outcome: I want a refund!

Order for Flowers
On Sunday, January 29, 2023, I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on Tuesday not Monday to be delivered to a friend who is in a Rehab hospital in Yuma, Az, order # 9684843 .
This afternoon, I receive an email that there is an additional delivery charge. I had completed my research and understand Yuma is not New York City. I than receive an email at 8 pm EST that the order was not delivery and they would 'attempt' to deliver the flowers tomorrow.
I provided Just Flowers a larger window for delivery, paid and additional fee and then I am told 'maybe' they can deliver the flowers tomorrow. I am contacting my credit card company to see what recourse I have.
Desired outcome: I advised Just Flowers I expected the flowers to be delivered tomorrow before noon and to be upgraded. She was going to connect me with her Manager conveniently there was no Manager available.

Not Delivered when promised
Ordered a fruit basket on 12/12/22 for an ill friend. Was supposed to be delivered to person on 12/23/22. Got a call today(!) on 12/27/22 that they couldn't deliver basket but they could send my friend flowers! I ordered the fruit specifically because my friend is allergic to flowers! PLUS, it was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd, not tomorrow.
Prices ridiculous but I wanted my friend, who is battling cancer to know I was thinking of them. I am not happy! I asked for a refund. I will not order from Just Flowers again.
So, so dissapointed.
Desired outcome: Refund in full!
