I can not log in in my account to buy credit.

I tried to change my password but something went wrong. I can not any more login and try to change my password but I ge this message:

JustVoip Justvoip calls from my pc keep returning the same message "call ended" - this service sucks.

My account shows that I have €34.44 credit; however, every time I dial a number I always receive the same message "Call Ended" regardless if I dial a number in the UK, Greece, or the US.
As a paying customer I consider this as "Very Poor Service", I give JustVoip zero stars and I wonder - is it time to switch to another Voip provider (there are quite a few to choose from" or will my problem be resolved a.s.a.p.

"Login failed
We are unable to reach our servers!"
That is what I read, after uninstalling, reinstalling and signing in again.
This on my iPhone 7.
On my PC under WIN10 in the I read after uninstalling:
"Download failed".

Now what to do?

And now some more words to reach threehundred charecters.
And I do not know what to do with "Select a category" I'll just selct one at random.

JustVoip PSTN outcalling dead

I started up a Justvoip account "maximobil" but this allows only PC-to-PC calls, voip calls through my line phone and incoming calls to my number +[protected] . All outgoing calls to numbers aswell as all SMSs do
not work (see photos). I have 9 Euros credit and successfully bought myself the above number!

Respected sir,
Recently I have seen in my account some charges on the free destinations under the name of FUP. The client did not use in any way for commercial or any other device purpose. Also I have seen that you are charging for all the free destinations. Kindly revise and do the maximum benefit to the client.

I have just voip account and my user id is tanwarqayyum even i have a balance money euro about 32 in my account since two days i am trying to get connection for make a international call, but i am not getting connected. I am a Reseller of Justvoip in Unaited Arab Emirates. My reseller id is shams333. One of my clients are not able to connect their accounts. I already recharged their accounts in last week. While they connect it, they can see a message like, Voipwise(9)

sir, this is third time I am sending complaint.
I request you please take this as an urgent case
and solve my problem.

while I am trying to call to any destination, the

sir, this is my second time I am sending complaint.
I request you please answer me or fill my credit please solve my problem.

I sent money with bank account, I check the bank several times and every thing is correct
Your account number and my reference number I can sent the receipt to you just give me e mail or fax number it’s nearly 2 month now and nothing happened. we have received your query/fault report. Should your query not be addressed in the FAQ we will try to get back to you as soon as possible; however we work with a small team and therefore it might take a short while to receive a response.

This company are a fraud company, I still have 9 Euro in my account but after being a member for 7 days and having made 10 calls totally 130 minutes they put "FUP exceeded " on my accout so now i have no FREE minutes and all calls cost me, what a scam, i was an honest user and now they screwed me, also no replys to my emails

Impossible longin on JustVoip account . Ive got a message saying that my account is disabled. Customer Service is awful! They never replied my messages and this account had a lot of credit. I feel i've been stolen. They get you money and vanish.

Justvoip just cheated after adding credit of 10 Euro, after I charged my account with 10 Euro my account was not updated sitll it shows 0 Euro, They have just taken my 10 Euro. 100% cheaters.

I bought 10$ credit to call in Romania. I was supposed to have 120 free days. 2 days later and 4 calls made I got charged. I sent 2 messages but I got no answer. I will use the credit that I still have but I will not use this site anymore. This is a fraud company. Thank you

The charges imposed on me throughout December 2009 were extremely unfair and not according to their practice. The calls I made to Brazil landlines were still under the Freedays available to me, however for these whole month I had been SIGNIFICANTLY OVERCHARGED over and over again.

It is evident that this month JustVoip did not deliver as promised on the freedays, by giving me only 18 minutes for this whole month. This is frustrating as I have been promised 300 minutes per week of free calls, I am extremely furious and disgusted with the services of JustVoip. Even sending customer service feedback did not work. Are there any kind souls who can help me on this issue? Thank you.

This indeed is a fraud company, after topping up with jy cellphone i should have 7 free days, after 45 minutes my free days where over and i started to get charged. afrter contacting support i did not get any repply.
Me having good will after waiting until the free days passed, I purchesed once more a 7 days member ship, again the same thing. Also if ph calls got disconnected it ate away from the FUP so it was earlyer exceeded. And gues what? in the start me beeing a new customer it never happend, but after buying a few rounds this started to happen all the time, so many disconnects, couldnt believe it. And just bcos of that it was bye bye free days, time on time again.
So I contacted support again, explained the whole story, i actually even had an error saying free trial minutes exceeded. They had a very simple awsner: yes sometimes that happens, that means you spend your trial minutes, i already explained them that im a customer for a while, they didnt care and ansered back then you just spend all of your free minutes.

I imediatelly decided to not use the programm anymore.
And I will not do so anymore as i have explained them, unless i get my money back.

I had a problem in this site as per your information you are willing to give 60 Minits but, I had the oppertunity of making only 3 Calls and that did not exceed the so called 60 Minits. So these 3 calls would have only taken a few secounds per each call and the most would have been only 3-4 Minits.

Please let me knowwhy this has happend. This is not good for your Immage. better late than never.

JustVoip A fraud company

After paying $ 50 + $ 4.99 transfer to the account of Betamax, my account was not loaded. Four e-mails to [protected]@betamax.com were not answered, although, before sending the money I asked them through the same address, why they do not take credit cards any more, and they answered from [protected]@justvoip.com that it was just not possible and I should use another payment method.

While I enjoyed their phone2phone service it seems that they are fraudulent regarding their customers money.

Victims should consider a concentrated criminal action against Betamax in Germany.

I have been buying credit through a reseller of Betamax who provides "Double the number of freedays". For 10 euros you normally get 120 freedays, but through the reseller 5 euos give 120 freedays. This has worked for about a year and a half.
Yesterday when I checked on my voipstunt account instead of having over 200 freedays, I now have 49.
Using the contact us page I was told "Due to a technical problem some of our customers had too many freedays indicated on their account. Our apologies for the inconvenience."
There was no warning.
The reseller denies any responsibility.
Friends have found that because of the halving of freedays on their accounts, they then ran out of freedays and the call charges were deducted from their credit.
Voipstunt accepted my money and gave me credit, they have retrospectively taken my credit away.
This is illegal.

It seems this company is trying to rip off their customers, I used them once, and the second time, I used just 1.5 euros, then my account stopped working (I still have credit of 8.40 euros in it), the error message said "Call ended (you are not allowed to make a call)", sent several emails to customer service and the only reply I got is they are looking into it (it was over a month ago), and I can make a free or paid call and they will not refund the money, so be aware of this company before paying it.

This seems to be common with betamax these days, these ppl are cheating their regular customers
I am a student here in USA,
I have been using VOIP based calling, to call home(INDIA) using both nonoh.net and Voipstunt.com, both products are from Betamax GmbH & Co KG, I am their customer since more than 2 years now, i always either buy credit to make calls using my Credit card or PAYPAL, every month, costing me 21 Euros, as this company only accepts Euros.
All of a sudden they remove my regular payment options and put in some other options like Western Union, Bank Transfer, using these payment options is very time consuming and is very costly, they removed my preferred (Paypal and Credit card is the most common method of payment accessible to every one who shops online) saying some random reason.

I contacted customer care multiple time each time they just replied
"Please make one payment with one of the available methods on your MyAccount area on our site. Once your payment has been credited to your account, other payment options will be restored.
Kind regards,
Customer service"

I some how managed to buy credit to make calls, which took lot of time and costed me 3 $ more for each credit recharge of 10 Euros via Reseller, costly each time.

i buy 10 Euros for each account each month

10 Euros = approx(13 USD) depending on current $ value, and is instant if you use paypal and credit card

But when you buy via a reseller you end up paying 17 USD for the same 10 Euros of talk time

IF you buy via Bank transfer, will take 12 USD as international transfer and currency conversion and both these methods take 1 to 2 weeks to refill the talk time.

Another method is Ukash which is not available in USA, point to be noted is 70 % customers of Betamax are USA and Canadian

These people are doing this because they recently started with a Reseller Program via whom you can buy credit, which with cost you 3 to 4 $ more than buying directly.

I just want to make the Betamax customers be aware of this fraud.

I am using just voip for few months, now they are charging for free call destination, saying that fair use policy exceded. I checked the fair use policy, then only I understood the frod hiding behind the face.

I tell others please donot believe the just voip free call destination, think in mind they will charge you, the minute they count is different than our normal minute. sometimes 10 second is 1 minute for them . Be careful!

Hello there,

I am betamax reseller, I found my self in very bad positions many times when I received complains from customers which purchased credit from me but they have credit and they can not make any calls and betamax does not respond to theirs e-mails

JustVoip Calls not go through

I am havin gthe credit of 10 Euros but the calls are not going through the Just Voip. This is really a big problem for me.

They also did nopt mention how to conatct them. This shows that thez are cheating the customers.

Use a VPN client or just create one using another computer linked to the internet in another country to make a secure tunnel on your standalone machine, this will give you a better clarity as well as you will not face the problem of JustVoip or for that matter any blocked site being blocked or anything. All your ports (which are blocked by the ISP) will be accessible and you will be able to surf and access all these VOiP services with ease !

THE SAME CASE WITH ME ALSO.I SPENT EURO 20 BUT CANNOT USE THE SERVICE.THE COMPANY MUST RETURN OUR MONEY IF THEY CANNOT GIVE SERVICE .
HOWEVER I OBSERVED THAT IF PAID THRU THE RESELLER THEIR SERVICE WORKS.IT SHOULD ALSO WORK IF PAID THRU CREDIT CARD.
BY BLOCKING OUR MONEY THEY ARE LOOSING BUSINESS

I have the same problem with Voipraider and my girlfriend also with Voipstunt you have money with them and all of a sudden the service stop working and nobody replies to you message. I think they are all subsidiaries of Betamax Gmbh and I could also contact them as well. I think this is a fraud by the company.

I got a new justvopi account with 25 euros on it. I used it for the first day with bad connectivity but my calls thankfully went through..

From the second day on.. I get this message..
"
The call ended due to an unknown error
"
I have tried mailing feedback@justvoip.com.. but have had any response since 4 days now.

I still have 24 euros in it..and I want it back!

JustVoip Stolen money!

I have my justvoip account and an account credit of 5 Euro and 28 free days left. But when I try to make a call, it says, "The other party ended the call due to an unknown error." This has been so for the last 5-6 days. I did not put a pressure to contact them.it's just westing time. Those who are involved in this issue, how can we get our money back. We don't let these thieves to rope us...

I transfered 50 Euro to Voip Stunt, and they add to a wrong account, till now, i don't get my credit, and they told me, i made a mistake, transfered my money to a wrong account, finally, i found out the global collect they did transfered to a correct account, betamax made a mistake, and sent 5 mail, no answered, and Voip Stunt said i shouldn't send any mail, otherwise they will stop my customer service

HI i dont know on what base they disconnect my a/c, i payed all amounts no problem inthis , no problem with my credit cards, i havent miss use the terms and conditions as u said, even i am not calling to any free countreis like others. And more cheating way of these voip people doing is if u not taking somebody credit card or his IP address why u deduct the amount when he creating new a/c and after that u block the id. Please mention the reasons why r u doing like this... this is like official way of cheating .if u have any problem caused by us then tell or inform us. I havent did anything but we want know won what bases ru doing like this.
