5 in 1 - chicken rice box
Hi,
This is to inform regarding the product we bought from your branch situated at Viviana Mall, Thane. We had ordered a 5 in 1- chicken rice box on 26th of Jaunary, 2018. After consumption of it my wife had some burning sensation in her stomach along with acidity and later she vomited in the late evening. We are sure that this symptom developed after the consumption of the food which we had ordered from the KFC as she was fine before that.
We request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

my food, I paid almost 15 dollars for no reason
I went in and told the girl i want a #11 which is 3 tenders popcorn chicken, mash potato, cole slaw the tenders had to cook so i couldnt wait so instead of the three tenders i said can i get chicken i order 4 picese grill chicken. When i got home all i had was 2 picese of chicken potato slaw bread 4 burnt grilled chicken almost 15 dolllars i go there everyday but im not going back
chicken not completely done
I recently bought a bucket of chicken from the KFC on hillcroft. The chicken was not completely done.. the breasts were pink inside..ND the thighs were full of fat. I paid over $40 for the meal.. my son got a stomach ache ND threw up later that night. Although I went to the same KFC before ND was dissatisfied.. I decided to give it another try because KFC is my favorite chicken.. I've been eating there for years ND I used to really enjoy it.. that was back in NYC.. since I've moved to Texas.. it seems as though the quality has gone down.. IDK.. maybe they should take more time preparing ND cooking the chicken. I Waisted $42 on a full dinner that no one enjoyed.
food quality and bad cheating staff
Yesterday (23 Jan 2018) I bought a family meal (21 pieces) from KFC AlDabab branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
I asked for fresh and they said I will have to wait. I waited about 35 minutes and took the order.
When I went home, the food was very very bad. They clearly cheated me and gave me re-heated dark pieces black to the bone. We could not eat!
Today I am going to back to complain and ask for refund.
Please share this message with as many as people possible to be alert and dont get deceived by bad staff.
This was not first time. Before two weeks we ordered online 12 piece bucket and they delivered 6 wings in that bucket
I don't know this because the staff is bad or because KFC is very bad company with very bad policies. If they train staff well and take touch decisions when employees cheat customers, how can staff dare to cheat customers?

I picked up a 20$ fill up on Tuesday, Jan 15th, 2018 at 519 pm store num j7188318 5437 hwy 90 mobile, Alabama ticket number 1542 I went thru the drive thru and proceeded home. I didn't notice Tuesday evening but on Wednesday when we had left overs I noticed there was no breast in the box. We were given 4 thighs, 2legs, 2wings. It slipped my mind to call on Wednesday because school was out in m mobile county and I was dealing with my sick child as well. I remembered on Thursday to call not expecting a complete order replacement but to have at least the 2 breast replaced I spoke with the manager named Prince and asked me if I could return the order. I advised him I lived 30 minutes away and do to the circumstances that would be impossible. He advised me that do to new policy that I would need to bring the entire order to be replaced. It would have been no problem if I lived 5 minutes or ten minutes away.but the fact that I live 30 minutes away, the schools was already being closed the next day so to ice and freezing temps would have definitely been an issue as well... I normally pick up dinner here at least once a week and order the same thing. Previously I've had no issues when I have called and spoken to the manager about my order. The last time I had issues the Cole slaw containers (4)I ordered was half filled. I spoke with a gentleman and had no issues replacing them. Thetime before I had issues with biscuits being to hard.no issues replacing biscuits...I do apologize for the late complaint but this is an issue that needs to be addressed. The manager of this K.F.C. / Delphine Goldie, is by far the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with, out of any fast food restaurant in our town. The way she cusses at her employees is degrading and down right mean. I have a friend who watched her physically shove an older guy who wasn't finished, out the door! Because it was closing time! Everytime I come through the drive thru at night this so called manager will be in her car smoking marijuana with her boyfriend who just so happens to be the kitchen manager. It's not hard to tell what people are smoking when it's done in plain sight! She is constantly firing her employees if they don't bend to her every need, and want. She has just fired one of my friends because it's her day off today, actually this happened about ten minutes ago... but just because it's Sunday and my friend is on house arrest and can't just leave anytime she wants and has to stick to the schedule her case worker has. She has fired another employee just because his girlfriend is sick and was supposed to work and couldn't come in, but because he had other plans on his day off and couldn't come in to cover her shift... he was fired! This manager was even caught fixing employees times on the schedule because they were on the clock longer than expected. So for example, she has made sure that they quit getting paid by a certain time even though her employees are still in the restaurant closing. I cannot understand how this person still has her job!?! A drug screen should be administered.

Hi I was in KFC store florida, 3 days consecutive from this monday I was purchasing a meal from them, I was using my debit card to pay for my meal, I gave the cashier the card on my surprise no pin code was requested but I received a sms stating that the transaction has been processed. I asked the cashier how so cause I have puntched in my pin code he told me is my card it doesn't request for pin code. Tuesday and Wednesday same transaction happened, i even told the cashier infront of a store manager that this is my first time experiencing such and I really don't like it. Last night I went to an ATM to withdraw the transaction was unsuccessful even when I changed to different banks. Today I tried to swipe at fishaways my card was declined by my the machine. I had no choice but to go my bank which in nedbank, they told me that the cashier has damaged the card and cashier's are always trained that they have to punch in the debit card and swipe the credit, so I was advised that your cashier has damaged my card. I had no choice to do a new card on a penalty fee of R130.
The card was still new I did in the last week of December 2017, so this is my humble requested could the KFC finance department kindly pay back the damaged cost, I know that is within the best interest of managers to proper train their staff members. I can't suffer or lose R130 because of an untrained stuff.

I really like your chicken tenders. Why can't I purchase only tenders, potatoes and green beans without a drink? I like to take my food to go and drink water from my home. I don't like to be forced to buy drinks with my meal. You know as well as I do, it's just a sly way to make more money off of your customers. I refuse to do business with a company that doesn't give me a choice. You need to remember... I am the customer and I refuse to buy a soft drink that I don't want. Then I tried to buy only 6 tenders to go with other things that I was cooking at home. KFC refused to sell me just 6 chicken tenders without forcing me to buy a box of potato wedges to go with it. Whats the deal? Don't give me your meal deal pitch! I don't want to hear it! People should be able to walk into your place of business and buy just one chicken tender if thats all they want.
With that said... I finally went up the street to your competitor and they were glad to get my business. And you know what... they sold me exactly what I wanted. If you ever decide to sell only tenders, I might do business with you again.
Drinks are almost always a rip off - and, yeah they all charge ya through the nose for that drink and make you buy it or just pay double for whatever it is you want. So stupid. I quit KFC because their chicken is now almost $2 per piece. In addition, the names of their offerings sounding like something referable to feeding inmates or slopping hogs. You ain't selling me something called "Fill up." And what's this "share" thing? I don't share. I'm not a socialista. You want some? Get your own. But the worst part is that now, you only get 6 pieces of chicken for $10 instead of the 8 pieces you used get for $9. They changed the name - but, hey...I did the math. You can have it.
ridiculous wait time in drive thru line
On 1/3/18, I was in the drive thru line for at least 36 minutes when I got to the menu board, waited another 15 minutes before the cashier got on the speaker to say please wait... told her I was waiting for almost an hour, when she rudely replied that they were busy, no apology for the extensive wait time, waited another 15 minutes (she never came back to get my order) . This is extremely poor customer service. Hopefully this store can do better by their loyal customers in the future.

Every time I go they're either closed early, rude, don't have anything u order and the manager go along with it.ive reported it several times and nothing happens.its ridiculous..this kfc is on Fayetteville st in Durham nc..needs new management or be closed down.ive called the main office and I've noticed the same workers are still there so nothing has been resolved.u pull up to the drive thru and they just look and you and never come on the loud speaker to take your order.if they do come on the speaker everything you order they say they don't have no matter what time of day or night it is.i went in to order bc no one never took my order and I ordered hot wings and the cook said he eating and he not cooking any hot wings right now.now what kind of business run their company that way?Everyone in the store needs to be fired for not doing their job and just being plain out rude.shut the store down if the business don't want to make money

The 12 piece original chicken that I ordered was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was old, dark in color to the bone, very dry, and the taste was bad. The crew that I bought the chicken for concurred with this description. Additionally, I spoke with the store manager, and he was defensive, minimized the issue, and argumentative. The store manager insisted that what I described could not have possibly happened because the cooking oil is always fresh. I do not have to lie about my experience. I plan to never go back to KFC. Thank God that there are many restaurant options available to eat. A good manager would have looked for solutions to quickly resolve the problem.

incorrect order again
The last 5 times at least, our order has been wrong, and sometimes the items unedible. This happened again tonight at the drive thru in the Spruce Pine, NC restaurant. I usually call, but I'm tired of that. If I had employees like the ones they have, they would be fired. The receipt was correct, at least, this time, but the order entirely wrong. I am completely tired of dealing with such terrible customer service. This store needs to be watched and inspected constantly, until the employees are capable of being professional.

We ordered got our food and was getting ready to leave my aunt checked our food she was missing her Mac and Cheese she asked one of the employees for it the young Girls responds was you did not pay for it my aunt said yes I did tried to show her the receipt the young girl just walked away my aunt called out to the cashier and the cashier told the young girl she did pay my aunt at this time was a little upset we drove home started to get ready for dinner and our chicken was old and dried up so now my aunt was so upset after spending over 40+ $ we drove all the way back we got their all hell broke loose my Aunt was loud which I don't blame her you know but the cashier Manager and some other employees all ended up in an ugly verbal argument with my Aunt one of the employees looking like she was ready to hit a 62 yr. Old lady telling her I don't give a [censor] I don't like my [censor] job they could fire me you [censor] old [censor] the manager was not able to control her employees.
did not get what I paid for
I stopped at the drive up window of KFC on Central Ave in Hot Springs, AR on 12/24/17 to buy the 20$ fill up meal special. They had no biscuits so I chose the potato wedges.
They were very hard and cold. There was no white meat only dark which my husband won't eat. One of the pieces was raw. There was no cole slaw which I thought we were getting. want refund

Hi im here in port stephens NSW Australia. I have previously contacted KFC here but nothing ever gets resolved. My local KFC is a joke. Orders always wrong, missing meals and told to us by Management they dont train their staff. Salamander Bay NSW Australia. I really think they should be looked at because it really is pathetic. We live 15 minutes away and have to drive back there just to collect what was missing that should have been correct the first time. I dont want to be contacted by Salamander Bay Store because quite frankly it is like talking to a brick wall. I have been contacted on multiple occasions by them and 2 years later the store is no better. Same order mistakes and missing items to be told that wasnt correct.
