After booking a stopover visa ticket with Saudia Airlines, I faced multiple rescheduling issues that led to exceeding the stopover visa time. The unprofessional handling of the situation, lack of flexibility in rescheduling, and additional charges for visa and changes left me frustrated. The overall experience was disappointing and I would caution others to be wary of such practices.

Iam coming from umrah Riyadh saudi arabia to Hyderabad airport on 15 march 2024 flight number SV750 I loss my pouch inside pouch have my old passport.& 2200 riyal and 1450 rupees I was complaint they return my passport after 8 hrs but didnot return my money iam only 14 year and 9 month old please find my money from hyderabad airport staff members and return my money back me please

After 2 hours of boarding on 04.11.2023, we were told that due to some technical issues, the aeroplane will not leave and we had to go back to airport to collect our luggage.

We then got another ticket issued for next available flight after 48 hours.

We had to transport our own luggage to hotel which was provided.

We were given 1 single room for 3 adults. We had to fund our own food. This contrubuted to stress and anxiety we were going through.

In this whole process, we lost 2 days salary.

Could you please let us know if we are eligible for some composition?

Flight SV759 DEL - JED was cancelled due to technical issues on 16 Sep 23.

You confiscated my bags & boarding card and held me in a Delhi hotel in Delhi for two days without contact.

Despite 32 phone calls and repeated emails you failed to provide explanation - no one form Saudia Airlines visited the hotel despite the 450 passengers held there demanding answers.

I eventually managed to find a ticketing agent who re-ticketed me on Lufthansa.

Sadly you lost my bags, failed to deliver my bags, forced me to miss connecting flights and hotel bookings.

I have raised three formal complaints in the Saudia Airlines website but all I get is auto - generated responses.

I travelled to Mumbai to Birmingham via Jeddah flight no SV 773 and SV 253 on 14th September along with my daughter and have 4 luggage under check in but unfortunately my did arrive and I am helpless and also lodged complaint at Luggage desk but update as of now.

Pl understand I have here to drop my daughter for higher study and now completely lost as we have nothing and even she has nothing.

Requesting to please look into this and help us as it is very costly here and we have spent more than 3000 pound to buy them.

I tarvelled from lahore to London by Saudi airline on 03-09-2023 via LHE-JED SV739 and JED-LGW SV719.

I also added wheelchair service and a assisstance. at Gatwick airport i did not find one of my baggage. I claimed to staff there and fill a form for delayed baggae but they did not provide me claim number.

after 3 hours of desperrate searching of bagage, Staff told me we will send your baggage at your home and i should leave the airport now.

after coming home i tried to fill online complaint form, their was a column of claim ID which i did not provided by the staff.

Since 03-09-2023 i am calling at different numbers to find my baggage and claim ID of form that i filled at airport but airline is not cooperating me at all. They give me another number to call each time. I am worried about my baggage as it have some important and valueable items.

infact saudi airline have worst service.

Hi my name is sudesh parmar we booked our flight to manila last year October well in advance to fly may 18 2023 due to no fault our own saudia changed our flight schedule we had bought extra baggage at a cost of £169 they didnt transfer extra baggage over to New schedule they asked us to pay again saying they refund the first £169 in 6 weeks which we haven't received as yet

Second extra baggage we bought fin philippines at a cost of £159

Once again they took the money from my account but failed to update their system as a result we were stopped at manila airport asking us to pay for extra baggage cost of £198 which we paid but until now the response from saudia is next to none total amount they owe us is £360

My problems began when I tried to amend my flight with Saudi Airlines. When the call centre staff asked for the payment I gave them my credit card details and they then told me that the payment didn't go through. The next day I contact my bank in Australia who told me that they hadn't even attempted the payment. I then called the call centre back in Saudi and gave them 4 different cards with 4 different banks and none of them went through either.

I felt pressured to change my flight to a flight that I didn't want which then resulted in a refund which you have to process online. The problem is that when you go to process it online it says to call the call centre. The call centre then says that they cannot help. So who can actually help?

I am also unable to amend my flight online. I did my original booking online with an Australian credit card and there was no issues with the processing of the payment. So the question is: why can they not process the same credit card over the phone?

My baggage was lost on 2nd July, My bag didn't arrive with us on SV550 to DXB.

I waited 2 hours in the Airport until the belt became empty then i realized that my bag was left behind in Jeddah, I don't know why!

I filed a complaint and i have ben following up for the past 4 days with Dnata, who confirmed that they are sending emails and reminders to SV office who are not responding, complete ignorance, basically they don't care, they think that they can solve any issue with money !

My bag is lost and the Saudi Airline doesn't care to locate or even respond!

I travel from jiddah to dubai using saudi airlines flight no s v 594 seat no.50L.

On arrival at Dubai airport i forgot my phone on the seat with my kenyan identity card. phone ;Techno camon 16 IME [protected].Color Nebula black.

I reported the incident to dubai lost and found desk but told me to consult the airlines couse they couldnt trace the items.

My family and I flew from Jeddah to Riyadh, then Riyadh to Doha. We had plenty of time to check in our bags in Jeddah. We checked our bags in about 1 hour and 15 minutes before our flight. Then, our layover in Riyadh was 2 1/2 hours, which would have been plenty of time to transfer our suitcases. Unfortunately, once we arrived in Doha, all 4 of our checked bags were missing. There were 5 other passengers from the flight who also had missing bags. We arrived in Doha 2 days ago and filed a complaint. We continue to check online and call the baggage claim center, but they cannot locate the bags still. Our older son has some medication he needs in one of the bags that could not have been put in his carry-on.

Saudi Airlines cannot even tell me if the bags are in Jeddah or Riyadh. A representative at the baggage center said the bags never got scanned, which means they are either still in Jeddah or they forgot to scan them when they arrived in Riyadh. Each time I call, I get told to call back in a few hours for an update. Our reference number is DOHSV12783. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

We travelled on Jan 26, 2023 from JFK AIRPORT New York to Delhi. We experienced worst service in the aero plane from the Saudia Air Line Staff. When we reached to Jedda They made us run to catch the connecting flight. I am in My late 70 years and it was very difficult to run to catch the connecting flight. Reached Delhi but our luggage was left behind in Jeddah which we received in Jaipur on Jan 30, 2023 and one of the suit case was damaged. Since we went in wedding we have to buy the clothes as we did not have our luggage. Trying to get in touch with customer service but it is like a nightmare's try to send the e mail but it get rejected. On our way back from Delhi to Jfk airport New York we did not have Asian veneration food

I travelled to Bangalore on 14 December 2022 on flight SV866 in business class with my husband and daughter, my husbands seat was not working he had to move and we sat the whole way in different places. The trip was over 5 hrs and there was no entertainment on the flight!

On the return flight to Jeddah on the 25 December 2022 flight number SV867, again my daughters seat was not working she could not put her feet up on a flight over 6 hrs and again no entertainment whatsoever!

This has happened repeatedly with my family and I in Business class, most of the time the seats don't work and either we sit separately or we cannot move because the flight is full.

I feel that we deserve compensation for this inconvenience, we pay for expensive seats which are hardly ever working, this has happened to us repeatedly on flights to London. I believe this is unacceptable and really sad as you do have excellent service on all your flights.

I was traveling with my family on Saturday 24/12/2022 (myself, spouse and 4 children's) from MED to JED to do the Umrah flight number SV1421, when I am doing check in with ticket counter agent, I told him I am going to give my son wheelchair on the gate, and I want to receive it back in the final destination on the gate. Mr. Agent said I will do that.?

But unfortunately, after we arrived, I did not receive my son wheelchair on the gate it has been send it to the baggage claim area and I received from there missing parts and the wheelchair break was completely broken.

I don't know why !? and whom I have to blame !? unfortunately, my baby son LOST HIS LEGS AGAIN !?, and I don't know how he can complete the Umrah with broken wheelchair of course will not be safe.

I forgot to tell you that I came with my family from the United States of America to do the Umrah by many different airlines and I used to give my son wheelchair on the gates, and I received back on the gates WITH OUT BROKEN OR MISSING PARTS.

I have two baggage's but receive in Riyadh just one and I was forced to pay for the second baggage.

complaint made at Riyadh airport on your office but he told me I have to go to Jeddah to check my baggage and come back Riyadh but who pay this flight, it will be repaiyed or not.

I bough the ticket from BOM to JFK on Jul14 and everything looks ok. 3 days before departure, I received an email from MOHAMED ASIF, GSA - SUPERVISOR that since the transit is more than 12 hours, I would need a transit visa/ visa on arrival. And there's no clear guidelines on how to do it. I phone the customer service in India and they asked me to check with KSA embassy myself. KSA embassy finally picked up my phone stating that I need to approach approved visa agent. I did and they told me KSA embassy don't issue transit visa.

I ended up requesting for refund and buy a much more expensive ticket because it's last minute... "Thanks" Saudia. I won't be flying with you... EVER.

The complaint number AMMSV19263, Bag Tag Number - SV388892, the cost for the item inside the bag around 5000 USD. Jordanian airport said the bag not received from Jeddah Airport, And Jeddah airport said the bag transferred to Jordan Airport. We believe the bag have been stolen in Amman airport. Since Abu Dhabi airport Confirmed the two bag Tag id OSV388855 and OSV388892 have been transferred to Amman through Jeddah. The passenger name Saad Khashan, flight No: SV571 dated: 22 July, The Color of the bag is mentioned in the attached photo Blue Color

I travelled with Saudi from London Heathrow to Bangkok with a stop and transfer at Jeddah.

When I arrived at Bangkok, my checked luggage was not there. Nor was anyone else’s for passengers coming from London Heathrow.

I haven’t been able to talk to anyone at the airline about this as all the phone numbers I have been provided with either give an engaged sound, do not work or take me to someone who says I need to talk to the airline and give me the same numbers that do not work.

No one has responded to my emails or messages.

I am travelling across Asia with changing locations every day. When I asked someone at the airport to courier it to me when it shows up, they said all they would do is send it to the airport. Given sometimes I’m over 4 hours away from the nearest airport, this is not good enough. I have no clothes, no toiletries and only a couple of days supply of my medication and the lack of communication and will to help get it to where I am going to be is making me extremely anxious.
