I have my justvoip account and an account credit of 10.02 euro and 353 free days left.
But when I try to make a call, it says, "The other party ended the call due to an unknown error." I sent e-mail complaint to the Justvoip service team, but the error is not corrected.
It smells bad.

I khalil shirinkam has a Justvoip account with you and few days ago my computer system got viruses and I had to reboot and reformat my system, after doing so when I wanted to use the Justvoip account it asked me for my Username & password and since I had not use either one of them since I was always sighed in, I don’t remember either one and I want your technical support to inform me of this information and I like to add I still have 31Euro left on this account.
This is my second request on this matter please contact me as soon as possible due to the fact I really use this account for my day to day life and business as well. Thank you in advance for your cooperation on this matter. For your information I originally got my Justvoip account in city of Dubai and country UAE.

Hello, i live in UAE Dubai, but i cant cal from may justvoip, becaus the sait and conection is not voorking. Hav can i solve may problem? Thenk you for help!

Hello dear Just Voip Group,

The problem recently appeared by the pure connection to the server. When I make a call, I hear the other part but the other part cannot hear me. So I just spent the money without talking and cannot simply speak with anyone.

Could you please solve this problem.

My calls are not going through. When I phone Dubai using the access number for Phone to Phone first and then giving the number and waiting I am told the cost per minute and I hear a phone ringing ( but not the usual single tone ring that is customary in Dubai) I am then told that there is no reply form that number or a voice tells me the phone is off or not activated ( I tried today three times.) I then dialled the number
myself - not via JustVoip and got through immediately. There is no troubleshooting page or even a customer service page on the Justvoip website.

There ain't such a thing as a mac client. Just use some random SIP-complient software.

Hi Friends,

I have buy 10 euro credit form justvoip.com & when I am trying to call in any mobile or landline it shows error sorry you are not allow to make this call. when I click on more then it shows
General error 8. please help me... I have submit my problem many times but nobody responce me from justvoip.

Please help me if you know the solutions. I am using it in Vietam.

Whenever I am trying to make a call it gives me an error even though I have sufficient balance. the error is "Sorry, you are not allowed to make this call".
Please revert asap.

I sent my money to justvoip by bank acount put til now nothink I didn't find any email or phone to call them if any body now pls send it to my my account name is ahmedali825.

Did anyone manage to solve this problem? "Sorry, you are not allowed to make this call" when you're using lowratevoip.

I am facing the same problem, in Abu Dhabi - UAE.

Hi, I am also facing the same problem, it this remains the same than i think viop will not have business from uae customers. They need to do something for this error. As yourll know thousands of people are using voip services, if this stops than we shall be in bad situiation.

goodmorning.as per your rules we have to credit in our reseller account 30 euros bul i already credited in my user name rahat275122 -euro 1000 but still i am awaiting to see my status of notification to open my reseller accoun.my ref no:[protected]: thanks

I been using JUST VOIP for about 5 years and didn't have to many problems, I just made a call and the other party did not answer, $2.47 was taken out of my account this is crazy on my cell the call shows 2 min duration and my VOIP account call duration shows 12 min

This is not ok I been a customer for 5 years and spend more then $2000 on this ###

you are stupid always talking about payment in all over the site but no service for customer. I charged justvoip 100 euro and it works
till I went to Greece after a while it stopped and I was forced to pay a lot of money for calling. still after one week that I have come back
it is stopped when I dial three discontinues sound heard then everything is finished like the time that credit exceeded, if the people in justvoip are now fed of money and think little about people advise to fixed the matter

I am a very old costummer and have a balance of more than 8 euros in my justvoip account, but still I can't make any calls because it keeps telling me (for more than a year, now): "serviço temporarily unavailable". Why is that? Did it stop working whithout any announcement? What should I do? My username is "stanzani".
