JustFly Canceling /crediit/refund

My goodness I have been trying to cancel my flight for about a month maybe longer on an everyday basis staying on hold for about hours at a time and they will not get me off of hold this is ridiculous I didn't even know this airline even snuck into my browser ..I typed in TAP Airline ..this is alarming I understand COVID . and it can be busy, but come on .. I have also insured my ticket just in case. and hope i get the help that I need ..PLease I need help ASAP!

JustFly Wrong Name on my ticket

I booked with Justfly, and I realized that 1 of my ticket is not the right name on it...I need this issue to be fixed ASAP.
My booking number is [protected]
E-Ticket number that you need to correct #006-[protected]
the name on the ticket supposed to be Hernan Felipe Rivera...and on the ticket is just Felipe Rivera.
The purchases date was 11/23/2021

JustFly Ticket exchange

I had to cancel flights to Ireland due to Covid and a reschedule of our tour, after many phone calls to Justfly I was told and sent an email saying I would have credit with Justfly for a future flight but I need to rebook by Jan.17th, 2022. I then called Justfly to rebook and the first time I was on hold for 2 1/2 hours and then the call was disconnected, the second time I was on hold for 3 1/2 hours and when I finally talked to a reservationist he explained that I had credit but the flight would need to be taken before end of Jan.2022, I then asked to talk to his supervisor he put me on hold, and when he returned he said there was nothing he could do. I said I wasn't giving up and I wanted to talk to his supervisor, after another hold, he said the supervisor would get back to me in 24 hours.

Desired outcome: Credit on Upcoming Travel in Sept. 2022 $1100

JustFly Can’t rebook using Airline covid credit

Trying to use my credit from flight cancellation due to Covid. I have been trying to use my due credit and Justfly keeps my request on "processing" status for months.
When I call, almost an hour on hold, agent tells me the "back office" will contact me with final ticketing but they never contact me.
I has been months of unsuccessful dealings with Justfly and soon my credit will expire.
Total SCAM.

Awful agency. Horrible customer service.
I have not been able to to rebook my flights that were cancelled due to covid. They have kept my money since May 2020 and keep the on telling that they will contact me with confirmation but they don’t do it.
My credit will soon expire and I will lose my money. I think that is why they are giving me the run around to buy time.

BUYER BEWARE! Justfly is the worst. I have been on hold for 3 hours now waiting to speak with an agent about using my travel credits. As I am writing this review I am still on the line waiting. I don't think it is fair being I was told that this could be done. But I won't be able to get back 3 hours of my life so please be aware that the customer service goes to hell after they receive your money. I knew it was non refundable but will they keep my money being I am not able to change my dates and use my flight credits. So BUYER BEWARE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Subject. Cancellation of the flight and asking for refund or rescheduling in future due to very outbreak of deadly Omicron variant of coronavirus due to the fact recent alert recommendation of not to travel by CDC and WHO

I have sent several written requests and telephone calls to both Justfly .com and American airlines to cancel flight trip from Los Angeles ( LAX to London (LHR) and either to refund the cost or reschedule the trip in future. Reasons were the outbreak of Omicron variant of coronavirus in UK., Britain recently imposed a coronavirus restriction and most importantly US CDC Alert Caution Level 4 ( meaning very dangerous to travel to the UK ). Since we are very old individuals ( myself and Maria Martha Cortes) and observing strong recommendations by CDC and WHO travel restrictions protocols decided to cancel our journey . We asked both Justfly and American airlines either to refund or reschedule in future. So far nothing has been accomplished . Only reply we got from American Airlines suggested contacting the booking agency ( Justfly) . Justfly has not answered our requests.

Since we has a travel protection policy with you, you too have to answer our request

JustFly Change of name

The computer made an error in entering a middle name for me although I do not have one. Also my last name is hyphenated, but the hyphen was removed. I filled out the form on Justfly for update of name, including the picture of my passport. In the morning I was told the issue will be taken care of. In the evening I was told the airline will not allow the agency to change the name.
I called the airline who informed me they have no power to change the name because it is up to the agency. I fly in two days and I am lost.

JustFly flight

on 4/21/21 I booked a round trip tickets with justfly booking
number [protected] to be served by air Canada the departure went without problems, on 8/28/21 i received an email from air Canada about my on 8/30/21 was cancel (for 2 months) i booked my return with another company, when i call air Canada for my return they told me that i have to call justfly for my refund, witch I did but I received the same answer but this time just fly asking me to call air Canada they play me around

As per our records there was minor schedule change of 15minutes for the connecting flight from Montreal to Chicago. Airline does not permitted refund on minor changes.

JustFly airline tickets

We were supposed to fly out of Nashville on 11.19.21 toi Chittagone, Bangladesh. The initial flight from BNA was so delayed that we could not make our connecting flight at JFK. When we tried to rebook, we discovered that Emirates had cancelled the flight from Dubai to Chittagone. We were unable to rebook with Emirates. We eventually had to rebook with Quatar.

Initially, the service rep said they would file a refund request with Emirates. One week later, I had heard nothing back. When I phoned again to speak to the service personel, they were very rude, refused to pass me on to a supervisor, refused to give me any kind of support for my claim, and were of no help whatsoever.

Their customer service stinks.

We still have not heard anything about the refund.

JustFly My booked flight

I have been on hold for hours and days, tried to communicate by email, tried to change my booking on line as promised by the site this was a very simple feature that customers could use as self serve.
The airline cannot made this change.
This failure on your system is infuriating, I should be able to make changes in some way.
I need resolutions, response!
No one gets back to me.
I absolutely hate this company and will never book again in the future.

JustFly Rebooking Credit

My son and I were scheduled to fly to Dallas, Texas on Delta through Justfly, confirmation #[protected], flight confirmation JLNXDK Dec 22, 2020-Jan 04, 2020. Due to Covid, I had to cancel my flight. I was changed $150 handling by Justfly. I had a $314 credit available until March 27, 2022. On Nove 8th, 2021 I logged into my account to the credit. I clicked on the Rebook button, modified the dates, and agreed to the consent. The system took me back and forth repeating the process. I call customer service for help. I was on hold for over 2 hours. The tickets were steadily going up. Since I could not reach anyone and I had a set budget, I booked ticket #[protected]. I sent a request ID: 166053 explaining what I tried to do and what I did. I asked them to adjust my credit card amount. I received a notice saying they would contact me in 3 days, or if it was a cancellation or rebooking call them. I called again and was on hold until I could hold any more. Reshma Nair replied to my ticket on Nov 12th. The tickets now are over $600. He stated there was nothing he could do basically and the credit will still be available till March 27, 2022. I talked to someone after a representative in billing after I received Reshma email, letting him know I was not able to get help with booking my ticket and using my credit. The system said I could modify but it would not let me, and I was told I had to call in to rebook but no one picks the calls. He was going to send a ticket to the higher-ups but I have not heard anything. This took place on Nov 12th.

Desired outcome: credit my credit card the $314 or send me a check so I pay my card.

JustFly not receiving a refund for the canceled flight

I requested a refund for the cancelled flight. JustFly Booking number: [protected]. Spoke to JustFly representative on August 2nd and was told that it will take up to 14 weeks to get it refunded. I was assured that someone will call me soon. I have not heard from anyone. I called back on August 30th and was told that there was no response from Swiss Air as of yet. On September 2nd, I called Swiss Air and was told by Netta that JustFly needs to contact support team department at Swiss Air and request a refund. Right away I called JustFly and spoke to Omar who said that request for refund was made on August 2nd. I requested to speak to manager and Omar connected me to Anthony who supposedly was a supervisor for JustFly. Anthony assured me that Swiss Air personal was wrong about JustFly not requesting the refund. He promised to place me on the top of the list of people to get my refund and that someone will call me. No one called again. I called back on 10/21 and spoke to Afnan who just like everyone else kept putting me on hold to gather information. She assured me that on 10/20 they finally received a response from Swiss Air and will be refunding me my money soon. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told that I will receive a phone call within three hours of my request. No one called again.
Today I called Swiss Air and explained to Ann that I have not been able to receive my refund from JustFly since August. After finding my reservation she informed me yet again that JustFly has never put in a request for my refund. I have been in a situation like this before. The employees of this company are dishonest and torture their customers with non empty promises. I have given you the names of the personal that I spoke to. I would like you to investigate my case and discipline the responsible parties. I also would like to be refunded my money as soon as possible.
Currently, I am considering going with my complain to the Congressman.

JustFly Customer Service no Help

Good Morning

I called Untied airlines 9/14-2021 to change flight time from 940 to 125pm leaving Panama
they said that there will be no extra charge . Then I spoke to your customer care and they wanted to charge 150 plus 90 dollars. No way. I will never use your company again. PLEASE HELP

JustFly everything

i bought a ticket with them, the flight was canceled form the airline company, the said i would get my money back . and now after 6 mounts my request is canceled i try to call them there is no way to reach a real person to talk to and now i have been put on a do not call list they blocked my number, what a company, i will take them to court when for this, i called swill airlines they told me we cant give the money back because justfly send us wrong info 3 times so far

JustFly airline tickets

Paid for two airline tickets booking number [protected] confirmation number
HLAP4N. We arrived at the airport to check in but were told that we did not have reservations. Justfly took my money but failed to finish the process of securing our tickets. They were supposed to be first class. Thankfully Delta Airlines was able to get us on the planes but not very good seats plus there were a lot of waiting for flights.

JustFly Flights

I bought a direct flight from NYC to Toronto (1.5 hr flight) on May 28th for a flight on August 20th. Since then until today (August 14th), they have changed my flight 5 TIMES! I accepted all changes and even changed my schedule to accommodate it. Today, they changed my flight again, this time into a flight with a 2 hour layover. Tell me how are they going to change my 1.5 hour flight that I booked 3 months in advanced got changed into a 5 hour flight 1 week before the date? Extremely unacceptable. When I called JustFly, the rep was not helpful, understandably this was beyond her control. She claimed that my flight was changed due to the airline (westjet), but she did not know that I called them and told them my situation. Westjet said that JustFly buys tickets in bulk, meaning changes to my flight are directly controlled by JustFly. When asked for compensation as I paid premium at the time for a direct flight, she said there was nothing she can do. When asked to speak to a superior, she said they were all in a meeting. I asked for a contact email or phone number and she said she cannot give that information out. I don't know for sure, but I suspect JustFly decided to sell my original direct flight ticket for a high price after demands skyrocketed due to opening of the border. Had I known they'd change my ticket like that and how poor their customer service is, I would not buy from them again. I highly do not recommend this company due to the way they handled the situation. Im not even that upset about the 5 hr flight, but it's about the principles - how they treated me and what they've done to my original plans. I would recommend you save your time and take your money directly to the airline to get a peace of mind. I hope no one else experiences this kind of service.

JustFly Justfly misrepresented information

I booked 2 "Economy Class" flight from Malaga, Spain to Washington Dulles on British Airways for myself and my wife. All information on JustFly website indicated that the tickets were "Economy Class" which meant each traveler was entitled to take one piece of hand luggage and one piece of suitcase during both legs of the journey.
After the tickets were issued by JustFly website I noticed the tickets were "Basic Economy Class" tickets rather than "Economy Class" tickets as advertised. This meant neither my wife nor I was entitled to take suitcases during our journey unless we paid €70 Euros ($82.19) per suitcase. This would mean I would end up paying an additional €280 Euros ($328.76) for our suitcases round trip.
I tried reaching a Justfly customer service agent at: [protected] and [protected] and their corporate HQ number in Montreal at [protected], however the internal menu option did not provide an extension for existing reservation disputes. When I dialed the new ticket issuing extension, the representative would hang-up as soon as I would describe the issue. I tried to find an online customer service representative or an email address, however neither was available.
The circumstance I described clearly indicates inaccurate information and misrepresentation of flight baggage allowance by the Justfly website. Moreover the inaccessibility of a Justfly customer service representative speaks high volume of a company with unprofessionalness and below average ethics to care for its customers.
I therefore recommend British Airways drops this website from its third party vendor list.

JustFly Using travel credit

My 3/19/20 cancelled travel credit ($2, 112) for trip for four from MSP to Liberia, Costa Rica is barely putting a dent into JustFly reschedule options. Restricted to using same airlines same destination now is costing $6, 672 with longer flights. Difficult to reach customer support.

When looking for same flight and dates not using travel credit the cost is under $3, 000 total for four non stop .

JustFly Flight Refund

I had a flight booked for August 2020 through Just Fly. The flights were cancelled by the airline because of COVID. Just Fly posted a credit and now is making it impossible to use. When I search on their site - the flight will cost $1, 700 as a new booking for 3 people - same airline, same destination, new dates. I have a credit for $2, 100. When I call to try to rebook I am told that it will cost $3, 100 for the new tickets. They say the rates for rebooking are different than booking new flights. How is this legal? If they won't honor the credit and switch to the new flight that should be covered by the credit then I would like a refund to be finished with this.

I could not change my flight because I could not get though on the phone to change my flight and the online was not working either. JustFly Changing ticket

July 20, 2021

After booking and receiving an email from justfly that my booking was confirmed, I received another email from indicating Input Required. So you would think that mean they would call you but think again. It is impossible to reach their customer service line, minimum wait time is 2 hours. I have spoken to 8 different agents and have spent over 20 hours on hold to change my reservation. Last agent, Satruth can be heard giggling at my frustration. Company is unprofessional as you can hear TV and people taking in the background. I think company is fraudulent and capitalizes on opportunities to increase fares and charge you a new fee. There is no compassion for the client at all.

Desired outcome: Would love a full refund but Flight confirmation and no more fees will be my absolute minimum request

Horrible. BA canceled the flight. Called 6 times to get status on a new flight or refund to Just Fly and on hold max 2hrs.

Still no resolution. Promised in 72hrs with bee flight information. If not, going to authorities. Ridiculous!
