Vispronet Erika R customer service

Erika R is a terrible representation of the business. And reflects poorly on the company. Short and unhelpful comments AND attention to detail. I've never had one person that's an associate make me reconsider my business with one whole company. Otherwise this company has been completely satisfactory in the past. Lately it's been terrible service but have noticed it's just one person.

Vispronet Poor Customer Service Experience with Vispronet: A Review

My experience with Vispronet was not a pleasant one. I had some questions about the process of working with this company, as I had never done so before. Unfortunately, the manager I spoke with on the phone was not very helpful. She spoke loudly and seemed more concerned with getting her point across than listening to what I had to say. She even hung up on me and threatened to do so multiple times. I had to be the one to calm her down, which was frustrating.

I felt like I was being treated as if I wasn't willing to pay for their services, rather than someone who just needed some help understanding the process. I kept asking different questions, but was told the same thing over and over again, as if I wasn't able to understand. It was a very hurtful experience, and I was in tears by the end of the call.

While I understand that the product will still be delivered and that I have already paid for it, the way I was treated as a customer is something I will never forget. I am not asking for a discount or a refund, but I do hope that Vispronet can improve their customer service in the future. It's important to remember that how you treat your customers can have a lasting impact on them.

Overall, my first experience with Vispronet was not a positive one. I hope that they can take this feedback and use it to improve their customer service for future customers.

Vispronet Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality Products: My Experience with Vispronet

This company is not worth your time or money. The customer service representative was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude. It's unbelievable that they would keep someone like that working for them. It's clear that this company doesn't care about their customers or following best practices. I ordered two mini-retractable banners and when I received the proofs online, they looked fine. However, when I received them in the mail, they were so dark that I couldn't even recognize them. They were completely useless. When I called to complain, the representative asked me to send pictures. I did, but of course, the pictures made the banners look lighter than they actually were. The representative then told me that they noticed no difference and couldn't help me. I can't believe that I paid for two banners that I can't even use. This is completely unacceptable and not how a business should be run. I'm extremely disappointed in Vispronet and will be telling everyone about my terrible experience.

Vispronet Vispronet: Top-Notch Products and Out of This World Customer Service

I gotta tell ya, I stumbled upon Vispronet's products while I was strolling through a fair in Aspen, CO and I was blown away by how slick their canopy, back drop, side walls and table covering looked together. I knew right then and there that I had to get one for my company's first street fair, especially since we were the main sponsor. So I checked out the quality of their tent and found their contact info on the back drop.

I gotta say, their website was super easy to use and we were able to design our own unique look using their online software. However, their in-house artists found some flaws with our art and asked if they could correct it for us. I was really grateful for their help.

Now, my company typically participates in 14 trade shows a year, but we always use exhibit houses for that professional look. But when we received our order from Vispronet, we set it right up and it looked amazing. Unfortunately, there was a mistake on the canopy and UPS destroyed the case we selected. But after a phone call to our sales representative, Destini, she took charge and within a few days our design was better than I ever expected.

I gotta say, I would definitely recommend the Vispronet Team for your next event. We personally will be using them again. Their products are top-notch and their customer service is out of this world.

Vispronet Vispronet: A Professional and Detail-Oriented Company for Graphic Designers

Vispronet is a great company for graphic designers like me. They offer a high level of professionalism and attention to detail that I really appreciate. I was actually considering purchasing from another company, but after asking some questions, it was clear that they didn't understand the kind of information that a professional designer needs. Vispronet's website, on the other hand, was very informative and made it clear that they were the right vendor for me. Even though their prices were slightly higher, I was happy to pay for the level of service they provide.

One thing that really stood out to me was how accurate their templates were. They provided clear and comprehensive directions that were invaluable to me. It was obvious from my correspondences with them that they have design professionals on staff who really speak my language. This made the entire process much smoother and more enjoyable.

The only minor issue I had was with their chat system. I submitted a question about my proof late at night and was expecting an email response. Instead, I received a response a day later via chat. I didn't think to log back in and check, so it held up my job a bit. However, it wasn't a big deal since I'm not on a tight deadline due to the COVID pandemic. They did answer my question completely and clearly, but I'm not sure if the chat system is the best way to handle issues like this.

Overall, I'm really looking forward to seeing the final product. I'm confident that it'll be great, given the level of professionalism and attention to detail that Vispronet has shown throughout the entire process.

Vispronet Poor Quality Control and Customer Service from Vispronet.com

We recently made an order for six table throws from vispronet.com, with yellow being the primary color. Unfortunately, we received four table throws that were more orange than yellow. While two of the table throws were printed correctly, the other four were not even close to the color we requested. We were disappointed with the quality control and printing errors that we experienced with this order.

Initially, the sales representative blamed us for not calling out a PMS color. However, in previous orders, we had never used a PMS color and the table throws were printed correctly. We do not need an exact color match, but we expect the color to be close to what we requested. When we informed the sales representative of this, she told us that they changed fabrics and did not notify customers who had not ordered in the last six months. This was another excuse that we found unacceptable.

We sent photos showing the yellow and orange table throws side by side, clearly showing that this was a printing and quality control error, not our fault. Despite this, the sales representative only offered us a 20% discount on a reprint after we pay to mail the table throw back to them. We were disappointed with the excuses and lack of accountability from the company.

This is not the first time we have experienced poor customer service from vispronet.com. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future. We do not trust their website reviews, as they do not engage in review sites that are unbiased. They even state on their website that "comments that are excessively negative will be removed." This is not a company that we can trust to provide quality products and customer service.

Vispronet Mixed Experience with Vispronet: Order Delays and Customer Service Issues

I recently made a purchase on Vispronet's website and overall, the experience was decent. However, I did encounter some issues with my order that caused some frustration. After ordering a display and table cloth, I received a notification the next day that the display was not in stock. This was disappointing as I had hoped to receive both items before the 11th. I had to pay for 3rd day turnaround to ensure that both items would arrive by the 8th, which added to the cost of my order.

The switch to a new display option could have been handled more efficiently as it was pushed to Monday the 1st instead of being done on Friday the 29th. Once the update was completed, I was informed that both items would arrive on the 10th. When I called to verify the status of my order, there was some confusion about the delivery date, but I was eventually told that both items would arrive on the 10th.

I do feel that Vispronet could have done more to expedite my order and ensure that it arrived on time. It would have been helpful if there had been some type of change to the shipping method to guarantee that my order would be delivered on time. Additionally, I think that the table cloth should have been shipped out as soon as it was completed so that at least one item would have arrived on the guaranteed date of the 8th.

Despite these issues, I am hopeful that both items will arrive on time and that there will be no further production or shipping delays. While I appreciate the notification about the out of stock item, I do wish that more effort had been made to rectify the situation. Overall, I think that Vispronet has some room for improvement in terms of their customer service and order fulfillment processes.

Vispronet Disappointing Experience with Vispronet: Poor Communication and Quality Review Process

So, I wanted to share my experience with Vispronet. I ordered a retractable banner from their website and paid for it. The website said that I had 2 days to upload my graphics and then it would be printed. But, that turned out to be false. I chose the automated quality review option, which meant that I didn't want any interference and wanted it printed as I uploaded it. After uploading my graphics, I got a warning, but I still approved it for processing. I also chose the 3-day production turnaround instead of the 5-7 days to speed up delivery. On my account, the delivery date was as expected during the order, so I thought everything was okay.

However, when I didn't receive anything on the delivery date and the two following days, I was confused. I contacted UPS, and they told me that nothing had been scheduled for delivery. So, I called customer service, and they told me that after the 2-day window for uploading the graphics file, they reviewed the quality and sent me an email to notify me about the low quality. This was despite the fact that I ordered for an automated review of the quality and not the manual. I never received their email, even though they claim it was delivered. They didn't bother to update my account or call me. They knew I chose the 3-day production turnaround.

In the end, it was a very bad experience, and I had to cancel my order. One day before the fair, I had to have it printed locally, and with exactly the same graphics file, I got a beautiful retractable banner. I don't recommend Vispronet.

Vispronet Misleading Website and Unhelpful Customer Service at Vispronet

I recently made an order on Vispronet's website on a Sunday night. I was eagerly waiting for a confirmation email with the artwork to approve. The following morning, I received an email discount of 20%, which made me very happy. I called Vispronet's customer service on Monday morning and then again on Tuesday requesting them to honor the discount. However, I was disappointed when I didn't hear back from them on Monday. When I called them again on Tuesday, the customer service representative refused to grant me the discount, notifying me that they were unable to grant a discount once an item went into production. I was confused as I never received an email to approve the artwork, how could the items already be "in production."

Then, I received an email from the same customer service representative stating that since the order was for letters, I do not receive a proof. That is not what their website states nor what was stated in my email. I was very disappointed as I never received an email with artwork to approve and so never approved it for production. This is false advertising as their website states FREE PROOF WITH EVERY ORDER. Moreover, my confirmation email stated that action would be required for me to approve the artwork proof(s) that will be sent via email.

I also found their website to be misleading as it shows you a much later delivery time for items, unless you select to rush the production (they give you several rush periods). When it fact, there is no need to "rush production" on letters they already have in house. So I also paid an additional $21 to ensure I get my items on time. When there was no need to.

Overall, I won't be doing business with Vispronet again and I encourage folks to beware. Their customer service was not helpful and their website was misleading. I hope they can improve their services in the future.

Vispronet Vispronet's Awning Hardware Mishap: A Frustrating Experience

I gotta say, I really like Vispronet's stuff. I got one of their premium tents a few years back for a cool grand, and it's been worth every penny. So when I needed an awning to go with it, I figured I'd go with Vispronet again. Unfortunately, things didn't go as smoothly as I'd hoped.

See, the thing with the hex legs on the tent is that they're oriented in a very specific way. So when I got the awning, the hardware that came with it didn't fit my tent. I contacted Vispronet and they sent me some new hardware, which was great. But when I tried to attach the awning at an event, it still didn't fit right. Turns out they sent me two of the same piece, when I needed a "right" and a "left" piece.

So I contacted them again, and this time I said I'd pay for shipping if they could just send me the right piece. I needed it urgently, so I was willing to pay. But the rep I talked to said I had to pay for the piece itself too, even though it was their mistake both times. I mean, come on. I'm already paying for shipping, and it's not like I'm asking for a whole new tent or anything. I just need one little piece of hardware.

Anyway, I ended up paying $22 for the piece and shipping, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. It's been a bit of a hassle, and I wish Vispronet had been more helpful. I mean, I know it's just a small detail, but it's frustrating when you're trying to set up for an event and something doesn't work right. I hope they get it right this time, and maybe they can work on their customer service a bit too.

Vispronet Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Vispronet for Marketing Materials Order

I recently had an experience with Vispronet that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. My company had a big event coming up and we needed marketing materials made and delivered in a timely manner. We placed our order with Vispronet and approved the proof they sent us right away. However, there was an issue with one of the items - they said the resolution was too low and after multiple attempts to fix it, they still warned us that the image would come out blurry if printed.

I reached out to the company to see if we could pay to have the resolution improved or have the item remade. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with didn't seem to understand our request. I tried to chat with someone online but they were closed at the time, so I had to wait for an email response. When I finally received a response, they said we could pay an extra $30 to have the image recreated. I agreed to this, but I was concerned about whether we would still receive everything in time for our event.

To my surprise, Vispronet said that since the one item wasn't approved, they hadn't made any of the other items on our order. This was frustrating because we had placed the order in plenty of time and approved the proof right away. I asked for a refund for the one item and for the rest of the order to be fulfilled, but they cancelled the entire order instead.

I tried to speak with a manager about this, but they were all in a meeting. I needed the remaining items in just two days and I couldn't find another company to make and ship them in time. I was extremely disappointed with the poor customer service I received from Vispronet. It's not how you handle business and it left me feeling frustrated and let down.

Vispronet Disappointing Experience with Vispronet: Misleading Product and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Vispronet and I have to say, I was disappointed with the experience. I ordered a total of 28 A-Frame signs, which I had previously ordered from them a few years ago. The website showed photos and specifications of the signs, so I felt confident in my purchase. However, when the signs were delivered, they were completely different from what was advertised on the website.

To make matters worse, I had the signs shipped to various locations throughout the state of Texas for a client. When I tried to insert signs that I had printed from another location into the frames, they didn't fit. I reached out to Vispronet for a solution and they suggested that I use velcro to hold the signs in place. I was frustrated with this response, as it was not a viable solution for my needs.

When I brought up the issue with Vispronet, they informed me that they simply didn't have time to update their website and that it was my problem, not theirs. They refused to offer any sort of discount or compensation for the mistake. I was left with the option of either having my client ship all of the signs back (at their own expense) for a refund, or taping their signs to the frames.

Overall, I would caution anyone considering shopping with Vispronet to be aware of the risks involved. They do not seem to prioritize customer satisfaction and instead prioritize their own interests. It's a shame, as I had previously had a positive experience with them, but this recent experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Vispronet Vispronet Review: Frustrating Website Navigation and Artwork Approval Process, but Great Customer Service

I gotta say, I had a pretty tough time navigating Vispronet's website. And I'm no newbie to this stuff - I work in the industry! It's a real bummer that you can't upload your artwork until after you've paid. I mean, come on, that's just asking for trouble. It makes me feel like they're trying to scam me out of my hard-earned cash. And don't even get me started on the approval process for your artwork. It's a total nightmare. I've been doing this for years and I still found it super frustrating. If you want to see how it's done right, check out VistaPrint. They make it so easy, it's almost like magic. I've been using them for ages and I've never had any issues with the final products.

But, I gotta give credit where credit is due. Chris from Vispronet's customer service team really saved the day. He helped me out via the chat option and made the whole experience a lot less painful. It's clear that they care about their customers and want to make things right.

All that being said, I'm not sure if I'll be back. The whole purchasing and upload process was just too much of a hassle for me. But who knows, maybe they'll make some improvements in the future and win me back. Only time will tell.

Vispronet Vispronet Review: Poor Service, Hidden Fees, and Disappointing Results

So, we decided to give Vispronet a try and ordered an item from their website. At first, everything seemed fine, but then we encountered a problem with the proof. Luckily, we were able to sort it out with one of their representatives. However, we had to pay extra for shipping to ensure that we received our order on time.

After a few days, we were surprised to find out that we still owed $12. We were confused because we had already paid in full exactly what they had asked for, and they never notified us of any remaining balance. They claimed that they had been emailing us every day about the balance, but we checked all of our inboxes (including spam) and found zero emails from them. As a result, they hadn't even started production on our order.

To make matters worse, they then told us that we had to pay extra for one-day shipping, even though we had already paid for the two-day shipping option. We ended up paying a total of $184 for our order, which was originally supposed to cost $75. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed with the service we received from Vispronet.

In our opinion, this company is a total scam that tries to get customers to pay more than they should. We would not recommend using their services and suggest that you pay extra elsewhere for better quality and service. Overall, our experience with Vispronet was awful, and we hope that others can avoid the same mistakes we made.

Vispronet Vispronet Review: Expensive, Inefficient, and a Total Ripoff

I gotta say, this Vispronet service was a real pain in the butt. First off, they made me pay the full amount before I could even see a template or get any info on the service. And let me tell you, it was way too expensive for what it was. I even shelled out extra cash to have my product delivered on time, but because of their lack of communication and production staff, it took two whole days for them to get my design right. That pushed my delivery back a whole 24 hours, which I paid almost 100 bucks more for. What a ripoff!

I gotta give props to Destiny, the customer service agent I talked to. She was nice and all, but it seemed like she was the only one in the office and was totally swamped. She could only do so much and had to call me back every time I had a question, which just made the production process take even longer. I even had to pay a graphic designer to do what Vispronet was supposed to do but couldn't. What a headache!

All in all, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. It was a total waste of money, time, and energy. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Vispronet Vispronet Review: Frustrating Artwork Upload Process & Slow Customer Service

I gotta say, my experience with Vispronet was a bit of a headache. I mean, I get it, uploading artwork can be a bit tricky, but man, this was frustrating. I must have tried to upload my artwork like 6 times and it kept failing. Like, seriously, what gives? And then, to make matters worse, I followed the instructions to use CMYK, but then I got all these Pantone error messages. Like, come on, can't you guys make this easier for us regular folks?

And then, to top it all off, I tried to use the template they provided, but then I got a message saying my artwork wasn't on an approved template. Like, what does that even mean? I tried to figure it out, but I just couldn't wrap my head around it.

And don't even get me started on the chat. I mean, it's great that they have a chat feature, but it took forever to get a response. And when I did get a response, it was just an automated review that took like 2 hours. Like, seriously, who has time for that?

And then, to make matters worse, I realized I uploaded the wrong file and I couldn't even stop it. I had to wait another 2 hours just to upload the correct file. All while I was trying to meet a deadline and avoid extra shipping costs.

Now, don't get me wrong, everything did eventually get resolved, but the process was far from smooth. I just wish I could have talked to a real person and resolved everything in one phone call. Instead, I had to go through this tedious automated review cycle multiple times.

Overall, I guess I would recommend Vispronet, but just be prepared for a bit of a headache when it comes to uploading your artwork.

Vispronet Mixed Experience with Vispronet Banners: Affordable Price and Great Graphics, but Poor Customer Service and Quality Control

The banners we got from Vispronet were pretty good, but not without their problems. Out of the eight banners we ordered, two of them came with broken pieces that we had to fix with screws. It was a bit of a hassle, but we managed to make them work. The carrying cases for two of the banners were also slashed open with some kind of sharp object, which was a real bummer. You could tell it happened during packaging because the cardboard was all cut up too.

When we reached out to customer service to ask for replacements, they were not very helpful. They denied that anything could have happened during packaging and refused to send us new parts even though we had photo evidence. It was frustrating because why would we ask for a replacement if nothing was wrong?

On the plus side, the price was really affordable and the graphics looked great. We were happy with how they turned out. However, because of the issues we had with the broken pieces and the unhelpful customer service, we can only give Vispronet two stars. If we hadn't been able to fix the banners ourselves, we would have been in a real bind for our big event. In a market where there are so many options, good customer service is really important.

Vispronet Vispronet's Customer Service Goes Above and Beyond to Make Things Right

So, I had a bit of a mix-up with my order from Vispronet. I thought I had ordered the right awning, but it turned out to be the 'economy' version, which comes with square hardware instead of hexagonal. I didn't realize this until I received the product and saw the hardware for myself. I wish the product photos had made this clearer, but I guess that's on me for not double-checking.

Anyway, I contacted customer service to see if I could get the right hardware for my 'premium' hex leg tent. I sent a photo of the part I needed and even replied to the invoice to make sure they knew what I was looking for. But when the package arrived, it still had the wrong part. I was pretty frustrated at this point.

But then I contacted Vispronet again, and this time I got a customer representative who really knew their stuff. They went down to the product floor to find the exact part I needed and overnighted it to me. I have to say, that level of service really impressed me. It's too bad it took so many tries to get it right, but I appreciate the effort they put in to make things right.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase from Vispronet. The product itself seems to be of good quality, and now that I have the right hardware, it fits my tent perfectly. I just wish the ordering process had been a bit smoother. But hey, at least they made up for it in the end.

Vispronet Disappointing Table Cloth from Vispronet: A Review

I gotta say, I was pretty stoked when my table cloth from Vispronet arrived on time for my events. Props to them for that.

But, I gotta be real with y'all - the table cloth was barely usable. Like, straight up unacceptable. Lemme break it down for ya:

First off, the size was all wrong. It didn't fit either of the tables at the two events I attended on Thursday and Friday. And let me tell ya, the latter had a table with the exact specs I requested. So, what gives? I couldn't use it at all on Thursday, and that's just not cool. (Check out the pics I attached, if you don't believe me.)

Secondly, I thought there would be some "give" or flexibility in the fabric, or some way to adjust or fasten or velcro the flaps together. But nope. On Friday at Harvard, I had to fold it up to use on a smaller table they provided for me. And let me tell ya, I was pretty embarrassed. It looked hella unprofessional.

And last but not least, the font on the logo was all wrong. It wasn't the same as the logo I sent, which has "American Typewriter" font. Like, come on now.

So, Vispronet, if you're reading this, please let me know what my options are for returning or refunding or at least exchanging this table cloth for one that I can actually use properly. I'd appreciate it.

Vispronet Mixed Feelings: Vispronet Review - Great Customer Service, Frustrating Design Software

On one hand, their website and design software are a complete disaster. It took me weeks to verify my graphics and get them positioned correctly on the product I wanted to purchase. Resizing and positioning were a nightmare, and I found myself getting frustrated and annoyed with the whole process.

However, on the other hand, Vispronet has some of the best customer service and sales people I have ever dealt with. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and nice. They helped me through the rest of the process and even finished designing the graphic placement on the tent I purchased when the website would no longer allow me access to my design. I was impressed with their dedication to making sure I was happy with my purchase.

Payment was also a huge issue for me. I made a full payment the day I placed my order, but the site claimed that it had not been paid all the way to the end. This was a major headache, but once again, the customer service team was on top of it and resolved the issue quickly. I had to send credit card statements, but they were able to sort everything out and make sure I got my product.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about Vispronet. While their website and design software need a lot of work, their customer service and sales team are top-notch. If you're willing to deal with some frustration and headaches, you can end up with a great product from Vispronet.

Vispronet Disappointing Experience with Vispro: Defective Products, Hidden Fees, and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I was pretty excited to order from Vispro. I mean, who doesn't love a good deal, right? But boy, was I in for a surprise. First off, I noticed that the options on Amazon were different from their website. I reached out to the company and they straight up told me that they couldn't offer the same deals as the ones from China. Bummer, right?

But it gets worse. When I finally received my order, the products were defective. The clips wouldn't stay in place and the tops of the poles wouldn't curve with the flag. What a disappointment! And to top it off, I had to pay a restocking fee. Can you believe it?

To make matters even more frustrating, I had to order ground stakes separately. When I checked out, the receipt showed a charge of $90 and change. But when I got the email, it said I was being charged for 20 stakes instead of the 10 I actually needed. When I brought this up, they said it was my mistake and refused to do anything about it. And of course, I had to pay another restocking fee.

Overall, this was a pretty unpleasant experience. I can't say I would recommend this company, their products, or their customer service. It's a shame, really. We've never had such a bad experience with a company before. But hey, I still wish them the best in their business. Maybe they'll get their act together one day.
