I was schelduled for service on my central air unit on August 19th between 1pm and 5pm . at 540 pm I called to see where the tec was and was told that he called my house and there was no answering machine to leave a message that he was not coming. Well I have an answering machine and both my husband & and I were both at home and no one called to say they were not coming. When I called they rescheduled the appointment for August 23rd. between 1pm and 5pm . They called at 410 to say the tech was not coming again. I was on the phone for 40 minutes with the resolution person who was supposed to connect me with his supervisor but I got another person who was going to start the process all over again then I got disconnected . Needless to say I am not happy with your service department or your representatives who answer the phones. I feel like I got ac9nothing but the run around and I am not very happy with Sears. The resolution persons name was Carlos. The complaint # that Carlos gave me was3256430.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
